本发明涉及电力变压器/电抗器。
所有电能的传输和分配系统都使用变压器,其任务是在二个或多个电系统之间进行电能的交换。100多年来,变压器在理论和实际两方面一直是传统的电产品。这从1885年德国专利说明书DE40414可清楚看出。可以获得从1VA到1000MVA范围之全部功率范围内的变压器。关于电压范围,存在达到目前正使用的最高传输电压的系列。
与工作的基本模式有关,变压器属于相对易于理解的电产品类。在电系统之间能量的转移利用了电磁感应。大量的书籍和论文在理论上和实际上都或多或少地描述了变压器的理论,计算,制造,使用,运行寿命等。另外,有大量的专利文献涉及到变压器不同部分的后续改进实例,例如绕组,磁心,箱,附件,冷却系统等。
本发明涉及属于所谓电力变压器,具有几百KVA到大于1000MVA的额定功率范围和从3~4KV到400KV~800KV或更高的很高传输电压的额定电压范围。
基于本发明的创造性概念还适合于电抗器。但是背景技术的下述说明主要涉及电力变压器。正如公知,电抗器可以设计成单相和三相电抗器。关于绝缘和冷却,原理上与变压器有相同的实施方案。因此可以得到空气绝缘和油绝缘、自冷、油冷等等的电抗器。尽管电抗器具有一个绕组(每相)及可以设计成有或没有铁磁心,背景技术的说明在很大程度上与电抗器有关。

从纯粹通用观点看,电力变压器的主要任务是使得在两个或多个通常为不同电压相同频率的电系统之间进行电能交换。
常规电力变压器包括变压器磁心,下面称作磁心,常常是有向的分层片,一般为硅钢。磁心包括若干磁心柱,由磁轭连接,磁轭一起形成一个或多个磁心窗口。具有这种磁心的变压器常称作磁心变压器。围绕磁心柱有若干通常称作为初级、次级和控制绕组的绕组。就电力变压器而论,这些绕组实际上总是同心地沿磁心柱长度配置分布。磁心变压器通常具有圆形线圈和渐成圆锥形的磁心柱截面以便尽可能有效地填充窗口。

在上述功率范围下端的常规电力变压器有时设计成空气冷却以散失固有损耗的热量。为防止接触以及为了尽可能降低变压器的外磁场,常常装有带通气孔的外壳。
但是大多数常规变压器是油冷却。原因之一是油具有作为绝缘媒质的附加重要功能。因此,油冷却和油绝缘的电力变压器被外箱包围,从下面的说明中将清楚对于这个外箱有很高的要求。
通常提供了油的水冷却装置。
说明书的下面部分将绝大部分是指充油电力变压器。
变压器绕组是由一个或几个串联连接的构成若干串联连接的线匝的线圈形成。另外,线圈装有特定装置允许在线圈抽头(taps)之间转换。这种装置可设计成借助于螺纹接合或更经常地借助于在箱附近可操作的特定开关来分接抽头。在欠电压变压器能发生这种转换的情况下,转换开关称作为带负载抽头转换器,否则称为去励磁抽头转换器。
对于较高功率范围的油冷油绝缘电力变压器,带负载抽头转换开关的触点直接连接变压器箱并置于特定的充油容器中。该触点经马达驱动旋转轴纯机械地操作,并被配置成为在转换期间当触点打开时获得快速运动而当触点闭合时较慢地运动。但是这样的带负载抽头转换开关被置于实际的变压器箱。工作期间发生电孤和火花。这导致容器中油的退化。为获得较少电孤由此较少形成油灰及较小的触点磨损,带负载抽头转换开关通常连接到变压器的高压侧。这是由于需分别通断的电流在高压侧比将带负载抽头转换开关连接到低压侧时要小的多。常规充油电力变压器的故障统计表明常常是带负载抽头开关产生故障。
在油冷油绝缘电力变压器的较低功率范围内,带负载抽头转换开关和它们的触点放置于箱内部。这意味着关于因工作期间电孤引起的油的退化的上述问题影响着整个油系统。
就施加的或感应的电压而言,能大概地说绕组两端固定不变的电压等值地分布在绕组的各线匝上,即在所有线匝上线匝电压是相等的。
但是从电势的观点看,情况完全不同。绕组一端通常接地。但这意味着从最接近地电势的线匝基本为零值开始各线匝的电势线性增加,达到对应于所施加电压的绕组另一端的线匝电势。
由于在绕组相邻线匝之间及各线匝与地之间必须有足够的绝缘,该电势分布确定了绝缘系统的构成。
单独线圈中的线匝一般聚集成与其它线圈实际分界开的几何相干单元。可允许发生在线圈之间的介电应力也决定了线圈之间的距离。因此这意味着线圈之间还要求某一给定的绝缘距离。根据上面所述,对位于在线圈中局部发生的电势的电场里的其它导电物体也要求足够的绝缘距离。
因此从上述说明中可看出对于单独线圈,实际邻近的导体单元之间的内部电压差相对低些,而相对于其它金属物体(包括其它线圈)的外部电压差可以相对高些。电压差是由磁感应感应的电压和产生于在变压器外部连接线上连接的外部电系统的容性分布电压决定的。除工作电压外,可从外部进入的电压类型包括照明过电压和开关过电压。
在线圈的电流导体中,附加损耗产生于导体周围的磁泄漏场。为保持这些损耗尽可能低,尤其是对较高功率范围的电力变压器,导体通常被分成若干导体单元,常称作导线束(strands),其在工作期间平行连接。这些导线束的调换一定要根据这种模式,即各导线束中感应的电压要变为尽可能相等,使得从损耗观点看,在内部循环的电流分量被抑制在合理水平时各对导线束之间感应电压的差值变为尽可能地小。
当根据现有技术设计变压器时,一般目标是在由所谓变压器窗口限定的给定区域内具有尽可能大量的导体材料,通常用具有尽可能大的填充因数来描述。除了导体材料,可获得的空间还包括与线圈相联系的绝缘材料,部分在线圈之间的内部以及部分包含有磁心的其它金属部件。
部分地在线圈/绕组内及部分地在线圈/绕组和其它金属部件之间的绝缘系统通常设计成最靠近单独导体单元的固体纤维材料或者涂漆绝缘,其外部设计成固体纤维材料和液体绝缘,还可能为气体绝缘。按这种方式,带有绝缘和可能支撑部件的绕组要有大的体积,其将承受产生于变压器有源电磁部件及其周围的很高的电场强度。为了预先确定产生的介电应力及取得具有最小击穿风险的尺寸,要求有绝缘材料特性的知识。取得不会改变或降低绝缘特性的周围环境也是重要的。
高压电力变压器的目前较流行的绝缘系统包括作为固体绝缘的纤维材料材料和作为液体绝缘的变压器油。变压器油是基于所谓的矿物油。
变压器油具有双重功能,因为除了绝缘功能之外,其通过去除变压器的热损耗而使磁心、绕组等冷却。油冷却要求油泵,外部冷却单元,膨胀容器等。
在充油电力变压器的情况下,变压器的外部连接与直接连接的线圈/绕组之间的电连接称作为套管,其目的在于通过围绕实际变压器的箱壁导电连接。套管常常是固定在箱壁的单独的元件,设计成承受箱内外所做的绝缘要求,同时其应承受产生的电流负载和产生的电流力。
应该指出,上述关于绕组的绝缘系统之相同要求也适用于线圈之间、套管和线圈之间,不同类型开关和套管之间的必要的内部连接。
除载流导体之外电力变压器内所有的金属元件通常都连接到给定的地电势。这样,就避免了不希望的难以控制的因在高电势的电流线与地之间容性电压分布结果的电势增加的危险。这种不希望的电势增加可以导致局部放电,即所谓电晕放电,它在与额定数据比较而进行的常规验收测试时增加电压和频率下有时会发生。电晕放电可导致工作时的损坏。
变压器中的各个线圈的机械尺寸要能使其承受在电流短路过程中产生的电流及电流力之结果引起的任何应力。通常,线圈的设计使产生的力在各个线圈中吸收,其又意味着在正常工作期间线圈不能优化加工成其正常功能的尺寸。
在窄电压和功率范围的充油电力变压器里,绕组设计成所谓螺旋绕组。这暗示上述各个导体被薄片替代。螺旋绕法的电力变压器制造用于高达20-30KV的电压及高达20-30MW的功率。
除相对复杂的设计之外,较高功率范围里的电力变压器的绝缘系统还要求特定的制造测量措施,以便以最好的可能方式利用绝缘系统的特性。为了获得要得到的良好绝缘,绝缘系统应具有低的湿度,绝缘的固体部件应用周围的油很好地浸渍,固体部件中残余“气”囊的危险一定要最小。为确保之这一点,在装有绕组的整个磁心装入箱之前要进行特定的干燥和浸溃工艺。干燥和浸溃工艺之后,变压器装入箱中,然后密封。在充油之前,装有浸溃变压器的箱一定要抽空全部的空气。这是借助特定真空处理完成的。这做完之后,给箱装油。
为了得到预定的寿命等,在真空处理期间要求几乎绝对真空。因此这就预先假定围绕变压器的箱设计为全真空,这就引起材料和制造时间的大量消耗。
如果充油电力变压器中发生放电,或者如果发生变压器任何部件温度的局部大量升高,则油分解,气体产物溶于油中。因此变压器通常装有监测装置,以检测溶于油中的气体。
因重量原因,大功率变压器是无油运输的。变压器在用户的现场安装又要求重新真空处理。另外,这是每次为修理或检查不得不重复的工艺。
很明显这些工艺是很费时费钱的,成为制造和修理所用时间的绝大部分,同时要求使用大量资源。
常规电力变压器中的绝缘材料构成变压器整个体积的大部分。对于较高功率范围的电力变压器,所用油量通常为几十立方米量级的变压器油。显示出某些类似于柴油的性质的油料是稀的液体,并显示有相对低的闪点。因此很明显,油和纤维材料一起构成在无意识加热情况下例如在内部跳火和引起油溢出时不可忽视的着火危险。
很明显存在很大的运输问题,特别是对充油电力变压器。这种处于高功率范围的电力变压器可以具有的整个油体积达到数十立方米,可以有数百吨的重量。应认识到变压器外部设计有时一定要适合于当前运输条件即桥梁、隧道等任何通道。
随后是关于充油电力变压器现有技术的简要概述,之后要说明的是其限制和问题范围。
充油常规电力变压器
——-包括容纳变压器的外箱,该变压器包括带有线圈的变压器磁心,绝缘冷却油,各种机械支撑装置等。关于箱有很大的机械要求,因为在无油但有变压器时其要能够进行实际地全真空的真空处理。箱要求很繁重的制造和测试工艺,并且箱的很大的外尺寸通常还需要考虑运输的问题。
——-通常包括所谓的油压冷却。这种冷却方法要求有油泵,外冷却单元,膨胀容器及膨胀联接器(expansion coupling)等;
——-包括固定在箱壁以套管形式在变压器外连接和直接连接的线圈/绕组之间的电连接。套管设计成承受由箱内外产生的任何绝缘要求。
——-包括线圈/绕组,其导体分成若干导体单元,导线束,其按这样的方式转换,即在各导线束感应的电压尽可能成为相等,这样在每对导线束之间感应电压的差值变为尽可能的小;
——-包括绝缘系统,其部分地在线圈/绕组内,部分地在线圈/绕组和其它金属部件之间,设计为最靠近各个导体单元的固体的基于纤维材料或基于涂漆的绝缘,并且在其外部,为固体纤维材料和液体(可能还为气体)的绝缘。另外,极为重要的是绝缘系统要显示出很低的湿度;
——-包括作为集成部件的带负载抽头转换开关,由油包围,通常为高压控制而连接到变压器高压绕组上;
——-包括引起与内部部分放电即所谓电晕放电以及在带负载抽头转换开关和其它故障条件下的电火花有关的不可忽视的着火危险的油。
——-包括通常用于监视溶于油中气体的监视装置,气体溶于油发生在其中的放电情况或在温度局部升高的情况下;
——-包括在损坏或事故情况下,可导致引起大量环境危害之油溢出的油。
本发明目的是提供处于在背景技术说明中已经描述的功率范围内的变压器设计,即所谓具有从几百KVA到超过1000MVA额定功率范围和具有从3-4KV到例如为400KV至800KV或更高传输电压的额定电压范围的电力变压器,其不会产生与现有技术充油电力变压器相联系的根据上述对现有技术说明已很清楚的各种缺点、限制和问题。本发明以下述认识为基础,通过设计绕组或变压器/电抗器中的绕组,使其包括由外部和内部等电势半导电层包围的固体绝缘,电导体位于其内层之内,以维持绕组内整个装置电场。根据本发明,电导体要配置得其与内部半导电层的导电接触,使得在固体绝缘的最里面部分与沿导体长度方向环绕的内部半导电层之间的边界层中不会产生有害的电势差。根据本发明的电力变压器相对于常规充油电力变压器展示了明显的极大优点。下面将详细说明该优点。正如在说明书前序部分所述,本发明还提供了适于有和没有铁磁心的电抗器的概念设计。
常规充油电力变压器/电抗器和根据本发明的电力变压器/电抗器的根本区别是绕组/若干绕组包括有固体绝缘,该固体绝缘由外部和内部电势层包围,并且在设计成半导电的内部电势层内部安装有至少一个电导体。下面将说明什么是构成半导电概念的定义。根据优选实例,绕组/若干绕组设计成柔性电缆。
在根据本发明的电力变压器/电抗器所要求的高电平下,其连接到具有很高工作电压的高压网络,其产生的电和热负载将对绝缘材料有极端要求。已经知道所谓局部放电和PD通常构成高压设备中绝缘材料的严重问题。如果在绝缘层中产生有空腔、孔等,则在高电压时可发生内部电晕放电,由此绝缘材料将渐渐退化,最后导致绝缘材料的电击穿。应认识到这可以导致例如电力变压器的严重击穿。
本发明特别以这种认识为基础,即半导电电势层显示出热膨胀系数相类似的热特性,并且这些层固定在该固体绝缘上。根据本发明的半导电层最好与固体绝缘成为整体,以确保这些层和相邻的表现出类似的热特性的绝缘层有良好接触,而与线上在不同负载下所产生的温度变化无关。在存在温度差时,带有半导电层的绝缘部件将构成整体部件,不会产生由绝缘和周围层不同温度膨胀引起的缺陷。因为围绕绝缘层的半导电部件将构成等势面及因此绝缘部件内的电场将近似均匀地分布在绝缘层厚度上,这样的结果将减小材料上的电负载。
根据本发明,一定要确保绝缘不会被上述说明的现象击穿。其实现是通过使用若干绝缘层,制造这种绝缘层的方法要使有空腔和孔的危险最小,例如将适当的热塑材料如交联PE(聚乙烯),XLPE和EPR(二元乙丙橡胶)的挤制层(extruded Layers)作为绝缘层。因此绝缘材料是具有高击穿强度的低损耗材料,其在带负载时表现出收缩性。
因围绕绝缘层的半导电部件将构成等势面及因此绝缘部件内的电场将近似均匀地分布在绝缘层厚度上,这样的结果将减小材料上的电负载。
在高压和电能传输的传输电缆方面,对于设计具有挤制绝缘层(extruded insulation)的导体,本身已知是以绝缘层没有缺陷为前提基础的。在这些传输电缆中,原理上讲该电势在沿电缆整个长度为相同电平,其在绝缘材料中提供了高的电应力。传输电缆安装有为了等电势的一个内部和一个外部半导电层。
因此本发明以这样的认识为基础:即通过根据权利要求中所述有关固体绝缘层和有关环绕的等电势层的特征特性来设计绕组,能够获得其中电场保持在绕组内部的变压器/电抗器。通过以较小的绝缘部件即导线束来构造导体还可以获得附加的改进。通过使这些导线束小和呈圆形,穿过导线束的磁场将相对于场表现出不变的几何形状,涡流的发生将达到最小。
根据本发明,绕组/多个绕组最好以电缆形式制成,该电缆包括至少一个包含有若干导线束和具有围绕导线束的内部半导电层的导体。这个内部半导电层的外部是呈固体绝缘形式的电缆的主绝缘层,并且围绕这个固体绝缘层是外部半导电层。在某种意义上该电缆可以具有附加外部层。
根据本发明,外部半导电层应表现出这样的电特性,即,可以保证沿导体为等电势。但是,该半导电层一定不能表现出这样的电导率特性,即,使感应电流引起不希望的热负载。而且该层的电特性要是以保证获得等电势面。半导电层的电阻率ρ应表现出为最小值ρmin=1Ωcm及最大值ρmax=100kΩcm,另外,电缆轴向每单位长度半导电层的电阻R应表现出最小值Rmin=50Ω/m及最大值Rmax=50MΩ/m。
为了在形成等电势的方面起作用,内部半导电层一定要有足够的导电率,由此使该内部层之外部的电场均匀。在这方面,该层具有这样的特性是重要的,即其使导体表面上任何的不均匀变为均匀,以及其使得在带有固体绝缘的边界层上形成具有高表面光洁度(finish)的等势面。这样,该层可以具有变化的厚度,但是相对于导体和固体绝缘要保证均匀表面,其合适的厚度为0.5和1mm之间。但是该层的电导率一定不能大得使其产生感应电压。因此,对于内部半导电层,ρmin=10-6Ωcm,Rmin=50μΩ/m,相对应的ρmax=100KΩcm,Rmax=5MΩ/m。
根据本发明使用的这种电缆是热塑电缆和/或诸如为XLPE的交联热塑或者具有二元乙丙(EP)橡胶绝缘或例如为硅氧烷的其它橡胶的电缆的改进。改进尤其包括关于导体的导线束和在于电缆没有用于机械保护电缆的外壳这两方面的新设计。
从绝缘观点看,包括这种电缆的绕组与那些应用于常规变压器/电抗器的绕组因电场的分布将必然引起很不同的状态。为了利用通过采用上述电缆得到的优点,对于根据本发明的变压器/电抗器的接地,除了应用于常规充油电力变压器的接地之外,还有其它可能的实施方案。
对于根据本发明的电力变压器/电抗器的绕组,导体的至少一个导线束为不绝缘并且安装成与内部半导电层取得良好的电接触是必须的和必要的。因此,该内部层将永远地保持在导体的电势上。另外,可以选择不同的导线束与内部半导电层进行电接触。
就其余的导线束来说,可将它们的全部或某些进行涂漆而绝缘。
根据本发明,高压和低压绕组的端接法可以是接合型(jointtype)(当连接到电缆系统时)或者是电缆端接型(cable terminationtype)(当连接是到开关装置或者到向上传输线时)。这些部件还包括固体绝缘材料,因此满足与整个绝缘系统的相同PD要求。
根据本发明,变压器/电抗器可以具有外部或者具有内部冷却,外部意味着接地电势的气体或液体冷却,内部意味着绕组内的气体或液体冷却。
关于在常规电力变压器/电抗器和根据本发明的电力变压器/电抗器之间的电场分布,在制造根据上述电缆的变压器或电抗器绕组时必然引起该电场分布的巨大差别。带有根据本发明由电缆形成的绕组的决定性优点是电场密封于绕组内,因此在外部半导电层的外部不存在电场。来自载流导体的电场仅出现在固体主绝缘层里。无论从设计或制造的观点来看,这都具有巨大的优点:
——-不用考虑任何电场分布就可能形成变压器的绕组,在背景技术中提及的导线束的调换(transposition)可省略;
——-不用考虑任何电场分布就可形成变压器的磁心设计;
——-不需要绕组电绝缘所用的油,即围绕绕组的媒质可以是空气;
——-不需要绕组冷却所用的油。冷却能在接地电势完成,并且气体或液体可用作为冷却媒质;
——-在变压器外部连接和直接连接的线圈/绕组之间的电连接不要求特殊的连接,这是因为与常规设备相比,电连接与绕组集成为一体。
——-不需要传统的变压器/电抗器套管。变压器/电抗器外部从径向到轴向场的场转换能够代之以类似于传统电缆的端接法来实现;
——-用于根据本发明电力变压器的制造和测试技术较常规电力变压器/电抗器要简单得多,这是因为不再需要在背景技术说明中所述的浸溃、干燥和真空处理。这就提供了相当短的生产时间;
——-通过采用根据本发明的绝缘的技术,对于开发在现有技术给出的变压器磁路提供了极大的可能性。
现在参考附图说明本发明。
图1表示围绕常规电力变压器/电抗器绕组的电场分布。
图2表示根据本发明在电力变压器/电抗器中电缆形式的绕组实例。
图3表示根据本发明的电力变压器实例。
图1表示围绕常规电力变压器/电抗器电场分布的简化的基本视图,这里1是绕组,2是磁心,3表示等电势线,即具有相同电场量值的线。绕组下部假设为地电位。
因绕组的相邻线匝之间和各线匝与地之间必须具有足够的绝缘,电位分布决定了绝缘系统的构成。因此该图展示出绕组上部受到最高介电应力。这样相对于磁心的绕组设计和安装基本上由磁心窗口内电场分布决定的。
图2表示可用于根据本发明电力变压器/电抗器绕组的电缆的例子。该种电缆包括由若干导线束5(strands)和围绕导线束配置的内部半导电层6构成的一个导体4。该内半导电层的外部是固体绝缘层形式的电缆主绝缘层7,并且围绕这个固体绝缘是外半导电层8。正如前述,为特定目的例如为防止在变压器/电抗器其它区域上的太高电应力,该电缆可装有其它的附加层。从几何尺寸观点看,所讨论的电缆将具有30和3000mm2的导体面积以及20和250mm的外电缆直径。
由本发明概述部分所说明的电缆制造的电力变压器/电抗器绕组可以用于单相,三相和多相变压器/电抗器,而与磁心是什么形状无关。一个实例示于图3,其展示了三相叠层磁心变压器。该磁心以常规方式包括三个磁心柱9,10和11,以及固定轭12和13。在所示实例中,磁心柱和轭渐成圆锥形的截面。
围绕磁心柱同心地安装由电缆形成的绕组。很明显图3所示实例具有三个同心的绕组线匝14,15和16。最里面的绕组线匝14可以代表初级绕组。其它两个绕组线匝15和16可以代表次级绕组。为了不用太多细节使图繁杂,没有示出绕组的连接。另外实例图中展示出具有几个不同功能的垫片17和18安装在围绕绕组的确定点。垫片可由绝缘材料制成,用来在同心线匝之间为冷却、支撑等提供确定的空间。它们也可由导电材料制成,以便形成绕组的部分接地系统。

Claims (25)

1.一种包括至少一个绕组的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:绕组/或多个绕组包括一个或多个载流导体,围绕各导体(4)安装有具有半导电特性的第一层(6),围绕第一层安装有固体绝缘部件(7),围绕绝缘部件安装有具有半导电特性的第二层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:第一层(6)处于基本上与导体相同的电势上。
3.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:第二层(8)的安装,使得其基本上构成环绕导体/若干导体的等电势面。
4.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:第二层(8)连接到地电势。
5.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:半导电层(6,8)和绝缘部件(7)具有基本上相同的热膨胀系数,这样当绕组内有热运动时,在半导电层和绝缘部件之间的边界层上不会产生缺陷、破裂等。
6.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:每个半导电层(6,8)沿基本上整个相邻表面固定在相邻固体绝缘部件(7)上。
7.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:绕组/若干绕组设计成柔性电缆形式。
8.根据权利要求7的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:电缆的导体面积在30和3000mm2之间和外部电缆直径在20和250mm之间。
9.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:固体绝缘部件(7)是由聚合材料形成的。
10.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:第一层(6)和/或第二层(8)是由聚合材料形成的。
11.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:固体绝缘部件(7)由挤压得到。
12.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:载流导体(4)包括多个导线束,除了少数几个为了与第一半导电层(6)固定由接触而不绝缘的导线束之外,所述导线束彼此相互绝缘。
13.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:至少一个导体(4)的导线束是不绝缘的并安装得与内部半导电层电接触。
14.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:电力变压器/电抗器包括由磁材料构成的磁心。
15.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:电力变压器/电抗器包括由磁心柱和轭构成的铁磁心。
16.根据权利要求1-13的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:电力变压器/电抗器气隙绕制的(air-wound)。
17.根据前述任一权利要求的包括至少二个电学分离的绕组的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:绕组是同心绕制的。
18.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:电力变压器/电抗器连接到二个或多个电平。
19.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:高和/或低电压绕组的端子接合至电力电缆,和/或做成类似于电力电缆端接头。
20.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:变压器/电抗器中基本上所有的电绝缘部件都密封在绕组的导体(4)和第二层(8)之间,并且该绝缘部件是固体绝缘部件形式。
21.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:其绕组设计为高压,适合于超过10KV,尤其超过36KV,最好超过72.5KV,并达到很高传输电压,例如400KV到800KV或更高。
22.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器,特征在于:变压器/电抗器设计为功率范围超过0.5MVA,最好超过30MVA。
23.根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器的冷却,特征在于:电力变压器/电抗器是用处于地电势的液体和/或气体冷却的。
24.一种电力变压器/电抗器中电场控制的方法,该电力变压器/电抗器包括具有至少一个绕组的磁场发生电路,该绕组带有至少一个电导体和在其外部出现的绝缘,特征在于:绝缘体是由固体绝缘材料形成的,并且绝缘体外部提供有外部层,所述外部层与地或相对低的电势连接,并具有高于绝缘的电导率但低于电导体的电导率的电导率,以便在形成等电势中起作用并使电场基本上封闭于外部层内部的绕组中。
25.一种生产根据一个或多个前述权利要求的电力变压器/电抗器的方法,特征在于:用柔性电缆制作绕组,并且电缆可在现场绕制形成电力变压器/电抗器的绕组/若干绕组。
