背景技术
例如在US 4 929 241中公开了一种所述类型的保护装置,其中,一个相对较小的保护元件被设置在针头上,该保护元件借助一个弹簧可以从回缩位置移动到在针头尖端上的保护位置,其中,保护元件的弹性臂套罩在针尖上,同时,保护元件上的一个接合装置将保护元件保持在针体上。由于保护元件尺寸很小,所以很难用手将其在针头上移动。另外,由于只是在针尖露出时才能释放紧固弹簧,所以并不能排除受伤的危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种属于上述类型的保护装置,其被设计成可用手容易地对其进行操作,并可消除受伤的危险。
按照本发明的用于注射针头的保护装置,包括:一个在针头的近端处的针头夹持器;一个用于针尖的保护元件,该保护元件可在针头的杆体上移动,和一个用于移动或固定保护元件的抓持部件,保护元件容纳在该抓持部件的中空部分中,其中,所述保护元件具有一个近端壁部分和臂,该近端壁部分具有一个用于穿过所述针头的孔,这些臂向远端方向从所述近端壁部分伸出并且彼此交叉;所述孔与所述针头的周边形成一个接合装置,借其防止所述保护元件移动越过所述针尖;其中,抓持部件在所述近端与保护元件搭接,从而防止抓持部件移动越过所述保护元件和所述针尖。

通过这样的设计:即,在保护元件与针头夹持器之间设置一个抓持部件,用于移动保护元件,在注射之后,在借助于针头夹持器将针头拔出时,用另一只手舒适地把握住抓持部件,这样,由于在针头和抓持部件部分之间产生了相对运动,所以无需用手指接触很小的保护元件就可以将保护元件移动到位于针头尖端处的保护位置。通过这样的设计,在针头被拔出过程中,保护元件被置于保护位置,由此还可消除被针扎的危险。

具体实施方式
图1表示了一个针头夹持器1,在该夹持器中固定了一个针头2。在针头2的杆体上设置了一个保护元件3,该保护元件的形式为一个带有交叉臂的弹簧夹扣。数字标号4指代一个套筒,其可与保护元件3一道沿针头的杆体移动。在所示的示例性实施例中,根据硬膜外针头(Epidural-Nadel)或休伯针头(Huber-Nadel),针头的尖端5被设计成带有一个弯部,这样,其直径小于在针头尖端处的弯部的套筒4就不能移动通过针头的尖端,保护元件3借助该套筒4也无法通过针尖部分。
在针头夹持器1与保护元件3之间设置有一个抓持部件6,该部件的近端具有一个中空圆筒部分7,在该中空圆筒部分上沿径向制有突出的挡板8。在挡板的前表面上,存在一个圆筒部分9,其远端是中空的。在图1所示的待用位置,保护元件3被设置在孔腔10中,通过移动抓持部件6,同时用另一只手握住夹持器1,可将保护元件3向前移到针尖5处。保护元件3中交叉臂的角状端架在针尖5上,从而可防止针尖将工作人员扎伤。
在针头夹持器1的远端处,制有径向突出的凸肋11,抓持部件6的中空圆筒部分7在这些凸肋上进行引导。在外径较小的圆筒部分9与外径较大的中空圆筒部分7之间,有一些狭缝12成形在抓持部件6上,如图2所示,针头夹持器1上凸肋11的前端经这些狭缝12而沿径向突出。
抓持部件6上带有孔腔10的圆筒部分9具有一个实心圆柱部分14,该部分位于狭缝12与孔腔10之间,针头2从在该部分14的中央孔中穿过。在抓持部件6的各个狭缝12之间,圆筒部分9通过桥接件与挡板8和中空圆筒部分7连成一体。
这些凸肋11突出于抓持部件6上圆筒部分9的外周面上,用于固定一个针帽13,该针帽13表示在图4中。设置针帽13的目的是为了存放和搬运该装置。在即将使用该注射针头之前,可将该针帽从针头夹持器1上去掉,从而可露出针头,但由于针帽13被凸肋11保持在与抓持部件6的圆筒部分9径向间隔的状态,所以抓持部件6和保护元件3不会被移动。
由于圆柱部分14的直径较小,且与此相比凸肋11的直径较大,所以由直径恒定的软管段组成的针帽13不会错误地定位在圆柱部分14上,而只能连接到凸肋11上。这样就可保证针帽13不会在无意中与抓持部件6的某一部分相接合。可通过软管挤出方式而经济地制出针帽13,其中软管的一段形成了针帽13。
在去掉了针帽13之后,可在图1和图2所示的待用位置下执行注射。随后,在利用位于针头夹持器1上的一只手向后拉动针头时,用另一只手来把握住中空圆筒部分7上的抓持部件6,由于在抓持部件6与针头2之间出现了相对运动,所以可将保护元件3移动到位于针头尖端的保护位置处。图3表示了抓持部件6的移出位置。
保护元件3被松脱地设置在抓持部件6的孔腔10中,从而抓持部件6可被容易地从图3所示的位置向后拉回,而保护元件则保留在位于针头尖端的保护位置上。在针帽13被去掉之后,圆筒部分9中的孔腔10就可遮护着保护元件3。
图4表示了抓持部件6的一种优选实施例,抓持部件6远端处的中空圆筒部分被去掉了,所以实心的圆柱部分14就构成了抓持部件6的远端。在针帽13被从凸肋11上摘掉之后,保护元件3在图4中将暴露出来。
在图1和图2所示的实施例中,当针头被向后抽拉时,抓持部件6上的中空圆筒部分7被用来保护抓握着抓持部件的那只手的手指,使其不会接触到针头的杆体。
在针头夹持器1的另一种构造中,在挡板8的后面,中空圆筒部分7可被制得更大一些。
合乎目的的是,抓持部件6与针头夹持器1一样都可以用塑料制得。
图5表示了抓持部件6的一种变型实施例,该抓持部件与一个注射器16配套使用,在该注射器16上,通过一个针头夹持器17固定了一个注射针头2,其中的针头夹持器17被设计为插管连接件的形式。在该实施例中,在针头的外周面形成了一个膨大部分18,其位于针尖的前方,保护元件3的后壁在保护位置抵靠在该膨大部分18上。也可不采用膨大部分18,而是通过针头的压缩变形而形成径向对置的鼓突状突起。
抓持部件6具有一个圆筒部分19,在图5所示的起始位置中,该部分19在针头夹持器17上进行引导。在所示的示例性实施例中,在朝向近端的方向上,从该圆筒部分19延伸出两个支架20,这两个支架位于径向相对的两侧,并与注射器的外周面离开一定的距离。两支架20的端部被合并到一个环形体21上,从该环形体沿径向向内延伸出弹性的指状体22。这些弹性指状体22的自由端顶靠在注射器16的外周面上。
由于在抓持部件6与注射器16的外周面之间设置了弹性的指状体22,所以该抓持部件6可被用于直径尺寸不同的各种注射器,例如,容积为1ml到10ml的注射器都可被装入到同一种抓持部件中。利用这样的装置,可使用同一种针头的注射器就有了很大的选择范围。
在图5所示的实施例中,在被制成插管连接件的针头夹持器的前端上也制有径向伸出的凸肋11,这些凸肋成为了针帽的安装承座。保护元件3的后壁突伸超越了凸肋11的横断面,其经过圆筒部分19的内周面而向前移动到保护位置处。
图6表示了抓持部件6的一种实施例,在该抓持部件中,在圆筒部分19上制有另一个圆筒部分9,保护元件3就被容纳在该部分的孔腔10中。如同在图1和2所示的实施例中那样,在圆筒部分19和圆筒部分9之间制有轴向延伸的狭缝,制造针头夹持器或插管连接件17上的凸肋11从这些狭缝突伸出,用于接纳针帽13。
图6a以轴测图的形式表示了一种针帽50,该针帽是通过注塑成型的方法制得的,且其远端被封闭,而其近端的内周面上则具有凹槽或沟槽51,这些槽的数目与凸肋11的数目相对应,且当针帽被戴到针头夹持器17上时,这些沟槽与凸肋11相接合,因而,通过转动已被安装好的针帽50,就可使针头夹持器17也发生转动。通常在针头夹持器17与注射器16之间设置有螺纹连接机构,从而,通过转动针帽50就可将针头夹持器17旋到注射器16上。
通常的作法是:利用一个直径较大的针头将液体抽吸到注射器中,然后再换用一个直径较小的针头,以便于对患者执行输液。在图5和图6所示的实施例中,可没有任何困难地更换针头。
当注射器中的内容物已被注射之后,上述的设计可允许用一只手来进行动作,可用两个手指来夹持注射器16,并将针头从患者的皮肤中拔出,而与此同时,这只手的一个手指顶在位于近端处的环形体21上。
图7表示了一种针头夹持器1的俯视图,该夹持器上设置有侧向突伸的翼板23,且在该夹持器上接有一根连接软管24。在布置在杆体上的保护元件3与针头夹持器1之间设置有一抓持部件6,该抓持部件上带有一个轮毂状的部分26,由于注射角是平贴着的(见图8),所以毂状部分26最好能具有一个表面部件25,该部件用于支承在患者的皮肤上,在该部件支承皮肤的一侧例如可设置一粘接剂层,用于更好地固定保持在皮肤上。最好在支承一侧设置一种泡沫材料25′。抓持部件6的毂状部分26从表面部件25的前端向前突伸而至少部分地遮挡了保护元件3。表面部件25或软性的支承部件25′还作为垫板,而使保护元件3与患者的皮肤保持分离状态。在图8所示的示例性实施例中,柔软的支承部件25′在毂状部分的26下方延伸超过表面部件25,从而使保护元件3不会贴到患者的皮肤上。
设置有翼板23的针头夹持器1被用来执行静脉输液,为此,通常是采用很细的针头。翼板23相对较大,且是柔性的。如果要以非常平贴的角度将针头刺入到皮肤中,则可两翼板压合到一起。在支承表面的的粘接层上贴敷了一种图中未示出的保护纸,直到针头被插入到静脉之后,才可将该保护纸撕去。在针头被刺入到静脉中之后,翼板23被平贴到患者的皮肤上,并用胶布进行固定。抓持部件6也可用胶布进行固定,毂状部分26防止保护元件3与胶布发生接触。当从针头夹持器上去掉胶布之后而将针头拔出时,抓持部件6与保护元件3在最初时仍然停留在其位置上。在已拔出的针头被保护元件3安全地遮罩住之后,位于针头上的膨大部分18就会将保护元件3固定在针头的尖端上,抓持部件6也可被从患者的皮肤上移走。
图7和图8表示了用于插置针头的、且处于待用位置的装置。如果设置有粘接层的支承表面25被用在抓持部件上,则就成为了一个被动系统。
图9表示了图7所示抓持部件6的右视图。由于输液针头在刺入位置下必须要保持一定的时间,所以翼板23用作针头夹持器1的贴靠表面。
图10和11表示了一种针帽13,其用在图7到图9所示的结构中,如图10所示,该针帽上设置有两个相互分开的固定支架27,它们通过弯曲的自由端27′而钩接到翼板23上。在该实施例中,如图10所示,针帽13的近端很方便地对接到保护元件3的前端上,从而将保护元件3保持在其待用位置上。
但还可在针帽13的近端处设置一个毂状的连接件,该连接件顶承在毂状部分26的前表面上。
在上述的各个实施例中,都将保护元件的形式描述成为带有交叉臂的弹簧夹扣。但也用其它设计形式的保护元件来与抓持部件6相结合。
图12表示了图7到图9所示装置的另一种实施例。此情况中的针帽13并不带有悬伸的支架27,而是在其两侧设置了一延伸撑杆36,其自由端上具有一个叉形的部分37,用于将针帽连接到针头夹持器的翼板23上(见图13)。这两个相互分开的撑杆36延伸经过抓持部件6的毂状部分26上具有对应尺寸的开孔38,从而可毫不困难地将叉状插入部分37从这些开孔38中拉出。当针帽13被取走后,针头夹持器1被保持着,且抓持部件6未被移动。
图14表示了针帽13的纵向剖面图,针帽13的近端支承在保护元件3上。针帽被设计成管状的结构,其中针头2上通过压缩变形而形成的直径膨大部分18用作针帽13的隔垫部。可利用挤出成型或注塑成型的方法来制得这样的针帽。还可在针帽的内周面上形成一珠泡或鼓突,其顶在针头的杆体上,以对针头进行引导,使其基本上在针帽中对中。在这样的情况中,针帽13利用膨大部分18的摩擦作用而被保持在针头2上。
根据另一实施例,当针帽被装配到针头上时,可利用加热、加压或收缩的方法来将其套装到针头上。
图15表示了一种实施例,该实施例与一休伯针头2相结合,该针头利用一弯曲部分固定在一针头夹持器1′中,且被设置成当执行注射时是垂直插入的。数字标号30指代一优选地是用泡沫材料制成的支承部件,其该部件上设置有一粘接面,以便于能更好地固定在患者的皮肤上。在支承部件30与针头夹持器1′之间设置了一个挡板状的抓持部件6,该部件通过一法兰状的区域31抵接在支承部件上,并通过一罐状的中间部分32延伸到针头夹持器1′中一个对应的凹陷中。保护元件3被设置在该罐状的中间部分32中。
当针头被抽出时,抓持部件6被保持在支承部件30上,同时,针头夹持器1′则被去掉。保护元件3移向针尖,直到其抵靠到针头的膨大部分18为止,而与此同时,保护元件3的两交叉臂则挡罩在针尖的上方,从而将其保护起来。抓持部件6可从支承部件30上取走,或者与其一起被取走。抓持部件6和支承部件30还可利用一粘接层而相互连接起来。
罐状的中间部分32的侧壁优选为圆锥形的,使得抓持部件6自身不会发生脱离,而只能通过挤压才能将其移走。
图15表示出了一个针帽13′,其具有一管状部分,从该管状部分的近端突伸出在径向上相互对置的壁板部分33,壁板部分33经抓持部件6的凸缘31上的局部环形狭缝34而插入到针头夹持器1′上对应的局部环形槽35中。弧形壁板部分33松脱地穿过抓持部件6的凸缘31上的弧形狭缝34,插入到针头夹持器1′上的槽35中,并被压装在槽35中。
对于针帽13的其它实施例,图15中针帽13′的远端还可以是封闭的。
图16表示了图15所示Huber针头2的一种实施例,其中,一内径很小的针帽13被推到针头2上。该针帽基本上与图14所示的针帽相对应,针帽13通过在折角前端处产生的摩擦作用而被固定到针头上。可在图16中的针帽13上设置沿径向突伸、并在直径方向上相对的平面部分52,利用这些平面部分可改善对针帽的抓握条件,同时还能增大管状针帽13的刚性。图16a中的轴测图表示了这种带有径向对置的平面部分52的针帽13。
图17和18表示了本发明的一种实施例,在该实施例中,抓持部件6具有一可变形部分,利用该可变形部分的变形,可使抓持部件的远端在朝向针尖处的保护位置的方向上移动,保护元件3贴靠在该远端上。在图17、18所示的示例性实施例中,在抓持部件6上制有两对可变形支架40和40′,可利用手指将这些支架挤压到一起,从而可使它们从图17所示的弧形位置变为图18所示的延伸位置。两对可变形的支架40和40′通过一套筒部分41连接起来。在两支架对40和40′之间还可插入一个元件,当用手指挤压该元件时,其可将两可变形支架40和40′变为图18所示的延伸位置。
图19和图20表示了可变形抓持部件6的另一种实施例,图19表示的抓持部件处于待用位置上的折叠状态中。针帽13的近端上设置有一容纳部分42,该容纳部分接纳抓持部件6的各折叠在一起的部分45,抓持部件被设置在针头夹持器1和图19中未表示出的保护元件3之间,其中的保护元件被设置在容纳部分42中。
图20以示意图的形式表示了处于局部展开状态的抓持部件6,此时针帽13已被摘去,注射已被执行完毕。抓持部件6的通过铰接件和铰链部分44相互连接起来的各刚性的部分45沿针头纵向进行运动,各刚性的部分部分地在针头2上进行引导,其中,保护元件3被推向针头的尖端,直到其与针头的膨大部分18相接合并且罩住针尖为止。
与图17到图20的实施例相比,图1到图16所示的实施例具有优点:由于保护元件3被直接设置在针头夹持器上,所以在待用位置上,可获得更大的插管长度,而与此相对,在图17到图20所示的实施例中,在保护元件3与针头夹持器1之间设置了设计更复杂的抓持部件6,因而限制了所能获得的插管长度。在可获得插管长度方面,图19与图20所示的实施例比图17和图18所示的实施例更为优越,原因在于:如将图19与图17进行比较所看到的那样,可通过各部分45的折叠而获得一种更为紧凑的机构。也可不采用图20所示的折叠部分,也可在保护元件与针头夹持器之间设置一剪刀形机构,以便于在较小的空间内容纳一些元件,利用这些元件可将保护元件展开。
在所有的实施例中,保护元件3优选为针头夹扣,该夹扣是用金属制成的,且其从近端壁部分的相对两侧引伸出的交叉臂具有一个用于穿过针头的孔洞,该孔洞的直径小于针头的膨大部分18处的最大横断尺寸,因而针头夹扣可利用膨大部分18处增大的直径而被卡在针尖上的保护位置处。如图14a所示那样,在针头2两侧延伸的交叉臂的远端上具有一端部,该端部被扩宽,使其宽度基本上与后壁的宽度相同,且该端部在起始位置时,在弹性预应力作用下顶靠着针头的外周面,在达到针头尖端处时,其利用弹簧作用而移动到保护位置中,在该位置中,两扩宽的端部搭接到针尖上。为此目的,当从侧面进行观察时,两交叉臂的远端在纵向方向上是略微错开的,或者两臂的长度是不同的,这样就可以确保两臂的折角端部可搭接到针尖上。至少在较长的那一臂件上,自由边缘处的端部被向内弯曲,以此来确保即使试图将针头夹扣在针头上从保护位置向后推,针尖也被可靠地遮挡着,向内弯曲的端部钩在针尖上。该针头夹扣作为一个整体可被制得非常紧凑,其长度仅为7mm左右。
Claims (14)
1.一种用于注射针头(2)的保护装置,包括:
-一个在针头的近端处的针头夹持器(1),
-一个用于针尖的保护元件(3),该保护元件可在针头的杆体上移动,和,
-一个用于移动或固定保护元件(3)的抓持部件(6),保护元件(3)容纳在该抓持部件的中空部分中,
-其中,所述保护元件具有一个近端壁部分和臂,该近端壁部分具有一个用于穿过所述针头的孔,这些臂向远端方向从所述近端壁部分伸出并且彼此交叉,
-其中,所述孔与所述针头的周边形成一个接合装置(18),借其防止所述保护元件移动越过所述针尖,和
-其中,抓持部件(6)在所述近端与保护元件(3)搭接,从而防止抓持部件移动越过所述保护元件和所述针尖。
2.一种用于注射针头(2)的保护装置,包括:
-一个在针头的近端处的针头夹持器(1),
-一个用于针尖的保护元件(3),该保护元件可在针头的杆体上移动,和,
-一个用于移动或固定保护元件(3)的抓持部件(6),保护元件(3)容纳在该抓持部件的中空部分中,
-其中,所述保护元件具有一个近端壁部分和臂,该近端壁部分具有一个用于穿过所述针头的孔,这些臂向远端方向从所述近端壁部分伸出,
-其中,所述孔与所述针头的周边形成一个接合装置(18),借其防止所述保护元件移动越过所述针尖,和
-其中,在一个臂的远端处设有一个端部,用于在一个保护位置时覆盖住针尖,该端部被扩宽为接近于所述近端壁部分的宽度,并且该端部在一个起始位置时在弹力作用下顶承在针头的杆体上,
-其中,抓持部件(6)在所述近端与保护元件(3)搭接,从而防止抓持部件移动越过所述保护元件和所述针尖。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保护装置,其特征在于:所述保护元件的各臂具有不同的长度。
4.根据权利要求2和3之一所述的保护装置,其特征在于:所述端部是向内弯曲的。
5.根据权利要求2至4之一所述的保护装置,其特征在于:所述端部成形在较长的臂上。
6.根据权利要求1至5之一所述的保护装置,其特征在于:所述保护元件的各臂具有一些部分,这些部分比所述近端壁部分和所述远端部分窄。
7.根据权利要求1至6之一所述的保护装置,其特征在于:所述保护元件制成为金属夹扣。
8.一种用于注射针头的保护装置,包括:
-一个在针头的近端处的针头夹持器(1),
-一个在针尖附近针头周边处的突出的接合装置(18),
-一个用于针尖的保护元件(3),该保护元件可在针头的杆体上移动并具有弹性臂,
-其中,通过所述针头的突出的接合装置(18)防止所述保护元件(3)移动越过所述针尖,和
-其中,一个设置用于移动或固定保护元件(3)的抓持部件(6)
具有一个中空部分,保护元件(3)固定在该中空部分中,其特征在于:
-抓持部件(6)在所述近端与保护元件搭接,从而防止抓持部件移动越过所述保护元件(3)和所述针尖,
-有一个可移动地设置在针头的杆体上的套筒(4),它防止所述保护元件(3)移动超过所述针尖。
9.根据权利要求8所述的保护装置,其特征在于:抓持部件(6)具有一个中空圆筒部分(7),该中空圆筒部分在针头夹持器(1)上进行引导并且在抽拔针头时防止手指与针头的杆体相接触。
10.根据权利要求9所述的保护装置,其特征在于:在中空圆筒部分的远端处制有一挡板(8)。
11.根据权利要求8至10之一所述的保护装置,其特征在于:在针头夹持器(1)的远端制有径向突伸的凸肋(11),其中,针头夹持器(1)上设置有凸肋(11)的这一部分的直径大于保护元件(3)的直径并且用于安装一针帽(13)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的保护装置,其特征在于:抓持部件(6)在一圆筒部分(9)上具有一些轴向延伸的狭缝(12),针头夹持器(1)的凸肋(11)沿径向从这些狭缝(12)中突伸出来。
13.根据权利要求8所述的保护装置,其特征在于:抓持部件(6)具有一个用于容纳保护元件(3)的孔腔(10),该孔腔具有一开口端,并且该保护元件设置有两个对置的具有弯曲端的弹性臂。
14.根据权利要求8所述的保护装置,其特征在于:抓持部件(6)在其近端上具有一环形体(21),该环形体具有沿径向向内突伸的弹性指状体并通过支架(20)与一圆筒部分(19)相连接,保护元件(3)贴靠在该圆筒部分(19)上。
