技术领域
本发明主要涉及用于医疗的针并更具体地涉及具有限深器以限制针在对象内穿刺深度的针组件，该限深器可选择性地从针上移除。
背景技术
在一些医疗应用中使用针在身体中进行相对深度的穿刺以完成其任务。例如在必须获得活检样本的地方，针可能不得不深深地刺入组织以到达采集样本的位置。然而，还存在这样的情况即为了注射药物或抽取液体，针必须穿过组织足够的距离。一个具体的例子是进入骨的髓管。这样做是用于从髓管中收集骨髓样本或液体。也可能通过针将药物或其它液体注入到所述髓管中。

发明内容
在本发明的一个方面，一种可变换的针组件主要包括支座结构和具有纵向轴线及锐利端的针，该针被安装在支座结构上并从该支座结构向外伸出，使得锐利端大体远离支座结构。适于限制针穿刺深度的限深器通过旋转连接器可释放地连接到针细件上。为了增加针穿刺的可能深度，可释放的限深器能从针上移除。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图特别是图1-3，根据本发明原理构造的骨针组件总体用10指代。所述骨针组件包括手柄12(宽泛地，“支座结构”)和针14，所有附图标记总体指代它们的目标对象。针14包括探针18和接纳该探针的套管20。手柄12包括安装探针18的第一或者近端手柄部件(总体用22指代)，和安装套管20的第二或远端手柄部件(总体用24指代)。“近端”和“远端”指在使用针组件时手柄部分对于医疗技师的相对位置。近端手柄部件22在使用中接触技师手的手掌，远端手柄部件24位于近端手柄部件的与手掌相对的一侧。应该理解的是，在本发明范围内针可以仅包括一个组成部件，或者两个以上的部件。类似地，手柄可以是一个部件或两个以上部件。而且，本发明已经应用到除骨针组件和具有限深器针组件之外的其它针组件。可以想到本发明还具有针领域之外的用途。
套管20具有沿套管长度延伸并在套管两端开口的轴向通道。套管20的远端尖端28是具有斜面及锐利的。在远端手柄部件24内接纳有套管20的近端端部。探针18是实心的并且包括锐利远端尖端32，和接纳于近端手柄部件22内的近端端部。探针18可以插入开口于套管20近端端部的轴向通道并完全接纳贯穿在套管的轴向通道内，使得其锐利远端尖端32从套管远端尖端28轴向向外伸出。探针18提供用于穿刺皮质骨的工具，并且一旦在针14进入髓管后能够从套管20移除。

如图4所示，限深器52具有延伸贯穿限深器的整个长度并在其底端包括一个直径较大部分74A和直径较小部分74B的轴向延伸通道74(如图4中的定向)。直径较大部分74A将螺纹部件60的定位杆62接纳到限深器中。直径较小部分74B允许针14穿出限深器52。直径较大部分74A具有与定位杆62的螺纹64相啮合的螺纹76。以图1中箭头A1所示方向绕螺纹部件60的纵向轴线(其大体与针14的纵向轴线LA重合)旋转限深器52造成限深器相对于定位杆62朝螺纹部件的远端端部移动。以图1中箭头A3所示的相反方向在定位杆62上旋转限深器52造成限深器朝螺纹部件60的近端端部移动。朝螺纹部件60的远端端部移动具有缩短位于套管20与探针18的锐利远端尖端28、32和限深器52的止动表面58之间的针14长度的效果。因此减少了在体内针14穿刺深度的可能性。朝螺纹部件60的近端端部移动限深器52增加了位于锐利尖端28、32和限深器52的止动表面58之间的针14的长度。因此增大了在体内针14穿刺深度的可能性。这样通过旋转定位杆62上的限深器52，可以选择在患者体内针14的特别限定的穿刺深度。其中，这能够防止针14对其目标骨穿刺过度及时体内其它区域造成无意的损伤。
沿螺纹部件60的长度调节限深器52允许在针14的有效长度和可选的穿刺深度上有相当大的变化。然而，在一些例子中充分应用从远端手柄部件24的管部分66向外伸出的针14的整个长度以到达目标骨是必须的或者是想要的。通过从远端手柄部件24上拆除螺纹部件60，限深器单元50能够从针组件10上移除。
通过形成于远端手柄部件的突出管部分(总体用82指代)内的沿周向延伸的狭槽80接纳臂68的指70(见图7和9)，螺纹部件60被连接到远端手柄部件24。管部分82包括接纳套管20(在图7和9中被移除)的孔83并允许探针18穿入该套管内。在不脱离本发明范围的情况下，螺纹部件或限深器可以连接在针组件的其它位置。狭槽80各自在该狭槽的周向端部开口并在狭槽的另一端包括端壁84。端壁84相对于手柄12定位指70并且确定螺纹部件60的位置。指70和狭槽80成形为用于将指保持在狭槽中，由此来防止螺纹部件不经意地从远端手柄部件24上分离。更具体地，每个指70具有大体位于指中央的三角形凹槽70A。每个狭槽80具有位于狭槽中央的相应的三角形突起80A。
当三角形凹槽80A中接纳三角形突起70A时，螺纹部件60被保持而不能相对于远端手柄部件24的管部分82旋转(图1和9)。这样，防止了螺纹部件60不经意地从远端手柄部件24上脱开。通过施加足够的力，可以克服三角形凹槽70A和三角形突起80A的互锁连接，以将螺纹部件60从远端手柄部件24上释放。为了将螺纹部件60连到远端手柄部件24，螺纹部件以箭头A3所指的相反方向从图2的位置转回到图1的位置。每个指70的锥形导向边缘部分70B首先进入其各自的狭槽80并最终接合三角形突起80A。导向边缘部分70B的锥形形状允许每个臂68在相对于针14的纵向轴线LA的径向向外方向上有少量的弹性偏斜。当继续旋转螺纹部件60时，每个三角形凹槽70A最终形成与相对应的三角形突起80A的套准。臂74的材料的弹性将凹槽70A向下压在三角形突起80A上，使得该突起部分地接纳于该凹槽内以保持连接。技师将会感受到触觉或听觉的咬合作为确信螺纹部件60被固定在适当位置这一套准事件的结果。通过在箭头A3方向上施加足够的扭矩，指76可以旋转以通过臂78的偏斜将三角形凹槽70A移离三角形凸起80A。应该理解的是突起和凹槽的形状也可以不是三角形的。而且，突起可以位于指上而凹槽位于手柄的狭槽中。更进一步，在本发明的范围内保持特征可以被省略。
为了释放螺纹部件60，并因此将限深器单元50从与远端手柄部件24的连接中释放，连接器66(并因此整个螺纹部件60)在箭头A3所指的方向上从图1所示的连接位置被旋转大约90度到图2所示的释放位置。旋转连接器66使指70从狭槽80中移出以便限深器单元50不再连接远端手柄部件24。该连接可以描述为“卡口连接”。然而，应该理解的是，在本发明的范围内也使用包括非旋转连接的其它类型的连接。一般而言，理想的是快速释放连接(但是在本发明中不是强制的)。对于旋转连接，理想的是连接器转动不到360度而释放连接，更理想的是需要转动不到180度就释放连接。附图中描述的卡口连接仅需转动大约90度以实现连接和分离。通过将螺纹部件60的连接器66从图2中的位置转回到图1中的位置可以完成连接。
一旦螺纹部件60通过该运动从远端手柄部件24上分离，限深器单元50可自由地沿针14向下滑动并从其远端端脱离，使得限深器单元完全从针组件10上移除，如图3中所示。从管部分82向外伸出的针14的整个长度现在可用于穿刺进患者身体内到达目标骨。如果需要，限深器单元50可以再连接到针14，因为这种拆分是非破坏性的。

Claims (20)

1、一种可变换的针组件(10)，包括：
支座结构(12)；
具有纵向轴线和锐利端(28、32)的针(14)，所述针安装在支座结构上并从该支座结构向外伸出，使得该锐利端大体远离所述支座结构；
适于限制针的穿刺深度的限深器(52)；
适于可释放地将限深器连接到针组件的旋转连接器(66)，为了增加针的可能穿刺深度，所述可释放的限深器可从所述针上移除。
2、如权利要求1所述的可变换的针组件，其中旋转连接器(66)构造成通过在第一方向上围绕一轴线转动小于360度连接到支座结构(12)，并且通过在与第一方向相反的第二方向上围绕所述轴线转动小于360从支座结构上释放。
