Abstract

Claims (28)

11.权利要求1的远程医疗系统,其中第一控制单元从与该控制单元通信的视频会议设备接收视频和话音数据并且将该视频和话音数据传送到第一通信设备,该通信设备根据预先选择的通信协议将该视频和话音数据封装在分组中并且将该分组输出到网络上,其中第二通信设备接收封装该视频和话音数据的分组并且去封装该分组以便重构视频和话音数据,该第二通信设备提供该视频和话音数据给第二控制单元。
12.权利要求3的远程医疗系统,其中该通信协议是TCP/IP。
13.权利要求4的远程医疗系统,其中该通信协议是TCP/IP。
14.权利要求5的远程医疗系统,其中该通信协议是TCP/IP。
15.权利要求6的远程医疗系统,其中该通信协议是TCP/IP。
16.权利要求7的远程医疗系统,其中该通信协议是TCP/IP。
17.权利要求8的远程医疗系统,其中该通信协议是TCP/IP。
18.权利要求9的远程医疗系统,其中该通信协议是TCP/IP。
19.权利要求10的远程医疗系统,其中该通信协议是TCP/IP。
20.一种在远程医疗系统中获得和传输数据的方法,该方法包括步骤:
从位于病人监视站的至少一个医疗设备得到测量数据,该测量数据表示病人身体状况的测量,该测量数据由一个或多个比特表示;
根据一种预先选择的通信协议将该数据封装在分组中,每个分组包含该分组要发送到的中央监视站的标志;
将该分组输出到网络上;
接收由包含在该分组中的标志指定的中央监视站的分组;
去封装该分组以便重构表示病人的身体状况的数据;和
提供表示身体状况的重构的测量数据到位于该中央监视站的控制单元。
21.权利要求20的方法,还包括步骤:
从位于病人监视站的视频会议设备获得视频和话音数据;
根据预先选择的通信协议将该视频和话音数据封装在分组中,每个分组包含该中央监视站的标志;
将该分组输出到网络上;
接收该中央监视站的分组;
去封装该分组以便重构视频和话音数据;和
将该重构的视频和话音数据提供给位于该中央监视站的控制单元。
22.权利要求20的方法,其中输出到网络上的分组包括一个医疗记录并且其中该医疗记录包含该病人身份的表示和包括在该医疗记录中的测量数据的类型。
23.权利要求21的方法,其中包括输出到网络上的测量数据的分组包含一个医疗记录并且其中该医疗记录包含该病人身份的表示和包含在该医疗记录中的测量数据的类型的表示。
24.权利要求23的方法,其中该医疗记录还包含得到该测量数据的医疗设备的类型的表示和该病人监视站的网络地址的表示。
25.一种在远程医疗系统中获得和传输数据的方法,该方法包括步骤:
产生位于中央监视站的控制单元中的医疗设备命令数据和应用级数据,该数据由一个或多个比特表示;
根据一种预先选择的通信协议将该数据封装在分组中,每个分组包括该分组要发送到的病人监视站的标志;
将该分组输出到网络上;
接收由包含在该分组中的标志指定的病人监视站的分组;
去封装该分组以便重构该数据;和
提供该重构数据给位于该病人监视站的控制单元。
26.权利要求25的方法,还包括步骤:
从位于中央监视站的视频会议设备得到视频和话音数据;
根据预先选择的通信协议将该视频和话音数据封装在分组中,每个分组包括病人监视站的标志;
将该分组输出到网络上;
接收该病人监视站的分组;
去封装该分组以便重构该视频和话音数据;和
将该重构的视频和话音数据提供给位于该病人监视站的控制单元。
27.一种在远程医疗系统中使用的数据信号,该数据信号涉及从位于病人监视站的医疗设备得到的测量,该测量对应病人的身体状况,其中该数据信号被提供给一个通信设备,该通信设备产生经网络发送的数据分组,该数据信号提供给该通信设备,该数据信号包括:
表示多个测量的比特;
表示该病人身份的多个比特;和
表示从该医疗设备得到的测量类型的多个比特。
28.权利要求27的数据信号还包括:
表示得到该测量数据的日期和时间的多个比特;
表示用于得到该测量数据的医疗设备类型的比特;和
表示网络上的该医疗设备的位置的多个比特。
