Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有安装深度调节装置的销钉安装器(Bolzensetzgeraet)和一种相配的调节方法。
背景技术
在销钉安装器中,在一通常通过火药筒的爆炸或在燃烧室内的混合气体的燃烧形成的一次性推进过程中安装活塞受到加速,它以其动能将销钉钉入基体内。动能根据基体的硬度和希望的安装深度通过火药筒或混合气体的成份以及燃烧室体积的变化、安装活塞和配设的阻尼元件的起始位置的选择而预先确定。为此通常需要费时和费料的前期试验。
按DE3930592A1,已知一种带一安装活塞和一用来调节安装深度的弹性阻尼元件的火药推进销钉安装器,其中可借助于手动改变安装活塞相对于配设的阻尼元件的起始位置通过前期试验调整下一个销钉的安装深度。
按EP 338257 B1,一多项冲击射钉枪具有一电子的冲击能量调节装置,以通过一贮存的、用于电磁冲击装置的流动角的调节函数改变在同一销钉上的下一次分冲击所达到的钉入深度,它用一用于电磁驱动的安装活塞的光学或磁力增量路程测量传感器测量运动下死点的位置。在通过所有分冲击的钉入深度增量的累加或通过一终点位置传感器求出的安装深度达到预先选择的额定值以后便终止推进过程,并开始对于下一次推进过程的冲击能量调节。这种类型的用于分冲击的冲击能量调节装置不能用于具有一次性推进过程的销钉安装器。
发明概述
本发明的目的是实现一种带一用于一次性推进过程的安装深度调节装置的销钉安装器和一种相配的调节方法。
这个目的主要通过独立权利要求的特征来实现。优良的改进结构由从属权利要求得到。
一销钉安装器主要带有一个在燃烧室中由膨胀的燃气推动的用来在一次性推进过程中推进销钉的安装活塞、一个带一电子调节装置的调节回路、一个用于安装深度的额定值发生器、一个用来确定安装活塞运动下死点位置的位置测量传感器和一个用来自动调整用于下一次推进过程的安装活塞的动能的控制装置。
在调节方法中,在第一个步骤内通过操作操纵开关触发推进过程;在第二个步骤内由一位置测量传感器至少在支承部位多次测量安装活塞在推进过程中的位置,并由此由电子调节装置算出运动下死点的位置,它与销钉的安装深度相关。在第三个步骤中由电子控制装置由运动下死点的位置和下一次安装过程的安装深度的额定值求出用来改变安装活塞动能的控制装置的调整量,并暂时作为下一次安装过程的调整量被中间贮存,这个调整量在第四个步骤中由控制装置进行调整。在随后的步骤中周期性地重复步骤一至四、由此从第二个推进过程开始实现安装深度的自动调节。
根据由位置测量传感器测出的上一个销钉的安装深度通过电子调节装置确定用于下一个销钉的下一次推进过程的动能,并通过控制装置暂时贮存,由此在少数几次安装过程内根据可预先选择的额定值自动实现在一次性推进过程中达到的安装深度。
控制装置有利地做成可电力控制的机械促动器,它又有利地以常用的方式设计,用来改变燃料数量、混合比例、燃烧室体积、燃气的排出装置或阻尼元件的位置。
带有许多在安装活塞上轴向等距分布的并最好是旋转对称的传感器测标(Sensormarke)的位置测量传感器有利地做成增量式传感器,它与一最好集成在电子调节装置中的计数装置连接,由此可使位置测量传感器做得非常小而且结实。
增量式传感器有利地是一磁场敏感的半导体传感器,如磁阻传感器或霍尔传感器(Hall-Sensor),给它配设有在安装活塞上的作为传感器测标的凸耳或缺口,它在用于此的半导体传感器的位置上可计值地调制出一最好通过永久磁铁产生的永久磁场,由此得到位置测量传感器非常结实的结构。
传感器测标有利地做成在每两个紧密相邻的环形圆弧槽之间的狭窄的余留凸脊(Reststege),由此一方面由余留凸脊表面的强烈弯曲确定的作为测量值的磁场强度的变化足够大,另一方面使环形圆弧槽对于受强烈机械交变应力作用的安装活塞的残留横截面的应力集中效应尽可能小。
增量传感器有利地由至少两个分传感器组成,为了测量有差别的测量值结果它们相互相位相反地连接,由此在测量技术上排除了绝对的测量值波动,这种波动特别是在安装活塞在销钉安装器的导向筒内的径向导向间隙高达0.6mm时可能出现。
两个分传感器有利地沿轴向错开传感器测标的四分之一个周期地设置,由此可以通过在两个分传感器内记录的测量值变动量的时间序列借助于90°移相检测来确定安装活塞的轴向运动方向,由此特别是可通过反向可靠地检测运动下死点。
位置测量传感器有利地配设一计时器,由此可通过时间最大值可靠地检测运动下死点,并可附加地联系传感器测标的周期长度计算与安装能量关联的安装活塞的速度,以及可以按Windsor方法计算基体的硬度,它可由销钉安装器显示出来。

实施例说明
按图1,示意表示的爆炸力推动的销钉安装器1具有一由燃烧室2内的火药筒的膨胀的燃气推动的、在一导向筒3内作有限轴向运动的安装活塞4,以使一沿轴向配置的销钉5钉入基体6内,直至运动下死点uTP或相应的安装深度T,还具有一用粗线表示的电子机械调节回路I。一带有集成的计数器n和计时器t的微型控制器形式的电子调节装置7与一可旋转调整的用于安装深度T的额定值发生器8、一设置在导向筒3内的位置测量传感器9、一做成可电力控制的机械促动器的可电子机械移动的排放阀套形式的控制装置10以及一操作开关11可控制地连接。电子调节装置7控制一与它连接的数字显示器,以显示安装深度T或基体6的硬度。
按图2,位置测量传感器9做成增量式霍尔传感器,它配设许多在铁磁性安装活塞4上以3mm的长度周期P轴向等距分布的做成在每两个紧邻的各0.5mm深和2.5mm宽的环形圆弧槽之间狭窄的余留凸脊形式的旋转对称的传感器测标12,这些测标在用于此的霍尔传感器的部位可计值地调制由与霍尔传感器相邻的环形永久磁铁13a、13b产生的永久磁场H。位置测量传感器9由两个相对于安装活塞4径向相对设置的分传感器14a、14b组成,它们轴向错开传感器测标12的四分之一周期P而设置。
Claims (10)
1.一种销钉安装器,具有一由燃烧室(2)内的膨胀的燃气推动的、将销钉(5)在一次性推进过程中钉入基体(6)内的安装活塞(4)和一安装深度调节装置,其特征为:设有一个调节回路(I),该调节回路带有一电子调节装置(7)、一安装深度(T)额定值发生器(8)、一用来确定安装活塞(4)运动下死点(uTP)位置的位置测量传感器(9)和一用来自动调整安装活塞(4)的用于下一次推进过程的动能的控制装置(10)。
2.按权利要求1的销钉安装器,其特征为:所述控制装置(10)做成可电力控制的机械促动器,它选择性地改变燃料数量、混合比、燃烧室体积、燃气的排出装置或阻尼元件的位置。
3.按权利要求1或2的销钉安装器,其特征为:所述位置测量传感器(9)带有许多在安装活塞(4)上轴向等距分布并旋转对称的传感器测标(12),该位置测量传感器做成增量式传感器并与一可选择地集成在电子调节装置(7)内的计数装置(n)连接。
4.按权利要求3的销钉安装器,其特征为:所述增量式传感器是一磁场敏感的半导体传感器,该传感器配有处在安装活塞(4)上的作为传感器测标(12)的凸耳或缺口,这些测标在它们的半导体传感器的部位可计值地调制一永久磁场(H)。
5.按权利要求4的销钉安装器,其特征为:所述传感器测标(12)做成在每两个紧邻的环形圆弧槽之间的狭窄的余留凸脊。
6.按权利要求3至5之任一项的销钉安装器,其特征为:所述增量式传感器由至少两个分传感器(14a,14b)组成,它们为了测量有差别的测量值结果相互相位相反地连接。
7.按权利要求3至6之任一项的销钉安装器,其特征为:两个分传感器(14a,14b)轴向错开传感器测标(12)四分之一周期(P)地设置。
8.按上述权利要求之任一项的销钉安装器,其特征为:所述位置测量传感器(9)配设一计时器(t)。
9.用来调节在一次性推进过程中由销钉安装器(1)安装的销钉(5)的安装深度(T)的方法,其特征为:在一第一个步骤中通过操作操纵开关(11)触发推进过程;在第二个步骤中由位置测量传感器(9)多次测出安装活塞(4)在推进过程中的位置并由此由电子调节装置(7)求出运动下死点(uTP)的位置,这个位置与销钉(5)的安装深度(T)相关;在第三个步骤中通过电子调节装置(7)由运动下死点(uTP)的位置和用于下一次安装过程的安装深度(T)的额定值求出用来改变安装活塞(4)的动能的用于控制装置(10)的调整量,并暂时作为用于下一次安装过程的调整量被中间贮存;在第四个步骤中进行用于下一个安装过程的调整,并在随后的步骤中周期性地重复步骤一至四。
10.按权利要求9的方法,其特征为:附加地在第三个步骤中在一个显示器上数字显示安装深度(T)和可选择地显示算出的基体(6)硬度。
