                        技术领域
本发明涉及一种非常透气的压敏粘性制品,例如绷带或胶带。更特别地,本发明涉及一种既具有良好粘合性又具有高的水气传输率特性的压敏粘性制品。在一个具体实施方案中,该粘性制品具有衬里层和橡胶类压敏粘合剂。
                        发明背景
粘性制品,例如绷带和胶带,是现有技术公知的并且通常用于急救性伤口敷料和其他医疗应用。传统的粘合剂绷带含有被粘合剂区所围绕的中心衬垫区(衬垫基料)。尤其,粘合剂绷带或胶带一般包含长布条或塑性衬里层,其在一个表面上涂有压敏粘合剂。将纱布或海绵衬垫固定在粘合剂表面中心位置,因此起创伤覆盖材料的作用。衬垫朝向创伤的一面可以是塑料涂覆的或用其它方式处理过的以防止衬垫粘附于创伤上。将隔离条带放置在粘合剂区上,通常是创伤覆盖材料,以密封包装形式封闭整体并且经过杀菌以备使用。
医疗应用中粘性制品的缺点是浸软。在休眠状态下正常人的皮肤释放出大约500g/m2/24小时的水。若由皮肤释放的水不能蒸发,那么皮肤颜色会变得发白并且很难看。经过一些时间则会削弱皮肤的完整性。还有伤口痊愈的时间经常会延长。
橡胶类压敏粘合剂具有高粘合性和相对较低成本的优点。无需施加大量压力就可获得高的粘合性。然而,因为它们本身透气性差(即,低的水气传输率(MVTR)),所以橡胶类粘合剂可能是不利的。因此,这一不利性能使得橡胶类粘合剂一般不适于与皮肤接触的绷带应用。

                          发明概述

                         发明详述
如上所述,粘性制品用作医用绷带和/或医用胶带。制品具有至少大约2000g/m2/24小时的水蒸气传输率。在一个具体实施方案中,水蒸气传输率至少为约2500g/m2/24小时。在另一具体实施方案中,水蒸气传输率至少为约3000g/m2/24小时,以及在又一具体实施方案中至少大约5000g/m2/24小时。本制品甚至具有7000g/m2/24小时或更高的水蒸气传输率。由ASTM F-1249-90测定该水蒸气传输率。
制品还具有小于约25%的无粘合剂区面积。在一个具体实施方案中,无粘合剂区面积是大约5%至大约25%的范围。在另一具体实施方案中,无粘合剂区面积是大约7%至大约20%的范围,以及在另一个具体实施方案中为大约8%至大约17%的范围。在又一具体实施方案中,无粘合剂区面积是大约10%至大约15%的范围。在权利要求书和说明书的此处和别处出现的范围和比例限可以结合起来。
通过对不含粘合剂的衬里层面积的实际测量来确定无粘合剂区的面积。应当认识到在应用期间粘合剂会流失一些。术语“无粘合剂区”意指制品的不含粘合剂的暴露的衬里层部分。通过采用奥林巴斯SZH缩放体视望远镜和Image-Pro Plus软件来确定无粘合剂区面积。Pulnix摄像机和电视监视仪用于捕捉图像,而软件用于测量衬里层无粘合剂的部分。衬里层无粘合剂的面积除以衬里层样品的总面积然后乘以100从而得到样品的无粘合剂区面积。
按照本发明的粘性制品包括具有第一和第二面的衬里层。粘合剂以图纹方式粘接在衬里层的第一面。为达到高MVTR,以不连续图纹方式将粘合剂施加到膜衬里,如此使得存在粘合剂涂覆区和无粘合剂区。粘合剂涂覆区使得绷带粘结到皮肤上,而无粘合剂区使得水汽得以通过,因此使用相对低成本的材料同时达到高透气性和好的耐磨性能。
衬里层材料可以是任何适宜的聚合物膜,塑料泡沫(包括开孔型泡沫),纺织织物,编织织物或无纺织物。织物可以是天然的或合成的材料。衬里层至少具有一定的透气性。
在一个具体实施方案中应用有孔的衬里层。例如,在一个具体实施方案中,衬里层是有孔的聚合物膜,例如聚烯烃膜、无纺布织物或类似物。应当指出,本发明的不连续粘合剂图纹还增强了不含带孔衬里的产品的透气性,只要衬里自身本来就具有一定的透气性,例如采用聚氨酯膜的情形。当采用带孔膜或泡沫时,许多孔排列在无粘合剂区。在一个具体实施方案中,每一无粘合剂区有大约2至大约15个孔。在另一具体实施方案中,每一无粘合剂区有大约3至大约8个,或4至大约6个孔。
适宜用作衬里层或带的材料实例包括聚烯烃,例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯丙烯共聚物和乙烯丁烯共聚物,聚氨酯,聚氨酯泡沫,聚苯乙烯,增塑聚氯乙烯,聚酯,聚酰胺和棉。塑料薄膜可以是片材或泡沫条的形式。具体实例包括Platilon UO4,其为Atochem生产的厚度约25微米的聚氨酯膜。另一可用且优选的衬里层是3.3密耳的带孔聚烯烃膜,从Tredegar Film Products购买的商标名为X6989的产品。

本发明中的粘合剂在衬里层上形成图纹。可以以任意数量的图纹的方式施用粘合剂。例如,一种隐藏的图纹可以是正弦波,采用紧密叠加在一起的平滑图纹(圆形波纹)或者尖锐图纹(三角形波纹)。在一个优选的具体实施方案中,粘合剂形成连续网络使得无粘合剂区互相不连接。在该具体实施方案中,基本上防止了使用绷带时水分通过绷带边缘无粘合剂的通道而渗入到绷带中以及绷带下面。加之,粘性制品不太可能避免水分的不利影响。而且,该具体实施方案通过为边缘提升创造地点而使能够降低粘合性能的绷带边缘周围的无粘合剂区最小化。粘合剂层的涂胶量一般为大约10至大约80g/平方米,或大约15至大约70g/平方米,或大约20至60g/平方米(gsm)。
例如,优选的粘合剂图纹的一个具体实施方案可以是“蜂窝纹”设计的图案。可以采用各种不同布局的各种无粘合剂区样式以任何适宜的方式而实现“蜂窝纹”设计。例如,无粘合剂区是圆点、六边形小点、四方形小点或任意几何形状的形式。这些小点如此布置使得它们排列成行或在行间发生偏移。在一个优选的具体实施方案中,在行间发生偏移的六边形小点往往获得粘合剂覆盖区与无粘合剂区之间的理想平衡。
通过参考所附附图可以进一步描述粘性制品。图1是包含粘合剂层11和无粘合剂区12的带有衬里层的粘性制品10。可以通过本领域技术人员已知的任意方式来制备图纹。通过喷涂压敏粘合剂或通过熔融吹塑压敏粘合剂能够形成该图纹。通过印刷粘合剂也可以形成图纹。该印刷可以是能够形成图纹的任何方法。可用的印刷方法的实例包括凹版印刷术、平版印刷术、筛网印花或苯胺印刷术。
如上所述,以该不连续图纹方式施加粘合剂的合适的技术包括照相凹版式涂覆、喷涂、熔融吹塑、苯胺印刷术例如粘合剂的胶版苯胺印刷术或筛网印花术。印刷术的附加好处是能够设计集中的粘合剂区域以达到特定效果。例如,可以只在接受衬垫原料的绷带部分施加较多的粘合剂,以有助于衬垫基料粘结至衬里材料。该实施方案进一步阐述于图2中。制品20具有粘合剂层21和无粘合剂区22。在区域23中,存在更高含量的粘合剂以提供创伤覆盖层更好的粘合。
本医用绷带或胶带的粘合剂可以是任意医用级粘合剂。该医用粘合剂包括合适的丙烯酸类压敏粘合剂(PSA),合适的橡胶类压敏粘合剂和合适的硅氧烷压敏粘合剂。
可用的橡胶类PSA包括U.S.专利5705551(Sasaki等人)和U.S.专利4080348(Korpman)教导的那些物质,其公开的内容在此处引入作为参考。聚合的橡胶类料的实例包括下述的一种或多种:苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯聚合物,包括苯乙烯-乙烯/丙烯-苯乙烯聚合物在内的苯乙烯-烯烃-苯乙烯聚合物,聚异丁烯,苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯聚合物,聚异戊二烯,聚丁二烯,天然橡胶,硅橡胶,丙烯腈橡胶,腈橡胶,聚氨酯橡胶,聚异丁烯橡胶,丁基橡胶,包括溴代丁基橡胶在内的卤代丁基橡胶,丁二烯-丙烯腈橡胶,聚氯丁二烯和苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶。
特别有用的橡胶类粘合剂是具有热塑性弹性体组分和树脂组分的粘合剂。热塑性弹性体组分包含大约55-85份单一的A-B嵌段共聚物,其中A-嵌段衍生自苯乙烯同系物并且B-嵌段衍生自异戊二烯,以及大约15-45份线性的或自由基A-B-A嵌段共聚物,其中A-嵌段衍生自苯乙烯或苯乙烯同系物并且B-嵌段衍生自共轭二烯或低级链烯,该A-B嵌段共聚物中的A-嵌段构成A-B共聚物的大约10-18wt%,并且全部A-B和A-B-A共聚物含有大约20%或更少的苯乙烯。树脂组分基本上由用于弹性体组分的增粘剂树脂构成。一般,任何相容的常用增粘剂树脂或该类树脂的混合物都可以使用。这些包括烃类树脂、松香和松香衍生物、多萜烯和其他增粘剂。该粘合剂组合物含有大约20-300份树脂组分/100重量份热塑性弹性体组分。一个此类橡胶类粘合剂是从Ato Findley购买的商标名为HM3210的产品。
有用的丙烯酸类PSA包括U.S.专利5947917(Carte)和U.S.专利5164444(Bernard,丙烯酸乳液)、U.S.专利5623011(Bernard,增粘的丙烯酸乳液)中教导的那些物质。它还可以是单体与引发剂以及其他成分的可辐射固化的混合物例如U.S.专利5232958(Ang,UV固化的丙烯酸类)和U.S.专利5232958(Mallya等人,EB固化的)所教导的。这些专利公开的内容以及它们所涉及的丙烯酸粘合剂的待审批申请在此处均引入作为参考。
可以料想将任何能够形成粘合剂层的丙烯酸类聚合物用于本发明,该粘合剂层具有足够的粘性以粘结至面料、隔离衬垫或粘结至基材,并且对皮肤具有可接受的粘合性。在某些具体实施方案中,用于压敏粘合剂层的丙烯酸聚合物包括由至少一种丙烯酸烷基酯单体或甲基丙烯酸烷基酯、不饱和羧酸和任选地乙烯基内酰胺的聚合而形成的那些物质。适宜的丙烯酸烷基酯或甲基丙烯酸烷基酯的例子包括但不限于,丙烯酸丁酯,丙烯酸乙酯,丙烯酸2-乙基己基酯,丙烯酸异辛酯,丙烯酸异壬酯,丙烯酸异癸酯,丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯酸甲基丁基酯,丙烯酸4-甲基-2-戊基酯,丙烯酸仲丁基酯,甲基丙烯酸乙酯,甲基丙烯酸异癸酯,甲基丙烯酸甲酯等等以及其混合物。适宜的烯属不饱和羧酸的例子包括但不限于,丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸,富马酸,衣康酸等等及其混合物。优选的烯属不饱和羧酸单体是丙烯酸。适宜的乙烯基内酰胺的例子包括但不限于,N-乙烯基己内酰胺,1-乙烯基-2-哌啶酮,1-乙烯基-5-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,乙烯基吡咯烷酮等等及其混合物。
粘合剂还可以包括增粘剂。增粘剂,通常为烃类树脂,木质树脂,松香,松香衍生物等等。可以料想,本领域熟练技术人员已知的且与弹性体聚合物组合物相容的任何增粘剂都可以用于本发明的该具体实施方案。已发现可用的一种这类增粘剂是Wingtak 10,室温下为液态的一种合成多萜烯树脂,由Akron,Ohio.的固特异轮胎和橡胶公司出售。Wingtak 95是从固特异可以得到的一种合成增粘剂树脂,其主要包含衍生自1,3-戊二烯和异戊二烯的聚合物。其他合适的增粘性添加剂包括Escorez 1310(一种脂肪族烃类树脂)和Escorez 2596,一种C5-C9(芳香族改性的脂肪族)树脂,二者都是由Irving,Texas的埃克森制造。当然,正如本领域熟练技术人员所希望的,各种各样不同的增粘性添加剂都可以用于实施本发明。
除了增粘剂之外其他添加剂也可以包含在PSA中以带来所希望的性能。例如,可以加入增塑剂并且已知它们可以降低含有弹性体聚合物的粘合剂组合物的玻璃化转变温度。可用的增塑剂的一个例子是Shellflex 371,从Houston,Texas的Shell石油公司购得的一种脂环族操作油。抗氧剂也可以包含在粘合剂组合物中。适宜的抗氧剂包括从Hawthorne,N.Y.的Ciba-Geigy购得的Irgafos 168和Irganox565。添加剂还可以包括切削剂例如蜡类和表面活性剂。
可以少量(一般少于弹性体相的约25wt%)加入粘合剂层的其他任选的材料包括pH控制剂,药剂,杀菌剂,生长激素,伤口愈合组分例如胶原蛋白,抗氧剂,除臭剂,香水,抗菌剂和杀真菌剂。
可用的硅氧烷压敏粘合剂包括可从陶氏康宁医疗产品公司购买的那些产品和从通用电气得到的那些产品。从陶氏康宁得到的硅氧烷粘合剂的例子包括以商标名BIO-PSA X7-3027、BIO-PSA X7-4919、BIO-PSA X7-2685、BIO-PSA X7-3122和BIO-PSA X7-4502而出售的那些产品。用于本发明的硅氧烷压敏粘合剂的另外的例子描述于U.S.专利4591622,4584355,4585836和4655767中,在此引入作为参考。
通过参考所附附图以进一步描述粘性制品。图1有包含粘合剂层11和无粘合剂区12的带有衬里层的粘性制品10。可以通过本领域技术人员已知的任何方法来制备图纹。通过喷涂压敏粘合剂或通过熔融吹塑压敏粘合剂能够形成该图纹。通过印刷粘合剂也可以形成图纹。该印刷可以是能够形成图纹的任何方法。可用的印刷方法的实例包括凹版印刷术、平版印刷术、筛网印花或苯胺印刷术。
图3是粘性制品的横截面。粘性制品30具有衬里层31,该衬里层31粘结至粘合剂32,该粘合剂32带有包含无粘合剂区33的图纹。粘合剂32又可松动地粘结至隔离衬垫32。
图4表示带有伤口覆盖层的粘性制品。制品40具有衬里层41,该衬里层41粘结至带图纹的粘合剂42,该粘合剂42包含无粘合剂区43。粘合剂又部分地且可松动地粘结至隔离衬垫45,还部分地粘结至创伤覆盖层44。应当指出,创伤覆盖层和隔离衬垫还可以是互相接触的。创伤覆盖层可以是本领域已知的任一种。这些包括吸收性材料例如含纤维的网、纱布等等。含纤维的网可以是由人造丝和聚丙烯而制成的。例如,含纤维的网包括具有70%人造丝和30%聚丙烯以及50%人造丝和50%聚丙烯的那些。图4的创伤覆盖层覆盖了粘性制品的一部分。制品可以是条带或矩形绷带或岛状绷带的形式。
若粘性制品用作胶带,那么隔离涂层放置于衬里层的第二表面上。隔离涂层可以是本领域已知的任一种。这些包括喷涂的硅氧烷隔离涂层。
隔离涂层防止粘合剂层粘合至衬里层的第二表面。
                           实施例
通过下述实施例以更详细地描述本发明。
                      实施例1A-1C
将从Ato Findley得到的HM3210热熔橡胶类压敏粘合剂,通过胶版苯胺印刷术,以“蜂窝状”图纹施加到经硅化处理的隔离衬垫上。形成图纹使得粘合剂覆盖了隔离衬垫85-90%的表面区域,余下10-15%的无粘合剂的表面区域。粘合剂的涂胶量是40g/平方米(gsm)。然后将粘合剂涂覆过的衬垫压至3.3密耳的带孔聚烯烃膜即从TredegarFilm Products得到的X6989。然后对层压材料的辊压经由口模变换为切削加工,在其中施加吸收性衬垫和手指拉环片,切削该材料从而形成粘合剂绷带条。
                         实施例2
以图纹方式将粘合剂喷涂到隔离衬垫上,使得粘合剂覆盖了85-90%隔离衬垫的表面并且涂胶量为40gsm,通过这种方式向隔离衬垫施加热熔橡胶类PSA,除此之外大体上按照实施例1制备粘合剂条。然后将粘合剂涂覆过的衬垫压至带孔的聚烯烃膜。
                         实施例3
以图纹方式将粘合剂筛网印刷到隔离衬垫上,使得粘合剂覆盖了85-90%隔离衬垫的表面并且涂胶量为40gsm,通过这种方式向隔离衬垫施加热熔橡胶类PSA,除此之外大体上按照实施例1制备粘合剂条。然后将粘合剂涂覆过的衬垫压至带孔的聚烯烃膜。
                         实施例4
以图纹方式将粘合剂用凹版印刷术印刷到隔离衬垫上,使得粘合剂覆盖了85-90%隔离衬垫的表面并且涂胶量为40gsm,通过这种方式向隔离衬垫施加热熔橡胶类PSA,除此之外大体上按照实施例1制备粘合剂条。然后将粘合剂涂覆过的衬垫压至带孔的聚烯烃膜。
                          实施例5
以图纹方式将粘合剂用苯胺印刷术印刷到隔离衬垫上,使得粘合剂覆盖了85-90%隔离衬垫的表面并且涂胶量为40gsm,通过这种方式向隔离衬垫施加热熔橡胶类PSA,除此之外大体上按照实施例1制备粘合剂条。然后将粘合剂涂覆过的衬垫压至带孔的聚烯烃膜。
                          实施例6
以图纹方式将粘合剂用平版印刷术印刷到隔离衬垫上,使得粘合剂覆盖了85-90%隔离衬垫的表面并且涂胶量为40gsm,通过这种方式向隔离衬垫施加热熔橡胶类PSA,除此之外大体上按照实施例1制备粘合剂条。然后将粘合剂涂覆过的衬垫压至带孔的聚烯烃膜。
                        对比实施例A
由开槽口模将粘合剂涂敷到隔离衬垫的表面上,通过这种方式向隔离衬垫施加热熔橡胶类PSA,除此之外大体上按照实施例1-6制备粘合剂条。采用该方法,以均匀薄层方式挤出粘合剂至隔离衬垫。粘合剂的涂胶量为35gsm。然后将粘合剂涂覆过的衬垫压至带孔的聚烯烃膜。
                       对比实施例B
从市场上购买邦迪牌Sheer绷带作为粘合剂绷带条,测试该绷带条以用于对比目的。这些绷带含有涂覆在乙烯基衬里上的丙烯酸乳液粘合剂。
测试前述实施例的粘合剂条样品的水气传输率(MVTR)。首先将几个样品置于较高的温度和相对湿度的老化条件下,然后采用前述测试进行评价。表1列出了各种样品的测试结果。

1.一种粘性制品,包括至少一层带有第一和第二表面的衬里层和以图纹方式粘附于衬里层的第一表面的压敏粘合剂层,其中粘合剂层的图纹具有小于约25%的无粘合剂区,并且其中该粘性制品具有大于约2000g/m2/24小时的水气传输率。
2.权利要求1的制品,其中衬里层包含纺织的、无纺的或编织的织物。
3.权利要求1的制品,其中衬里层包含聚合的膜或泡沫体。

(a)提供带有上表面的隔离衬垫,
(b)以图纹方式将压敏粘合剂施加到所述隔离衬垫的上表面,其中所述隔离衬垫上表面的无粘合剂区的面积小于所述上表面总表面积的25%,和
(c)向压敏粘合剂施加衬里层。
25.权利要求24的方法,进一步包括将创伤接触层粘结至压敏粘合剂的一部分的步骤。
26.权利要求24的方法,其中采用凹版印刷术、苯胺印刷术、筛网印花或喷涂来形成图纹。
27.权利要求24的方法,其中通过用苯胺印刷术印刷蜂窝状图纹从而形成图纹。
28.一种促进创伤愈合的方法,包括提供权利要求9的粘性制品和采用该制品包扎创伤的步骤。
29.一种促进创伤愈合的方法,包括提供权利要求19的粘性制品和采用该制品包扎创伤的步骤。
