本发明涉及一种用于连续干燥纸浆幅材、特别是薄纸幅材的设备,其具有干燥滚筒和空气循环系统,干燥滚筒具有圆筒形壳,壳被设计成蜂窝状的主体。
背景技术
在现有的造纸厂中,干燥工艺开始于进料干燥度大约为40%到45%时。为了获得更高的纸产量,现在造纸工省却了初步的机械脱水,这类设备的进料干燥度现在大约为20%到25%。这些工厂在通风干燥下运转。在加热过程中,处于环境温度下的一个或者多个连续的通风干燥滚筒突然暴露在温度将近300℃的供气下。这些现在使用的干燥滚筒具有薄壁壳,例如打孔的或者蜂窝状的主体,该薄壁壳与厚壁的端法兰相接。由于滚筒壳和端法兰的质量之间存在相当大的差异,因此在过渡点处存在过大的应力,从而导致变形乃至结构损坏。当这些滚筒在紧急断电期间从操作温度突然冷却至环境温度时,也即把冷水在这些滚筒上以避免损坏围绕着滚筒的塑料线时,也会出现同样的损坏。
发明内容
现在本发明的目的在于消除这个缺点,其特征在于,干燥滚筒的蜂窝状的圆筒形壳在边缘处具有环形的、柔性过渡轮廓。从而能够减少任何滚筒壳直径上出现的改变和任何产生的不容许的热应力。
本发明的又一有利成果的特征在于,过渡轮廓上被设计为U形并优选地被对焊在蜂窝状的圆筒形壳上。使用这种设计的过渡部件,保证了在机器加热和冷却过程期间连续的热量过渡。这种特殊类型的接头可使焊缝的应力减少到使焊缝根本不会产生变形或者结构损坏的程度。
本发明的一个优选实施例的特征在于,过渡轮廓的横截面优选地是向其中心收窄的U形。结果是显著地影响了热量流动。另外,这种设计建立了柔性连接,这也保证了圆筒形壳居中,从而保证其精确的圆度。
如果蜂窝状的圆筒形壳比要干燥的纸幅宽,这也是有利的,这允许限定变动的各种纸幅宽度。
本发明的还一个有利成果的特征在于,连续环在每端上收缩,并延伸超出过渡轮廓而进入蜂窝状的圆筒形壳中,从而防止了灰尘或者纸纤维进入U形的空腔内。
业已证明有利的是,圆筒形壳由连接在垂直的、边缘轮廓上的若干纵肋制成。这使圆筒形壳获得了很好的稳固性。
本发明的一个优选实施例的特征在于,蜂窝状的圆筒形壳的纵肋的彼此间距在20mm到80mm之间,优选地是在30mm到40mm之间。如果间距再窄些,还会有更低的负荷率,从而减少了在纸幅上划痕的风险。
本发明的一个有利的实施例的特征在于,以蜂窝结构的形式安装的边缘连接轮廓突出到超出纵肋并支撑纸幅和输送丝网(conveyingwire)。这造成了较大的支撑面,并进一步降低了在纸幅上划痕的风险。
当蜂窝结构圆筒形壳具有至少85%的开口区域时是特别有利的。这样可以特别好地实施通风干燥工艺。
本发明的又一个特别有利的成果的特征在于,盖设置在端面上,以稳固圆筒形壳,并且,这些盖用螺栓固定在圆筒形壳上,特别是固定在过渡部件上。这种设计保证了提高滚筒壳的稳固性,特别是,当温度造成径向膨胀时,它防止了任何由端盖和滚筒壳造成的滑动。

具体实施方式
图1显示了通风干燥工艺的一个可能构造。该图显示了滚筒1及其轴承2和3以及驱动器4。在滚筒的下方有一两个部件的罩5和6(见图2),热供气从该处流出并穿过纸幅7,输送丝网8,然后穿过干燥滚筒1进入滚筒内,并通过环形通道10从驱动器一侧离开滚筒。温度大约为300℃的热供气通过干燥工艺冷却至大约120℃。于是以这种方式冷却的排气又回到了它在进入该处理系统时的状态。在出口处,纸幅7与输送丝网8一起被运送至偏转辊11。这里可以清楚地看到罩板装置12,在不与薄纸幅材相接触且不被罩5和6覆盖的扇形区域里,罩板装置从内向外覆盖了滚筒1的该区域。这防止了额外的空气被吸进干燥滚筒,额外的空气会大大减少通过纸幅的吸气作用。原则上,空气也可以从干燥滚筒1内穿过圆筒形壳9运输到外界。
图3显示了干燥滚筒1的截面图,其包括蜂窝状的圆筒形壳9,该壳具有卷成水平的U形的柔性环13,该柔性环被分别对焊在操作员一侧和驱动器一侧。由于这种U形的过渡轮廓13位于圆筒形壳9和凸缘之间,因此接头焊缝的最大应力减少至那些现有设计下产生的最大应力的大约三分之一,这保证了干燥滚筒在其整个使用寿命期间的无损坏运转。
这些柔性环13的外凸缘以螺栓方式固定在滚筒盖14和15上,滚筒盖具有用于保持两个轴承组件2和3的轴颈,它们的设计考虑到在加热和冷却期间的温度差异所产生的、干燥滚筒1在横跨机器方向上的长度的改变。排气温度通常在120℃左右,而进入干燥滚筒的供气具有大约300℃的温度。滚筒的两端被自其外边缘一直延伸到纸幅的边缘的连续环16覆盖。这种布置防止了任何灰尘或者纸纤维进入U形的空腔内。该连续环16以使其既不会在加热和冷却过程中从滚筒表面上脱离、也不会在干燥操作中脱离的方式收缩。
图4显示了滚筒壳和柔性环13之间的连接处的截面图,还显示了焊接接头本身和固定在滚筒盖14上的法兰连接件17。
图5示出了滚筒1的外围部分的图。该图显示了盖衬圈16,其伸超出蜂窝状的圆筒形壳9的边缘并标记出纸幅的边缘。
图6显示了具有纵肋18的圆筒形壳9的支撑结构,其具有大约为30mm到40mm的优选间距a,连接轮廓19沿径向突出到超出纵肋,以形成蜂窝结构并支撑纸幅7和输送丝网8。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于连续干燥纸浆幅材的设备,所述设备具有干燥滚筒(1)和空气循环系统,该干燥滚筒(1)具有圆筒形壳(9),所述圆筒形壳(9)被设计成蜂窝状的主体,其特征在于,所述干燥滚筒(1)的蜂窝状的圆筒形壳(9)在边缘处具有环形的柔性过渡轮廓(13),所述过渡轮廓(13)的横截面被设计为U形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,U形的过渡轮廓(13)被对焊在蜂窝状的圆筒形壳(9)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,过渡轮廓(13)的横截面呈向其中心收窄的U形。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,蜂窝状的圆筒形壳(9)宽于待干燥的纸浆幅材。
