技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用测量设备,该设备包括一个具有用于测量患者数据的测量装置的第一部分,和一个具有用于发送数据的通信装置的第二部分,其中第一部分能够以可释放的方式连接到第二部分。
背景技术
国际专利申请WO 02/07595披露了一种用于接收一次性导管以进行泌尿道检查的连接单元。在该导管中设置一个用于测量各种压力相关数据的压力传感器。所述连接单元能够通过导线与外围设备相连以便将数据传输到那里。
发明内容
本发明总的目的是为医学应用提供一种通用的测量设备,该设备具有大量的可能用途。
本发明中的测量设备的特点是通信装置是无线的。
无线传输的采用使可能的用途大大增加,这有多种原因,其中的一个事实是患者和外围设备没有必要处于同一个地方。另外,本发明中的测量设备使用非常简单,这显著提高了用户的方便程度。而且,不用导线显著提高了患者行动的自由度。
在第一优选实施例中,第一部分是一个一次性用具。所述测量设备因此基于仅使用一次或至多供一位患者使用的原则,从而满足卫生要求的最高要求。
在第二优选实施例中,第一部分实施为一个盒,第二部分实施为一个盒保持器。本发明的测量设备结构紧凑,从而进一步方便了用户的使用。

具体实施方式
图1显示测量设备1,包括一个插在盒保持器3上的盒2。盒2上带有测量装置,在本优选实施例中所述测量装置适用于在泌尿学领域中对流体压力进行测量。所述测量装置包括三个导管4,每个导管具有三个端口,即与一个导管6a、6b、6c相连(见图3)的第一端口5a、5b、5c,一个第二通气端口7和一个其中设置有压力传感器(未示出)的第三端口8。所述导管还包括一个双向开关9和一个止回阀10。这样一种导管在上面提到的国际专利申请WO02/07595中有详细的描述,该申请以参考的方式结合在此。
此处应当注意导管4优选与盒结合成一体。所述盒具有凹槽,一个紧密配合的罩体以不渗透液体的方式设置在凹槽上,所述凹槽和罩体共同形成了导管4。导管的各部件及其功能与上面介绍的用作参考的已知导管相同。
盒2能够借助于连接器13以可拆卸的方式与盒保持器3相连,见图2。应当注意,有很多种商品化的、合适的连接器可用于将盒和盒保持器以可拆卸的方式连接。
在使用的时候,盒2与患者的体液接触,且被用作一次性用具。所述盒优选地具有能量供给,例如以电池的形式。为了防止重复使用,使能量供给寿命与测量装置所要求的预期测量时间相吻合。最好选择所述能量供给寿命,使得相关测量仅能对一位患者应用一次。所述盒是密封的不会泄漏液体。
盒保持器3上具有无线通信装置。所述通信装置包括至少一个发射器,例如一个射频发射器11。所有带有合适接收器的外围设备都可以接收和/或处理由盒保持器传输的数据。这些外围设备中的一个例子就是计算机,例如个人电脑,包括膝上电脑,和电子备忘录,以及所谓的掌上电脑。如果需要,所述通信装置还可以包括一个接收器,最好是射频接收器。合适的无线通信装置是已知且可在商业上利用的。优选地执行由一个控制接收数据的完整性和/或可靠性的协议。这样的协议实际上以软件和/或硬件的形式在商业上已知且可利用。合适的无线通信装置的一个例子是IBM公司的Blue Tooth(蓝牙)系统。
盒保持器3还具有用来读取压力传感器测量值并将其转换为适于传输的数据的电子器件。为此目的,盒保持器3包括用以将数据进行数字化处理的装置。所述盒保持器还可包括一个前置放大器。这些电子器件已经商业化应用,因此对于本领域技术人员而言都是已知的。
盒保持器3还具有用于将该盒保持器与患者相连的设备,例如附着电极(图中未示出),并且适用于固定和急救的使用。盒保持器3适于并且要重复使用。它可以简单地用通常的方式清洁,例如使用湿布。所述盒保持器可以通过用来与盒连接的连接器的液密密封而制成防溅式的。
图3示出测量设备1在实际使用时的情形。一个用以进行腹部压力直肠测量的导管6a连接在端口5a上。一个同时测量尿道内和膀胱内压力的导管6b与端口5b和5c相连。
本发明中的测量设备是在泌尿科学应用范畴内描述的。然而,对于本领域技术人员,显然的是,只要需要就可用其它医学领域中不同的测量装置来代替本发明中的测量装置。这些测量装置的一个例子就是测量电生理学数据的测量装置,例如测量电极。所述检测装置就适用于进行通用的电生理学检查,例如ECG检测和胃肠道检测。本领域技术人员将毫无困难地将其它本质上已知的测量装置与上述检测装置相结合起来使用。
在图3中,除导管外,两个测量电极12与盒2相连来进行ECG检测。
当然,本发明不仅限于图示和描述的实施例,而是包括任何落在所附的权利要求保护范围之内或者根据附图得出的实施方式。

Claims (3)

1.一种医用测量设备,包括一个带有用以检测患者数据的测量装置的第一部分,和一个带有用于发送数据的通信装置的第二部分,其中第一部分以可拆卸的方式连接在第二部分上,其特征在于,所述通信装置是无线的。
2.如权利要求1所述的测量设备,其特征在于所述第一部分是一种一次性用具。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的测量设备,其特征在于,所述第一部分实施为一个盒,所述第二部分实施为盒保持器。
