Abstract

Description
发明领域
本发明一般涉及车辆附件的领域,尤其涉及具有内置LCD显示器的OEM置换车辆头枕的领域。
发明背景
当前,没有结合专门为车辆制造的向后的视频监视器的原始设备制造商(OEM)的头枕预设。通常,具有向后视频监视器的头枕被特别地修改以结合之。它们不包括向后的遥控视频监视器,它具有监视器保护盖和遮蔽的视频输入和电源电缆。
汽车已将餐厅替换成家庭聚集场所。父母常使孩子往返于一个事情或活动到另一个之间,诸如棒球和芭蕾练习。家庭正购买更大的车辆以满足家庭需要。这会导致美国销售的四门车辆的数量急剧上升。运动功能车辆(SUV)销售几乎占据了全国销售的新车的一半。乘客正花费越来越多的时间在它们的车子上。
现代社会的需要双收入家庭变得正常而非例外。一个或两个父母会在常规基础上往返上班地去工作。为了找到买得起住房,迫使许多人住得远离它们工作场所,导致较长的往返路程。这两个因素以及许多其它的因素迫使往返者花费更多的时间驾车。许多往返者已发现汽车合用以分担驾驶职责和花费并利用汽车合用陆线的时间节省特点的优点减少了与驾车去工作有关的零碎工作。随着社会变得更加都市化,通过汽车往返所花费的时间将继续增加。乘客将花费更多的时间在他们的汽车中。
在忙碌时,对于乘客来说往返所花费的时间经过得更快。因此,车辆已开始配备音频和视频设备,旨在在往返时使乘客保持娱乐。现在,乘客可以与因特网交互,在计算机上工作,播放视频节目或观看视频娱乐节目。几年内,制造商已向乘客车辆配备音频娱乐系统。较大的车辆,诸如拖车或SUV,常具有从顶蓬悬挂、安装在仪表板、中央扶手或安装在头枕或座椅背部中的视频监视器。
通常,技工修改原始设备头枕的背侧以接收视频监视器。这是非常昂贵的过程并导致对头枕的永久改变。修改还严重地劣化了头枕的保护特点。
未覆盖的监视器非常吸引窃贼。它易于从车外看见。
未覆盖的监视器具有非常坚硬的表面。这使得头枕的后部对于其后方乘坐的人形成安全威胁。
监视器盖还将对头枕监视器提供一定程度的父母观看控制。覆盖监视器将防止后座的观看。
当前,前座乘客没有办法直接控制头枕监视器的操作。无遥控器可供使用。遥控器将允许头枕监视器使用命令。这将允许父母控制。
这些监视器具有头枕支持支柱之外经过的视频输入和电源电缆。这使得附件看起来未完成。这还使得电缆易于由车辆乘客损坏。
需要为车辆特制的合理价格的OEM头枕预设,保持头枕的安全要求,同时结合向后的遥控视频监视器,其具有监视器保护盖和遮蔽的视频输入和电源电缆。
发明内容
本发明的实施例具有结合遥控的视频监视器的头枕预设,它具有监视器保护盖和遮蔽的视频输入和电源电缆。它可用作OEM头枕或者用作后继市场的头枕替换。本发明的该实施例保持头枕的保护需要,这与专门修改以结合向后视频监视器的头枕不同。监视器保护盖保护后座乘客不受与监视器的碰撞。
与专门修改的的头枕不同,本发明的该实施例被专门设计以满足车辆制造商的规格。头枕的设计容纳监视器而不牺牲支持结构和保护,而不是仅除去头枕结构以容纳监视器。单元前部的头枕填充足够吸收头部碰撞并将该负荷转移到支持结构。支持结构足够强以安全地抵抗碰撞负荷进入上座椅结构。
头枕具有视频输入和电源电缆,它通过中空的头枕支持支柱。这给装配件提供内置的原始设备外观。中空的头枕支持支柱也能保护电缆。
填塞的监视器盖用于许多用途。遮蔽的监视器电源和视频输入电缆与填塞盖的组合向头枕提供了普通头枕的外观。盖遮蔽了监视器。这有助于减少汽车盗窃头枕的机会。
填塞盖还用于减少由于与监视器的碰撞引起的伤害。座在监视器后的人将得到同坚硬的监视器碰撞的一定程度的保护。
监视器盖还提供一定程度的对头枕监视器的父母观看控制。遮盖监视器防止后座的观看。
填塞盖还保护监视器在不使用时不受伤害。
遥控器控制视频显示监视器的操作。遥控器产生的红外信号或无线电信号控制视频显示监视器的功能。遥控器允许后座或甚至前座乘客直接控制头枕监视器的工作。该特点允许视频显示监视器的父母控制。
头枕可以相对于至少一个中空的啮合支柱倾斜到三个前倾位置。每个前倾位置都通过棘轮机构锁定就位。该特点允许座椅乘客增加舒适度和/或为不同高度的乘客提升监视器的观察角度。

具体实施方式
本发明在车辆头枕中安装了向后的内置有源矩阵TFT LCD监视器。如图1-3中所示,头枕具有框架14。框架14具有头枕支架18以及至少一个中空支柱22。至少一个中空支柱22将头枕支架18连接到座椅26。
头枕的枕垫30具有后部结构50以及易变形的前部结构34,它被形成一定尺寸、形状并设置成防止座椅乘客头部的后部突然和撞击的向后运动。头枕枕垫30连接到头枕支架。头枕枕垫30的后部结构50的尺寸和形状容纳视频显示装置38。视频显示装置38具有显示屏42和组合电源和视频输入电缆46。
如图2-9和11所示,电源和视频输入电缆46穿过至少一个中空支柱22。
至少一个中空支柱22具有竖向调整机构,允许其调节到相对于座椅26的多个竖向位置。
在本发明的变型中,组合电源和视频输入电缆46穿过或延伸通过座椅26,通过至少一个中空支柱22以连接到视频显示装置38。
如图2和3所示,头枕枕垫30包括成形的泡沫垫54,它由外观、颜色和质地方面与覆盖其座椅26的材料类似的材料58覆盖。
在本发明的实施例中,视频显示装置38是有源矩阵TFT LCD监视器。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,框架14具有两个支柱22,其中至少一个柱是中空的。
在本发明的实施例中,图6和7描述了中空支柱22。这种类型的支柱可以由铬钼钢管制成。

两个托架102将视频显示装置38附着到监视器附着底座98。
在本发明的实施例中,组合电源和视频输入电缆46是DIN电缆。DIN电缆通常用于音频和控制应用。DIN电缆可以是5针DIN电缆或8针DIN电缆。
填塞的监视器盖适合许多目的。遮蔽的监视器电源和视频输入电缆与填塞的盖的组合向头枕提供普通头枕的外形。盖遮蔽监视器。这有助于减少通过汽车盗窃偷窃头枕的机会。
图12到15揭示了填塞的视频显示器盖的两个实施例。图12和13描述了向上打开的铰接盖109。该铰链107将盖109保持于打开位置。可铰接附着的盖109位于视频显示器外壳94上后部结构50上。在关闭时,填塞的视频显示器盖109遮蔽监视器42。填塞的盖109的外表面112可以是稍许刚性或柔软的。盖109的质地和颜色可以与头枕匹配或成对比。填塞物可以是开室或闭室泡沫(open or closedcell foam)或者任何其它合适的材料。
图14和15描绘了向下打开的铰接盖。盖110可铰接地附着到视频显示器外壳94下后部结构50上。拉链108将盖110的周边附着到后部结构50上。在关闭时,填塞的视频显示器盖110遮蔽监视器。在拉开拉链时,重力保持盖110打开。填塞盖110的外表面111可以稍许刚性或柔软。盖110的质地和颜色可以与头枕相匹配或成对比。填塞物可以是开室或闭室泡沫或任何其它合适的材料。
遥控器211指挥视频显示监视器42的操作,如图16所示。遥控器产生的红外信号或无线电信号操作视频显示监视器42的功能。遥控器211允许后座或前座乘客直接控制和视频显示监视器42的操作。

Claims (27)
1.一种具有内置式视频显示装置的车辆头枕,其特征在于,包括:
至少一个中空支柱;
头枕支架;
所述头枕支架通过所述至少一个中空支柱连接到座椅;
视频显示装置;
电缆,它将电能和视频输入提供给所述视频显示装置;
头枕枕垫,它附着到所述头枕支架上,所述头枕枕垫具有后部结构和易变形的前部结构,所述易变形的前部结构被调整尺寸、形状和被设置成防止座椅乘客头部的后部发生突然和撞击性的向后运动,所述头枕枕垫的后部结构被调整尺寸和形状以容纳所述视频显示装置;以及
所述电缆延伸通过所述至少一个中空支柱。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有内置视频显示装置的车辆头枕,其特征在于,所述至少一个中空支柱具有竖向调整机构,以允许其相对于座椅调整到多个竖向位置,其中该中空支柱安装于所述座椅上。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有内置视频显示装置的车辆头枕,其特征在于,所述电缆从所述至少一个中空支柱向下延伸通过所述座椅。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有内置视频显示装置的车辆头枕,其特征在于,所述头枕枕垫具有成形的泡沫填塞芯和盖,所述盖由外形、颜色和质地方面与覆盖安装有所述头枕的座椅的材料相类似的材料制成。

6.如权利要求1所述的具有内置视频显示装置的车辆头枕,其特征在于,所述视频显示装置是有源矩阵TFT LCD监视器。
7.如权利要求1所述的具有内置视频显示装置的车辆头枕,其特征在于,多个所述支柱将所述头枕支架连接到所述座椅,其中至少一个所述支柱是中空的。
