Abstract
在加入密封剂的轮胎中,由于把第1外侧衬片粘接在轮胎本体的踏面的内面,把第2外侧衬片粘接在轮胎本体的侧壁的内面,把内侧衬片的左右两侧部粘接在第2外侧衬片的内面,所以在内侧衬片的中央部和第1外侧衬片的内面之间形成充填密封剂的密封剂室。由于轮胎本体由丁基橡胶和天然橡胶的混合物或者丁基橡胶和丙烯腈丁二烯橡胶的混合物构成,外侧衬片由天然橡胶构成,内侧衬片由丁基橡胶构成,所以在硫化成型时外侧衬片和内侧衬片相互不粘接,不用剥离剂和剥离片也可以可靠地形成密封剂室。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及在轮胎本体的踏面的内面具有由衬片构成的环状密封剂室的加入密封剂的轮胎。
背景技术
在轮胎本体的踏面的内面上,至少一部分由衬片划分形成密封剂室,使钉子等对踏面的刺伤由封入上述密封剂室的密封剂进行自封并推迟空气从刺伤处漏出,这样的加入密封剂的轮胎,由日本特开平8-323875号公报已被众所周知。
这样原有的加入密封剂的轮胎,是在把衬片重合在硫化成型前的轮胎本体上时,通过在两者接触面的一部分或者衬片相互接触的接触面的一部分上在涂敷滑石等剥离剂的状态下进行硫化成型,使衬片硫化粘接在轮胎本体上并形成一体,同时以非粘接的状态残留涂敷了剥离剂的部分并形成密封剂室。另外,代替上述剥离剂,把剥离片夹在轮胎本体和衬片的接触面的一部分上、或夹在衬片相互的接触面的一部分上的方法也已被众所周知。
但是,在轮胎的制造工序中,在把衬片重合在硫化成型前的轮胎本体上时,由于涂敷剥离剂或夹剥离片都会引起工时数和成本的增加,所以希望开发出不使用剥离剂和剥离片也能形成密封剂室的加入密封剂的轮胎。
发明内容
鉴于上述情况,本发明的目的在于,在不使用剥离剂和剥离片的情况下,可以可靠地形成加入密封剂的轮胎的密封剂室。
根据本发明,在加入密封剂的轮胎中,在轮胎本体的踏面的内面形成环状的密封剂室,在该密封剂室内充填密封剂,其特征在于,上述加入密封剂的轮胎备有粘接在轮胎本体的踏面的内面上的第1外侧衬片,粘接在轮胎本体的侧壁的内面上的第2外侧衬片及左右两侧部粘接在上述第2外侧衬片的内面上而中央部在与上述第1外侧衬片的内面之间形成密封剂室的内侧衬片,上述第1外侧衬片和内侧衬片由具有相互剥离性的材料构成。
按上述构成,由于把第1外侧衬片和第2外侧衬片分别粘接在轮胎本体的踏面的内面上和侧壁的内面上,把内侧衬片的左右两侧部粘接在第2外侧衬片的内面上,在内侧衬片的中央部和第1外侧衬片的内面之间形成密封剂室时,因为第1外侧衬片和内侧衬片由具有相互剥离性的材料构成,所以不使用剥离剂和剥离片也可以可靠地形成密封剂室并有助于减少工时和成本。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图所示的本发明的实施例对本发明的实施形式进行说明。
图1~图5是表示本发明的第1实施例的图。
如图1所示,在机动二轮车用的轮圈R上,安装着轮胎本体1和由硫化粘接在其内部的外侧衬片2和内侧衬片3构成的无内胎轮胎T。外侧衬片2硫化粘接在轮胎本体1的踏面4的内面上,同时内侧衬片3的除去中央部的左右两侧部硫化粘接在轮胎本体1的左右侧壁5,5的内面上。在内侧衬片3的中央部和外侧衬片2之间划分出充填密封剂6的断面呈大致圆弧状的密封剂室7,在内侧衬片3的内部划分出断面呈大致圆形的空气室8。
轮圈R备有向轮胎的圆周方向延伸的环状的轮圈本体部9、及从轮圈本体部9的宽度方向两端向半径方向外侧延伸并保持轮胎本体1的内周的一对凸缘部10,10。向空气室8充填空气的空气阀11贯通在轮圈本体部9的圆周方向的一个部位形成的空气阀安装部12并被支持在那里。而且,由于密封剂室7因空气室8的空气压力被保持成顺沿踏面4的内面的形状,即使钉子等从半径方向或侧方向刺伤轮胎本体1,密封剂也会立即埋上该刺伤并进行修补,推迟空气从空气室8的漏出,另外,由于密封剂6保持在密封剂室7内,不向空气室8侧流出,所以不会堵塞空气阀和压力表。
轮胎本体1由至少含有丁基橡胶(IIR)和天然橡胶(NR)的混合物、或至少含有丁基橡胶(11R)和丙烯腈丁二烯橡胶(NBR)的混合物构成,在其内部埋设胎体纤维。外侧衬片2主要由天然橡胶(NR)构成,内侧衬片3主要由丁基橡胶(IIR)构成。因此轮胎本体1对外侧衬片2和内侧衬片双方都有粘接性,但外侧衬片2和内侧衬片3相互具有剥离性并具有难以硫化粘接的性质。
接下来基于图2和图3说明上述轮胎T的制造工序。
轮胎T的制造工序由内侧衬片卷缠工序、外侧衬片卷缠工序、生轮胎卷缠工序、模型安置工序、硫化工序、注入密封剂工序和检查工序构成。
首先,在内侧衬片卷缠工序中把筒状的内侧衬片3嵌合在滚筒23的外周,接着在外侧衬片卷缠工序中卷缠外侧衬片2使之与内侧衬片3的外周重叠。又在生轮胎卷缠工序中把轮胎本体1的各部的材料卷缠在内侧衬片3及外侧衬片2的外周上而形成生轮胎24。
图4表示卷缠在滚筒23上的生轮胎24的横断面,与位于最内侧的衬片3的宽度W1相比,重合在其外侧的外侧衬片2的宽度W2变小,从而内侧衬片3的一部分从外侧衬片2的左右两端突出。
在内侧衬片3和外侧衬片2的外周卷缠由生橡胶做成的轮胎本体1并构成生轮胎24。上述轮胎本体1由卷缠在内侧衬片3和外侧衬片2的半径方向外侧的软线部25、与软线部25的轴向两端连接并嵌合在内侧衬片3的外周的一对卷边部26,26、以及被卷缠成覆盖软线部25和卷边部26的半径方向外侧的顶端踏面部27构成。
接下来,在金属模安置工序中把从滚筒23上取下来的生轮胎24固定在硫化成型用的上模型29和下模型30之间。再在图5所示的硫化工序中加热上模型29和下模型30,用空气压力使配置在生轮胎24内部的空间31膨胀,用该压力使生轮胎24紧密附着在上模型29和下模型30的成型面上并硫化成型,使之成为最终制品的形状。在该硫化成型中,内侧衬片3和外侧衬片2一体地硫化粘接在轮胎本体1上。
这时,由于丁基橡胶(IIR)和天然橡胶(NR)的混合物、或者丁基橡胶(IIR)和丙烯腈丁二烯橡胶(NBR)的混合物构成的轮胎本体1的踏面4硫化粘接在由天然橡胶(NR)构成的外侧衬片2上,同时上述轮胎本体1的侧壁5,5硫化粘接在由丁基橡胶(IIR)构成的内侧衬片3上。但是,由天然橡胶(NR)构成的外侧衬片2和由丁基橡胶(IIR)构成的内侧衬片3相互具有剥离性而不进行硫化粘接,从而在外侧衬片2和内侧衬片3之间可以形成密封剂室7。另外,埋设了胎体纤维的轮胎本体1的踏面4的内面存在凹凸,而在其上面粘接的外侧衬片2没有上述的凹凸,可以提高密封剂6的流动性和密封效果。
由于这样选择轮胎本体1、外侧衬片2和内侧衬片3的橡胶材料,所以可以形成不用剥离剂和剥离片的正确形状的密封剂室7,可以减少工时和降低成本。
而后,从金属模中取出硫化成型后的外侧衬片2和内侧衬片3与轮胎本体1一体化的部件,然后在注入密封剂工序中用注射器等向密封剂室7的内部注入密封剂6并完成轮胎T,在最后的检查工序中对完成品进行检查并结束全工序。
下面,基于图6和图7对本发明的第2实施例进行说明。
第2实施例的轮胎T,其外侧衬片2,2相对于轮胎本体1的粘接位置与第1实施例不同,即在第1实施例中,外侧衬片2粘接在轮胎本体1的踏面4的内面上,而在第2实施例中,外侧衬片2,2粘接在轮胎本体1的左右侧壁5,5内面上。而且通过把内侧衬片3的左右两侧部粘接在上述左右外侧衬片2,2内面上,在轮胎本体1的踏面4的内面和内侧衬片3的中央部之间划分成密封剂室7。
外侧衬片2,2由对轮胎本体1和内侧衬片3双方都有粘接性的橡胶构成,内侧衬片3由对外侧衬片2,2有粘接性而对轮胎本体1有剥离性的橡胶构成。
为了制造上述构造的轮胎T,可以在图7所示的生轮胎卷缠工序中,在把内侧衬片3卷缠在滚筒23外周上之后,把一对外侧衬片2,2卷缠在内侧衬片3的左右两侧部上,再在其外周上卷缠由生橡胶构成的轮胎本体1而构成生轮胎24,把该生轮胎24放置在金属模内进行硫化成型。其结果,外侧衬片2,2硫化粘接在轮胎本体1的侧壁5,5的内面上,同时内侧衬片3硫化粘接在该外侧衬片2,2的内面上,由于轮胎本体1的踏面4和内侧衬片3的中央部不粘接而残留着,所以不用剥离剂和剥离片就能在踏面4和内侧衬片3之间形成密封剂室。
接下来,基于图8和图9说明本发明的第3实施例。
第3实施例的轮胎T,在备有第1外侧衬片21和第2外侧衬片22这点上与第1实施例和第2实施例不同,即,在第3实施例中,第1外侧衬片21粘接在轮胎本体1的踏面4的内面上,同时第2外侧衬片22,22粘接在轮胎本体1的左右侧壁5,5的内面上,再在第2外侧衬片22,22的内面上粘接内侧衬片3的左右两侧部。而在第1外侧衬片21的内面和内侧衬片3的中央部之间形成密封剂室7。
第1外侧衬片21由对轮胎本体1有粘接性,同时对内侧衬片3有剥离性的橡胶构成,第2外侧衬片22,22由对轮胎本体1和内侧衬片3双方有粘接性的橡胶构成,内侧衬片3由对第1外侧衬片21有剥离性同时对第2外侧衬片22,22有粘接性的橡胶构成。
为了制造上述构成的轮胎T,可以在图9所示的生轮胎卷缠工序中,在滚筒23的外周上卷缠内侧衬片3,之后,在该内侧衬片3的中央部和左右两侧部分别卷缠1个第1外侧衬片21和2个第2外侧衬片22,22,再在其外周上卷缠由生橡胶构成的轮胎本体1并构成生轮胎24,把该生轮胎24放置在金属模内硫化成型。其结果,第1外侧衬片21硫化粘接在轮胎本体1的踏面4的内面上,同时第2外侧衬片22,22硫化粘接在侧壁5,5的内面上,另外,内侧衬片3的左右两侧部硫化粘接在第2外侧衬片22,22的内面上,同时由于第1外侧衬片21和内侧衬片3的中央部不粘接而残留着,所以不用剥离剂和剥离片就可以在第1外侧衬片21和内侧衬片之间形成密封剂室7。
以上详述了本发明的实施例,本发明在不脱离其要旨的范围内可以进行各种设计上的变更。
如上述表明的那样,本发明的加入密封剂的轮胎可以用于机动2轮车,也可以用于其他车辆,例如公共汽车,载货汽车或者乘用车。
Claims (1)
1.一种加入密封剂的轮胎,在该轮胎中,在轮胎本体(1)的踏面(4)的内面上形成环状的密封剂室(7),在该密封剂室(7)的内部充填密封剂(6),其特征在于,上述轮胎备有与轮胎本体(1)的踏面(4)的内面粘接的第1外侧衬片(21),与轮胎本体(1)的侧壁(5)的内面粘接的第2外侧衬片(22)以及左右两侧部与上述第2外侧衬片(22)的内面粘接而中央部在与上述第1外侧衬片(21)的内面之间形成密封剂室(7)的内侧衬片(3),上述第1外侧衬片(21)和内侧衬片(3)的一方主要由天然橡胶构成,另一方主要由丁基橡胶构成。
