Described first valve comprises one first pressure regulator, and it can prevent that when the pressure in described first gasbag chamber is lower than first predetermined pressure fluid from flowing to described second gasbag chamber from described first gasbag chamber; When being equal to or higher than described first predetermined pressure, the pressure in described first gasbag chamber allows that fluid flow to described second gasbag chamber from described first gasbag chamber and improves the supporting that is provided in its set side by described second gasbag chamber with pressure and the power ground that increases described second gasbag chamber.
