Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1前序部分的空气调节座椅。
背景技术
空气调节的座椅已由机动车及飞机制造业公知。一个通常的结构是由至少设有一个空气输入装置的座椅组成的,它的座面及靠背面各设有空气出口或可透过空气的织物结构。空气输入装置典型地包括各设在座面内及靠背面内的轴流式吹风机,该吹风机从周围吸取空气及通过座椅中的空气通道将空气导向朝着坐在该座椅上的人的表面。
在US-A-6 048 024中描述了一种通风的座椅,它在其座面下面及在其靠背中各设有一个吹风机装置。这些吹风机装置通过座表面及靠背表面中的孔口从座椅中吸取空气及将空气排出到周围。两个吹风机装置被构造为轴流式吹风机或为轴流/径流式吹风机。
此外,DE 101 16 45 A1公开了一种用于空气调节座椅的通风装置。这里在座面的底面上设有一个轴流式吹风机,它从周围吸入空气及通过座垫中的通道将空气输送到座面的出风口。
尤其是,设在座面中及通常由座椅底面向下布置的、并由此伸入到坐在该空气调节座椅后面的后座乘客的脚部空间中的轴流式吹风机必需设置附加罩,用于保护其防止损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于对空气调节座椅或通风座椅的空气调节装置输入空气的、坚固的且相对外围环境被可靠保护的装置,借助它可避免现有技术中的缺点。
本发明的该目的将通过权利要求1的技术方案来实现。本发明有利的进一步构型的特征可由从属权利要求中得到。
在根据权利要求1的实施形式中,该通风机驱动装置受到保护以防止来自后座乘客脚部空间的水溅及污水的侵入以及保护其防止被后座乘客的脚损坏。此外,该通风机的入口不能被看到及可防止被异物侵入。
本发明的一个实施形式在于,在径流式通风机(Radiallüfter)的出风口与座椅中的至少一个空气导送通道之间设有一个柔性的风箱,它允许座垫与通风机之间的相对运动,该相对运动是当行驶期间人坐着时以及人的移动引起的。座椅的底面可作轻微的垂直及水平运动,而通风机最好刚性地固定在座椅支架上。柔性的风箱同时用于气流大致90度从水平到垂直向上方向的偏转。该风箱最好将输送的空气引导到座面中的一个空气分配结构中,必要时它可以通过空气导送通道与空气出口或与透气的座表面的织物形成连接。
本发明的另一构型在于,在径流式通风机的空气吸口周围设有一个用于引导吸入空气的空气喇叭口。在空气喇叭口的上边缘与座椅的底面之间设有一个缝口,它可具有约10mm的宽度。该空气导向部分增强了对通风机的保护,以防它被侵入脚部空间的物件或身体部分阻塞,及由此同时体现了对游戏儿童干扰的一个非常有效的保护。该空气喇叭口总体地增强了通风机驱动装置抗损坏及抗水及潮湿侵入的保护。此外,这样可实现抗粗灰尘及脏颗粒侵入保护的改进,因为通过缝口的迷宫式空气导向在很大程度上防止了颗粒进入通风机驱动装置。
需要时在缝口与径流式通风机吸口之间可设有一个灰尘或颗粒的过滤器或细栅网,它将再次地增强通风机驱动装置抗异物侵入的保护。为了改善通风机的机械保护,它的壳体最好对周围环境密封地封闭。唯一向外的孔口是通过缝口构成的,因为出风口通过柔性的风箱对外封闭。空气喇叭口最好与对外密封的壳体固定地连接。该壳体本身被牢固地固定在座椅上及具有用于通风机的机械保护的相对坚固的结构,这将保护它以免受外界作用损坏。
另一替换的构型在于,在座椅的靠背中也设有相同类型的径流式通风机,但该通风机最好具有对外覆盖的空气导向部分。由于被后座乘客看到及接触的可能性,在此情况下,靠背具有这样的外罩,即空气吸口被布置在座椅靠背向着地板的下边缘上。此外可不使用纯径流式通风机而使用径流/轴流式通风机。
本发明的空气调节座椅例如可为机动车座椅或飞机座椅。
使用径流式通风机,相对轴流式通风机可实现更高的空气输送功率,因为径流式通风机通常具有压力分配的通风机特性曲线。由例如通过重乘客或污染的空气通道引起的对空气导送系统的强抑制在使用径流式通风机时仅导致空气体积流的很小下降及由此系统功率的很小下降。

具体实施方式
图1以概要视图表示本发明的一个空气调节的座椅2。该座椅2包括一个基本水平布置的座面4及一个刚性地或可摆动地固定在座面上的靠背8。为了改善坐的舒适性,座面4具有一个柔性的座垫6及靠背8具有一个柔性的靠背垫10。座垫6及靠背垫10尤其可由泡沫材料或类似材料组成。需要时分别可设置一个弹簧芯。座面4的底面28通过座位支架(未示出)-需要时可移动地-锚固在地板上。本发明的这样一个座椅2例如可用在运输工具,尤其是机动车或飞机上。
在靠背8内的背面上设有一个轴流式通风机14。该通风机从周围吸取空气及使吸入的空气经过一个柔性的风箱34输送到一个空气分配结构22。被输送的空气从那里通过空气导送通道20被送到靠背8的表面附近区域。在那里例如可设置装有空气分配结构22的其它区域,空气通过该空气分配结构被输送到空气出口24或透气的织物26。在使用皮作外层的情况下尤其可考虑仅使用空气出口24。相反地,在用料子作外层的情况下最好在靠背8的表面上使用透气的织物26,通过该织物空气可排到外面来。
在座面4中设有一个类似的空气分配结构。并且这里在座垫6内也设有多个空气导送通道20,由一个空气输入装置吸入的空气通过这些空气导送通道被输送到人可坐在其上的表面。在座面4的表面附近区域设有空气分配结构22,这些空气分配结构总是与一个空气导送通道20形成连接。并且这里空气也可通过空气出口24或通过一个透气的织物26向外排出。
在座面4底面28上的空气分配结构22向上与空气导送通道20连接。它向下接入一个柔性的风箱34,该风箱对该空气输入装置的一个出风口32形成导向空气的连接。在图示的实施例中,向座面4输入空气的该装置是一个具有出风方向32的径流式送风机16,该出风方向近似地平行于座面4的表面,及该装置具有一个基本上向着座面4的底面28的空气吸口30。
在空气吸口30周围设有一个与径流式送风机16的在其余处封闭的壳体18相连接的空气喇叭口36,该喇叭口从空气吸口30向上锥形地扩大,及在其上边缘38与底面28之间留有一个缝口40。该缝口40最好具有一个可阻止较大颗粒穿过的宽度。需要时该缝口40可设有一个灰尘或颗粒的过滤器42,例如是一个细网眼织物或类似形式的过滤器(参见图2)。壳体18最好被固定在座椅底盘或座椅支架(未示出)上及由此被稳定地固定在座椅2上。风箱34可实现出风口32相对座面4的底面28上的空气分配结构20的相对运动。
图2以概要细节图表示本发明的、用于一个通风座椅2的空气调节装置。该空气调节装置基本上相应于已借助图1描述的结构。因此与图1相同的部分用相同的标号表示及可能不再描述。与图1示出的装置的区别在于:在空气喇叭口36的上边缘38与座面4的底面28之间设有一个填充缝口40的过滤器42或栅网。空气喇叭口36可具有不同的尺寸,正如图1及2中所示的。其中图1表示一个相对大的空气喇叭口36,它很大程度地延伸在座面4的底面28上。图2表示一个较小的空气喇叭口36,它具有与径流式通风机16的壳体18几乎相同的延伸尺寸。由于本发明的、具有朝着座椅2的底面的窄缝口40的结构,通常可省掉过滤器42或栅网。
图示的空气调节座椅2中的径流式通风机16的结构具有多个优点。封闭的及机械上坚固的壳体18以及与此连接的、稳固的空气喇叭口36是对防止受外部影响而产生损坏的一种可靠保护。因为该径流式通风机位于一个坐在座椅2后面的人的脚部空间中,在非足够稳固结构方式的情况下可能会无意地使其损坏。这通过坚固的结构及在座椅支架上固定的连接可被最大程度地避免。
此外,在座椅2底面28的紧下面的缝口结构是对抗潮湿侵入的一种防干扰及防溅的保护。并且也可保证防颗粒侵入及在一定情况下防灰尘侵入的保护。通过从上面吸入空气形成了一种迷宫式的空气导送,这可避免颗粒侵入及溅水及脏水的侵入。在座椅坐人的情况下该缝口约有10mm的小宽度,这体现为一种防无意的干扰的保护。此外通过该结构保证了防阻塞的保护,因为既无物件可进入径流式通风机也不会(例如)受到游戏儿童的干扰。
最好由通风机吸入周围空气及吹入座椅中。但通风机也可在相反的转动方向上工作。由此从座椅中吸出空气及排出到座椅下面。所述的结构会很好地分配排出的气流。因此可避免聚集的、干扰的空气流。
Claims (10)
1.空气调节座椅,具有一个设有垫的座面(4)及一个设有垫的靠背(8)以及一个设置在座面(4)下面的通风机,该通风机一方面与座椅中的空气分配装置(20,22)相连接及另一方面具有一个向周围环境敞开的通流区域(31),其特征在于:该通流区域(31)基本上被设置在通风机(16)的朝着座面(4)的一侧上。
2.根据权利要求1的空气调节座椅,其特征在于:通风机(16)是一个径流式通风机。
3.根据权利要求2的空气调节座椅,其特征在于:通风机(16)具有向着大致平行于座面(4)的方向的出风口(32)。
4.根据权利要求3的空气调节座椅,其特征在于:在通风机(16)的出风口(32)与座椅(2)中的至少一个空气导送通道(20)之间设有一个柔性的风箱(34)。
5.根据权利要求2至4中一项的空气调节座椅,其特征在于:该径流式通风机(16)牢固地固定在一个座椅支架中。
6.根据权利要求2至5中一项的空气调节座椅,其特征在于:在通流区域(31)中设有一个用于导向吸入空气的空气喇叭口(36)。
7.根据权利要求6的空气调节座椅,其特征在于:在空气喇叭口(36)的上边缘(38)与座椅(2)的底面(28)之间设有一个缝口(40)。
8.根据权利要求7的空气调节座椅,其特征在于:在缝口(40)与通风机(16)之间设有一个灰尘或颗粒的过滤器(42)。
9.根据以上权利要求中一项的空气调节座椅,其特征在于:径流式通风机(16)的壳体(18)对周围环境密封地封闭。
10.根据以上权利要求中一项的空气调节座椅,其特征在于:座椅(2)是一个机动车座椅或飞机座椅。
