Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是气管切开管,更详细地说涉及的是患者能够发出声音的气管切开管。
背景技术
一般利用气管切开管进行的人工呼吸是将颈部的气管切开,把带有气囊的管放入到气管中,并且与人工呼吸器连接起来,通过与气囊内连通的管,向气内送入空气等,使气囊与气管的内壁压接、贴紧,使氧气或空气不会流入到口腔中,而用人工呼吸机将氧气或空气送入。
使用这种方法时,通过一直使气囊膨胀,封闭气管和管之间的空隙,从而使呼出、吸入的空气只在人工呼吸器和肺部之间来往。如果不是这样的话,则送入空气时,大多数空气不能到达肺部,而是漏到口腔中,就不能进行有效的人工呼吸。
如上述所述,如果使用现有的气管切开管,空气只在人工呼吸器和肺部之间来往。由于声带位于气管和口腔之间,所以使用现有的气管切开管,不能将空气送到声带,患者就不能发出声音。
发明内容
本发明就是考虑到上述情况而发明的。本发明的目的就是提供患者能够发出声音的气管切开管。
按照本发明,为了解决上述现有技术中存在的技术课题,提供的气管切开管的特征是:具有设置在气管内的内侧管部分、与人工呼吸器连接的外侧部分、以及设置在内侧管部分外侧的整个圆周面上的气囊,该气囊安装在该内侧管部分的外侧,并且该气囊的内侧与外侧不能连通,该内侧管部分具有使该内侧管部分的内侧与该气囊的内侧连通的孔。
本发明的气管切开管能够在吸气时、即人工呼吸器将空气送入时,通过设置在内侧管部分上的孔,将来自人工呼吸器的空气送到气囊的内侧,气囊膨胀,封闭气管和管之间的空隙、使从人工呼吸器送入的空气没有漏出地流向肺部。呼气时、即吐出气体时,由于气囊内侧的空气通过设置在内侧管部分上的孔回到内侧管部分的内侧,气囊缩小至原来的大小,使气囊与内侧管部分的外壁接触,所以在管和气管之间产生空隙,一部分吐出的气体通过声带流向体外。这样患者就能够说话。

具体实施方式
图1、图2表示的是设置在患者的气管10内的、根据本发明的优选实施例的气管切开管12。图1表示的是吸气状态,图2表示的是呼气状态。
该气管切开管12通过连通管14与人工呼吸器16相连。
气管切开管12具有设置在气管内的内侧管部分18,与人工呼吸器16相连的外侧管部分20,以及设置在内侧管部分外侧的整个圆周面上的气囊22。
气囊22以内侧与外侧不能连通的方式,例如用粘合剂等安装在气囊22的上下部分处的内侧管部分18的整个圆圆周面上的外壁上。
内侧管部分18具有使内侧管部分18的内侧与气囊22的内侧连通的孔24。该孔24由各种形状的孔、切口、网眼、柱状构造的开口部分等形成。
人工呼吸器16以一定的周期反复进行吸气、呼气的循环动作,吸气时,在一定压力下排出指定量的氧气或空气,呼气时,使气管切开管12的内部与大气连通,或者通过处理的压力吸引气管切开管12内部的气体。
由于气体切开管12具有上述结构,吸气时,在氧气或空气通过人工呼吸器16被送入到气管切开管12内的情况下,空气通过内侧管部分18的孔24送入气囊22的内侧,气囊22膨胀,气囊22的外表面与气管10的侧面接触,封闭了气管的肺部一侧与气管的口腔一侧之间的连通。这样,就有效地将氧气或空气送入患者的肺部。
呼气时,由于气囊22内侧的空气通过内侧管部分18上设置的孔24返回到内侧管部分18的内侧,气囊22与内侧管部分18的外壁接触地缩小到原来的大小,所以气管切开管12与气管10之间产生空隙,一部分呼出的气体通过声带流向体外。这样,患者就能够说话了。
Claims (1)
1.一种气管切开管,其特征是:具有设置在气管内的内侧管部分、与人工呼吸器连接的外侧管部分、以及设置在内侧管部分外侧的整个圆周面上的气囊,该气囊安装在该内侧管部分的外侧,并且该气囊的内侧与外侧不能连通,该内侧管部分具有使该内侧管部分的内侧与该气囊的内侧连通的孔。
