Abstract

Description

至少由两种底布组成的花式结构的织物及其制法
本发明涉及一种至少由两种不同底布组成的形成花式(纹理)结构且特别可用作清洁用的织物。
由WO9423634已知一种由至少两种底布组成的形成花式结构的织物制成的清洁用织物。此外由WO9014039已知一种形成花式结构的纺织扁平材料,它由一种无纺布组成,由这种无纺布通过针刺法突显出许多线圈环或纤维末端。
在GB2162213中公布了它的制造方法。在此花式结构是通过无纺布的针刺制造的,其中纤维或长丝借助于钩针(Widerhaken)从背面钩出,由此由多个背面的主要材料形成花式结构。
迄今为止已知的、至少由两种不同的未(针刺)加强底布制成的形成花式结构的织物的缺点在于:通过两种未加强的底布的针刺在刺缝(Ausstich)一侧形成混色的底布。在借助于底布纤维穿过另一层底布的穿刺制造花式结构时形成另一种混色效果,它使得制成的织物看起来不美观,并且削弱底布纤维材料的特殊使用性能。
本发明的目的在于:创造一种至少由两种不同的底布制成的形成花式结构的织物,这种织物中可避免纤维的混杂。
按照本发明底布具有一种通过针刺至少一面而得到的花式结构,其中用于花式针刺的针是叉形针或者冠形针,叉形或针钩的深度这样地选择,使它在穿刺时完全充满朝向针一侧的底布的纤维,这时织物在图案中,在背景中或反面具有非混杂的单种纤维。
具有这种特征的织物有这样的优点:一底布纤维材料的特殊使用性能在形成花式结构时保留下来。在底布有不同颜色的情况下在图案、背景中和反面上保持单一颜色。由此也可以达到视觉效果。
为了提高抗裂强度可以将具有热塑性纤维的底布相互压合粘贴在一起,两种底布的结合还通过垂直的热塑性纤维的活化作用得到加强。对于粘合原则上可以采用各种已知的方法和多种已知的粘接剂,但是其中最好是那些具有好的粘接效果和使织物很小硬化,并具备在至少60℃,最好95℃时的耐洗性的粘接剂。
至少有一种底布具有热塑性纤维是有益的,它的特性这样来选择,使得它在粘合过程中不被活化。由此未接合的底布可以通过针刺配备所希望的花式结构。
对于两种底布的粘合也可以在两种具有热塑性纤维的底布之间放入一层由具备将两种底布粘接在一起的能力的物质特别是粘接无纺布制成的中间层,并且两种底布和中间层的连接可以通过热塑性纤维和中间层的活化作用建立。虽然存在一部分中间层一起刺入花式结构的危险,但是这也许甚至是所希望的,并能提高抗裂强度。
虽然待连接的底布的面的选择对于本发明而言原则上是随意的,但是如果使通过从一侧针刺而得到加强的底布的穿刺侧相互面对面有好处。
为了加强花式结构的效果,底布可以具有不同的材料性能,特别是清洁能力。
按本发明的用来生产至少由两种不同的底布组成的具有通过针刺形成单面或双面花式结构的花纹织物而且其中织物在图案中、背景中和反面上具有非混杂的单一纤维的方法在于:两种具有热塑性纤维的针刺底布在热塑性纤维未活化时进行粘合,并紧接着进行单面或双面的花纹针刺,在花式针刺以后活化底布的热塑性纤维。
与由两种不同的相互针刺在一起的无纺布制成的织物相比本发明具有这样的优点,底布直到形成花式结构时保持未混杂状态。底布必要的强度通过粘合前两种底布单独的针刺得到。
用来生产至少由两种不同颜色的底布制成的具有通过针刺形成单面或双面花式结构的花纹织物,而且其中在图案中、背景中和反面上具有非混杂的、单一纤维的另一种方法在于:在进入花式针刺机之前在两种具有热塑性纤维的针刺过的底布之间放入一层由有能力将两种底布粘接在一起的物质,特别是粘接无纺布组成的中间层,两种底布和中间层相互经历一次单面或双面的花式针刺,紧接着通过热塑性纤维和中间层的活化作用建立两种底布和中间层的连接。
这种方法特别适用于单面花式结构。但是如果通过第一个单侧做上的图案产生这么大的牢固性,使得相互之间不移动位置就能产生第二个(针刺)通道的话,那么(该方法)也可以用于双面花式结构。
为了达到纤维尽可能的单一,这样地进行这个方法,使用来花式针刺的叉形或冠形针在穿刺时充满朝向针这一侧的底布的纤维是有益的。
在附图中表示一种按本发明的织物。其中表示:

图2双面形成花式结构的织物的顶视图。
从图1中所示的两种不同的具有所希望的重量和材料特性的经过针刺的底布1,2出发首先制造由两种无纺布1、2制成的层压制品。因此这种层压制品由两层单一材料制成。
两层底布1、2相互层压粘合,其中存在一个粘接区3。粘接区3也可以是一种粘接无纺布。
在粘合过程中避免包含在底布1,2内的热塑性纤维(Schmelzfaser)的活化作用,使得紧接着可以通过针刺制造花式结构4。
花式结构在花式针刺机,例如DiLo,Di-Loop或其他针刺机上借助于叉形或冠形刺针产生。叉形或针钩的深度与刺入侧上无纺布的纤维情况相协调,从而使该深度内完全充满这种无纺布的纤维。
紧接着形成花式(纹理)结构的层压制品进行热固。这时包含在底布内的热塑性纤维活化。它将其它的纤维相互连接,并提高底布的强度。
因为在单层底布针刺时和层压制品花式针刺时热塑性纤维相应于它在纤维混合物中的成分横向穿刺通过底布,在它活化以后提高织物的横向稳定性或抗裂强度。
在采用安放在底布1、2之间的粘接无纺布3时可以将两层底布1,2和粘接无纺布3一起送入花式针刺机内,所有三层相互通过针刺形成花式结构。
当层压制品通过刺上的花式结构4具有足够的强度克服各层之间的偏移时可以翻转该层压制品,并将其重新输入机器。
接着在一个工序中使两层底布内的热塑性纤维以及用于两层底布1、2粘合的粘接无纺布活化。如果使热塑性纤维和粘接无纺布的材料相应于必需的活化条件相互一致的话,那么这是毫无问题可实现的。
两种情况都允许借助于两个形成花式结构的过程在织物的两面形成花式(纹理)结构5,6,见图2。这些花式结构5,6可以是纵向分布的间断的条纹,为了避免过度针刺(Ubernadeluag),它们具有至少5mm的侧向安全距离d。
花式结构5从朝向观察者的一面刺向背向观察者的一面,因此只能看见缝隙。
花式结构6从背向观察者的一面刺向朝向观察者的一面,所以这里可以看见凸出于底布的纤维丛簇。
特别是在生产由两种不同颜色的底布组成的单色图案时本发明被证明是有效的。如果在由两层可热固的有色针刺无纺布组成的层压制品上用花式针刺机单面刺出一种图案,那么例如在一种红色的和一种蓝色的针刺无纺布时根据所选择的花式针刺刺入面的不同而形成以下的产品:

所有颜色都是非混杂的。
如果在两面形成花式结构,也就是说在布料的整个宽度上两面交替地在两道工序中花式针刺成条纹段,那么得到一种产品,它交替地相应于这个条纹段在上面和底面上形成花式结构。
在此花式结构在一面上是红色的,在另一面上是蓝色的,背景和反面的颜色分别如上表中所列。
在相对的条纹段5,6之间的宽度为d的未形成花式结构的区间7在颜色方面相当于底布在它输入花式针刺机以前的颜色。

Claims (9)

1.至少由两种不同的针刺底布制成的形成花式结构的织物,其中底布具有一种通过针刺至少在一面上得到的花式结构,其中用来花式针刺的针是叉形或冠形针,叉形或针钩的深度这样地选择,使它在穿刺时完全充满朝针这一面的底布的纤维,并且织物在图案,背景中和反面上具有非混杂的、单一纤维。
2.按照权利要求1的织物,其特征在于:具有热塑性纤维的底布相互粘贴,并且通过热塑性纤维的活化作用进一步加强两种底布之间的结合。
3.按权利要求2的织物,其特征在于:至少有一种底布具有热塑性纤维,它的性能这样来选择,使它在粘合时不产生活化作用。
4.按权利要求1的织物,其特征在于:在两种具有热塑性纤维的底布之间放入一层由一种能够将两种底布粘接在一起的材料特别是粘接无纺布制成的中间层,并通过中间层和热塑性纤维的活化作用建立两种底布和中间层之间的结合。
5.按权利要求1至4之任一项的织物,其特征在于:通过从一侧针刺而加强的底布的穿刺面相互面对面设置。
6.按权利要求1至5之任一项的织物,其特征在于:底布具有不同的材料性能,特别是清洁能力。
7.生产至少由两种不同的底布制成的形成花式结构的带有通过针刺形成的单面或双面花式结构的织物的方法,其中织物在图案中,背景中和反面上有非混杂的单一颜色,其特征在于:两种具有热塑性纤维的针刺底布在不活化热塑性纤维的情况下粘贴,接着进行单面或双面花式针刺,在花式针刺以后活化底布的热塑性纤维。
8.生产至少由两种不同的底布制成的形成花式结构的带有通过针刺形成的单面或双面花式结构的织物的方法,其中织物在图案中、背景中和反面具有非混杂的单一颜色,其特征在于:在输入花式针刺机以前在两种具有热塑性纤维的针刺底布之间放入一层由能使两种底布粘接在一起的物质,特别是粘接无纺布制成的中间层,两种底布和中间层相互经历一次单面或双面花式针刺,接着通过热塑性纤维和中间层的活化作用建立两种底布和中间层的结合。
9.按权利要求7或8的方法,其特征在于:用来花式针刺的叉形或冠形针在穿刺时充满朝向针一面的底布的纤维。
