Abstract

Description

干衣机具有一个箱体,在箱体中通过轴承可转动地支承用于容放衣物的滚筒。为了使轴承持久地功能可靠,设置了用于冷却轴承的冷却装置。由此可以减小滚筒轴承的构件的最大热膨胀,从而减小机械负荷力。此外,通过轴承的冷却,当轴承在低温下运行时可以要求较少的用于轴承的润滑剂。此外减少了处于轴承中的润滑剂在低温时变稀并溢出的危险。由此提高了轴承的寿命和可靠性,从而提高了干衣机的寿命和可靠性。
按照一个有利构型,冷却装置包括用于改善热从轴承或轴承邻近的热辐射和/或对流的器件。特别是可以设置与轴承导热连接的散热面。这种散热面可以通过轴承托架的相应大面积构型或通过设置散热片实现。
按照一个有利实施方案,冷却装置具有用于向轴承导入冷却空气、优选环境空气的装置。由此提供了一种主动冷却,借助它可实现轴承上的确定的热条件。
按照一个有利实施方案,设置一个用于输送过程空气穿过滚筒和/或用于给冷凝器输送冷却气的风扇,其中,该风扇用作对轴承导送冷却空气的装置。由此可以将在干衣机中已经存在的风扇,即用于输送过程空气的风扇或用于对冷凝器输送冷却气的风扇,用作冷却轴承的冷却装置。

按照一个有利实施方案,轴承具有一个固定在箱体上的轴承托架,过程空气通道具有一个邻近轴承的空气分布罩,它遮盖滚筒中的过程空气进入孔,其中,在空气分布罩与轴承托架之间构成一个呈环形间隙形式的冷却气管道,使得呈环境空气形式的冷却气流可通过环形间隙溢流到过程空气通道中。通过该环形间隙,轴承在各方面被冷气吹到,从而很好地冷却。

图1和图2示出呈排气式干衣机形式的干衣机第一实施例。该干衣机具有箱体1、支承在箱体1中的滚筒2、前轴承盖3、布置在前轴承盖3中的装填门4和安装在前轴承盖3的下段中的棉绒滤网5。滚筒2在前段通过安置在前轴承盖3上的滚子6、在后段通过安置在滚筒2后壁8上的在中心的轴承9支承,该轴承又通过一个托架10固定在箱体1的后壁11上。滚筒2通过电动机12和皮带13被驱动绕水平的轴线14旋转。该干衣机具有过程空气管道15,它在本实施例中包括一个入流口16、一个入流通道17、一个连接在该入流通道上的空气分布罩18、一个过程空气排出栅20、所述棉绒滤网5和一个出流通道21以及一个风扇22,该空气分布罩遮盖布置在滚筒2的后壁8上的过程空气进入孔19。此外在入流通道17中安置了一个加热器23。过程空气按箭头方向24从周围环境流入进入口16,经过入流通道17、加热器23空气分布罩18、滚筒2、过程空气排出栅20、棉绒滤网5、出流通道21和风扇22又流入周围环境中。空气分布罩18相对于滚筒2的后壁8通过一个后密封圈25密封。在风扇22上游,特别是在滚筒2和空气分布罩18内构成一个低压室。
图2详细描述了轴承9。该轴承9具有一个固定在滚筒2的后壁8上的销轴26和一个球形的轴承体27,该轴承体优选用浸油的烧结材料制成。轴承体27具有一个孔28,销轴26可在该孔中旋转。此外轴承9具有两个密封圈29。托架10具有一个外半壳30和一个内半壳31,球形的轴承体27被保持在它们之间。在外半壳30与内半壳31之间安置了一个锥形的弹簧元件32,它阻止轴承体27随同转动。球形的轴承体27可进行横向于水平轴线14的摆转运动,以补偿滚筒2的角度错位。空气分布罩18的中间段在构成一个环形间隙33的情况下平行于托架10固定在托架10的内侧。该环形间隙33通过构造在空气分布罩18上的隔离凸块34形成。
外半壳30和内半壳31分别用金属板制成,该金属板能够将轴承的热导出并通过热辐射和对流散热。但由于滚筒后壁8与空气分布罩18之间有热的过程空气,轴承9被强烈加热。通过在托架10与空气分布罩18设置环形间隙33,在低压室与轴承9之间形成一个散热管道,其中,冷的环境空气通过环形间隙33在轴承9旁掠过,作为所谓欠缺空气被吸入过程空气中。因此,特别是负责建立滚筒2中的低压的风扇22用作输送装置。通过构成相对长的、平行延伸的环形缝隙33,为热的轴承到通过环形间隙33流动的冷的环境空气的热传导提供了大的表面。由此提供了一种很简单的装置,用于通过利用其它装置如干衣机的风扇22来冷却轴承9。
图3和图4示出呈冷凝式干衣机形式的干衣机第二实施例。下面仅解释相对于以排气式干衣机构成的图1和2所示干衣机的区别。过程空气管道15以封闭的循环回路构成,在该循环回路中附加连接一个冷凝器35,它通常以横流式或逆流式冷凝器构成并通过冷凝器冷却气流36冷却。冷凝器冷却气流36通过冷凝器冷却气管道38中一个可与风扇22装在相同驱动轴上的附加风扇37产生。从冷凝器冷却气管道38的压力侧段分支出一个冷却气管道41,它通到箱体1后壁11与托架10之间的腔39中。如图4中详细示出的那样,冷却气流流入腔39中,通过在托架中构成的口40流入托架10与空气分布罩18之间的环形间隙33中。由此同样达到轴承9的积极的强制冷却。
图5示出相对图1和2所示实施例以及图3和4所示实施例的变型。在该变型中,图4所示冷却气流的方向相反,冷空气经过冷却气管道41从处于环形间隙33下游的腔39吸出。在此,冷却气管道41上的抽吸可以或者通过冷凝器冷却气管道38的抽吸侧(图3)进行、或者通过图1所示加热器23上游的过程空气管道15的抽吸侧进行。
可以与图1所示实施例相替换地选择将风扇22布置在滚筒2上游,这样,在滚筒2前面的过程空气管道中以及在滚筒2中具有过压。滚筒2上游以及加热器23上游的空气的一部分可通过分支管道导送给轴承9,以冷却轴承9。
Claims (10)
1.干衣机,具有一个箱体(1)、一个用于容放衣物的可转动的滚筒(2)和一个用于滚筒(2)在箱体(1)中的可转动的支承的轴承(9),其特征在于,设置有一个用于冷却轴承(9)的冷却装置。
2.按照权利要求1所述的干衣机,其特征在于,该冷却装置包括用于改善轴承(9)和/或轴承(9)附近的热辐射或对流的器件和/或设置有与轴承(9)导热连接的散热面(10)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的干衣机,其特征在于,该冷却装置具有一个用于对轴承(9)导送冷却空气、优选环境空气的装置。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的干衣机,其特征在于,设置有一个风扇(22,37)用于输送过程空气通过滚筒(2)和/或用于对冷凝器(35)输送冷却气,该风扇(22,37)用作对轴承(9)导送冷却空气的装置。
5.按照权利要求4所述的干衣机,其特征在于,设置有一个过程空气管道(15),其中,该过程空气管道的一段和/或该滚筒(2)通过风扇(22)的输送作用被施加低压并构成一个低压室,在该低压室与轴承(9)之间设置冷却管道,使得在轴承(9)附近抽吸呈环境空气形式的空气并可作为欠缺空气导送给过程空气。
6.按照前面权利要求1至5之一所述的干衣机,其特征在于,轴承(9)具有一个固定在箱体(1)上的托架(10),过程空气管道包括邻近轴承(9)的一个空气分布罩(18),该空气分布罩遮盖滚筒(2)中的过程空气进入孔(19),其中,在空气分布罩(18)与托架(10)之间构成一个呈环形间隙(33)形式的冷却气管道。
7.按照权利要求6所述的干衣机,其特征在于,该环形间隙(33)环绕轴承(9)布置。
8.按照权利要求4所述的干衣机,其特征在于,设置一个过程空气管道(15),其中,该过程空气管道(15)的一段和/或该滚筒(2)通过风扇(22)的输送作用被施加过压并构成一个过压室,在该过压室与轴承(9)之间设置冷却管道,使得所输送空气的一部分被导送给轴承(9),以便冷却轴承(9)。
9.按照权利要求1至8之一所述的干衣机,其特征在于,过程空气管道(15)设置为带有冷凝器(35)的循环回路,该循环回路通过冷却气流(36)冷却,该冷却气流(36)的一部分被分支并通过一个冷却气管道(41)导送给轴承(9),以便冷却轴承(9)。
