发明背景
最近公开了一种生产纸巾的方法(欧洲专利申请号94109734,公开号0631014),它不用传统的扬基(Yankee)干燥器起皱,而能生产出柔软的有吸收能力的纸巾结构。用这一无皱纹、穿透干燥方法所生产的纸巾,其特征是在三维上都有很高的松密度、很高的吸收容量和很快的吸收速率。但是,由于它的表面起伏程度高,这种纸巾也可能会擦伤皮肤。此外,尽管在这种状态下生产出来的具有高吸收容量和快吸收速率的纸巾对某些有吸收能力的产品来说是理想的,但对洗面纸巾和洗澡纸巾等软纸巾来说,却往往发现能保持高吸收容量但吸收速率较有控制甚至较慢的产品是有利的。

发明概述
现在已经发现,由于无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾有遇湿回弹能力,因此可在无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾的一个或二个外表面上加上液态处理配料,而基本上不会减小产品的吸收容量和手感厚度。液态处理配料可以是水基的或油基的。适宜的水基配方包括,但不限于:乳化液和水分散性配料,它例如可包括脱胶剂(阳离子、阴离子或非离子表面活性剂)或多羟基化合物如甘油或丙二醇。更典型地说,无皱纹穿透干燥基张(basesheet)可用包括脱胶剂和多羟基化合物的双组分系统来处理。两种组分可以分开加也可在加上基张以前进行混合。
更具体地说,高级的无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾可以这样来制作,即在纸巾表面上加上大量的熔化的增湿/保护配料的单个沉积点,然后使该配料重新固化,以在纸巾表面上形成均匀分布的固体沉积点。熔化的增湿/保护配料包括蜡和油。由于该配方在室温下为固体,而且在沉积后能迅速固化,因此它向纸巾内部渗透和转移的倾向较小。与其它用液体配方的纸巾相比,这种纸巾把更大百分数的所加配料留在了纸巾的表面上,在这里它可与使用者的皮肤接触并传输到皮肤内而使之获益。此外,由于该配料基本上是有效地配置在纸巾的表面上的,因此可以以较低的成本提供出同等的好处。

配料中油的含量可约为30-90%的重量百分数,更具体地说约为40-70%的重量百分数,再具体地说约为45-60%的重量百分数。适用的油包括但不限于下列品种:石油或矿油类如矿物油和矿脂;动物油如貂油和羊毛脂油;植物油如芦荟萃取液、向日葵油、鳄梨油;以及硅氧烷油类如二甲基硅油(dimethicone)和烷甲基硅油(alkylmethylsilicones)。
配料中蜡的含量可约为10-40%的重量百分数,更具体地说约为10-30%的重量百分数,再具体地说约为15-25%的重量百分数。适用的蜡包括但不限于下列品种:天然蜡类如蜂蜡和巴西棕榈蜡;石油蜡类如石蜡和地蜡;硅氧烷蜡类如烷甲基硅氧烷(alkylmethylsiloxanes)或者合成蜡类如合成蜂蜡和合成鲸蜡。
配料中脂肪族醇的含量(如果有的话)可约为5-40的重量百分数,更具体地说约为10-30%的重量百分数,再具体地说约为15-25%的重量百分数。适用的脂肪族醇包括碳链长度为C14-C30的醇类,它包括鲸蜡醇、十八烷醇、山萮醇以及十二烷醇。
为了更好地提高对消费者的裨益,还可使用附加配合剂。配合剂的种类和它们相应的益处包括但不限于下列各项:C10或更大的脂肪族醇(润滑性、稠化、不透明性);脂肪族酯(润滑性、感觉改进);维生素(局部治疗助益);二甲基硅油(dimethicone)(保护皮肤);粉剂(润滑性、吸收油、保护皮肤);防老剂和抗氧化剂(产品完整性);乙氧基脂肪族醇(湿润性、操作助剂);香料(吸引消费者);羊毛脂衍生物(给皮肤增加水分);着色剂;局部光亮剂;防晒剂;α-羟基酸;天然草本萃取液等等。
加到纸巾上的全部配料的量可约为1-40%的重量百分数,更具体地说约为5-25%的重量百分数,再具体地说约为10-15%的重量百分数,以纸巾的重量为基数。添加的量取决于配料对产品属性的要求效果,以及具体的配料品种。往纸巾幅表面上均匀施加加热配料的优选方法是轮转凹版印刷,或是直接印或是间接印(传印),因为这是最精确的一种印刷方法,它能最大限度地控制配料的分布和传输率。但也可使用其它的印刷方法如软性印刷。
配料在表面积上的复盖区域优选是基本上均匀分布于纸巾的全部表面,但仅是部分地复盖住纸巾产品的表面。这是靠大量的隔开间距的小沉积点来做到的,当用肉眼观看时,好象盖住了全部表面,但实际上没有全部复盖。沉积点实际的表面复盖面积可约为30-99%,更具体地说为约50-80%。借助于提供大量的极细小的沉积点,配料的渗透可更容易地控制到基本上保留在纸巾的表面上或在表面附近。借助于在表面的每一线性英寸内提供10到1000个沉积点,或在每平方英寸内提供100到1,000,000个沉积点,凹版印刷就能理想地适合这种用途。这里包含着若干种众所周知的蚀刻技术如机械雕刻、酸洗蚀刻、电子蚀刻和陶瓷激光蚀刻。一种适用的电子蚀刻的例子是表面每一线性英寸约250个沉积点,或者每平方英寸62,500个沉积点。借助于提供这样多的小沉积点,沉积点分布的均匀性是很高的。另外,由于在纸巾表面加上了大量的小沉积点,因此沉积点也更易于在纸巾表面上重新固化,而在表面上的沉积点是能最有效地使使用者获益的。这样做的结果是,较少的配料可用来复盖较大的面积。
沉积点分布的均匀性和配料渗入纸巾的渗透程度,可在用四氧化锇使加上的配料染黑后对纸巾表面进行图象分析来定量确定。锇染色纸巾的均匀性可用约15或更小的变化百分系数来表示其特征,更具体地说约为10或更小,再具体地说约为5-15。锇染色配料的渗透程度(或缺少渗透)可用纸巾相对两面的平均戈瑞水平差GLDIFF(以下照此定义)约为5或更大来表示其特征,更具体地说约为10或更大,再具体地说约为5-15。
用来测量配料的均匀性和渗透程度的四氧化锇染色处理是把纸巾松散地放入玻璃钟罩中来进行的,钟罩的开口直径约12-16英寸、深约12英寸。要注意纸巾不能堆叠,否则可能会妨碍蒸汽充分渗透到所有纸巾上。四氧化锇是封在玻璃安瓿中的结晶固体,此时把安瓿碎开放入放有纸巾的钟罩中。钟罩盖盖上并做成气密性封口。纸巾在钟罩内停留24至48小时。四氧化锇具有很高的蒸汽压力,易于升华为气体,该气体即透入钟罩腔内。在染色完成后,即打开钟罩盖,在操作前应使样品通风12-24小时,以泄放任何一点未反应的蒸汽。请注意:当使用四氧化锇时必须最大限度地小心谨慎。它是强氧化剂,有剧毒。使用这种材料的一切操作程序必须在具有足够空气流量的通风柜中进行。
为了测量变化百分系数,须将锇染色纸巾用全向暗场照明光线来观察,这种光线是由8个灯泡的八角环形发光器所产生的,该发光器围绕着50毫米EL-Nikkor型透镜,透镜则固结在10毫米的中心安装(C-mount)的伸缩管上。观察的信息用chalnicon扫描器输入到定量电视显微镜970图象分析系统(Leica,Deerfield,IL)中。视野尺寸(标准有效画面)为2.77厘米×2.17厘米。将锇染色纸巾的不同视野放置在透镜下方,并用黑色光帘背景来测量。总共测量6个视野。扫描器的白色电平始终调整在1.00伏。最后打印出直方图,其标准偏差除以其平均戈瑞水平即为变化系数。该变化系数乘以100就变成变化百分系数。
为了确定平均戈瑞水平差,所用的图象和光学条件与上述均匀性测量时相同。但此时纸巾每层的顶面块和底面块应紧挨着摆放,做成“对头连接”两块间不留间隙。样品在透镜下的摆放方法是例如将较亮的底面块放在图象画面的右边,而将较暗的顶面块放在图象画面的左边。
如果是先测量较亮的底面的戈瑞水平直方图,则将可变有效画面对准图象画面的那一区域,而将扫描器的白色电平对全部视野调整在1.00伏。然后将样品旋转,使较亮的底面转到左边。再次将扫描器调整到1.00伏,并再次将可变有效画面分隔这一较亮底面。这些数据被收集到同一戈瑞水平直方图中。底面的平均戈瑞水平值GLBOTTOM就被记录下来了。
然后再对图象另一半的较暗的顶面进行同样的程序,再次将扫描器的白色电平对整个图象调整在1.00伏。(这样做会倾向于抵偿加到纸巾上的配料量的总的差别,与此同时又对配料不管是加在顶面还是底面上进行更精确的调零,这就能反映出渗透程度。)同样,顶面的平均戈瑞水平GLTOP就被记录下来了。
最后,两平均戈瑞水平差GLDIFF可作为渗透的反相关值被计算出来:

在某些实施例中,本发明的产品可用它的疏水性来表示其特征,疏水性可防止在使用时“湿透”到使用者的手上。这一属性可客观地用浸透时间来衡量,这在美国专利4,950,545题为“多功能洗面纸巾”中有所描述,该专利在1990年8月21日授予Walter等,在此作为参考文献引用。浸透时间可约为30秒或更长,更具体地说约为40秒或更长,再具体地说约为50-150秒或更长。如把本发明经处理的纸巾加热到约100-150°F,就可显著地把浸透时间增长3到5倍。经热处理的纸巾,其浸透时间可长达约150秒或更长。
本发明的纸巾产品可以是单层的、双层的、三层的或更多层的。在所有情况下,配料都是加在产品外层上的。配料可在各层组合在一起以后加,也可在组合在一起以前加。各单层可以做成分层结构,也可以混合起来(均一结构)。令人惊喜地发现,混成的纸巾基张能提供出与分层结构的纸巾基张相同的性能,因此分层是不必要的。

下面将对实现本发明的方法参照图1进行很详尽的描述。图1描绘了适于作生产线外施加加热配料的无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾基张的制造方法。图中示出了成对金属丝网成形装置,其中有分层的造纸流浆箱1,从流浆箱把一股造纸纤维的水悬浮液流注或淀积在成形编织带(fabric)2上。然后该纸坯被传送到编织带4上,该编织带被用来支托并向下带走新形成的湿纸坯,在此过程中低幅被脱水到约10%重量百分数的稠度。湿纸幅附加的脱水可利用诸如真空抽吸在湿纸幅被成形编织带支托时进行。

在操作中,蚀刻辊被负载在逆转辊6上,以往纸巾上加力使之与蚀刻辊接触。逆转辊表面可以用任何适应工艺要求的材料,如天然橡胶、合成橡胶或其它可压缩材料来制作。负载压力可大约在5至50pli(磅/线性英寸)(辊子与辊子的压配合)至凹版辊/逆转辊间隙0.008″(辊子间不接触)。
图3与图2相似,但它示出用顺序的两个印刷站对纸巾两面进行直接加热轮转凹版印刷的方法。当对纸巾的两面都要求有配料的效果时,或者纸巾有两层或两层以上时,就需要两面印刷。
图4代表对纸巾一面用传印加热凹版印刷法而对另一面用直接加热凹版印刷法的两面印刷法。在该法中,蚀刻辊23和逆转辊22(今用两个,用作传印操作辊)可与前述方法所用的辊子相同。但是,第二蚀刻辊30须有不同的输液性能,因此蚀刻也稍有不同。对这种辊子来说,例如,直接蚀刻的技术规格可为250直线网格、5.0 BCM。这种辊子典型的网眼尺寸可为长150微米、宽110微米、深30微米。传印蚀刻的规格可为250直线网格、4.0 BCM,长140微米、宽110微米、深26微米。
图5代表对纸巾两面同时用加热传印凹版印刷法进行印刷的方法。
图6代表顺序用两个加热传印凹版印刷站对纸巾两面进行印刷的方法。此时需要对每个印刷站增加一个逆转辊31。
图7与图1相似,但干的纸巾基张13系被输往加热轮转凹版印刷站,该印刷站包括逆转辊22和蚀刻辊23,在此,纸巾的一面被印上了熔化配料。然后,处理完毕的无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾被卷绕成纸巾卷以备随后改装。
实施例 实施例1
为了对本发明作进一步的说明,利用基本上如图1的方法生产出了一种无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾。更具体地说,做成了三层的单片洗澡纸巾,该纸巾两外层中含有分散的脱胶Cenibra桉树纤维,中心层中含有精制的北方软材牛皮纸纤维。
在成形前,先把按树纤维做成10%稠度的纸浆,停15分钟后脱水到30%的稠度。然后把该纸浆放入Maule型轴式弥散器中,该弥散器工作在160°F(70℃),输入功率为每吨3.2马力-日(每吨2.6千瓦-日)。弥散结束后,在纸浆中加入柔软剂(Berocell 596),加入数量为每吨干纤维加入15磅Berocell(折合0.75重量百分数)。
软材纤维被做成4%稠度的纸浆,停30分钟后稀释到3.2%的稠度,而分散的脱胶桉树纤维则稀释到2%的稠度。总的分层纸巾的重量是按分散的脱胶桉树纤维层/精制的软材纤维层/分散的按树纤维层各为35%/30%/35%来分劈。中心层被精制到能获得目标强度值的水平,而两外层则能提供出表面柔软性和松密度。在中心层中加入了Parez 613NC,其数量为中心层纸浆每吨加10-13磅(4.5-5.9公斤)。
利用一只四层的流浆箱来做成湿纸幅,把精制的北方软材牛皮纸原料放入流浆箱的两中间层以做出上述三层产品的单一中心层。湍流发生电极头安装得凹入限幅板(slice)约3英寸(75毫米)。而分层器则伸出限幅板约6英寸(150毫米)。还使用了伸出限幅板约6英寸(150毫米)的柔性凸缘延伸器,这是照美国专利5,129,988的教导做的,该专利题为“带有平行的柔性凸缘延伸器的扩展的柔性流浆箱限幅板以及扩展的内分隔板”,是1992年7月14日授予Farrington,Jr.的,在此作为参考文献引用。限幅板的净孔隙约为0.9英寸(23毫米),四层的水流量不相上下。送入流浆箱的原料的稠度约为0.09重量百分数。
最后所得到的三层的纸巾是在成对金属丝网和抽吸式辊子上形成的,成对金属丝网用的是成形编织带(图1中的12和13),分别为Lindsay2164和Asten 866编织带。成形编织带的速度为每秒11.9米。然后新成形的纸坯在被传送到传送编织带以前,被从成形编织带下方来的真空抽吸而脱水到约20-27%的稠度,传送编织带的运行速度为每秒9.1米(30%的急速传送)。传送编织带为Appleton Wire 94M。使用一个减压约6-15英寸(150-380毫米)汞柱的真空传送滑轨来把纸幅传送到传送编织带上。
然后纸幅被传送到真空干燥编织带(Lindsay Wire T216-3)上。通过干燥编织带的运行速度为约每秒9.1米。纸幅被带到Honeycomb型干燥器上方,其工作温度约为350°F(175℃),使纸幅被干燥到约94-98%稠度的最终干燥度。
最后得到的无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾具有下列属性:定量,17.0磅/2880平方英尺;感知组所测砂性,向上(sensory panel grittiness up)(以下照此定义),4.59;感知组所测砂性,向下(down)(以下照此定义),5.07;感知组所测厚度(以下照此定义),4.62,吸收速率(以下照此定义),1.9秒;以及吸收容量(以下照此定义),每克纤维10.8克水。
“砂性”(Grittiness)”是由训练有素的感知组测试员测定的,测试员将需测试的样品放在平滑的表面上,并用他们的中指和食指在所有四个方向划过样品。根据几项比较标准就对砂性最大的方向给出0-15的数码值。对纸巾的两面都要做这样的测试。“砂性,向上”指的是纸巾对着穿透干燥传送带的一面。“砂性,向下”指的是纸巾不接触穿透干燥传送带的一面。这项指标是与纸巾表面上的尖锐颗粒或摩擦颗粒的数量相联系的。数量较多代表较高程度的砂性或磨损性。
“厚度”也是由训练有素的感知组确定的。这是代表正常的纸巾使用者的手感厚度的。厚度是用拇指把纸巾捏在食指和第二指之间来确定的。然后抽出纸巾,根据与不同厚度的几种标准纸巾的比较而对样品给出0-15的厚度值。较大值意味着较厚的手感度。
“吸收容量”是用20张产品切成4″×4″方形并用钉书钉把四角钉住做成20张一搭来确定的。将纸搭钉眼朝下放入金属丝网篮中并下降到水浴(30℃)中。当纸搭全部湿透后,将它取出,允许在篮中滴水30秒。30秒后留在纸搭中的水的重量就是吸收的量。该数值除以纸搭的重量即可算出吸收容量,适应此处的目的,吸收容量以每克纤维所吸收的水的克数表示。
“吸收速率”的测定程序与吸收容量相同,区别的只是纸搭尺寸为2.5″×2.5″。从下降到水浴起至纸搭全部湿透所经过的时间就是吸收速率,以秒来表示。数字较高意味着吸水的速率较慢。实施例2
无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾的制法与实施例1中所描述的一样,所区别的只是外层用了50/50的桉树和南方硬木的混成纤维分散体来直接代替分散的按树纤维。
最后得到的无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾具有下列属性:定量,17.0磅/2880平方英尺;感知组所测砂性,向上,4.6;感知组所测砂性,向下,4.6;感知组所测厚度,4.8;吸收速率,1.4秒;以及吸收容量,每克纤维11.2克水。实施例3
无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾的制法与实施例2中所描述的一样,所区别的只是期望制出定量为16.0磅/2880平方英尺的纸巾。
最后得到的无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾具有下列属性:定量,16.0磅/2880平方英尺;感知组所测砂性,向上,5.6;感知组所测砂性,向下,5.9;感知组所测厚度,4.8;吸收速率,1.4秒;以及吸收容量,每克纤维11.2克水。实施例4
制备了熔点约为55-60℃的润肤配方,它具有如下的组分:

该配方是把矿油加热到55-60℃来制备的。混合料进一步加热到60-65℃,并加搅拌,直到地蜡熔化为止。Cetearyl醇在保持搅拌的情况下加入,以免结块。把温度保持在约55-60℃,继续搅混,直到Cetearyl醇熔化为止。在继续不断的搅混中加入氧化锌。至此,该配方已制备完毕可供使用。
将制备好的的配料如实施例1那样通过加热轮转凹版印刷法加到无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾基张的两个表面上,添加量为图4所述总添加量的15%重量百分数。具体地说,配料被事先在约56℃下熔化在不锈钢加热供料罐中。印刷供料系统和印刷机具(供料软管,可调节操作头和凹版印刷辊)都预热到约55℃。配料被从加热操作头输往加热的直接印刷凹版辊和传印凹版辊。
凹版印刷辊是电子蚀刻的,是铜辊镀铬,是由肯塔基州路易斯维尔市的Southern Graphic Systems(南方印刷系统公司)供应的。直接印刷凹版辊的直线网格为每线性英寸250个网眼,容量为每平方英寸辊子表面5.0BCM。该辊子典型的网眼尺寸为长150微米,宽110微米、深30微米。橡胶逆转辊/传印操作辊是由密苏里州三河市的Republic Roller公司提供的肖氏A硬度为72的Flex Touchl型(72 Shore A durometer FlexTouchl)。
直接凹版印刷辊被调整到离橡胶逆转辊约0.003英寸间隙的条件。传印凹版印刷辊被调整到与橡胶逆转辊之间有0.375英寸压配合的条件。加热的直接凹版印刷和加热的传印凹版印刷相结合的印刷机在每分钟50英尺的速度下运转。配料的沉积点在印刷机退出后基本上立刻就固化。
当被改装成单个的洗澡纸巾卷后,最后得到的纸巾产品成为消费者首选的洗澡纸巾,因为它的柔软性、厚度和吸收能力均佳,并总的被冠以极具魅力的雅号。实施例5-7
为了说明本发明的配料所具有的能力,我们结合无皱纹穿透干燥的大张纸巾,还制备了如下面表1所示的三种配料,并施用于不同的无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾基张,以便在无负面影响手感厚度的同时,改善表面感觉并减少皮肤摩擦;并且在不显著减少吸收容量的同时控制(减慢)其吸收速率。被处理的纸巾基张的属性曾与未处理的基张进行了比较。所有的配料的熔点都在55℃至60℃的范围内。

配料2在不显著影响手感厚度的情况下减少无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾的摩擦性(砂性)的能力示于表2。无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾的生产方法与实施例1所描述的一样。熔化配料通过如图4所示的生产线外两面轮转凹版印刷法加到纸巾上。标有“未处理”字样的样品穿过生产线外的机器时印刷工序不动作以实现零添加。利用下述机器条件来实现较高的添加量(15.6重量百分数):用直接凹版印刷辊与橡胶逆转辊之间0.375英寸的压配合来操作两面轮转凹版印刷工序。传印辊调整到在凹版印刷辊与逆转辊(或传印操作辊)之间具有0.312英寸的压配合。直接和传印凹版印刷辊的网眼容积分别为6.0和5.0BCM。印刷工序加热到并保持在约60℃。减小的添加量(5.9重量百分数)是靠把直接凹版印刷辊与逆转辊之间的0.375英寸压配合改变为0.008英寸的间隙。机器的其它条件保持不变。请注意,5.9与15.6重量百分数的添加量对纸巾属性有着同样的效果。

配料2以不同添加量加到无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾上后在不显著减小吸收容量的情况下对吸收速率引起重大变化的能力示于下面的表4。纸巾基张的生产方法与实施例1所描述的一样。加热配料通过如实施例5所描述的生产线外的两面轮转凹版印刷法加到纸巾上。

Claims (40)

1.具有一层或更多层无皱纹穿透干燥纸巾的柔性纸巾产品,其中产品的一个或两个外表面均匀地分布着固化的沉积物,该沉积物的配料包括:约30-90%重量百分数的油和约10-40%重量百分数的蜡,该配料的熔点为约30℃至70℃。
2.权利要求1的纸巾产品,其中配料的熔点为约40℃至60℃。
3.权利要求1的纸巾产品,它另外还包括约5-40%重量百分数的脂肪族醇。
4.权利要求3的纸巾产品,其中脂肪族醇是选自下列一组物质,它包括鲸蜡醇、十八烷醇、山萮醇以及十二烷醇。
5.权利要求3的纸巾产品,其中脂肪族醇是山萮醇。
6.权利要求3的纸巾产品,其中脂肪族醇是cetearyl醇。
7.权利要求1的纸巾产品,它另外还包括约10-30%重量百分数的脂肪族醇。
8.权利要求1的纸巾产品,它另外还包括约15-25%重量百分数的脂肪族醇。
9.权利要求1的纸巾产品,其中配料中油的含量为约40-70%的重量百分数。
10.权利要求1的纸巾产品,其中配料中油的含量为约45-60%的重量百分数。
11.权利要求1的纸巾产品,其中油是选自下列一组产品,它包括矿物油、动物油、植物油以及硅氧烷油。
12.权利要求1的纸巾产品,其中油是矿物油。
13.权利要求1的纸巾产品,其中配料中蜡的含量为约10-30%的重量百分数。
14.权利要求1的纸巾产品,其中配料中蜡的含量为约15-25%的重量百分数。
15.权利要求1的纸巾产品,其中蜡是选自下列一组产品,它包括天然蜡、石油蜡、硅氧烷蜡和合成蜡。
16.权利要求1的纸巾产品,其中蜡是纯地蜡。
17.权利要求1的纸巾产品,其中配料的含量以纸巾的重量为基数,为约1-40%的重量百分数。
18.权利要求1的纸巾产品,其中配料的含量以纸巾的重量为基数,为约5-25%的重量百分数。
19.权利要求1的纸巾产品,其中配料的含量以纸巾的重量为基数,为约10-15%的重量百分数。
20.权利要求1的纸巾产品,其中表面面积的实际复盖区域为约百分之30至99。

a)将包括有油和蜡的配料加热到高于配料熔点的温度,使配料熔化,该配料的熔点为约30℃至70℃;
b)将熔化的配料用隔开间距的沉积点的方式加到无皱纹穿透式干燥纸巾坯的一个或两个表面上;以及
c)将熔化配料的沉积点重新固化。
29.权利要求28的方法,其中加热配料是用轮转凹版印刷机加到纸巾坯上去的,印刷机在每平方英寸的面积上打上100至1,000,000个沉积点。
30.权利要求29的方法,其中纸巾的表面面积约有30-99%复盖着配料。
31.权利要求29的方法,其中纸巾的表面面积约有50-80%复盖着配料。
