Description

双腔室容器
本发明涉及双腔室容器,尤其是涉及作为不可重新密封的一次性包装的双腔室容器。
从DE-OS 19 100 32中可以知道一种用于按特定比例计量地除去至少两种可固化化合物组分的装置。该装置具有两根横截面不同的管子,这两根管子布置成一根位于另一根内部,两根管子的出口喷嘴引导穿过一个共同的端板,该端板的边缘与较粗的管子的喷嘴刚性相连。该装置还设有呈键槽形式的装置,以用来均匀地且同时地使这些管子排空。该装置设计复杂并且生产成本高。
从EP 0 238 878 A2中可以知道一种双腔室的一次性包装件,其中彼此相邻布置的两个腔室可以通过一个共有的密封装置打开。由于这些彼此相邻布置的单独腔室,该容器不容易生产,并且也看起来不是非常好。
本发明的目的在于提供一种双腔室容器,尤其是提供一种作为不可重新密封的一次性包装的双腔室容器,该容器具有很好的外观,并且可以简单而迅速地生产出来。本发明的目的还在于提供一种用于生产这种双腔室容器的工艺和设备。
本发明的上述目的可以通过具有权利要求1的特征的双腔室容器、具有权利要求5的特征的工艺、以及具有权利要求6的特征的设备来实现。
从相关的从属权利要求中可以推断出有利的改进。
下面将通过双腔室容器的实施例和用于生产该双腔室容器的工艺的设备来对本发明进行更详细地说明。在这些附图中:

图1中所示的双腔室容器采用用于彼此分开存储但一起使用的两种组分的一次性包装件的形式,该容器具有内腔室1和包围着它的外腔室2、盖子3以及只有在用不同的填充组分填充腔室1和2之后才产生出的紧固缝4,所述紧固缝在远离盖子3的端部处密封腔室1、2并使它们相互分开。
盖子3具有台肩5,根据图2,该台肩具有横向压扁的扁圆形横截面,该横截面也可以变圆,从而成为圆形或椭圆形。盖子3还具有颈部6(在该情况下位于中央),在该颈部中形成有两条通道71、72,其中一个在所有情况下均与腔室1或2中的一个相连。一个密封件8连接在颈部6上。所述密封件在该实施例中被设计成拧断密封件9。在颈部6的部分或所有圆周上具有预定的断点10,以便有助于拧断。拧断密封件9优选设计成这样,即当它断裂并且因此通道71、72的开口暴露出来时,它保持与盖子3相连,换句话说,它不必分离地除掉。
腔室1由直径较小的管状薄膜11形成,而外部围绕腔室2由直径较大的管状薄膜12形成。如在图1和2中清楚地显示出的一样,在该情况下,管状薄膜11通过其一部分壁固定在设置在中心的插入件13上,在该插入件中形成有通道71、72,以便使它们能够彼此分开,从而每个腔室1、2仅与一个通道71或72相连。
在图3中可以看到用于生产如上所述的双腔室容器的工作站。在位置I处,薄膜卷绕在一内部芯棒上,并且熔接该薄膜,以形成管子,从而形成内部腔室1。在位置II处,薄膜卷绕在外部芯棒上并且被熔接,以通过产生侧面焊缝来形成管子,从而形成外部腔室2。内部管状薄膜还可以在位置II处形成并且外部管状在位置I处形成。这也可以任意地在不同高度处进行,其中两个管子都必须至少被输送到一个平面上。在位置III处,将一部分材料(例如通过加热塑化的塑料材料)提供给模腔。在位置IV处,将内部芯棒和外部芯棒与所生产的内部和外部管子一起引进模腔中,在那里盖子由部分材料形成并且同时与大致位于一个平面中的两个管子的端部相连。位置V至VII中的一些或全部可以设有冷却段,用来使盖子固化和冷却。在位置VIII处,打开模具,拿走成品并且送走。上述生产阶段的设计仅仅是一种实施例。显然,也可以采用任意其它形式的加工阶段的设计。
图4显示出外部芯棒14,其中内部芯棒15如此布置,从而它可以插入并缩回。外部芯棒14的外部模具与外部腔室2的内部模具相对应,并且内部芯棒15的外部模具与内部腔室1的内部模具相对应(参见图5)。内部芯棒15和外部芯棒14具有圆柱形芯棒凸起161、162,这些凸起设置在所要连接的盖子3中,以形成通道71、72(参见图1)。当内部芯棒15已经沿着在图4a中的箭头方向驱动离开外部芯棒14并进入其外部端部位置时,薄膜带或其一部分卷绕在被驱动出的内部芯棒15上,以形成由侧缝17(优选通过熔接)密封的管子。侧缝17可以形成为一种重叠缝或如图所示的平行接缝,其中卷绕在芯棒上的起始部分和末尾部分相互平行地对准,然后例如通过所提供的熔接夹钳相互熔接在一起。在具有平行边缘的侧缝17的该实施例中,外部芯棒具有凹槽18,它用来在内部芯棒缩回进外部芯棒14中时容纳略微径向凸出的侧缝17(参见图4b)。
在图4b中所示的位置上,设有侧缝的内部芯棒15和外部芯棒14都带有管状薄膜11、12,它们稍稍伸出到相应芯棒14和15的自由端外面。形成有管状薄膜11、12的芯棒14、15的自由端同时送进模腔19中,该模腔复制了具有所要模制的密封件8的盖子3的外部形状。形成盖子3的一部分塑化材料已经预先送进模腔19中。由于芯棒14、15进入模腔19或者模腔19朝向芯棒14、15的运动或者芯棒14、15和模腔19朝着彼此的共同运动,通过部分材料的挤压而整体模制出盖子3。在该工艺中,与内部腔室1相连的通道71通过伸出的芯棒凸起161形成,而与外部腔室2的通道72通过芯棒凸起162形成。
图6和7示意性地显示出管子的生产过程。所示的生产工艺尤其适用于非常薄的薄膜,例如75微米(0.075毫米)厚的薄膜。使布置在滚筒20上的薄膜带21在两个可转动固定的转向辊22、23上面引导,并且该带的起始部分卷绕在卷轴24上。布置在转台上的芯棒14或15例如可以以这样的方式插在两个转向辊22、23之间,以使薄膜带21转向(参见图6)并且局部被覆盖。在具有转向的薄膜带21的芯棒14和15的特定位置上,两个熔接夹钳19向内转动,并且具有如此的形状,以使芯棒14、15完全被薄膜带21覆盖。每个熔接夹钳19、19’具有分开的即设有间隙25的夹钳凸起26。这样选择夹钳凸起26的形状,以使薄膜带21完全覆盖着相应的芯棒14或15并且放置成两个横向边缘相互平行,这些横向边缘垂直于芯棒表面伸出。薄膜带21的相邻横向边缘的侧缝17’通过相对设置的熔接夹钳19,19’熔接而成。在相对的熔接夹钳19,19’之间形成的侧缝17’通过刀27被分开,可以将所述刀引入到彼此相隔开的夹钳凸起26和26’之间的间隙25中,这样,一个部分形成侧缝本身,而且一个部分保持与薄膜带21连接并且可以卷绕在卷轴24上。

当熔接夹钳19,19’转动离开芯棒14,15时,可以将具有管子11,12的芯棒14,15输送到下一个加工位置上。可以通过驱动卷轴24将相连的薄膜带21夹在转向辊22,23(图6中的虚线部分)之间并具有分开的侧缝部分28。薄膜带21的其它部分从卷轴20中开卷,然后通过在例如转台上随动的芯棒14’(图6)使该部分再次成圈,并且可以设有侧面焊缝17’。通过分割所形成的侧缝17’,从而保持连续的带,该带能够逐渐卷绕到卷轴24上,其部分地由新的薄膜带21构成,并且部分地由已经分割开并包括侧缝部分的一部分带构成。
该解决方案的优点在于,尽管侧缝17’受到刀27的切割,但是总是存在连续的带,该带可以通过拖拉(卷轴24)并且另外随意地使卷轴20减速来以可控的张力被引导。
相应的熔接装置和薄膜导向件可以布置在不同的高度处,以生产出内管和外管。可以进行高度调节和/或任意地布置,以便能够在轴向上移动或转动。
在足够的刚度下,例如在更强更厚的薄膜中,还可以进行在芯棒上的卷绕,因为可以设有能够通过涂覆粘合剂或双面粘合带或熔接来粘合的重叠的缝(未示出),为此必须设置合适的供料和粘接或熔接装置以及任意的切割装置,所有这些对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是熟悉的,所以在这里不必进行更详细的说明。

Claims (7)
