背景技术
鞋能以简单或复杂的结构建造。简单的“拖鞋(flip flop)”，凉鞋能由从泡沫橡胶或塑料薄片坯料切成的一片鞋底形成，该鞋底具有附加的一个或两个带条以把鞋底保持到穿戴者的脚上。其它的凉鞋能借助于一层或两层鞋底和同样的一个或多个简单的带条形成。木屐等借助于一片模压或雕刻的鞋底形成，在某些情况下借助于延伸的雕刻或模压物形成以产生能用来把鞋底附加到穿戴者的脚上的整体“上部”。鞋的模压和雕刻木屐等物品通常极为刚硬和不可弯曲。

发明内容

使用这些重量轻塑料材料的优点在于，可以非常便宜地形成中底、脚趾盖及上部。
这些材料的另外优点包括事实：它们是防水的，并且它们浮起。当在海滨、船上或码头使用当前的鞋子、拖鞋或凉鞋时这特别有益。
在任意优选方面，本发明提供具有铰接脚趾部分的鞋。这样一种铰接脚趾部分在以单片模压构造提供运动的容易方面特别有益。在任意优选方面，铰接脚趾部分至少部分地由跨过中底并且在上部与脚趾盖之间(优选地直接在脚趾的基部上方)的横向槽形成。铰接脚趾部分也可以由在中底的顶部上的任意隆起横向脊形成。在优选方面，隆起横向脊定位成在脚的脚趾的基部的下方通过。在优选方面，隆起横向脊定位成在横向槽下方通过。

在优选方面，外底的最后面部分(即与鞋子的后跟对应的部分)可以由较耐磨(例如，较高硬度)材料制成，如由比外底的较前面部分更耐磨的橡胶制成。这在如下方面是便利的：较大磨损典型地发生在制品的鞋底的后跟处，并且在这个区域中的较坚韧的外底材料能补偿这种增加的磨损。
在各种优选方面，外底可以压缩模压或吹制模压。在优选方面，鞋子的外底可以由实心橡胶或吹制橡胶制成。外底优选地粘结到材料的中底块的底部上。
在优选方面，由脚趾片和整体模压的中底限定的鞋制品的内部在构造上使外形与穿戴者的脚相配。这具有提供较不可能容易地滑离用户的脚的鞋子等的优点。
在优选方面，接触穿戴者的脚的脚底的鞋制品的表面构造成，提供在用户的脚下方的摩擦表面。这样一种摩擦表面可以模压成中底的表面，或者它可以以携带摩擦表面的另外添加的内底层的形式存在。为了构造的经济性，一般优选的是，提供摩擦表面作为模压成中底表面的织物。这种织物在用户的脚的下方能具有一系列可选择隆起和降低的部分的形式。一个或多个凹穴能提供在中底的顶部表面中，并且一个或多个摩擦增强里层可以接收在凹穴内，并且粘结到材料块中。

转到附图，鞋制品100表示在图1中。制品100构造为拖鞋，具有接合和围绕穿戴者的脚的脚趾端10、和为了穿戴者的脚通过那里插入而敞开的后跟端12。拖鞋100也描绘在图2、3及4中，并且其横截面表示在图9中。拖鞋100包括模压中底14，有外底16附加到其上。如在图4中最清楚地描绘的那样，在这个实施例中，外底16实际上为多段-后部或后跟段16和前部或脚趾段16A。

在表示的实施例100中，外底16以两段存在。这些与在中底14中的主要弯曲区域42的相对侧相对应，其中当穿上拖鞋时鞋底的主要弯曲发生。弯曲区42位于中底14的下侧，在与在脚趾盖20与在中底的顶部侧上的上部带条28之间的槽22相对应的位置处。
外底16能由橡胶或塑料形成。通常，由于外底在使用中接触地，所以希望由耐久材料形成外底16。橡胶，天然的和合成的及吹制和实心的橡胶能在外底16中获得应用。在某些实施例中，这种外底能由两种或多种材料形成，较硬(较高硬度)材料对于诸如后跟和可能的脚趾区域的末端之类的高磨损区域是有利的，而较不耐久的、更加柔软和舒服的材料用于外底的剩余部分。
转到图5-8，表示由本发明提供的鞋制品的第二实施例。这是凉鞋200。凉鞋200具有在刚才描述的拖鞋100中呈现的多个相同元件。为了强调这两个实施例的通用性和相似性，在可能的地方，对于相同部分将使用相同标号。这样，凉鞋200具有相同的脚趾端10和后跟端12以及带有共同模压脚趾盖20的中底16。它具有外底16，外底16在这个实施例以三段16、16A及16B呈现。凉鞋200包括一系列带条46、48、50、52及54。这些代替在拖鞋100中的带28和30，并且用于相同目的-把凉鞋保持在穿戴者的脚上。横向槽22呈现在脚趾盖20的后边缘与带条46的前边缘之间。断口42呈现在外底段16与16A之间在与槽22相对应的位置处，以提供在鞋底结构中的弯曲区。凉鞋200包括在拖鞋100中看到的相同摩擦表面34。

Claims (33)
