Abstract

Description
本发明涉及容器领域,特别是目前普通用于盛装软饮料的如聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯瓶类的吹塑塑料容器。
发明背景
过去25年左右,饮料如瓶装水和软饮料的包装有了惊人的变化,摆脱了玻璃容器而转向于塑料容器。聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)在世界范围内广泛使用是因为它显示了诸如高韧性、重量轻、高透明性、高耐压等优异特性并且起着良好的隔气作用。
PET容器通常热装,即容器被充入液体时产品高于室温。充液后,容器喷水冷却。一般这些容器还有固定称作缩套标签的产品标签的中心标签区。当水或其它液体侵入容器和标签之间的区域并聚集在里面时,就会引起问题。如果水或产品不从这里排出,聚集的液体就能变坏,形成污斑和/或产生难闻的气体。所以,能够减少或避免这一问题的任何改进都是急需的。
一种现有技术的设计得用来减小任何积液可能的容器公开于美国专利No.5,988,417。这个申请揭示了从容器的中心标签区内延伸到稍低于标签区的区域的小槽,从而液体可从标签底下流出。这个典型的现有技术的排放槽从容器的外表面凹进,在中心标签部的凹进的真空条到低于标签的区域形成一个通路。
另一种销售于日本的典型的现有技术的容器,有如图3所示的断面。这个断面取自槽8的部位,刚好低于真空条。这个现有技术的槽8完全凹进容器,即完全径向向内形成。然而,这个现有技术的槽8有结构上削弱容器强度以及真空状态下有时弄皱容器的不利影响。因此,有必要提供一种保持瓶结构完整的排放口。
另一个现有技术的瓶公开于PCT国际公开No.WO97/10988A1,该瓶具有看起来从外表面凹进去的凹槽。此外,该瓶没有在产品标签底下从一真空条排放液体的手段。
同样有必要提供一种具有可由热铸制造工艺容易且精确生产出的结构的排放口。
发明概述
本发明提供一种保证在其产品标签下排放液体的容器。这种容器包括中心标签部分,在中心标签部分以下的底部,和至少一个排放口。每个排放口包括形成一个槽的两个脊,液体可通过这个槽从中心标签部分流到容器的底部。
在另外的实施例中,容器还包括在中心标签部分凹进的真空条,从每个真空条延伸到底部的槽,从而液体可从中心标签部分流到容器的底部。
在排放口标高容器的断面部,在从容器长轴起一段径向距离上容器有外表面。优选每个槽位于与容器的外表面相同的径向距离上。优选每个脊基本为坡形,从容器的外表面起逐渐升到脊的最高点,接近槽。

优选实施例详细说明
本发明提供一种允许液体从容器,如吹塑塑料瓶的产品标签部底下排出的新型排放口。图1是一个根据本发明有排放口40的容器优选实施例的透视图。排放口40包括两个脊20和一个由脊20形成的槽10。
容器的产品标签100(所示为局部固定)固定部(或中心标签区)一般从最接近容器顶部的第一位置54延伸到最接近容器底部的第二位置52。通常,这个中心标签区都有真空条30以增加容器强度。然而,一般至少这些条30的一部分从容器的外表面50凹进,从而在标签下提供能存储液体的区域。典型产品标签是贴体的缩套,这样就相对紧固在容器上。
本发明排放口40提供了通过布置脊20形成的槽10,而不是像现有技术的容器所公开的凹陷。图2表示图1容器的底平面图。如图2所示,槽10位于与容器外表面50相同的径向距离上。如图4清楚所示,径向距离R1是从容器的中心轴线C到中心标签表面50的径向距离,而径向距离R2是从容器的中心轴线C到槽10的径向距离。现有技术的容器,槽凹进(径向向内),即位于从容器的中心轴线到比容器的外表面50更短的径向距离上。
图2A是排放口40的放大图。脊20具有高度,即从容器的外表面50出来一段径向距离是非常重要的,由此槽10形成,液体可流。优选每个脊20基本上是坡形,从容器的外表面50起逐渐升到脊20的最高点,接近槽10。产品标签基本上包围容器并覆盖槽10,但脊20可在标签和槽10间提供充分空间供液体从标签底下向下排出。
本发明的排放口40通过在产品标签和容器之间提供空间而允许液体排出。而且,脊20通过稳定排放口位于其周围的节点为容器提供结构强度,尤其是对于聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯容器。本发明还有助于为制造而重复制作。
优选外表面50的直径约65mm的,12盎司的容器的脊20高约0.3mm到约0.8mm,更优选约0.4mm到约0.7mm,甚至更优选约0.45mm到约0.6mm,最优选约0.5mm到约0.55mm。优选在外表面50上具有真空条的宽度即包出一个约45度的扇形区的相同的容器上,每个槽10宽约2度到约8度,更优选约2.5度到约6度,甚至更优选约3度到约5度,最优选约3.5度到约4.5度。优选槽10的长度从中心标签区的凹进部延伸到标签以下的容器的底部。更优选槽10的长度从真空条30的凹进部延伸到中心标签区以下的容器的底部。
采用本发明排放口40的容器的优选实施例有一个从每个真空条30延伸出的排放口40。或者,采用本发明排放口40的容器可包括多个从每个真空条30延伸出的排放口40,包括例如两个或更多个从每个真空条30延伸出的排放口40。
当然,尽管与本发明的结构和功能的详细说明一起,本发明的多项特性和优点在上文中已被列出,但以上公开仅是解说性的。而细部可有变化,尤其是在本发明原理之内达到最大程度的,由所附权利要求表达的广义的构成部分的形状、尺寸和布置方面的变化。
Claims (7)
1.一种保证在其产品标签(100)下排放液体的容器,这种容器包括:
中心标签部分,该部分具有一张贴标签的外表面,所述中心标签部分大致是一圆柱体,其半径(R1)确定一大致圆柱形的侧壁(50),所述半径(R1)在所述大致的圆柱体的中心轴线(C)和侧壁(50)之间延伸;
在上述中心标签部分以下的底部,所述底部由一周向结构与中心标签部分分开;和
真空条(30),在中心标签部分凹进;
其特征在于,所述容器包括至少一个排放口(40),以从所述真空条(30)排走液体,这个排放口包括:
两个脊(20),它们从所述容器的侧壁(50)向外伸出,离开中心轴线(C),所述脊(20)在其间形成一个槽(10),该槽(10)的上端以所述真空条(30)为界,而其下端以所述周向结构为界,所述槽(10)的半径(R2)大致就是从其上端到下端的整个距离,该槽(10)的半径(R2)和侧壁(50)的半径(R1)大致相等。
2.根据权利要求1的容器,还包括固定到上述中心标签部分的标签(100)。
3.根据权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,所述容器是塑料容器。
4.根据权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,对容器上的每个真空条(30),具有至少一个排放口(40)。
5.根据权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,每个脊(20)在所述侧壁上基本为坡形。
6.一种排放口(40),它保证在容器的产品标签(100)底下排放液体,所述排放口(40)包括:
形成一个槽(10)的两个脊(20),所述脊是从容器的外表面(50)伸出的突起,标签张贴在外表面(50)上,外表面(50)位于容器的一中心标签部分上,所述槽(10)从一真空条(30)延伸到底部,使液体可通过槽(10)以中心标签部分排到底部,而所述底部位于所述中心标签部分下方,所述真空条(30)在所述中心标签部分凹进,其中,
所述外表面(50)位于第一径向距离(R1)处;
所述槽(10)位于第一径向距离(R1)相等的第二径向距离(R2)处。
7.根据权利要求6的排放口(40),其特征在于,在容器的外表面(50)上,每个脊(20)基本上为坡形。
