技术领域
一般说,本发明涉及用于进行心电机测量的传感器,具体说,涉及一种带形装置(harness),便于在病人身上快速适当地放置电极。
背景技术
通常以心电机(ECG)测量提供关于病人心脏功能的信息。技术人员惯常是将传感器放在病人的胸部。该传感器是具有粘胶的一些电极,以便粘在病人的皮肤上并具有导电性能,然后技术人员将ECG监视器的导线夹到每个电极垫的端子上。技术人员监视电压差,以给出表示病人心脏情况的曲线。
将电极垫放到十分精确的解剖学位置是十分重要的。给出这些位置以便与通过各类病人取得的ECG测量结果进行适当比较。然而,病人的身体尺寸不同使这种放置工作相当困难。通常,必须放置6个电极垫,然后将导线夹到垫上。而且,技术人员必须小心将适当的导线夹到对路的电极垫上。
必须有技术和细心才能将用于ECG测量的传感器安置好。在紧急情况下这种工作变得更为困难。例如,在救护车上或在现场以手提式ECG装置进行ECG测量是很有用的,然而,由于时间紧迫,很难准确快速地放置和连接电极垫。
现有的专利公开了多种方便ECG测量的装置。一般,这些装置包括某种带或带形装置,具有预先连线到带边缘上的连接器端子的一些电极。预先将电极垫连到连接器端子上减少了技术人员不小心转接导线的机会。同时,一些装置通常是将电极放在所要求的解剖学位置附近。然而,由于病人体形的差别,手头上可能要有各种尺寸的这类带子。一些公开了的装置是很昂贵的。由于这样那样的原因,通常不使用这种预先连接的带子。
发明内容
在本发明中,采用带形装置或带子放置在病人胸部。该带子是一种非导电膜,其一个边缘具有连接端子,用于连接到ECG测量装置,膜中有一组导线,并从连接端子延伸出去。这些导线将连接端子与在带中形成的用于与病人皮肤接触的电极相连。将一些电极连接到一些相同的导线上,但在带上彼此隔开,以便放置到不同体形尺寸的病人身上。将粘胶层置于反面,以便粘到病人胸部。一底层覆盖住该粘胶层和电极。
将底层分为分离的剥离区。一些区覆盖一组电极,用每一组作为特定病人体形尺寸的模式。技术人员可以选择和取下一定的区域,并保留其它的区。取下一部分区域只露出某些电极,而其它电极仍被覆盖着。露出的选择电极是最适合某特定病人的,这使带子可用于不同体形尺寸的病人。

具体实施方式
参看图1,带形装置11是一种细长柔性的装置,用于放置到用ECG的病人身上。带形装置11包括非导体带13,它是一薄的柔性膜。带13具有横向部分13a,连接斜向部分13b。斜向部分13b连接头部13c。端部13d按与头部13c成90°角的方向从头部13c延伸。端部13d包括简单示出的在其端点上的连接端子15,用于连接ECG监视器的连接器。
在所示的实施例中,有3个电极17,用字母V1、V2和V3表示。电极17是离端部13d最接近的三个电极。许多测量表明,无论病人脑部大小如何,电极17都会处在接近希望的解剖学部位。分离的导线19从连接端子13d延伸到每个电极17,导线19是网板印刷到带13上的导电涂料,例如银/氯化银。每个电极17与其它的电极17之间是电绝缘的。非导电的底层21固定在带13的反面,以免在底层21剥离之前暴露电极17。在所示的实施例中,底层21包括3个分离的剥离圆形片,每个片覆盖一个电极17。
一组另外的电极也设在带13上,通常设在横向部分13a上。这些电极包括3个V4电极23、25和27。由相同的V4导线29将每个内电极23、25、27电连接在一起,接回到连接端子15。3个V4电极23、25、27距连接端子15有不同的距离。电极23比电极25更接近端部13d,而电极25又比电极27更接近端部13d。
参看图2,电极23包括导电膜31和在其反面的导电凝胶33。最好通过网板印刷将银/氯化银等导电涂料印刷到带13上使膜31能导电。这与导线29的形成方法一样。导电凝胶33最好也是一种粘合剂,以便粘合到病人皮肤上。一种非导电涂层(未示出)覆盖在电极31的前面以及导线19上。以与电极23的同样方式构成电极17以及所有其它电极。
同样,三个V5电极35、37和39也设在带13上。中间电极35、37和39距离端子15比内电极23、25和27更远些。电极35比电极37更接近端子15,而电极37又比电极39更接近端子15。中间电极35、37和39都连接到相同导线41上,并延伸回到连接端子15。
以同样方式在带13上形成3个V6电极43、45和47,它们比中间电极35、37和39向外更远。电极43比电极45更接近端子15,而电极45又比电极47更接近端子15。外边的电极43、45和47各连接一条单独的导线,延伸到连接端子15。
再看图2,将粘胶层49涂在带13的反面,使之包围着导电凝胶33。底层在使用前盖着粘胶层49。该底层是一种剥离型的并具有三段或三区51、53和55,如图1所示。大号的病人区51包括一组电极,该组电极包括V4电极27、V5电极39和V6电极47。拉下薄片57使大号的病人区51底层剥离,只露出大组的三个电极27、39和47。
同样,中号的病区只覆盖包括电极25、37和45的一组电极。它也有一薄片57,能剥离出中间区层53,如图3所示。小号的病人区55底层只覆盖电极23、35和43的一组电极。可以将其剥离只露出这些电极而不露出其它组电极。每组电极包括一个V4内电极23、25或27、一个V5中间电极37、39或41、和一个V6外电极43、45或47。另三个电极用于任何体形的病人,它们是分离的V1、V2和V3电极17。
使用时,技术人员检查病人,以确定适当的尺寸。如果病人是中等体形,则技术人员将剥离中间区底层53和每个底层21。这将露出17电极V1,V2和V3电极17,并露出中间组电极25、37和45。这些电极接近中号病人定位需要。然后使用者将带13放在病人胸部,用粘胶层49和凝胶33将带13固定住。使用者将连接端子15连接到监视器上进行ECG测量。每次使用之后按通常方式收拾带形装置11。对于大体形和小体形病人也遵从同样的程序,剥离大号的病人区51底层或小号的病人区55底层。
本发明具有明显的优点。可使技术人员迅速为病人的ECG测量进行准备。免除了转接导线和不适当的电极放置。这些交替的电极可使一条带子用于各种体形的病人,降低了设备成本。

Claims (9)

1.一种放在病人胸部进行ECG测量的装置,包括:
非导电膜构成的带(13),在其一边有连接端子(15),用于连接到ECG测量装置;
一组导线(19),形成在膜(13)中,由连接端子(15)延伸出;
在带(13)上的第一组电极(23,35,43),以阵列形式间隔开,用于与第一种体形尺寸范围病人的皮肤接触,第一组电极的每一个都电连接到一条分离的导线(29,41,48);
在带(13)上的第二组电极(25,37,45),以阵列形式间隔开,用于同第二种体形尺寸范围病人的皮肤接触,第二组电极的每一个都电连接到一条分离的导线(29,41,48);
至少第一组(23,35,43)中的一些电极与第二组(25,37,45)中的对应电极电连接到相同的导线(29,41,48)上,并与所述的对应电极间隔开,以便放置在不同体形尺寸的病人身上;以及
底层(51,53,55),覆盖带和电极的反面,将底层分为分开的剥离区(51,53,55),使技术人员可选择地取下一定的区而保留其它的区,只暴露适于所选病人体形尺寸范围的电极。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,底层的一个区(55)覆盖第一组电极(23,35,43),底层的另一区(53)覆盖第二组电极(25,37,45)。
3.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,第一组(23,35,43)中的每一电极与第二组(25,37,45)中的一个电极连接到相同导线(29,41,48)上;且所述装置还包括:在带(13)上的一组隔开的电极(17),用于与病人的皮肤接触,每个隔开的电极连接到一个分开的导线(19)上。
4.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,还包括在带(13)上的第三组电极(27,39,47),以阵列形式间隔开,用于与第三种体形尺寸范围病人的皮肤接触,第三组电极的每一个都电连接到一个分离的导线(29,41,48)上,并电连接到第一组(23,35,43)的一个电极和第二组(25,37,45)的一个电极上。
5.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,还包括在带反面的粘胶层(49),用于粘附到病人胸部,使用前该粘胶层被底层(51,53,55)覆盖。
6.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,第一组(23,35,43)中的每个电极都具有一个与其电连接的第二组(25,37,45)中的对应电极。
7.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,通过一个分开的剥离区(51,53,55)覆盖每一组电极。
8.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,每组电极都有一个外电极(43,45,47)和一个内电极(23,25,27),各组中的外电极彼此对应且电连接,各组中的内电极也是彼此对应且电连接,每组的外电极比同一组的内电极离连接端子(15)的距离更远。
9.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,每组电极都有一个外电极(43,45,47)、一个中间电极(35,37,39)和一个内电极(23,25,27),各组中的外电极彼此对应且电连接,各组中的中间电极彼此对应且电连接,各组中的内电极也是彼此对应且电连接,一组中的外、中间和内电极分别比另一组的外、中间和内电极距离端子(15)更近一些。
