Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于分配液体产品的无空气装置,并且,特别是,化妆或制药的产品。
背景技术
无空气液体产品分配器(dispenser)通常包括一个设置有一个活动基部的贮液器(reservoir),一个排放管道(outlet duct)以及与一个活塞及一个恢复弹簧协作的动作器(actuator)。
但是,这些分配器有某些密封方面的问题,特别对于给定容积的室(chamber),该室内包含有待分配产品的剂量。另一个问题是有关于某些产品与金属的不相容性,这些产品不允许与所述恢复弹簧有任何的接触。
此外,分配方法很难被控制,其对产品的分配剂量不利,尤其是分配小容量时(几毫升)。
另外,生产和组装构成分配器的各种各样的部件是非常困难的,尤其是,所述部件能够具有密封性能,其中它们的灵巧和位置在生产可靠、有效的分配器的过程中是决定性的因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的是用一种满意的方式解决这些问题。
根据本发明提供的装置,这一目可以达到,该装置的特征在于,其包括一个防水剂量衬套,支撑可在设置于所述衬套内的排放沟的内部平移的阻塞针,该阻塞针通过一个驱动杆连接至一个轴向导杆,该轴向导杆能在所述贮液器的排放管道内滑动,该贮液器通过按压所述衬套及挤压所述弹簧可与所述沟连通。
根据一较优特色,所述阻塞针稳固地侧向附置于一组弹簧片,其自由端附在所述衬套上。
根据另一个特色,所述驱动杆设置一个铰链,将该驱动杆连接至所述阻塞针,允许该驱动杆从一个延伸的注塑成型位置折入在所述沟内。
根据再一特色,所述轴向导杆设置有侧凸缘(lateral lug),与设置在排放管道内壁的安全钩(safety catch)相配合。
根据第一可选实施例,所述轴向导杆设置一纵向平面部分,其允许产品穿过该轴向导杆进入排放管道。
根据第二可选实施例,所述驱动杆包括一个三角形横截面的凸轮,在底部,分别地接合(articulated)至所述导杆及所述衬套,以及,在顶部接合至所述针的斜边(bevelled edge)。
根据另一可选实施例,所述排放管道设置有上部可变形的唇缘(lip),其允许扣合(snap-fitting)所述针。
根据另一特色,所述衬套包括一个中心套(central sleeve),形成一个活塞,用于通过限制剂量室(doseage chamber)于所述导杆周围且位于所述管道之上而覆盖所述排放管道。
所述衬套优选地包括一个外围罩(peripheral skirt),环绕所述弹簧且在该外围罩的底部具有一肋板,在配剂结束时能停靠在所述贮液器的顶部。
优点是,本发明所述的衬套同所述针一起作为单一部件制造,所述驱动杆与所述轴向导杆通过注塑制造。
所述衬套还提供连接于一端盖,形成一个动作器,且在顶部关闭所述排放沟。
形成一个动作器的该端盖优选地包括一个与所述沟同一轴线的孔,并且所述针在堵塞防水位置停靠在其内圆周。
由于可收缩的针,本发明的装置保证该分配器自动防水。
防水性能另外通过弹簧片的作用加强和保证。
至于所述驱动杆和轴向导杆,它们使得打破用于产品分配的方式变得可能,因此,其发生于两步中,以更好的控制剂量。
另外,剂量室设置于产品贮液器的外部及恢复弹簧的内部,通过所述套的壁与后者隔离开来,因此,避免产品与金属部件的所有接触。
最后,本发明的装置能通过注塑作为一个单一部件制造,并且保证一个高产品恢复率。

具体实施方式
根据本发明所述的装置,如图中所示,是为安装于液体产品的无空气分配器而设计的,并且,特别是化妆或制药产品,图1所示。
该产品被包含于一个贮液器R,在该贮液器底部设置有一个活动基部F,且在顶部具有侧肩E,该侧肩包含一个为产品提供的排放管道C。
该分配器还设置一个动作器,其用于配合活塞(下面将描述)以及恢复弹簧S。
本发明的装置,如图尤其是图2A及2B中所示,包括一个防水的剂量衬套1,其支撑一个阻塞针2。如图2B中所示,该阻塞针2被设计插入一个排放沟12,在本实施例中,其在用于从模具中移出的延伸位置折入并扣合后,如图2A所示,设置于所述衬套1的顶面,该装置在本实施例中作为一个单一部件制造。
为该目的,所述沟12包括可变形的唇缘12a,其在顶部伸出且部分地关闭所述沟。
通过手动推动所述衬套1且挤压弹簧S,针2能在所述沟12内平移,通过一驱动杆3连接至轴向导杆4,在分配产品时,该轴向导杆4能在贮液器R的排放管道C内滑动。
驱动杆3设置一个铰链32,连接该驱动杆至针2,且允许该驱动杆折入。
该驱动杆包括一个凸轮31,其具有一个三角形横截面,在底部,分别结合所述轴向导杆4及所述衬套1,且,在顶部,通过铰链32接合至所述针2的斜边21。因此,该驱动杆3与每一比邻部件有一旋转轴。
轴向导杆4插入以使其在所述管道C内自由滑动,填充所述管道的内部容积,除了其有一个纵向平面部分40(见图3),允许产品穿过所述管道流向所述沟12。所述轴向导杆4还有一侧凸缘41,其配合一个设置在所述管道C内壁的安全钩e。
当所述衬套1安装于贮液器R,所述导杆4穿过所述管道C及所述凸缘41扣合进所述钩e下面的位置。
所述管道C通过一个剂量室10连通所述沟12,该剂量室限制于在所述管道C之上的中心套11内,且同轴延伸至所述轴向导杆4。
所述中心套11设计为以防水的方式覆盖所述管道C,形成一个活塞。
为了提高所述室10的防水性能,形成的活塞为柱面,所述管道C的上边最好设置一个外围唇缘(peripheral lip)p。
所述针2被稳固地侧附置于二弹簧片21a、21b组成的一组弹簧片,在所述针(见图2B)折入之后,其自由端通过止于两槽20a、20b而固定于所述衬套1。所述弹簧片21a、21b在阻塞所述沟12(见图4A及4D)的位置,参与返回、引导、把持所述针的工作。
所述衬套1还包括一个外围罩(peripheral skirt)13,其环绕所述弹簧S,且在底部包括一个肋板13a,在分配步骤的末尾,停靠在所述贮液器R的侧肩E上。
所述肋板13a还配合一个在所述贮液器R内的径向突起提高边(radially projecting raised edge)T,这确保所述衬套1被把持在该贮液器的壳体内,以及所述弹簧S在分配器的防水的关闭位置(见图4E)保持在一定压力下。
本发明的该装置另外包括一个形成动作器的端盖5,其在顶部以一种防水的方式关闭所述沟12。
该端盖为,比如,扣合(如图中可选实施例中所示)或者插在所述衬套1上。
该端盖5包括一个侧喷射孔(lateral ejection orifice)50,连接至一个喷嘴,所述针2的一端部在其以防水方式阻塞所述分配器的位置,停靠在该喷嘴的内圆周。
在需要时,为了提高防水性能,所述孔50的内圆周设置一个角环(angular ring),为所述针2的端部形成一个座。
下面参照图4A至4E,描述该装置的作用过程。
在图4A所示的停止的位置,针2的端部顶对在所述端盖5的孔50上,在所述弹簧片21a、21b以及弹簧S的同步作用下,其处于轻微的压力下,因此,密封地阻塞所述沟12,也就是,密封地阻塞整个分配器。
同时,当所述套11被向上推起,所述轴向导杆4被所述安全钩e向下拉动进入所述管道C,产生旋转力矩至在顺时针方向(见箭头)承受该力矩的驱动杆3,因而增加了针2上的压力。
图4B所示位置对应于产品开始分配阶段的位置,端盖/动作器5在使用者施加的垂直手动压力的作用下相应地开始下降。
贯穿整个阶段,所述导杆4由于在其滑动插入管道C的过程中不可避免的摩擦力的作用而保持不动。
关于所述套11,通过挤压弹簧S以及受驱动杆3逆时针方向的旋转力矩的影响,而开始下降。该下降运动驱动针2向底部及从所述喷射孔50缩回的方向做平移。
同时,剂量室由于套11的活塞作用逐渐排空,通过管道C的唇缘p挤压其壁,导致产品穿过沟12和孔50得到分配。
当压力保持,上述移动继续直至驱动杆3停止在针2的斜边21,如图4B所示。
分配器这时完全打开。
在图4C所示位置,在管道C内的导杆4的夹持状态,由于按压在动作器5上的压力的作用下结束。导杆4开始滑向管道C内部的底部,这时驱动杆保持顶在针2上,因此继续移动,而达到最终获得的剂量,也就是当所述衬套的罩13的肋板13a到达所述贮液器R的凸缘E时,最终获得的剂量(如图4D所示)。
图4E显示返回到图4A所示的停止位置。手动力去除之后导致弹簧S松弛。该松弛最初引起套11及动作器5上升直至针2顶住孔50而停止,导杆4保持在管道C中不动。
驱动杆3顺时针旋转,且推动针2向孔50返回。该运动导致产品被吸入贮液器R,并且逐渐填充所述位于套11内的室10。
然后,在所述管道的导杆4的夹持状态结束,且导杆4向上回升直至其凸缘41停止在对着管道C的所述钩e上,所述针因弹簧片21a、21b的作用保持其向前的位置。
弹簧S而后保持一轻微的压力,因为肋板13a到达一个预定的停止位置,抵靠在所述贮液器R的所述突起提高边T上。
Claims (12)
1、一种用于从一个贮液器(R)分配液体产品的无空气装置,其具有一个活动基部(F),一个排放管道(C),以及一个与活塞及恢复弹簧(S)配合的动作器,其特征在于,包括一个支撑一个阻塞针(2)的防水剂量衬套(1),其能在设置于所述衬套内的排放沟(12)里面平移,通过一个驱动杆(3)连接至轴向导杆(4),该轴向导杆(4)能在所述贮液器的排放管道(C)内滑动,该贮液器通过按压所述衬套(1)及挤压所述弹簧(S)连通所述排放沟。
2、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述针(2)稳固地侧附置于一组弹簧片(21a、21b),其自由端与所述衬套(1)连接。
3、如上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动杆(3)设置一个连接其至所述针(2)的铰链(32),以使该驱动杆可从一延伸浇铸位置折入至所述沟(12)内部。
4、如上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述轴向导杆(4)具有一个侧凸缘(41),其配合设置于所述排放管道(C)内壁的安全钩(e)。
5、如上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述轴向导杆(4)具有一个允许产品穿过其进入所述排放沟(12)的轴向平面部分(40)。
6、如上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动杆(3)包括一个具有三角横截面的凸轮,在底部,分别连接至所述轴向导杆(4)及所述衬套(1),以及,在顶部,连接至所述针(2)的斜边(21)。
7、如上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述沟(12)具有一个允许与所述针(2)扣合的可变形的上部唇缘(21a)。
8、如上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述衬套(1)包括一形成一活塞的中心套(11),用于通过限制剂量室(10)于所述轴向导杆周围且位于所述管道之上而覆盖所述排放管道(C)。
9、如上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述衬套(1)包括一个环绕所述弹簧(S)的外围罩(13),且在其底部具有一肋板(13a),该肋板能在投配量结束时停靠在所述贮液器(R)的顶部。
10、如上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述衬套(1)与所述针(2)一起作为一个单一部件制造,所述驱动杆(3)及所述轴向导杆(4)通过注塑制造。
11、如上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括一个形成动作器的端盖(5),且在顶部关闭所述排放管道(12)。
12、如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述端盖(5)在于所述沟(12)同一轴线上包括一个孔(50),且所述针(2)在防水的阻塞的位置,停靠在该孔的内圆周。
