Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有可变光学和/或能量性能的电控设备或电致发光设备,该设备包括至少一个承载电活性层叠(3)的基材(1),该层叠置于所谓的“下”电极与所谓的“上”电极之间,每个电极包括至少一个导电层(2),它与至少一根电流总线电连接,其特征在于至少一根电流总线与至少一根电源线电连接,该电源线适合于将电能分配到至少一个导电层(2)的表面上,以便在电活性层叠(3)均匀地将电能转换成光能。
Description
本发明的目的是一种具有可变光学性能的玻璃板类电可控(électrocommandable)设备,或一种电致发光设备。
目前事实上对能够将电能转换成光能的电致发光玻璃板的需求在不断地增加。
人们已知所谓的电致发光系统一般包括至少一层夹在两个适当电极之间的有机或无机电致发光材料层。
按照惯例将这些电致发光系统分成几类,依此它们是有机类的,通常将“有机发光二极管”称之OLEDs系统,或将“聚合物发光二极管”称之PLED,或者它们是无机类的,在这种情况下,这个或这些功能层是薄的时,通常将“薄膜电致发光”称之TFEL系统,而这个或这些功能层是厚的时,则称之丝网印刷系统。
于是按照电致发光材料类型可以确定几类:
由蒸发分子(OLEDs),例如像AlQ3(三(8-羟基喹啉)铝)配合物、DPVBi(4,4′-(二苯基亚乙烯基联苯基))、DMQA(二甲基喹吖啶(quinacridone))或DCM(4-(二氰基亚甲基)-2-甲基-6-(4-二甲基氨基苯乙烯基)-4H-吡喃),构成薄层有机电致发光材料。在这种情况下,将有利于输送电荷载流子(空穴和电子)的附加层与该薄层各个面连接起来,这些附加层分别称之“HTL”(空穴输送层)和“ETL”(电子输送层)。此外,为了改善将一些空穴注入到HTL层,这层与称之“HIL”(空穴注入层)连接起来,该HIL层由例如铜酞菁或锌酞菁构成。
由聚合物(pLEDs),例如像PPV(聚(对-亚苯基亚乙烯基)、PPP(聚(对-亚苯基)、DO-PPP(聚(2-癸氧基-1,4-亚苯基)、MEH-PPV(聚[2-(2′-乙基己氧基)-5-甲氧基-1,4-亚苯基亚乙烯基)])、CN-PPV(聚[2,5-双(己氧基)-1,4-亚苯基-(1-氰基亚乙烯基)])或PDAF(聚(二烷基芴),构成薄层有机电致发光材料,该聚合物层也与有利于注入空穴(HIL)的层连接,该层由例如PEDT/PSS(聚(3,4-亚乙基-二氧噻吩/聚(4-苯乙烯磺酸酯))构成。
由薄层构成无机电致发光材料,例如硫化物薄层,像ZnS:Mn或SrS:Ce,或氧化物薄层,像Zn2SiO4:Mn、Zn2GeO4:Mn或Zn2Ga2O4:Mn。在这种情况下,让使用电介质材料,例如Si3N4、BaTiO3或Al2O3/TiO2制成的绝缘层,与这种电致发光薄层的每个面连接。
由厚层发光物质构成无机电致发光材料,例如像ZnS:Mn或ZnS:Cu,让这层与用电介质材料(例如BaTiO3)制成的绝缘层连接,这些层一般是采用丝网印刷方法制成的。
不管电致发光系统的类型(有机或无机的,薄或厚的层)如何,让主要包括这种电致发光层的层叠与两个电极(在有机系统的这种情况下,一个阴极和一个阳极)连接。
考虑到这些电致发光系统可直接地将电能转换成光能(特别地在可见光区),至少一个电极必须是透明的。一般而言,涉及用ITO(氧化锡铟)、掺杂氟的二氧化锡(SnO2:F)或掺杂铝的氧化锌(ZnO:Al)制成的阳极。
另一方面,对于这种阴极,按照电致发光系统类型区分构成该阴极的材料性质。关于OLEDs和pLEDs,这些无机系统(TFEL和厚膜)一般涉及一种用正电性金属(Al、Mg、Ca、Li等)或这些金属合金制成的阴极,该阴极任选地在绝缘材料(例如LiF)薄层之上,该阴极一般是用铝制成的。
还应该指出,在电能转换成光能时出现现象的性质有差别。
对于这些有机系统,这些电子从其阴极注入到电致发光层的有机材料导带,而该阳极从电致发光材料价带提取电子(注入空穴)。在电场影响下(在该系统两个电极之间施加电源电压),这些电子和空穴以相反方向迁移。它们在电致发光材料中再结合形成激发态,这种激发态能以辐射方式去激发(发射光子)。
对于这些无机系统,能将电能转换成光能的这种现象原则上是不同的。这里,在高电场作用下,典型地在约1-2MV.cm-1电场作用下,在绝缘层与发光物质层之间界面捕获的一些电子被释放并被加速达到能量约3eV。
这些能量电子通过碰撞将其能量转移到发光物质中心,这样可能以辐射方式去激发(发射电子)。
通过前面描述的电致发光系统将电能转换成光能的这两个过程,通常需要配备给这些电极供电的电源线,而这些电极一般在该系统一个活性层或多个不同活性层的两侧呈两个导电层的形式。
这些电源线应该同时保证这些有机系统有强电流强度通过(它们需要大量的电荷载流子),和这些无机系统有强电压通过(产生大的电场需要加速电子)。此外,还应该指出,这些电源线应该将这种电流均匀地分配在整个功能层表面上,从而避免出现任何可能造成功能层(电致发光材料层)破坏的现象,例如破裂或发弧现象,以便使整个表面均匀照明。
因此,本发明的目的是提出一种上面已提到的这些玻璃板类电控系统的改进连接。更具体地,本发明的目的是提出一种连接,从视觉方面和/或电方面来看这种连接都是比较好的,并且优选地,从工业规模来看这种连接也是简单灵活的。本发明涉及前面提到的所有这些系统,更特别地涉及这些电致发光玻璃板。
首先,本发明的目的是一种前面描述的这类设备,该设备包括至少一种承载电活性层叠的基材,该层叠置于所谓的“下”电极与所谓的“上”电极之间,每个电极包括至少一个导电层。每个电极与至少一根电流总线电连接。根据本发明,至少一根电源线是用多根导线制成的,这些导线均匀地配置在在承载基材区域之外的与至少一根电源线总线电接触的表面上,而该承载基材区域覆盖了电活性层层叠。
在本发明的意义上,“下”电极应该理解是最接近于作为参比的承载基材的电极,在其电极上沉积了至少一部分活性层(在有机或无机电致发光系统中整个活性层)。“上”电极是与同样的参比基材相比处于另一侧的电极。
本发明应用于广义玻璃板:这种承载基材一般是玻璃或聚合物类的硬的和透明的基材,例如聚碳酸酯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)类的基材。但是,本发明包括软或半软聚合物基的这些基材。
本发明的设备可以使用一种或或多种用层压、粹火的玻璃制成的基材,或用塑料(聚碳酸酯)材料制成的基材。这种(或这些)基材也可以是弯曲的。
一般而言,至少一个电极是透明的。但是,其中一个电极可以是不透明的。
一般可以使用一种其它硬质类基材,任选地,采用层压方法,使用一种或多种EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯)、PVB(聚乙烯缩丁醛)、PU(聚氨酯)类热塑性聚合物薄膜,尤其可以防止这种活性系统和上电极受到机械、氧化、湿度的作用。
本发明还包括使用软或半软基材,特别地使用聚合物基基材,其中任选地包括一层防透气层的基材,保护这种系统。
使用自支持或无自支持的双面粘合性薄板代替通常的热塑性夹层薄板时,还可以免去在加热下,任选地在压力下进行的层压操作,所述的双面粘合性薄板是可从市场上获得的,并且具有非常薄的优点。
在本发明的意义上,并且为了简便起见,定义下述术语:
“活性层叠”或“电活性层叠”是指该系统的这个或这些活性层,即除属于电极的这些层之外的所有系统层。前面已定义了不同类型的有机或无机类电致发光系统。
当然,对于所有这些层叠,这些层中每层都可以由单-层构成或由具有同样功能的并行叠置的多层构成。
一般而言,每个电极包含一个导电层或多个叠置的导电层,在下面它们都看作是单个层。
关于该导电层的合适电源,该层有矩形、正方形形状或平行四边形的类似几何形状时,一般要求沿着该层边缘配置电流总线。根据电控系统的类型,这些电流总线一方面用于与交流和/或直流电能源连接,另一方面与导电层连接,而这些导电层包含一些将电能散布到整个导电层表面上的电源线。
通常地,这些总线呈金属箔片形式,即不透明的金属带,通常是往往镀锡的铜基金属带。这个层叠和上述导电层一般具有同样尺寸时,这就意味着一旦完成该系统,就应该遮盖该整体1或2cm,以遮住装有金属箔片的玻璃板区域。根据本发明,这些活性层叠尺寸几乎就是使用者可达到的电控表面尺寸,没有或几乎没有活性表面损失,在任何情况下,这种表面损失比通常将金属箔片放在活性层叠上所产生的损失低得多。
除了这个主要优点外,本发明还具有其它的优点:
保证了这种放置的金属箔片不会产生“伤害”活性层叠的危险。由于在基本区域,即在有这些系统活性层的区域有金属箔片,所以在该玻璃板中没有局部的厚度余量。最后,可能有利于使这些电源线的电源可远离系统的敏感部分,如可能是实际放置的所述电源线。
本专利申请首先描述一种该系统“下”电极的优选实施方式。
该下电极可以包括导电层,它覆盖了至少一个未被活性层叠覆盖的承载基材区域。这种结构的优点首先是其结构易于获得:例如可以把该导电层沉积在整个基材表面上。在同一玻璃生产线上,特别地在浮法玻璃带上采用热解方法在这种玻璃上沉积该导电层时便是这种情况。
这种玻璃一旦切割成所要求的尺寸,然后可以使用临时掩蔽系统在该玻璃上沉积余下的系统层。
其它的优点是,只是被下导电层覆盖的这些基材区域可以用于放置本发明的周边电流总线和电源线。
一个导电层实例是掺杂的金属氧化物基的层,特别地例如掺杂锡的铟氧化物(称之ITO),或掺杂氟的锡氧化物(SnO2:F),或掺杂铝的锌氧化物(ZnO:Al)基材,这种基材是用玻璃制成时,所述的导电层任选地沉积在具有光学功能和/或阻挡碱金属功能的氧化硅、碳氧化硅或氮氧化硅类预层(précouche)上。
可以看到,这个下导电层有一些没有被活性层叠覆盖的区域。某些区域用于放置特别电流总线。这些电流总线用来与这些电源线进行接触,而这些电源线能够将该功能层需要的电能均匀地分配,使这种电能转换成光能。
本专利申请现在描述这种上电极结构。
这个“上”电极包括一个导电层,它一方面与在其实施方式和在其功能方面与“下”电极使用电流总线类似的电流总线连接,而另一方面与一些电源线连接。
如果这个电致发光活性层是充分导电的,则这些电源线或者是导线,或者这些电源线是通到在构成电极的这个层上或其层中的导线网,这个电极是金属的,或用ITO、SnO2:F、ZnO:Al制成TCO类的(透明导电氧化物),或者是导电层本身。
这些导线是金属线,例如用钨(或用铜)制成的线,这些导线任选地覆盖了表面涂层(例如碳或着色氧化物),其直径是10-100μm,优选地20-50μm,是直的或波状的,采用在线型加热风挡领域中已知的技术,例如在专利EP-785700、EP-553025、EP-506521、EP-496669中描述的技术,将这些导线沉积在层压夹层薄板上,例如PU基的层压夹层薄板上。
其中一种已知技术是使用加热的压紧滑轮,它将这种导线压紧在聚合物薄板表面上,这个压紧滑轮通过钢索导管设备由供料卷筒加导线。
关于上导电层,它的尺寸一般地小于或等于该活性层叠的相邻层的尺寸,因此可以在相邻层之后在同一沉积线上沉积该导电层(例如采用阴极溅射)。该系统的两个导电层不必都是透明的,甚至半透明的。其中一个面可以是镜面类的。
对于这些有机系统,涉及一般由电正性金属(Al、Mg、Ca、Li等)或这些金属的合金构成的阴极,该阴极任选地在例如LiF之类的薄绝缘材料层之上。
为了使这些系统变成透明的,一个可能性是在铜酞菁或锌酞菁薄层(几nm)或金属或合金薄层(低于10nm)之上使用ITO层作为阴极。能够制作透明有机系统的另一个可能性是使用掺杂p的透明半导体,例如像CuAlO2、CuSr2O2或ZnO:N类的透明半导体作为阴极。
对于这些无机系统,这种上电极一般由例如用Al、Ga等掺杂的ITO、SnO2:F或ZnO类掺杂氧化物层构成,或由例如用铝制成的金属层或银类金属层构成,这个金属层任选地与一层或多层也是导电的保护层(Ni、Cr、NiCr等)结合,和与一层或多层用电介质材料(金属氧化物、Si3N4、BaTiO3)制成的具有保护和/或光学作用的层结合。
本发明在使用这类附加导电网时还保持了这些主要优点,但本发明还利用了由其存在所提供的其它可能性:借助这些导线或这些带,能够将这些电流总线移动到由上导电层覆盖的表面外面,同时它们不与这个层,而是与这些导线或带末端电连接,因此以超过导电层表面方式构成。
在其优选实施方式中,该导电网包括多根金属导线,它们都置于热塑性类聚合物薄板表面:使用这些导线包其表面的这个薄板贴合在上导电层上,以保证它们的物理接触/电连接。这种热塑性薄板可以用于将第一玻璃类承载基材与另外的玻璃层压在一起,于是通过结构组配保证安全功能。
有利地,这些导线/带以彼此保持基本平行的方式,优选地,按照基本平行于上导电层纵向或横向方向取向放置(它们可能是直的或波浪形的)。这些导线末端超过在两个相对侧面上被上导电层覆盖的基材区域,特别地超过至少0.5mm,例如3-10mm。它们可以是用铜、钨、表面着色的钨(氧化物、石墨等),或用铁-镍类铁基合金制成的。
明智的是要避免这些导线末端与下导电层电接触。因此,优选的是超过上导电层的这些导线末端只是在这个下导电层的这些失活区域才与其下导电层接触。
选择性地或累积地,为了避免与下导电层的任何短路,可以插入一个或多个绝缘材料带,例如聚合物基绝缘材料带,可以将这些导线末端与下导电层进行电隔离(它们能与其活性区域接触)。
应该指出,所谓的“下”电极可以选择性地或累积地使用同样类型的导电网。
本专利申请现在描述不同类型的电流总线及其在该系统中的配置。
关于上电极,按照一个实施方案,前面提到导电网的导线/带末端(构成这些电源线)可以与电流总线电接触,该电流总线呈用绝缘聚合物制成的软带形式,在其中一个面上覆盖导电涂层。这类电源线有时称之P·F·C″(软印刷电路)或F·L·C(扁平层压电缆),并且已经用于不同的电的/电子的系统。其灵活性,这些可得到的不同结构实施方案,以及在其中一个面上电流总线电绝缘,这些都使其在现有情况下的应用变得非常诱人。
根据另一个实施方案,这些导线末端与下导电层的两个失活区域是电接触的,并且这两个失活区域与用于上电极的电流总线是电接触的。方便地,可能涉及在上述区域中抓住承载基材的导电“夹(clips)”。正是一种原始的解决办法,使用这种下电极可保证其上电极的电连接。
关于下电极的电流总线,在没有被活性层叠覆盖的活性区域中可以沿着两个相对边将它们电连接起来。这些总线可以是前面提到的这些夹子。
还可以将这些电流总线与前面提到的软带状的下电极和上电极集合起来。因此可能涉及两个基本相同的带,每个带有一种用电绝缘聚合物制成的软支持物,它们近似于L形或U形(当然,按照承载基材与其配备层的几何形状可能有许多其它的希望结构)。在这种L形或U形的其中一侧,在一个面上有导电涂层。在这种L形的另一侧或U形其它侧中的一侧,在与前述相反的面上有导电涂层。这个电流总线总系统也由在塑料支持物上这些“L”(对于U为四侧面)中两个构成。结合时,它们在一个面上为其中一个电极提供两个导电带,在其相对面上为另外一个电极提供两个导电带。正是一个紧凑系统才易于安装。在每个L两个边缘之间的连接末端,应有与总线导电涂层电连接的电连接器。
用一个完整框架代替这两个“L”也可能达到进一步紧凑:这时使用大致矩形形状的绝缘聚合物带,在一个面上沿着两个相对的边缘有导电涂层,而在另一个面上沿着两个另外相对的边缘有导电涂层。这时,优选地有一个单个外电连接器代替两个外电连接器。这种框架可以是一件,或分成在安装时可以装配的多个部件。
这些下电极和/或上电极电流总线也可以呈通常的金属箔片形式,例如呈任选镀锡的铜类金属带形式。
这些下电极和/或上电极电流总线也可以呈导线形式(或多根集合导线),它类似于构成这些电源线的导线网,它们与聚合物薄膜连接,该薄膜则同电致发光系统导电层连接。
这些导线可以用铜、钨或有表面着色的钨(石墨、氧化物等)制成,并且类似于在构成前面所提到导电网使用的导线。它们的直径可以是10-600μm。这类导线事实上足以令人满意地向这些电极供电,并且显著分散:装配这种设备时可能不必遮盖它们。
这种电流总线结构是非常适合的。前面已较详细地描述了基本矩形活性系统,但是它们可能有许多不同的几何形状,特别是取决于它们承载基材的几何形状:圆形、正方形、半圆形、椭圆形、任何多角形、菱形、梯形、正方形、任何平行四边形等。而在这些不同的情况下,对于一些彼此相对的电流总线“对”给每个电极供电,这些电流总线不再是必需的。于是可能涉及例如其导电层所有方面都已触及到的电流总线(或至少触及其周边好的部分)。电流总线为简单导线时是完全可实施的。同样涉及点式电流总线,特别是该设备尺寸较小时更如此。
本发明的玻璃板可以包括附加功能性:例如它包括反射红外光的涂层,如专利EP-825478所描述的。它还可能包括亲水涂层、抗反射涂层、疏水涂层、含有锐钛矿型二氧化钛的具有防污性能的光催化涂层,如专利WO 00/03290所描述的。
下面将通过下述附图,利用非限制性实施例详细说明本发明:
图2、6、7说明在图1、3、4、5中示出的电致发光系统的不同电连接方式。
为便于阅读,所有图都是示意性的,没有必要符合它们所表示的这些不同元件之间的比例。
这些图都涉及在具有两块玻璃板的层压结构中,在例如适合作为汽车或建筑物玻璃窗应用的构型中的电致发光玻璃板。
所有这些图都表示玻璃1,它装有下导电层2,活性层叠3,其上装有上导电层2′,在下导电层2下面的导线网4,该导线网4嵌入乙烯醋酸乙烯酯EVA、PU(聚氨酯)或PVB(聚乙烯缩丁醛)薄膜5的表面中。该玻璃板还包括第二块玻璃1′。采用已知的层压或压延技术,采用任选地在压力下的加热技术,将两块玻璃1,1′、EVA、PU或PVB膜连接起来。
下导电层2是以掺杂的金属氧化物为基的层,特别地例如以掺杂锡的铟氧化物(称之ITO),或掺杂氟的锡氧化物(SnO2:F),或掺杂铝的锌氧化物(ZnO:Al)为基的层,这个基材是用玻璃制成的时,该导电层任选地沉积在具有光学功能和/或阻挡碱金属功能的氧化硅、碳氧化硅或氮氧化硅类预层上。
于是,构成“下”电极的导电层可以是双层,该双层由SiOC第一层和置于其上用SnO2:F制成的第二层构成,第一层厚度是10-150nm,特别地20-70nm,优选地50nm,第二层厚度是100-1000nm,特别地200-600nm,优选地约400nm(采用CVD将两层优选地相继地沉积在切割前的玻璃上)。
另一种实施方式,下电极是由ITO或SnO2:F单层构成的,其厚度100-1000nm,特别地约100-300nm。
或者,涉及一种双层,该双层由以掺杂Al或B类的SiO2为基的第一层和置于其上ITO第二层构成,第一层厚度是10-150nm,特别地10-70nm,优选地约20nm,第二层厚度是100-1000nm,优选地约100-300nm(优选地,在真空下,采用在氧存在下任选加热的、通过磁场增强的活性阴极溅射,相继沉积两层)。
这些图上表示的这些导线4是彼此平行的直铜线,它们是采用线型加热风挡领域中已知技术沉积在EVA或PU薄膜5上的,如专利EP-785700、EP-553025、EP-506521、EP-496669中所描述的。图示性地,涉及使用加热压紧滑轮,它将线压在聚合物薄膜表面上,借助钢索导管设备,从供料卷筒供给压紧滑轮导线。
EVA薄膜5的厚度是约0.8mm。
两块玻璃1,1′是用透明的标准硅钠钙玻璃制成的,其每块玻璃厚度约2mm。
实施例1
这是图1示出的构型:
以下述方式按照一种层叠分解活性系统3,该层叠包括至少一层“HIL”3a,它是以不饱和杂环化合物为基的,特别地以聚不饱和杂环化合物为基的,例如铜酞菁或锌酞菁,其厚度是3-15nm,优选地5nm;一层所谓的“HTL”3b,其厚度约10-150nm,特别地20-100nm,优选地50nm的N,N′-二苯基-N,N′双(3-甲基苯基)-1,1′-联苯基-4,4′二胺(TPD)或N,N′-双-(1-萘基)-N,N′-二苯基-1,1′-联苯基-4,4′二胺(α-NPD);一层3c,由厚度约50-500nm,优选地100nm的AlQ3(三(8-羟基喹啉)铝)蒸发分子构成,该层任选地掺杂百分之几的红荧烯、DCM或喹吖啶;一层所谓的“ETL”3d,由厚度10-300nm,特别地20-100nm,优选地50nm的2-(4′-联苯基)-5-(4″-叔丁基苯基)-1,3,4-氧杂二唑(t-Bu-PBD)或3-(4′-联苯基)-4-苯基-5-(4″-叔丁基苯基)-1,2,4-三唑(TAZ)制成,所有这些层都是采用蒸发方法沉积的。
该活性系统3和上导电层2′也覆盖了基材的矩形区域,任选地其尺寸小于由该下导电层覆盖的区域。这两个矩形区域是彼此居中的。
图2表示了电流总线6,它们彼此间是对称的:涉及两个导电带6a、6b,它们基本为U形,并且任选地涂布了绝缘聚合物。在导电带6a较短一侧,该导电涂层(从这个点已除去绝缘聚合物,以便使这个部分的带变成导电的)转向这些导线4。在导电带6b最长一侧,该导电涂层(从这个点已除去绝缘聚合物,以便使这个部分的带变成导电的)转向下导电层2。
这些带6a的导电涂层与导线4是电接触的,并因此保证通过这些导线4给上电极和电源线供电。在层叠3覆盖的表面之外,这些电导线末端只是与电源线绝缘聚合物支持物接触:因此避免了在这些导线与下面电极2之间可能出现的任何短路危险。
带6b的这些导电涂层与下导电层2的这些区域接触,这些区域是活性的,未被层叠3覆盖:它们通过电源线给下导电层2供电。对于每个电流总线,有一个电连接器7,它大致以电源线U形角度放置,每个导电涂层都有适当电连接。
实施例2
这种构型与实施例1构型非常相似,并示于图3。
这些差别在于上电极的性质,它能够制造透明系统:

与实施例1的差别在于活性系统3的性质。在这个实施例中,涉及一种层的层叠,它包括用PEDT/PSS制成的“HIL”层3a,其厚度10-300nm,特别地20-100nm,优选地50nm,以PPV、PPP、DO-PPP、MEH-PPV、CN-PPV为基的聚合物层3b,其厚度50-500nm,特别地75-300nm,优选地100nm。这些层都是采用旋涂技术沉积的。
实施例4
这种构型与实施例1或实施例3的构型非常相似,并示于图5。
这些差别在于活性系统的性质和上电极的性质。
该活性系统3由一个层叠构成,该层叠包括至少一层3a,它是以活性材料为基的,其厚度100-1000nm,特别地300-700nm,优选地约500nm,例如像ZnS:Mn、SrS:Ce、Zn2SiO4:Mn、Zn2GeO2:Mn或ZnGa2O4:Mn,这个层3a是采用蒸发法或采用《溅射》法得到的,该层与用电介质材料制成的绝缘层3e和3f两侧连接,该绝缘层的厚度是50-300nm,特别地100-200nm,优选地约150nm(Si3N4、BaTiO3或Al2O3/TiO2),层3e和3f是采用《溅射》法得到的,并不必具有同样的性质和同样的厚度。

这些差别在于上电极2′的性质,它能制造一种透明系统:

这种构型与实施例4的构型非常相似。
这些差别在于层的厚度,这些层是所谓厚的,一般是采用丝网印刷技术得到的。
活性系统3是由一个层叠构成的,这个层叠包括一层以活性材料为基的层,该层厚度10-100μm,特别地15-50μm,优选地约30μm,例如像ZnS:Mn或ZnS:Cu,这个层与用BaTiO3电介质材料制成的绝缘层连接,该绝缘层厚度是10-100μm,特别地15-50μm,优选地约25μm。
这六个实施例因此共同地是使在两个相对面上的电致发光玻璃板激活或失活,在一些重叠区域中,有只被下导电层覆盖的区域,和同时被这个层和被活性层叠3覆盖的区域。
变通地,可以使用一些给下导电层2和一些导电夹供电的导电夹作为电流总线,以便给上电极2′供电。
这些夹是市售的产品,它们能够夹住变成导体的玻璃,还能够获得不同尺寸的夹。
对于下导电层2,这些夹已被固定,并覆盖了玻璃边缘,以便与活性层2的边缘电连接。它们的长度小于将该层的两条切口线分开的长度。
对于上电极2′,这些夹被夹在玻璃1′上,于是同时确定与层2的这些失活区域电连接。与该层余下部分分开的这些失活区域与导线4末端进行电连接,还能够给上导电层2′供电。于是利用了下电极2的这些失活区域,通过这些导线4给上电极供电。
实施例7
根据图6表示的另外一个实施方案,这些电流总线事实上是标准的金属箔片,呈镀锡铜带形式,其宽度约3mm:
给下导电层2供电的一些带14a、14b,
这些带与唯一电连接器16电连接。为了避免带14a与15a之间短路,例如在这两个带之间嵌入电绝缘聚合物材料膜。
实施例8
涉及一种电流总线实施方案(图7):这里,使用了与实施例7同样的镀锡铜金属箔片。在这个实施例8,于是有两个电连接器18和19,每个连接器与两个叠置金属箔片20a、20b电连接,而该金属箔片通过导线4末端用于给上导电层供电,还与金属箔片21a、21b电连接,而该金属箔片用于给下导电层2供电。采用焊接方法将金属箔片与连接器连接。
结论,在给电致发光类系统供电方式方面,本发明可能有许多实施方案。对于下面电极,可以考虑使用导线网或丝网印刷导电带,取代在上电极实施例中使用的导线或除其之外。不同的电流总线是可使用的,其中的标准金属箔片或软聚合物带有导电涂层。一些特别不连续的电流总线也是可使用的,作为单一的导线,甚至点状电源线。
根据这种集合类型,可能终于只有两个电连接器,甚至只是一个电连接器,这样使该设备的电源变得非常简单。
即使这些实施例因简化起见而描述了矩形表面的活性层叠,但仍可以制造各种各样几何形状的电致发光玻璃板类设备。
这些电致发光玻璃板在建筑物方面在墙壁、天花板或栏杆照明中有应用(舒适、安全、装饰照明),在汽车方面,在车顶、侧玻璃窗、后玻璃窗、平视显示设备中有应用。
本发明在于将这些可见的电总线移动直到活性层的周边,因此确切地说限定了玻璃板的活性区域,同时使这些电流总线将随之发生的电能均匀地消散和分配到电源线,这些在下电极和/或上电极都是几乎不可察觉的。
Claims (27)
1.具有可变光学和/或能量性能的电控设备或电致发光设备,该设备包括至少一个承载电活性层的层叠(3)的基材(1,1′),该层叠置于所谓的“下”电极与所谓的“上”电极之间,每个电极包括至少一个导电层(2,2′),它与至少一根电流总线电连接,其特征在于至少一根电流总线与至少一根电源线电连接,该电源线适合于将电能分配到至少一个导电层(2,2′)的表面上,以便在电活性层的层叠(3)均匀地将电能转换成光能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于该电源线包括或者导线(4),或者通到构成电极的层(2,2′)上或其中的导线网。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于这些导线(4)是金属导线,例如用钨(或用铜)制成的导线,该导线任选地覆盖一层表面涂层,其直径是10-100μm,优选地20-50μm,是直的或波浪形的,沉积在热塑性材料薄膜(5)上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于“下”电极包括覆盖承载基材区域的导电层(2),特别地基本上是矩形的导电层(2),下电极(2)是掺杂的金属氧化物基的,特别地例如掺杂锡的铟氧化物,它称之ITO,或掺杂氟的锡氧化物SnO2:F,或掺杂铝的锌氧化物ZnO:Al,该基材是用玻璃制成的时,该导电层任选地沉积在具有光学功能和/或具有阻挡碱金属功能的氧化硅、碳氧化硅或氮氧化硅类预层上。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于构成“下”电极的导电层(2)可以是双层,该双层由第一SiOC层和置于其上用SnO2:F制成的第二层构成,第一层厚度是10-150nm,特别地20-70nm,优选地50nm,第二层厚度是100-1000nm,特别地200-600nm,优选地约400nm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于它涉及双层,该双层由以掺杂一点Al或B类金属的SiO2为基的第一层和置于其上的ITO第二层构成,第一层厚度是约20nm,第二层厚度是约100-300nm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于它涉及由约100-300nm的ITO构成的一层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于按照层的层叠分解活性系统(3),该系统包括至少一层(3a)“HIL”,它是以不饱和杂环化合物为基的,特别地以聚不饱和杂环化合物为基的,例如铜酞菁或锌酞菁,或是由其厚度5nm的PEDT/PSS制成的;一层(3b)所谓的“HTL”,该层是其厚度50nm的N,N′-二苯基-N,N′双(3-甲基苯基)-1,1′-联苯基-4,4′二胺(TPD)或N,N′-双-(1-萘基)-N,N′-二苯基-1,1′-联苯基-4,4′二胺(α-NPD);一层(3c),它是由厚度100nm的AlQ3(三(8-羟基喹啉)铝)配合物的蒸发分子构成,该层任选地掺杂百分之几的红荧烯、DCM或喹吖啶;一层(3d)所谓的“ETL”,它是厚度50nm的2-(4′-联苯基)-5-(4″-叔丁基苯基)-1,3,4-氧杂二唑(t-Bu-PBD)或3-(4′-联苯基)-4-苯基-5-(4″-叔丁基苯基)-1,2,4-三唑(TAZ)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于按照一种层的层叠分解活性系统(3),该系统包括至少一层用厚度50nm的PEDT/PSS制成的层(3a)“HIL”,以PPV、PPP、DO-PPP、MEH-PPV、CN-PPV为基的聚合物层(3b),其厚度为100nm。
10.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于按照一种层的层叠分解活性系统(3),该系统包括至少一层(3a),它是以活性材料为基的,其厚度约500nm,例如硫化物,像ZnS:Mn、SrS:Ce或Zn2SiO4:Mn、Zn2GeO2:Mn或ZnGa2O4:Mn,该层(3a)与用电介质材料制成的绝缘层(3e、3f)两侧连接,该绝缘层是厚度150nm的Si3N4、Al2O3/TiO2或BaTiO3。
11.根据权利要求1和10所述的设备,其特征在于构成上电极的导电层(2′)是以金属或铝金属合金为基的。
12.根据权利要求1、8和9中任一项权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于构成上电极(2′)的导电层是以金属或电正性金属(Al、Mg、Ca等)合金为基的。
13.根据上述权利要求中任一项权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于两个电极中至少一个电极,优选地“上”电极包括一个与导线网(4)/导电带连接的导电层。
14.根据权利要求13所述的设备,其特征在于该导线网(4)包括多根基本上的金属导线,它们沉积在聚合物薄膜表面(5)上,特别地沉积在热塑性类聚合物薄膜表面(5)上。
15.根据权利要求13或14所述的设备,其特征在于这些导线/带(4)基本上彼此平行配置,优选地按照基本平行于“上”电极的导电层(2′)长度或宽度方向取向配置,超过其基材区域的所述导线/带末端被在两个其相对边缘上的所述导电层覆盖,特别地覆盖至少0.5mm。
16.根据权利要求13-15中任一项权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于与“下”电极导电层(2)连接的这些导线/带(4)末端,与覆盖在一个或多个导电涂层面上呈绝缘聚合物柔软带(6a,6b)形式的电流总线电连接。
17.根据权利要求16所述的设备,其特征在于所述的电流总线呈能夹住承载基材(1,1′)的导电“夹”形式。
18.根据权利要求16所述的设备,其特征在于所有“下”和“上”电极的电流总线集合呈近矩形带形式,这种带是由用电绝缘软聚合物制成的支持物、在两个相对边缘上一个面上的导电涂层,和在两个其它边缘上在与前面相对的面上的导电涂层,优选地与只是一个外电连接器构成。
19.根据上述权利要求中任一项权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于至少一个电流总线呈金属箔片(14a、14b、15a、15b)形式,特别地金属带,或呈一种或多种导线,或呈用导电材料制成的点状电源线形式。
20.根据上述权利要求中任一项权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于电活性层叠(3)覆盖承载基材区域,它是多角形、矩形、菱形、梯形、正方形、圆形、半圆形、椭圆形、任何平行四边形。
21.根据上述权利要求中任一项权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于它涉及电致发光系统。
22.根据权利要求21所述的设备,其特征在于该系统是透明的。
23.根据权利要求21所述的设备,其特征在于它涉及电致发光玻璃板,特别地具有层压结构的电致发光玻璃板。
24.根据权利要求21所述的设备,其特征在于该电致发光玻璃板包括至少一块平面玻璃和/或至少一块弯曲玻璃。
25.根据权利要求21-24中任一项权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于它还包括至少一个下述涂层:反射红外光的涂层、亲水涂层、疏水涂层、具有防污性能的光催化涂层、抗反射涂层、电磁屏蔽涂层。
26.根据权利要求21-24中任一项权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于这种承载基材(1)是硬的、半硬的或软的。
27.根据权利要求1-25中任一项权利要求所述的设备作为汽车或建筑物玻璃窗的应用。
