Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及清洁用具领域，尤其涉及一种具有一个使流体输送管封闭在万向接头内将其保护的万向接头的可伸缩清洁用具，其中，流体输送管将流体自清洁用具上的贮箱输送至清洁头上的喷洒器喷头。
发明背景
人们均知道清洁用具，尤其熟悉那些用万向接头将拖把头装于把手的清洁用具。一般，这些清洁用具使一个流体贮箱装在把手上，并用流体输送管将流体分配至清洁头。然而，这些普通的清洁用具的流体输送管是沿拖把外侧，特别是沿万向接头的外侧安装的。这样，流体输送管会缠在万向接头上而阻碍拖把头的运动。此外，流体输送管会被万向接头压折或压扁而使流体输送管节流或完全堵塞。结果，使用万向接头和外流体输送管的普通清洁用具会使拖把头的运动受限制和/或限制流向清洁头的流体流量。
此外，多数普通的清洁用具使用具有不能伸缩或折叠的直杆的把手。这明显地限制了由小空间运输清洁用具的能力。加之，使用者不能操作把手以适应较小清洁空间和/或贮藏。
因此，所需要的是一种清洁用具，它具有一个可伸缩把手和一个将流体输送管封闭在万向接头内以防止输送管阻碍万向接头运动从而阻碍拖把头运动及防止流体输送管压扁而限制流向拖把头的流体流量的万向接头。
发明的概述
本发明的一个目的是提供一种改进的清洁用具。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种可伸缩的清洁用具，它包括一个存放流体的贮箱，一个由万向接头装于贮箱的分配器和一根通向与分配器敞开连通的贮箱的流体输送管，其中，流体输送管位于万向接头内，以防流体输送管与万向接头相缠。

详细说明
参考图1～4，优先的清洁用具10包括一个用万向接头14将分配器12装于流体贮箱13的拖把头11。贮箱13经流体输送管15与分配器12成敞开连通。贮箱13最好包括一个把手16，但只要可偏离本发明的意向没有单独把手也可使用。此外，优先的分配器12是一个喷洒器喷头，但只要不偏离本发明的意向可包括各种分配器。
万向接头14包括一个基本的空心球17(图1a)和一个用销19卡住球17并为流体输送管15提供通道20的叉18(图2)。最好，球17装于拖把头11而叉18装于贮箱13。然而，反过来，球17可装于贮箱13而叉18可装于拖把头11。
参考图1b，球17最好具有一个牢牢地与拖把头11接合的截头面21，一条接纳管15的槽22和一个与叉18的连接销24接合的通孔23。截头面21提供一个开口，供管15通过，并与喷洒器喷头12连通。在球17后部的槽22提供一条当叉18绕销24转动时引导管15的通路。叉18通过连接销24装于球17，并绕由销24形成的轴线转动。万向接头14，尤其球17的槽22，提供一条通过接头14的无阻碍的通路，供管15通过而不妨碍万向接头14或叉18的运动。转动期间，叉18在球17的槽22内引导管15向上或向下，从而允许移动清洁用具10而不使管15压折或弯折。

参考图4，优先的连接31被示于分解状态(图4a)和装配状态(图4b)。优先的连接包括一个用压配合插入中段26两端，并在段25，26和27间提供无晃动连接的套筒32。上下段25和27上分别具有一个与开口34锁定接合的弹簧加载的锁定销33，以致当销33与开口34轴向对准时，销33如图4c所示伸过开口34。
为使把手16如图3a所示地锁定就位，上下段25和27插入中段26的套筒32内以使销33嵌入套筒32的槽35内。槽35使弹簧加载销33导入允许销33与开口34锁定接合的开口34中。要使上下段25和27从中段26脱开，就使销33自开口34压下，同时使上下段25和27的中段26中可滑动地拆下。

Claims (10)

1.一种清洁用具，包括：
一个存放流体的贮箱；
一个由万向接头装于所述贮箱的分配器；和
一根通至与所述分配器成敞开连通的所述贮箱的流体输送管，其中，所述流体输送管位于所述万向接头内，以防所述流体输送管与所述万向接头相缠。
2.权利要求1所述的清洁用具，其特征在于还包括一个装于所述万向接头的拖把头，其中所述的分配器装于所述拖把头。
3.权利要求1所述的清洁用具，其特征在于，所述的万向接头包括一个球和叉，其中所述球位于所述的叉内，以允许所述分配器在所有方向上转动。
4.权利要求1所述的清洁用具，其特征在于，所述分配器包括一个喷洒器喷头。
5.权利要求1所述的清洁用具，其特征在于还包括一个装于所述万向接头的把手，其中所述贮箱装于所述把手。
6.权利要求5所述的清洁用具，其特征在于，所述把手包括至少两个套筒元件。
7.权利要求5所述的清洁用具，其特征在于，所述把手是可弯折和可折叠中的一个。
8.权利要求5所述的清洁用具，其特征在于，所述把手包括上段，中段和下段，所述中段的直径比所述上下段大。
9.权利要求8所述的清洁用具，其特征在于，所述上段和下段中至少一段具有一个与所述中段的开口锁定接合的弹簧加载销。
10.权利要求9所述的清洁用具，其特征在于，利用具有一条将所述销导入所述中段的所述开口内的导向槽的压配合套筒将所述上、下段装于所述中段。
