本发明涉及一种灯具,特别是涉及使用固态装置作为一光源用的灯具。
相关技术的描述
传统的钨丝灯具及指示灯通过供应电流至灯丝转变电流使之发光。灯丝通常悬吊于接近两刚性电线之间的玻璃灯泡中心,其可使特别供室内照明用的光径向分布。灯泡表面也可磨砂使光额外散射。以灯丝为基的光的寿命期相当短且通常受灯丝或玻璃灯泡寿命的限制。此外,灯丝通常足够接近灯泡表面悬吊,这样灯丝发出的热量可导致灯泡发烫,以致于接触时会受伤以及与之接触的对象时会有燃烧的危险
发光二极管(LED)是一重要的固态装置,其也能转换电能成光。发光二极管通常包括一夹于二相对掺杂层间的半导体材料活动层。当一偏压施加在掺杂层时,空子和电子被射入所述活动层,并在此再组合而产生光。光自所述活动层及自发光二极管表面全方向发射。
许多惯用的发光二极管使电流转变为光的效率低于灯丝,但最近在氮基发光二极管的进步可得到高效率的蓝色与绿色光源。该等发光二极管的效率已超越以灯丝为基的光源,且可提供与输入功率相等或比之大的亮度的光。
用于发光的惯用发光二极管的一个缺点是不能自其活动层产生白光。发光二极管产生白光的一种方法是合成自不同发光二极管发射之不同颜色的光。例如,白光可藉红,绿及蓝发光二极管或蓝及黄发光二极管合成的光而获得。所述方法的一个缺点是需使用多个发光二极管来产生一单一颜色的光,增加总成本及具复杂性。此外,不同颜色的光通常由不同型别的发光二极管产生及在一装置上合成不同型别的发光二极管使制造复杂。成品装置也需要复控电子,因不同二极管型别需不同的控制电压。长期的波长及稳定性也受不同发光二极管寿命的影向及多发光二极管的小型化也受到限制。
最近,自单一蓝发光二极管发出的光可藉用一黄磷光粉,聚合物或染料围绕于所述发光二极管使之转换为白光。[见Nichia公司,件号NSPW300BS,NSPW312BS等的白发光二极管;以及颁予Hayden之美国专利编号5959316″多磷密封发光二极管装置″]。围绕材料″下变″至少所述发光二极管所发射光的波长,而改变其颜色。例如,若一氮基蓝发光二极管系围绕以黄磷光粉,部份蓝光将通过黄磷光粉而不变色,而其余蓝光则会下变成黄光。发光二极管会同时发射蓝光及黄光,二者合成以提供白光。
然而,惯用蓝发光二极管对于用灯丝灯具或指示灯照明而言太暗,而且当发射白光时,部份发射的光被下变材料吸收。就蓝发光二极管发射一足够室内照明用的输出光通量而言,施加在发光二极管的电流必须增加。通常以20-60微安电流操作的发光二极管必须增加至大于1安培以供室内照明用。以此电流标准,发光二极管会很热及可致使其它物体受损以及有着火或伤人的危险。热量也会伤及发光二极管本身的芯片,或使靠近的下变媒体诸如磷光粉,萤光聚合物,或萤光染料退化。此可降低发光二极管的下变能力及减少其使用寿命。
许多惯用发光二极管的其它缺点是以n-型层在所述杯底部及p-型表面直立方式座落于一″金属杯″中,且整个装置包以纯环氧树脂。当一蓝发射发光二极管用以产生白光时,其在被包裹于纯环氧树脂前,以下变材料围绕。所述杯具有二导电通路,以施加一偏压在p-型及n-型表面上的接触点,进而致使发光二极管发光。所述杯也可自发光二极管底部n-型或侧表面反射发射的光,使之依所述p-型上表面的方向返回而并入发光二极管所发射的光。但此反射也会致使光源具有高方向性,这样,自发光二极管发射表面上方观看是最光亮的。而且,惯用发光二极管所发射的光,自不同角度观看时,会呈现不同颜色的光。这是由于不同颜色的光束未完全混合及不规则分布所致。此类型光不适合用于室内照明或其它需要散射光源或均匀颜色光照明用。
为克服此限制,多方向性发光二极管配置以提供一径向型光源的各种不同的发光二极管灯具已有发展。[见颁予Abolfazl等之美国专利编号5,688,042,颁予Byrne之美国专利编号5,561,346,颁予Kanbar之美国专利编号5,850,126及颁予Uchida之美国专利编号4,727,289]。但因该等灯具依赖多发光二极管,故其成本及复杂性增高。同时,该等灯具仅能提供一种散射光的模式。颁予Yamura之美国专利编号5,931,570披露一发光二极管灯具,其中所述发光二极管被嵌入一环氧树脂灯泡形本体一端中,所述发光二极管电线自灯泡端伸出。所述本体具有一凸顶,所述凸顶经磨砂以散射发光二极管所发射的光。此种发光二极管灯的一缺点是未与其它不同颜色发光二极管合成而不能产生白光。此外,如施加供室内照明用的电流于所述发光二极管时,所述发光二极管会发烫进而损坏。同时,灯具仅能以一近似半球体形的样式散射光。如自所述灯具后方观看,仅能看到一些微光。
固态半导体激光器以与发光二极管相同的方式转变电能为光。其在结构上相似于发光二极管,但包括在两相对表面的镜面,其中一镜面为部份透射。在此情况或边射型激光器时,镜面在侧表面上;所述镜面具光学回馈以使受激发射可发生。所述受激发射提供一高准直/连贯的光源。一垂直腔激光器如边射型激光器一样工作,但镜面在上部及下部。自其上表面可提供一相似的准直输出。
固态激光器较发光二极管更有效地转换电为光,但其连贯光输出对灯具无用,原因是其仅能照明一小面积。同时其不能有效地产生绿或蓝光及其相当小的光束面积使其无法与多种不同颜色激光器的输出合成。
发明概述
本发明提供一新型固态灯具,所述灯具可以多种模式散射光,特别是所述灯具可用于供室内照明用之白光径向散射。所述新型灯具包括一在一端有一光源及在另一端有一光散射/频率转换组件(″散射器″)的分隔器/光传送媒体(″分隔器″)。所述新型灯具也可具有一罩以保护所述三个主要组件及/或提供额外的散射或转换能量
所述光源包括至少一固态光发射装置,诸如固态发光二极管或固态半导体激光器,所发射的光部份或全部引至所述分隔器。当使用超过一发光二极管或激光器时,所述装置可视应用需求而发射相似或不同波长的光。例如,蓝及黄发光二极管可一同使用以产生白光。所述光源可配置辅助组件,以协助热管理及电子功率管理及也可包括光反射或聚焦组件。该等组件可包含在一罩中,诸如传统钨丝灯泡的螺丝插座,以使热量及/或电力传送至外界环境中。
所述分隔器使所述光源与散射器实质隔开及也引导光自光源至散射器。如需要时,所述分隔器可活动地成形,准直,散射,及/或活动地引导光自光源至散射器。所述分隔器可包括使部份或全部光波长转换的材料,或散射或聚合光为特定模式。其也可配置固体,液体,或气体,以进一步与光相互作用。
所述散射器藉所述分隔器与光源隔开并主要为将光源发出的光散射。其也可藉包含一或多种吸收部份或全部入射光的转换材料修正光源发出的光的波长并重新发射不同波长的光。在一实施例中,散射器为分隔器的半球形端部并具有一粗糙表面使光散射。其也可拆下以装用不同的散射器及可包括各种使光成形的光学组件,诸如透镜,反光器,颗粒,全像组件,或微球。可使用一屏蔽或反光器以提供一更定向或控制的光分布,或照明模式,诸如一公司图案或标志。

与灯丝灯具相比较,所述新型灯具更坚固及耐用,且可只更换所述灯具因故障而损坏的部份而不需更换整个灯具。例如,一包含有萤光染料,磷光粉或聚合物下变材料的散射器通常寿命短于光源,可只更换所述散射器而节省重要成本。

图1所示为根据本发明构造的固态灯具的一实施例。灯具10包括一光源12,一分隔器14,一散射器16,以及也可具有一灯罩18。所述光源12安装在所述分隔器14的一端部以使其所发射光的至少一部份沿着分隔器14引导至所述散射器16。所述新型灯具10特别适用于固态光源诸如发光二极管或固态半导体激光器,而其其它光源诸如有机光发射组件,萤光聚合物,萤光染料及磷光粉也可使用。所述分隔器14为长形及主要用作使光源12与散射器16隔开。所述分隔器可为一光管,光纤,透镜(单一组件,多组件,或渐变型),或作为光传送媒体以引导光至所述散射器16的自由空间。所述散射器16使光以一预定模式(如径向均匀)成形或分布,其也可包括诸如磷光粉,萤光聚合物及/或染料等组件,以改变至少一部份入射光的波长。所述分隔器也可包括光散射或波长转换组件。例如,分隔器可为一涂有磷光粉,萤光聚合物或染料的光管,使抵达所述散射器之前的部份光转换。所述灯罩18可具有一内反光表面,以反射所述散射器发射的光而提供一定向光输出。或者,所述灯罩可为透明或半透明,并可完全围住所述灯具组件以提供保护。所述灯罩的内表面可包含散射或下变材料的涂层,诸如磷光粉或萤光聚合物,以使散射器发射的光下变或散射。
图2所示为使用一发光二极管22作为光源的新型灯具10(无灯罩)的一实施例的截面图。所述发光二极管安装在分隔器23的一端部以使至少一部份其发射的光被引导至散射器26的另一端部。二电线24a及24b与所述发光二极管连接以供电,从而激发发光二极管的活动层产生光。所述分隔器23包括一光管或一导引发光二极管发射的光至散射器26的光波导。抵达所述散射器26的光可直接下行至所述分隔器或通过反射离开所述分隔器表面。所述散射器26最好具有一球形或半球形,以及既可与所述分隔器一体成形,也可作为一独立组件与所述分隔器的一端部连接。所述散射器表面可经粗糙或磨砂以使光散射成一特定模式,例如成为供室内照明用的径向分布。其也可包括一或多种波长转换媒体,这样,至少一部份光的波长可转换而改变光的颜色。
图3a至图3f所示为根据本发明构造的光源的各种不同实施例,当然其它光源也可使用。在图3a中,光源为一生长在一透明基板32上的发光二极管31,比如为一生长在蓝宝石或碳化硅基板上的氮基p-n结合发光二极管(或半导体激光器)。所述发光二极管的p-型(或n-型导电)层33与所述基板32隔离,其n-型(或p-型导电)层34与所述基板邻接以及活动层35夹在所述p-型与n-型层之间。所述基板32,通常被视为发光二极管的“底部”,其直接与所述分隔器23的一端部结合。所述活动层35发射的光,一部份直接通过所述基板32下行至所述分隔器23。因所述基板为透明,故不会吸收任何通过的光。该实施例可将所述基板直接安装至所述分隔器及可以直接进入二暴露的所述p-型层及n-型层的电接触点的方式简化制造。可包括一金属杯37与所述p-型层33的表面邻接,以使所述p-型层33表面与侧表面所发射的光反射,折回所述分隔器23。或者,可直接在所述p-型层表面形成一金属或反射层使光反射回所述分隔器23。
可通过很多不同的方法将所述发光二极管31与所述分隔器结合,这取决于所用分隔器的型号。如所述分隔器为一固态光管或光纤时,所述发光二极管31可用一诸如具有折射指数,热传导性,电阻性特征与其它组件兼容的环氧树脂结合。所述环氧树脂局限于所述发光二极管31与所述分隔器23之间的区域,或所述发光二极管31可包于环氧树脂中,其固持于所述分隔器23的一端部。就机械连接而言,可包括一流体或固态组件,以利于自发光二极管发射的光与分隔器耦合或提供一热传导混合剂使热量从所述发光二极管31传送出。所使用的安装方法必须使电接触所述发光二极管。所述发光二极管的电接触及散热可藉覆晶结合所述装置至一散热器来达成。为易于制造,所述分隔器可于所述发光二极管的电和热接触完成后再连接。
在图3b中,所述发光二极管31(或半导体激光器)密封于所述分隔器23的一端部中,且具有一金属杯37与所述分隔器23的端部邻接以使任何自所述分隔器23端部发射的光折回。所述基板32视为底层,但所述图3a中的灯具与其上方安装基板的装置一同工作。当所述基板安装在上方时,所述金属杯37将其它发光二极管层所发射的光反射回所述分隔器23。当所述发光二极管31安装所述基板在下方时,所述分隔器23及通过发光二极管侧表面的基板溢出的任何光会由所述金属杯37反射回所述分隔器23。或者,所述发光二极管31可具有一直接配置在所述p-型层或所述基板表面上的反射涂层表面,这取决于哪一个是在下方。
图3c所示为所述具有一透镜38的发光二极管31配置在所述发光二极管与分隔器23之间,使所述发光二极管发射的光聚焦或引导下至所述分隔器;以使所述发光二极管及透镜的安装机构省略以求简化。藉聚集光可使更多光向下引导至所述分隔器,而少量光会在所述发光二极管与分隔器23之间损失。折射指数配合层也可设置在所述发光二极管与分隔器之间,以增加光与所述分隔器23耦合。波长修正或滤波材料系也可包括在所述发光二极管与分隔器之间,使所述发光二极管发射的光在其进入所述分隔器23前转换成一不同波长的光。
具相似或不同波长的多光发射装置可用作为光源。在图3d中,光源包括安装在分隔器23的一端部的二发光二极管31a及31b,并以至少一部份所述发光二极管发射的光向下引至所述分隔器23。自所述二发光二极管发射的光于传送至所述分隔器及自所述散射器发射期间内混合。蓝及黄发光二极管可使用,当其从所述散射器发射时将合成产生一白光。如果使用红,绿及蓝三种不同的发光二极管时,其也可合成产生白光。
图3e及图3f所示为具有热管理散热器的发光二极管31和分隔器23。如上所述,发射一供室内照明用的输出光通量的发光二极管或固态激光器必须能承载产生高热量的高电流。如图3e及图3f所述的散热器包括″热鳍片″39,所述热鳍片由诸如金属的导热材料制造,当然其它导热材料也可使用。所述热鳍片可自所述发光二极管31和分隔器23吸取热量并提供一较大表面面积以增强辐射或对流冷却。这允许安全高电流操作,也可增加所述发光二极管及灯具之使用寿命。图3e所示的散热器仅围住所述发光二极管;而图3f中所述散热器的热鳍片39围住新型灯具的其它零件,诸如所述分隔器23的一部份。这有助于使所述发光二极管31可能散播至所述分隔器23的热量消散,特别是对于所述发光二极管31安装至或紧靠所述分隔器的应用方面。所述散热器也可包括一金属或其它导热层40,单独的或与所述热鳍片39连接,以易于热量自所述发光二极管31传送出。例如,一厚铜或铝块可装置在所述光源下面,以传送所述光源及分隔器的热量。也可藉安装至光源的热管使热量从光源抽离。任何其它增加所述散热器辐射表面面积的装置也可使用。
在所述最佳实例中,所述散射或波长转换材料配置在所述散射器中,并与所述发光二极管相隔一距离。此不仅能保护波长转换材料不受发光二极管所发热量之损坏,而且也允许其它组件可靠近所述光源配置。例如,电路或组件可包括于所述光源中,以利电力管理(如AC至DC之转换,脉冲操作,或功率转换)。所述光源也可置入一前述所述新型灯具与一电源及/或热管理组件配合用之插座或罩中。
二或多个单个灯具也可用于与一单一多组件灯或灯泡并联,以增加发射光的模式和颜色的弹性。图3g所示为一多组件灯41,其包括一与一黄光发射灯具43并联的蓝光发射灯具42。所述黄光是在所述散射器45中利用磷光粉,聚合物或染料将所有紫外光44转换成为黄光(于下述详细说明)。灯具42及43发射的所述黄光和蓝光混合以使所述灯具41产生白光。本实施例提供蓝光与黄光的弹性比例,进而提供一较宽范围的白光。该实施例也可具有三单个灯具,每一灯具皆具有一紫外光源,当所述光分别通过各散射器后即转换成红,绿或蓝光。同时,如红光及绿光单个灯具用于多组件灯或灯泡的合成时,所述光的颜色和色调可通过调整每一单个灯具的输入功率而操作。例如,一″暖″白光可藉增加所述红光灯具的功率发射,以增加其光发射强度。这可藉控制包括所述灯或灯泡的单个灯具的输入功率来扩展得到全范围颜色。此方法也可用于一或多个光源(以不同波长产生光),光由一单一分隔器向下引至一散射器。光的颜色可藉操纵所述不同光源的输入功率而改变。
所述分隔器23主要是使光源与散射器26隔开。其可为光可通过的任何长中空或透明的组件或任何不同的几何形状的灯泡。所述分隔器系被动且不影响自所述光源通到散射器的光。被动式分隔器包括但不仅限于中空管或仅提供物理分隔的偏置杆
或者,所述分隔器可为光管或光纤,其主动成形,准直,波长转换,散射,分散,再引导,及/或引导部份或全部所述光源与散射器之间的光。在一使用发光二极管光源的活性分隔器实施例中,所述分隔器可转换至少部份所述光波长,转换量随所述分隔器的长度增加。其也可包括光学组件,诸如具有不同折射率使光聚焦,成形,分散或再引导的镜面,小镜面或分段镜面。
所述分隔器的长度范围为自数微米至一米以上,但供室内照明用的长度以5至10厘米为最佳。所述分隔器的宽度范围可自1微米至1厘米以上。
图4所示为可使用多光源的所述新型灯具46的其它实施例,但特别适用于相干/准直光源诸如固态半导体激光器47。因源自激光器的光系相干,故可在所述光源端部用一简单光学组件使所述光准直,所述分隔器仅需在所述光源与散射器之间具有一实质分隔。所述分隔藉由一或多条平行的偏置杆48a及48b设置,所述偏置杆一端装有所述激光器47,而另一端装有所述散射器49。所述杆48a及48b系偏置,故不干扰光自所述光源通至所述散射器。所述激光器47可直接安装在所述杆上,或可与一透明固定器50连接,所述透明固定器然后安装在所述杆上。也可使用一中空管,其一端装一激光器而另一端装有所述散射器。为同时提供透镜及高数值分隔器,一具有渐进自变量的杆或光管可用作为所述分隔器。
在操作中,所述相干光在大气中以所需颜色和模式自所述激光器47通至所述散射器49。对于某些激光器,所述光可能过于准直而不能有效地散射及所述分隔器可包括光学组件或光栅使所述光抵达所述散射器前分散。这样一种光束散射系统的一例子是一双透镜光束扩展器。
所述新型灯具46的一个优点是其可改变所述光源发射的光的颜色及可混合一或更多激光器或其它发射不同颜色光源发射的光。例如,红光,绿光及蓝光激光器可以其准直光束指向所述散射器方式安装在所述偏置杆(或其它分隔器)的一端部,所发射的光混合并自所述散射器以白光发射。另一种方式为可使用一紫外光激光器及配置有红,蓝,及绿(或黄)磷光粉,聚合物,或染料的所述散射器,使部份紫外光转换为蓝光,红光,及部份紫外光转换为绿光(或黄光)。或者,使用一蓝光激光器,散布黄磷光粉,聚合物或染料于所述散射器上或之内并包括干净区域供蓝光通行于磷光粉之间,可获得蓝光与黄光的最佳部分并合成为一白光输出。藉使用一不同的分隔器,也可使用发光二极管以同样方式产生白光。
所述新型灯具46系也可特别用于交通信号。所述新型交通信号可包括三种紫外线激光器,每一激光器各具有一分隔器及一散射器。每一散射器可包括不同的下变材料使所述紫外光下变为不同的波长,一种下变为绿光,一种为黄光,及一种为红光。所述散射器也可分散自各所述激光器发出的准直光,这样,所述光可类似标准交通信号一样地散射。另一种方式为所述散射器可聚光与引导光使其显示适当的车道。所述新型交通信号用的光源必须更坚固,可靠及持久,其包括三种紫外线激光器,而非钨丝灯具或复杂的发光二极管数组。
图5a至图5e所示为所述散射器的不同实施例,但其它设计也可使用。图5a所示为一与一分隔器52一端成一体的散射器51。在此实施例中,所述分隔器包括一固态光纤或光管,及所述散射器51形成为所述分隔器52的研磨光或抛光端部。所述散射器51也可经粗糙或磨砂以进一步使通过其的光散射。为更具弹性,所述散射器可聚光为一光束或其它所需的模式。所述散射器可为一经磨砂或粗糙的半球体,以提供一相似于标准钨丝灯泡的径向接近球体的光分布。另一种方式为所述散射器51可为一与所述分隔器52一端连接的独立光学组件。所述光学组件可拆下,以使不同的散射器可用于同一灯具及供所述散射器故障时更换之用。
所述散射器可包括诸如以下材料:萤光磷光粉,矿物,聚合物,染料,晶体或薄膜,该等材料转换部份或全部入射光为不同的波长。所述散射器也可包括一透明或半透明的中空罩材料,诸如石英,玻璃或诸如此类者,其中装有固体或液体状的下变材料。另一种方式为所述散射器可包括一固体本体,所述本体中装有溶液或悬浮状的下变材料。例如,可为一于固化前均匀散布磷光粉粒子或萤光染料溶解于其中的模制环氧树脂。另一种方式为所述散射器可包括一固体本体,所述本体外表面或内表面涂覆一种下变材料。
在图5b中,所述光源产生一具有波长420至500纳米(nm)之蓝光,及所述分隔器52为一传输大部份所述蓝光至散射器53的光纤或光管。所述散射器53包括一种或多种诸如黄磷光粉的波长转换材料,可使部份所述蓝色入射光通过,同时吸收剩余的蓝色入射光而下变其波长,而后以一中心波长为560至580纳米的黄光发射。所述蓝光及黄光合成而自所述散射器发射白光。视所述散射器53的详细结构(形状,光学组件等)而定,所述白光可以一球状,接近球状,半球状或其它特殊分布模式发射。同样地,所述散射器53也可设计为使自所述光源发射的大部份或全部入射光转换为多种颜色以及在一用于发射磷光粉,聚合物,或染料合成红光,绿光,和蓝光的紫外线发光二极管或激光器情况下均匀发射。
图5c中所示的所述散射器54包括一分散部份光成所需形状或模式的较低部份55。另一种方式为所述散射器54可包括其它光学组件,诸如透镜,小镜面,菲涅耳(fresnel)透镜,立体组件,反射器,部份反射器,屏蔽及颗粒,以使所述光成形为特殊的模式。一屏蔽或反射器可提供更多定向或控制的预定照明模式的光分布,诸如公司图案或标志。在某些情况中,一特意的不均匀光分布可能成为所需要,这样,从不同角度观看,所述灯具会发射不同的颜色。这可用于一新式光或投射一特定照明模式及颜色在一表面上或周围环境中。
图5d所示为一以球形或接近球形的预定模式散射光的锥形散射器56。所述锥形较一半球形散射器可在光通路中堆置较大量的散射或下变材料。
图5e所示为一相似于图5b的散射器的具有一反射器58围绕的散射器57,所述反射器系反射与再引导自所述散射器58发射的部分光。本实施例可用于需定向光的应用,诸如指示光及闪光。自所述散射器58发射的横向或向后朝向所述光源的光藉所述反射器向外反射。此可使一定向光束于仍保持所述波长转换材料时,自所述光源分离,以防热量伤及所述转换材料。
一灯罩可全部或部份罩住所述新型灯具。所述灯罩可为透明或半透明及可附加额外组件以修正所发射光的强度,分布或波长。其也可包括接触所述灯具(即如一传统式之灯泡插座)的电及/或热接触组件,以增强自所述灯具组件的散热。
图6a及图6b所示为所述灯罩的二实施例。在图6a中的灯罩60相似于图5e中所描述的内反射表面61;自所述散射器62发射的撞击所述反射表面的光作为一定向光束引出。所述灯罩60也具有对不同灯具组件的保护。图6b所示的灯罩63围绕所述新型灯具的组件以作保护,所述灯罩为透明或半透明,以使光通过。所述灯罩可用不同材料制造,诸如玻璃或塑料及可包括修正或下变所述光的材料。例如,所述灯具可发射蓝光及所述灯罩62包括黄磷光粉,因此可转换一部份蓝光为黄光及使部份蓝光通过,并合成两颜色为白光。所述灯罩也可充填改变所述光自所述散射器发射后的波长或特性的液体,气体或固体。
虽然本发明系参照最佳构型详细说明,但其它变型也是可行的。因此,增补的权利要求的精神及范围并不局限于本发明所包含的变化。

Claims (48)

1.一种灯具,其包括:
一光源(12);
一通过其使光散射、聚焦、或引导的散射器(16);及
一分隔器(14),所述光源(12)和散射器(16)籍所述分隔器(14)隔开,至少一部份自所述光源(12)发出的光沿着所述分隔器(14)并通过所述散射器(16)。
2.根据权利要求1的灯具,其特征在于所述散射器(16)使光在一预设置模式中散射。
3.根据权利要求1的灯具,其特征在于所述散射器(16)使光在一球形模式中散射。
4.根据权利要求1的灯具,其特征在于所述散射器(16)含有一种通过其可改变至少一部份光的波长的材料。
5.根据权利要求1的灯具,其特征在于所述光源(12)为至少一发光二极管或至少一激光器(31)。
