Abstract

Description
本发明在于实现一种用以对乳房细胞组织作检查的时间分解的分光方法及装置。
乳腺癌在妇女中属于最可惧最常见的恶性肿瘤。某些不可预期的疗程使其治疗通常是人的精力及体力的耗尽,还要冒多年的转移及扩散的风险。由于其高发率,在当今的健康检查中所用的包括体检及乳房X射线成象的乳癌荧屏检查就起了重要作用。X射线乳房成象可以对90%以上的乳房物质作检测,并把仅由乳房成象所检到的具有癌症的病人的10年存活率提高到95%。虽说当代的这种乳房成象术是使用低剂量的X射线,但其仍具低程度的由辐射引发癌症的风险。其它检测,例如核磁共振成象(MRI)以及钆增强式MRI已被成功用于乳房肿瘤的检测并可在未来广泛用于荧屏检查。
在其乳房无创伤地查到小体积的可疑质团之后,通常要作切除活体检验以排除或确诊其恶性。这种活体取样是在局部麻醉的条件下取出并被用于病理组织诊断。统计表明,这种切除的活体取样中的大约75%被诊断属于良性。因而是有多数的病人要经历这种不必要的既难受又费钱的过程。而且存有这样的说法,即这种活体的切除会引发恶性肿瘤细胞的扩散。
因此,单独使用或与其它上技术结合使用的一种可以检测并定性乳房中肿瘤的相对低价的无创伤技术在当今的保健中赢得其一席之地。
本发明实现了一种采用时间分解的分光术进行乳房细胞组织检测的系统及其方法。
在一种方式中,本方法一般包括以下的步骤:包括相距一选定距离的一个输入端口和一个输出端口的支撑件相对于被测乳房定位;输入与输出端口的位置要根据被测乳房的一个组织区来选定;在输入端口处将选定波长及具有小于1ns(纳秒)持续期的光脉冲引入到该乳房组织内,并在一时间段上在检测端口检测该光脉冲;在被测光子到达时间之上累积对应于被检测的已被修正脉冲的光子的信号;根据已修正脉冲形状来计算被测乳房细胞组织的散射系数或吸收系数的数值;根据该吸收或散射系数值来定性被测乳房细胞组织。
在另一方式中,本方法一般包括以下步骤:包括相距一选定距离的一个输入端口和一个输出端口的支撑件相对于被测乳房定位;输入和输出端口的位置要据被测乳房的一个细胞组织区来选定;在输入端口处将选定波长及具有小于1ns(纳秒)持续期的光脉冲引入到该乳房组织内,并在一时间段上在检测端口检测该光脉冲;在已修正脉冲到达时间之上的相分离的至少两个选定时间间隔上积分对应于已修正脉冲光子的信号;根据已修正脉冲的形状来计算被测乳房组织的吸收系数值;根据该吸收系数值定性该被测乳房细胞组织。
在此方式中,本方法可进一步包括以下步骤。在已修正脉冲到达时间之上的彼此相分离的其它选定时间间隔上积分被检测光子;根据在每一时间间隔上积分的光子数目确定光强度与时间关系,并确定被检测乳房细胞组织的散射系数的值。根据该散射系数的值定性被检测乳房细胞组织。
采用上述步骤及附加步骤的几种最佳方法如下。
输入端口和输出端口被移到不同位置以检测该乳房另一细胞组织区域;对于重新选择的细胞组织区域重复上述的步骤,以便再次确定散射系数或吸收系数的值;利用该散射系数或该吸收系数的值定性该细胞组织区域。
在若干个细胞组织区域上执行上述的步骤以检测整个乳房。
该定性步骤包括将散射或吸收系数的计算值分别与选定的散射或吸收系数进行比较的操作。
散射和吸收系数的选定值对应于正常乳房细胞组织、正常对称乳房细胞组织或同类乳房肿瘤。

如果上述的定性步骤揭示出被测细胞组织包括不正常的细胞组织,则执行下列步骤:把在所定波长展现已知光特性的反差剂(contrast agent)注入到被测物的血流内;选择输入与输出端口的其它的一些位置,以确定接近具有不正常细胞组织区域的新细胞组织的区域;确定新选细胞组织区域的散射系数及吸收系数的值;通过对不同选定细胞组织区域的散射系数或吸收系数进行比较而确定不正常乳房细胞组织的位置;可以通过将已定位细胞组织的吸收系数或散射系数的值与对应包含该反差剂的选定细胞组织质团的吸收或散射系数值相比较来确定不正常细胞组织的类型。

反差剂是一种荧光或吸光材料。该反差剂最好是能由该细胞组织质团所吸收。
上述的步骤与X射线乳房照相、MRI乳房成象或探针定位过程相结合使用。

参考图2,双波长、时间校正的单一光子计数TRS装置20A接到定位在乳房5上的支撑件13上。脉冲式激光二极管32和34(由日本Hamamatsu制造的PLP-10型)由接到100MHZ脉冲发生器37的5mW脉冲器36的驱动,并以500/秒(或更小)的数量级产生光脉冲。来自激光二极管32和34的光由-60HZ振动反射镜33所电—机时间分享、并耦合到光纤15的一端。直径大约为200μm的光纤15把754nm和810nm的光脉冲交替传送到输入端口14。被引入的光子在被检测乳房组织中迁移,且其中一部分到达输出端口16。光纤17从大约10mm2的一个面积上收集已被修正脉冲的光子并将其送到PMT检测器40。
PMT40的输出接到具有合适升降沿的宽带放大器42以给出良好的脉冲波形及最佳信噪比。放大器42的输出信号送到高/低电平鉴别器44,它是具有针对脉冲接受门限的脉冲幅度鉴别器,设置为脉冲峰值的一个恒定部分。随后,该鉴别器脉冲被送到时间——幅值转换器(TAC)46。TAC46产生其幅值正比于从脉冲器36收到启与停脉冲之间的时间差的输出脉冲。该TAC脉冲(47)由开关48送到多通道分析器(MCA)50或52。开关48以60HZ操作并与反射镜33同步。光子发射、检测周期是以数量级为10MHZ的频率重复进行。每一个MCA针对每一个引入到细胞组织的光脉冲采集单一光子。每一个MCA都会获得并取和单一指定波长的光子并存储取决于被测细胞组织特性的单一形状的对应脉冲。该脉冲最好是在大约2至3分钟上累积,以使得以脉冲形状的最大值收集至少是105的计数。由一计算机56对被测脉冲形状作分析,计算机56经接口模块54接到脉冲产生器37和MCA50和52,并用于控制整个系统的操作。
而且,TRS装置20代表如图3所示的矩形函数TRS装置20B。脉冲激光二极管60由接到100MHZ脉冲产生器64的5mw脉冲器62的驱动。激光二极管60产生耦合到光纤15的一串754nm波长的100ps的光脉冲。在端口14将光脉冲输进乳房组织。所输入光子在被测组织中迁移,且有其中一部分到达输出端口16。在迁移过程中,由于该被测组织的散射和吸收特性而使输入的脉冲被修正。到达检测端口16的光子由光纤17发送到检测器66(例如Hamamatsu光乘法器R928、R1517、MCPR1712、R1892)。
检测器66的输出信号在宽带放大器/阻抗改变器67中放大并送到矩形函数积分器68。该积分器68由脉冲门73启动,收集在预定时间间隔75上全部到达的光子,如图3A所示。积分器的输出(78)送到计算机接口模块80和计算机82。计算机82存储全部在积分器68收集间隔期间内所检测的计数。
积分器68包括由来自脉冲器62的信号63所触发的触发器70。然后再由触发器70启动延时门72,开始计数在由门宽度电路74所设定的时间间隔内全部被检测的光子。从门宽规划器76输出的信号是表示在预选门宽间隔(75)内达到检测端口16的全部光子的一个模拟信号或一个数字信号。一种适用的积分器是由斯坦福研究系统公司制作的矩形函数发生器SR250。
按照应用的情况,计算机82设置延时门72的延迟时间(71)以及门宽电路74的门宽时间(75)。根据被测信号电平,门宽规划器76调节积分时间的宽度。对于在t>>tmax的信号,该门宽可以按对数增加,其中的光子被测数目指数地减小,这就增加了信噪比。而且计算机82可在被测脉冲的整个时间分布上扫描该积分门宽度。通过扫描延时(71)和恰当地调节门宽度(75),该计算机收集对应于整个被测脉冲的数据。随后,计算机82算出被测脉冲的形状(85)并存储时间相关的光强分布I(t)。
由装置20A或20B检测的脉冲波形、I(t)包括有关于被测乳房组织的散射和吸收特性的信息,并被用于确定该散射和吸收系数。参考图3B,由装置20A执行的试验测量被发现有起因于某些慢响应时间而使该检测器扩展了反射分布的问题,如在频谱86上所见。因此,实验光谱(87)被消卷积以便从起因于扩散的分布弥散中分离出仪器响应。消卷积使有约6%的μa值增加和约23%的μa值减少。
被测细胞组织区域是由在该组织形成光场的光子路径长度的分布的确定的。光场的大小及形状是输入—输出端的分离度(ρ)以及该组织的光特性(即吸收系数μa、散射系数μa以及不均匀散射平均余弦g)的函数。普通的扩散公式被用于描述在细胞组织中的光子的迁移,如E.M.SEVICK;B.CHANCE;J.LEIGH;S.NIOKA和M·MARIS在1991年分析生物化学195卷330页上所分析的那样,在此将全文引作参考。对于该扩散公式求解可获得反射几何光中的被测光强R(ρ,t)或在透射几何学中的被测光强T(ρ,d,t)。在反射几何光中,在其输入与输出端口具有厘米数量级分离度的半无限介质中,吸收系数是反射频谱的函数如下表示:
对于t→∞时,吸收系数μa由下式来确定:
其中ρ是输入和检测端口的分离度而C是光在介质中的速度。然而,在t>>tmax条件下测量是难以实现的,因为在此区域中其数据基本上显示为噪声。因此,为在t>>tmax条件下测量μa,就要求高数量的计数脉冲形状的确定。
如果不能获得一个无穷时间的近似值,可将公式(1)重写成如下,以获得μa:
其D值可以是从数值模拟获得的均值或者是特定于被测细胞组织的类型的值。
有效散射系数(1-g)·μs可由下式来确定:
其中的tmax是在被测反射时间分布(R(ρ,t)≡I(t))达到最大时的延迟时间。在检测了对应于被测细胞组织的脉冲形状之后,计算机计算其散射系数(μs)和吸收系数(μa)。通过利用公式2或公式3测定被测脉冲的衰落陡度,将吸收系数数量化,有效散射系数(1-g)μs由公式4确定。
乳房荧屏检查过程是从选择具有合适输入端口14和输出端口16的放置的支撑件开始的。针对一套端口设置测量该细胞组织的吸收及散射特性,随后利用另一套端口设置变换其光场。通过顺序地选择不同的端口来测量整个乳房。在反射几何中,光场可以由一个三维“香蕉形”分布图案表示,或在透射几何中由一个“雪茄型”分布图案所表示。在“香蕉型”图案中,下陷的边界是起因于达到空气散射器分界面20光子的逃逸,而更深陷的边界是由于吸收器作用引起对长路径光子的衰减所致。光子的透射深度大约是端口分离度(ρ)的一半。在荧屏检查期内,计算机针对整个乳房来计算μa和μs的门限值的被测值或不同的均匀肿瘤类型的一系列μa和μs相比较。如图5A至5F所示,从一个人到另一个人,对于其正常细胞组织会有一些在μa和μs方面的变异,但对于同一个人而言其左、右乳间仅有极小的改变。癌细胞组织通常具有高的侵润,要比纤维性细胞组织具有更高的μa和μs值。具有很高脂肪量的正常组织表现出最低的μa和μs值。
此外,不计算μa和μs,系统可以计算出迁移光子的平均路径长度。从被检测和被消卷积的光子强度分布R(t),可以由下式确定路径长度分布平均路径长度<L>
其中C是光在真空中的速度而n≈1.36是组织的平均折射系数。
如果乳房肿瘤是在光场之外,它将不会改变香蕉形的光路径分布。随着光场移近作为强吸收质团的乳房肿瘤,则已经迁移距输入及检测端口最远的那些光子会由于吸收过程而被消除。由于具有最长路径长度的光子被该质团所吸收,故该系统所检测的平均路径长度则降低。当该光场更加移近该质团时,则会有被测的光子的某些绕该质团迁移而不被吸收;这被检测为路径长度的分布的加长。因此,该平均路径长度的测量可揭示该乳房肿瘤质团的所在位置。
在荧屏检查过程中,乳房细胞组织是通过可被单独使用或组合使用的若干细胞组织变量而被定性的。装置20利用一个或几个选定波长来测量吸收系数、散射系数、血流量或细胞组织氧化情况。激光器波长对于可更易由患病组织吸收的自然出现的色料或反差剂是敏感的。自然出现的色料的例子如对分别对于754nm和816nm敏感的血红素(Hb)和氧化血红素(HbO2)。
此外,合适的色染料,如心动绿色(Cardio-Green)即吲哚花青绿制剂可被单独或与例如钆反差剂的一媒介物相附而注入血液系统,而这种反差剂在开始的5至10分钟内最易被肿瘤吸收。针对色染料来选择一种合适的波长,例如,心动绿色在805nm展现最大的吸收。
通过测绘针对μa、μs、血量或血红素饱和度的被测值的特定变量,计算机可产生该乳房的“图象”。当有几个细胞组织变量被测绘时其分辨度被增强。该血量是利用一对儿极抗(Con-trabestic)波长(例如754nm和816nm)或纯一(isobestic)波长(即805nm)测量的。血红素饱和度(Y)是以两个波长(例如754nm和816nm)测量并通过跟踪这两个波长的吸收比率并采用下式计算的:
其中该系数是从血红素在754nm和816nm衰亡值(分别是∑Hb=0.38cm-1mM-1和∑Hb=0.18cm-1mM-1)以及氧化血红素及血红素之间在衰亡系数上的差(分别为Δ∑Hbo-Hb=0.025cm-1mM-1和Δ∑Hbo-Hb=0.03cm-1mM-1)确定的。
在另一最佳实施例中,TRS装置20与X射线乳房成象结合使用。如果由上述光学方法、X射线乳房成象或其它荧屏检测方法检测到可疑质团,就执行该组合过程。
参考图1B,乳房5沿水平或垂直位置在具有X射线底片的X射线底片箱90和具有置于一刚性材料上的输入及输出端口的支撑件11之间受到挤压。采用X射线乳房成象来确定可纤质团7相对于该刚体材料的位置。选择合适的输入端口14和输出端口16,以使其光场92包围住质团7。随后,利用上述的技术,用TRS装置20A或20B来测量被测细胞组织的μa、μs、血量或氧集聚度。该被测值再次与对应于正常组织或不同类型患病组织的这些值相比较,以确定该质团的性质。如果获得明确的结果,就不需要探查性的切除活体。
在另一最佳实施例中,TRS装置20是与探针定位过程结合使用的。该探针定位过程定位该质团,然后再由系统4检测。而且,使用在探针定位过程中的探针可以将一光纤直接引入到质团7。
参考图1C至1D,乳房5在X射线胶片箱90和一支撑件12间受到挤压,该支撑件具有定位在格栅环上的输入和输出端口以及用于探针94或探针98的一个中心定位的开口。要拍照一个或多个X射线乳房成象以确定可疑质团7的位置。为了证实或调节该探针的位置,可以拍摄更多的X射线乳房成象。
如图1C所示,如果仅用探针来定位质团7的话,那么输入端口14和输出端口16的选择要使它们的分离度等于或大干该质团7的深度的两倍。这样的分离度能够保证所引入的光场96能包括质团7。在探针94被定位以后,微细的导线被插入该质团并被留在那里作为记号。利用上述的技术,用TRS装置20来测量被测细胞组织的μa、μs、血流量、或氧集聚度。再把所测值与正常组织及不同型患病组织的那些值相比较,从而定性质团7的细胞组织。
如图1D所示,探针98把输入光纤15的末端99直接放定在质团7内。光纤具有大约100μm或更小的直径,被旋进在探针98内,并且其末端99从其探针稍稍伸出,以使所引入的光子直接与质团7相耦连。检测端口16的位置确定是光场100。在本实施例中,所有的被测光子都在被测的细胞组织中迁移,这就增加了正被检测细胞组织的相关量并由此增加了系统的分辨率。为了把质团7的细胞组织与正常细胞组织相比较,要用输入端口及检测端口的相同的几何位置来测量另侧乳房的光特性。而且,在同一乳房中,探针98被移出到质团7以外,以使得光纤末端99和检测端口16的位置定义一个完全从质团7移开的光场。为了定性该质团,针对质团7的μa和μs被测值或是与以同一装置能测得的正常细胞组织的值相比较,或是与不同类型患病细胞组织的值相比较。
在另一实施例中,利用荧光反差剂使检测对比度得以增加。肿瘤被具有小于1ns衰减时间的荧光反差剂能浸润,并用TRS装置20再度对能标记的肿瘤检测。适用的制剂发出范围在80nm至1000nm的荧光辐射,如碳化绀素染剂或胆色素(porphorin)化合物。
参考图4,荧光反差剂是单独注入血流系统或是附于一媒介物,例如尤其易被乳房肿瘤吸收的钆反差剂,而且该荧光剂被直接注入肿瘤。TRS装置20产生在端口14被引入乳房5的150微秒的光脉冲。选定衰亡波长的引入光子达到肿瘤7并激发荧光辐射物110,该辐射从肿瘤7向各方向传布。荧光辐射110的光子在被检查的乳房中迁移且其中一些达到输出端口16。输出端口16具有接口滤波器,它仅使在荧光辐射110的波长光子经过。光纤17将发射的光子收集并送到PMT检测器。系统4可在若干端口同时检测荧光辐射110,或把这些端口在光纤支撑件上移到不同位置。
TRS装置20检测荧光辐射110的脉冲,这些脉冲的形状取决于荧光剂的衰亡时间以及肿瘤细胞组织以及正常乳房细胞组织的光特性。
参考图4A和4B,在另一实施例中的TRS装置20是与MRI结合使用的。MRI采用或不采用稀土(rare earth)反差剂进行乳房检查。表面线圈112的一个网络与一光纤支撑件114相结合地放置,其构形是为使用MRI。该线圈网络112和支撑件114绕被测乳房而正确定位。在收集MRI数据的同一时刻,TRS装置20收集光数据。如果检测到不正常的质团,MRI即指明该质团的大小及位置。再用该光数据定性该质团。如上述那样,光反差剂可单独使用或与稀土反差剂结合使用。
<实验>
在预先批准的协议以及得到具有正常乳房以及其乳房发现有质团的的妇女的同意之F进行了一些基本的初步实验。
在同一女性的左、右乳房的若干个不同的位置进行了正常乳房细胞组织的检查。参考图2和图3,字符RR、LR、和LL分别表示放置输入和检测端的右与左乳及右和左乳侧。图5A和5B分别总结的在ρ=6cm条件下所测室的分别的吸收系数(μa)以及散射系数(μs′=(1-g)·μs)。在测量误差的范围内,针对右乳房的μa和μs值与针对左乳的值完全一样。图5C和5D分别总结出每一乳房左侧和右侧细胞组织的μa和μs,而图5E和5F分别总结出距胸壁不同距离的细胞组织的μa和μs。从图5A到5F中所示出的数据证实在整个被测乳房的光特性中无显著差别。
正常乳房细胞组织的检查还测量出对应于乳房体积、乳房细胞组织类型、妇女的年龄这些种族背景光学特性中的差异。根据X射线背景吸收的下降情况,乳房细胞组织被分类成“密致”、“多脂肪”以及这两类细胞组织的“混合”的类型。“多脂肪”细胞组织的μa和μs值要比具有较多纤维成分的“密致”细胞组织的对应值低。由于乳房形状的变化,难以对乳房体积精确地分类。对于这种乳房体积的测量是将乳房平稳置于平台上时测量从胸到乳尖的长度。宽和厚是在距胸壁约1cm处测得。大体积乳房的细胞组织展示出比小体积的乳房要低的μa和μs′的值。把50岁以上的女性和50岁以上的女性比较时,其观测到的趋象一致。图6A和6B分别示出针对白人和美国黑人的μa值和μs′值。除去在以4cm的分离度所测的μs′值之外,白人和美国黑人的正常乳房细胞组织展示出实际相同的光特性。由于输入和输出端口处在较小分离度时其皮肤构成了被检细胞组织的较高的相对百分比,所以,μs′的低值可能是起因于具有更多色料的皮肤的散射系数。
在全部测量中,较小分离度的输入输出端口获得比较大分离度的输入输出端口要大的μa和μs′。这种差异可解释为在较小分离度时该半无限边界条件的不满足所致。即在光子由光纤17收集之前含有光子经过组织皮肤的更多的逃逸。而且,这种相依性的存在是由于光子衰亡的陡度的测量距反射数据的峰值不象由公式1、2和3中表示的那样的大约为10000的低光子计数。因此,被测数据具有低的信噪比,而且在t>>tmax处尽能得到可靠的反射数据。在吸收系数中对应的误差E(ρ,t)|abs′是由公式7确定。
散射系数的误差E(ρ,tμa)|sct′,是由于在吸收系数中的误差所引起。相应误差由公式8确定。
采用公式7和公式8而针对误差所校正的μa和μs′的初步值在表1中示出。

对于不同分离度ρ的均值μa的校正值实际上是相同的,但是均值μs的校正值仍然是与ρ相关,尽管它的扩散被显著地降低。
对于非正常细胞组织乳房的检测实际上以上述正常乳房组织的检测的相同方式执行。该乳房组织首先要作X射线乳房照相的定性并确定质团的大小和位置。如图1C所示,被检查乳房在X射线胶片仓和支撑件12间受到挤压。输入端口14和输出端口16的选择使质团7被显示光场96中。
利用图1A的输入和输出端口设置10b而绕肿瘤7所测的μa和μs′值与相同图1A输入和输出端口设置10a和10b对于同一乳房测量的控制数据相比较。被测数据也与在被测乳房中的异常病理信息相关。这种异常性被分成下面三类:纤维化、纤维瘤和癌症。而且这三类还可以按照肿瘤的大小细分如下:直径小于1cm的、等于1cm的或大于1cm的。对于50个病人测量的初步数据表明,在正常细胞组织相比较时,在μa和μs′的数值都有增加,但是还没有显示出统计的重要性。
在随后的权利要求中还有其它的实施例。
Claims (19)
1.用于被测人生物细胞组织体内检查的时间分解分光术装置,它包括:
构成用于产生在可见或红外范围内选定波长的电磁辐射脉冲的光源,所说脉冲具有纳秒或更小数量级的持续期;
一个可相对于所说细胞组织定位的一个支撑件,包括由选定距离分开的一套输入端口和一套输出端口,所说的距离定义了被测细胞组织的体积;
每个所说的输入端口被构成用来确定所说细胞组织的一个辐射位置,所说一个输入端口与所说的光源光学地连接并用以将所说的产生的所选波长的光脉冲引入到该细胞组织;
每一个输出端口构成用来定义一个所说细胞组织的检测位置,其中所说的输入和输出端口的位置限定了生物细胞组织内的光场;
一个光检测器,与所说的其中一个输出端口光学相连,构成来检测已在所说细胞组织内迁移到所说输出端口的已修正的脉冲的光学的渡越时间上的光子,并产生对应的电信号;
光子计数器,与所说检测器相连,构成来在时间上累积对应于所说已修正脉冲的形状的电信号,其中所说的脉冲的形状与经过散射路径迁移的光子对应,这些光子取决于被测组织细胞的吸收和散射特性;及
处理器,与所说的光子计数器相连接,通过比较所说的被测辐射和所说的引入辐射束计算一个散射系数μs或一个吸收系数μa的值,并根据所说的系数来确定被测细胞组织的生理特性。
2.如权利要求1的装置,其中所说的光子计数器被构成来在包括对应光子迁移时间的时间上累积被测光子的所说电信号并从而确定所说修正脉冲的形状,并且所说的处理器根据所说修正脉冲的形状确定所说的散射系数μs或所说的吸收系数μa。
3.如权利要求1的装置,其中所说的光子计数器包括一个门控积分器和一个积分器定时控制器,构成来在所说修正脉冲到达时间上的至少两个相分离的时间间隔上接收所说的信号并积分所说的被测光子,并且所说的处理器根据在每一时间间隔上积分的光子数目来计算所说的吸收系数μa。
4.如权利要求3的装置,其中所说的门控积分器、积分器定时控制器和所说的处理器还进一步被构成用于确定脉冲被引入之时及对应于修正脉冲具有最大值之时这两者间的延时时间tmax,而且所说的处理器还被编程来确定该被测细胞组织的有效散射系数(1-g)·μs。
5.如权利要求1、2、3或4的装置,其中所说的处理器还被构成来把散射系数或吸收系数的计算值分别与散射系数和吸收系数的选定值相比较。
6.如权利要求1、2、3或4的装置,其中所说的光源被构成用来产生一定波长的辐射,当光子在所说细胞组织内迁移到所说的输出端口的同时,这种波长对于修正所说光子脉冲的已知光特性的反差剂是敏感的,所说的反差剂是被注入到被测人的细胞组织内。
7.如权利要求6的装置,其中所说的反差剂是由非正常细胞组织所吸收。
8.如权利要求6的装置,其中所说的反差剂包括适于细胞组织的MRI检验器磁动态材料。
9.如权利要求6的装置,其中所说的反差剂包括被辐射时能发荧光的材料,并且所说的检测器被构成来检测荧光辐射。
10.如权利要求9的装置,其中所说的检测器还包括一个滤波器,构成来仅允许荧光辐射经过。
11.如权利要求1、2、3或4的装置,其中所说的支撑架被构成来在一个女性被测人的乳房上定位。
12.如权利要求11的装置,其中所说的安装在支撑架上的输入端口和输出端口与乳房皮肤接触。
13.如权利要求1、2、3或4的装置,其中所说的支撑件被构成来保持所说辐射和检测位置的被选相关几何区,从而确定被测细胞组织的位置。
14.如权利要求1、2、3或4的装置,其中所说的支撑件进一步包括把逃逸出皮肤的光子返回到被测细胞组织、或为经皮肤逃逸的这些光子提供附加到检测器的迁移路径的材料。
15.如权利要求1、2、3或4的装置,其中所说的支撑件还被构成来实现所说输入端口和所说输出端口的移动。
16.如权利要求1、2、3或4的装置,其中所说的支撑件还包括用于容纳一个探针的开口,用于探针定位过程。
17.如权利要求1、2、3或4的装置,其中所说的支撑件还包括协作排列的多个线圈的网络,与MRI共同使用。
18.如权利要求1、2、3或4的装置,其中所说的支撑架是由柔性材料构成。
19.如权利要求1、2、3或4的装置,其中所说的支撑件包括一个刚性材料,被成形以适合被测组织。
