技术领域
本发明涉及吸收制品上的双箍。更具体地讲，本发明涉及在一次性吸收制品例如尿布上具有第一箍和第二箍的双箍。
背景技术
吸收制品例如一次性尿布和成人失禁短内裤的主要功能是吸收和容纳身体流出物。此类制品因此旨在防止身体流出物弄脏、润湿或换句话讲污染与穿着者身体接触的衣物或其它用品，例如被褥。这种产品的一种常见失效模式发生在身体流出物从制品和穿着者的腿部和/或腰部之间的空隙透过到邻近衣服上时，因为它们未能被立即吸收到制品内。例如，尿液趋于芯吸透过顶片到吸收制品的边缘，在此处与衣物或其它制品接触。此外，不容易被吸收制品吸收的松散的粪便趋于“浮”在液体接受表面上并且排除困难前进通过穿着者的两腿。

本发明使用的下列术语具有下列含义：
“吸收制品”是指吸收和容纳液体的装置，更具体地讲是指紧贴或邻近穿着者的身体放置的、用于吸收和容纳由身体排放的多种排泄物的装置。
“纵向”是指与制品的最长直线尺寸平行的方向，并且包括纵向正负45度范围内的方向。
“侧向”或“横向”方向与纵向正交。
“Z-方向”与纵向和横向均正交。
“x-y平面”是指与纵向和横向一致的平面。
本文所用术语“一次性的”用于描述通常不打算洗涤、复原或作为吸收制品再使用的吸收制品(即，它们设计在一次性使用后丢弃，优选将其回收利用、堆肥处理或以其它与环境相容的方式进行处理)。
本文所用术语“设置在”用于指在特定地点和位置以与其它元件的整体结构形式或者以与另一个元件接合的单独部件的形式形成的部件。

图2是沿着图1的截面线202截取的不完全的截面图并且描述了在它在被穿带到穿着者身上(即，尿布经受弹性收缩)之前进行成型时尿布20的裆区37中的尿布构造。双箍30具有近端35、远端39和标记为第一箍40和第二箍50的二者之间的区域。双箍30可由连续的箍材33构成，箍材充分地包封第一箍40和第二箍50的弹性部件。更具体地讲，第一箍40具有至少一个弹性部件(尽管显示了两个弹性部件42、44)以及第二箍50也具有被包封在箍材33内部的至少一个弹性部件(尽管显示了两个弹性部件52、54)。由此可见，在构造双箍30期间仅使用和操作了一个连续的箍材33，因此使所述双箍的加工更加容易。此外，箍材33需要仅在一个位置进行封装/粘结，如箍端粘结60所示例的那样，以便充分地包封弹性部件42、44、52、54，因此通过使可能泄漏的位置(即，粘结位置)数目达到最少提供改进的阻碍特性。
本文中，“连续箍材”是指沿着从箍端粘结开始、沿着所述箍材并在同一箍端粘结结束的路径是连续使得双箍30基本上由两层材料构成的箍材，不管所述材料是相同的还是不同的材料。例如，连续的箍材33可由水不易透过材料(例如，廉价的纺粘材料)构成，其中水更易透过材料(例如，更贵的熔喷材料)被置于所述水不易透过材料内。在其它实施例中，箍材33可由纺粘-熔喷层压材料构成。在又一个实施例中，箍材33可由一系列不同材料构成，只要它们是连续的。在又一个实施例中，可处理箍材33增强其疏水性。这种疏水处理包括但不限于施用疏水表面涂层(如2004年2月11日提交的名称为“Hydrophobic Surface Coated Absorbent Articles AndAssociated Methods””的共同未决的美国专利申请60/543,785中所示例)和氟化处理(如2003年11月7日提交的名称为“Disposable Absorbent ArticlesWith Masking Topsheet”的共同未决的美国专利申请10/703,239中所示例)。在又一个实施例中，最理想的是双箍30可通过单一粘结(例如，粘合剂、超声；例如与顶片24的中间粘结70)连接到尿布20上。
弹性部件42、44、52、54可通过用弹性附连元件46将它固定在所述箍内与各自的箍可操作地关联。弹性附连元件46应当是柔韧的并且具有足够的粘性将弹性部件42、44、52、54保持在它们的拉紧状态。具有第一和第二末端的弹性部件42、44、52、54可仅靠近它们的末端或沿着它们的整个长度被固定到其各自的箍上。弹性附连元件46可为由如威斯康星州Elmgrove的Findley Adhesives Incorporated作为FindleyAdhesives 581上市的热熔融粘合剂制成的胶粒。可供选择地，弹性附连元件46可采取超声粘结或加热/加压密封的形式。其中弹性附连元件46设置和固定到它们各自的箍上的方法的更详细说明见于1978年3月28日授予Buell的美国专利4,081,301以及见于1981年3月3日授予Strickland和Visscher的美国专利4,253,461中。这两个专利均引入本文以供参考。尽管显示出了第一箍40中的弹性部件42、44和第二箍50中的弹性部件52、54，但对本领域的技术人员显而易见的是，在每个箍中可使用一个或多个弹性部件而不背离本发明的宗旨和范围。
已经发现，适合的弹性部件42、44、52、54是具有0.18mm乘1.5mm横截面并由如以L-1900 Rubber Compound商标购自弗吉尼亚州Stewart的Easthampton Rubber Company的天然橡胶制成的弹性线。其它适合的弹性部件可由天然橡胶例如由罗德岛州Middletown的Fulflex Company以Fulflex 9411商标出售的弹性带。弹性部件42、44、52、54也可包括如本领域所熟知的任何可热收缩的弹性材料。其它合适的弹性材料可包括如本领域所熟知的各种各样的材料，包括弹性体薄膜、聚氨酯薄膜、弹性体泡沫、成型的弹性稀松布和合成弹性体(例如，LycraTM)。此外，弹性部件42、44、52、54可采用许多构型。例如，宽度可进行改变；可采用单一的弹性材料线或几条平行的或不平行的弹性材料线；或可采用各种形状，包括直线的和曲线的。
双箍30可通过中间粘结70接合到顶片24上。中间粘结70可基本上沿尿布20的整个纵向长度延伸。中间粘结70可为粘合剂、超声粘结、压缩粘结、热粘结、它们的组合，和本领域已知的适于所采用的具体材料的任何合适的粘合方法。此外，可在顶片24和底片26(或更具体地讲本文所示的底片内层27)之间施用具有液体不可透过性性能的粘合剂76以提供改进的阻碍性。可定位粘合剂76与中间粘结70并置；然而，只要粘合剂76帮助提供渗出物的密封性，那么其实际位置可为可变的。
如图2所示，第二箍50可不接合到底片26上以给穿着者提供更好的所述第二箍的适形能力，因此改进贴合性并便于应用。此外，已经发现：(a)当尿布20被穿着时，(b)当第二箍50与底片26间隔开时，和(c)当底片26的纵向边缘14朝箍远端39外侧延伸时(如距离51所指示)，有些消费者相信已经添加了额外的阻碍层。并且在第二箍50已经存在时，其存在现在更加明显，因此在消费者心中慢慢灌输了更多的对产品的信心。此外，也已发现，当底片26的纵向边缘14向所述第二箍50的箍远端39的外侧延伸时，所述底片26给可能弄脏的第二箍50提供视觉屏障。最后，已经发现，在向女性推销一次性尿布时，有些消费者感到外观上更柔软、更舒适以及甚至更女性化这样一种产品构型是特别理想的。
图3是沿着图1的截面线3-3截取的不完全的截面图以及描述了当它在被穿着到穿着者身上(即，尿布经受弹性收缩)之前进行成型时尿布20的第一腰区36中的尿布构型。第一箍40被放下(例如，进行折叠以产生箍折叠82)并接合到顶片24上以便更容易适形于穿着者的腰部区域。第一箍40可通过一个箍褶粘结80接合到顶片24上，箍褶粘结80可为粘合剂、超声粘结、压缩粘结、热粘结、它们的组合以及适于所采用的具体材料的本领域已知的任何其它适用的粘合方法。在一些实施方案中，最理想的是第一箍40和第二箍50均是阻碍箍。
此外，可在第一和第二腰区36、38中并邻近纵向边缘14提供侧片90。侧片90可包括侧片弹性部件92和侧片覆盖件94，侧片弹性部件92设置在所述侧片覆盖件94和底片26之间。可采用粘合剂23或任何其它适用的材料或方法将这些部件接合到一起并接合到箍远端39。

Claims (10)

1.一体的一次性吸收制品，其特征在于包括：
具有衣服表面和身体表面的吸收芯；
邻近所述吸收芯的所述身体表面设置的液体可透过的顶片；
邻近所述吸收芯的所述衣服表面设置的液体不可透过的底片；和
具有近端和远端的可弹性收缩的双箍，所述双箍通过中间粘结接合到所述制品上，所述双箍具有第一箍和第二箍，所述第一箍设置在所述近端和所述中间粘结之间，所述第二箍设置在所述中间粘结和所述远端之间，所述双箍由连续的箍材构成并被箍端粘结封闭；
其中所述第二箍与所述底片间隔开，其中所述第一箍和所述第二箍为阻碍箍。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸收制品，其中所述底片朝所述远端的外侧延伸。
3.如权利要求1所述的吸收制品，其中所述第一箍包封至少一个弹性部件。
4.如权利要求3所述的吸收制品，其中所述弹性部件通过用弹性附连元件将其固定而与所述第一箍可操作地关联。
5.如权利要求1所述的吸收制品，其中所述第二箍包封至少一个弹性部件。
6.如权利要求5所述的吸收制品，其中所述弹性部件通过用弹性附连元件将其固定而与所述第二箍可操作地关联。
7.如权利要求1所述的吸收制品，其中所述制品为一次性尿布。
8.如权利要求7所述的吸收制品，其中所述一次性尿布为预紧固尿布。
9.如权利要求1所述的吸收制品，其中所述双箍通过单一粘结被粘结到所述制品上。
10.如权利要求9所述的吸收制品，其中所述单一粘结为所述中间粘结。
