背景技术

实用新型内容
在多种实施方式中,本实用新型提供一种改进的车辆安全座椅以及婴儿承载装置,其具有不重穿(no-rethread)肩部束带高度调节机构。该不重穿肩部束带高度调节机构包括平移地安装以沿承载装置外壳座椅靠背部的背部上下滑动的承载板,以及枢接地安装的定位件,其在收紧束带时接合,以将肩部束带保持在特定的高度。当束带被放松时,枢接地安装的定位件分离,以允许承载板的运动,从而肩部束带的高度可以重新定位以适合承载装置落座中的儿童。

定位件120通常通过在定位件与承载板110之间作用的弹簧130向其向外或分离位置(图7A)偏置。肩部束带50、52的后段穿过贯穿定位件120的上端形成的槽缝140、142延伸,并且穿过贯穿承载板110相应定位的开口。用这种方法,肩部束带50、52的张紧(例 如通过家长或看护者拉动在座椅靠背后方联接在肩部束带上的束带调节带70,以压着承载座椅30上就座的儿童收紧肩部束带)克服了弹簧130的偏置,并向内枢转该定位件至其向内或接合位置(图7B)并与导轨90、92的齿94接合以将定位件锁定就位。由于定位件以及承载板将带沿座椅靠背36的背侧上下运送,肩部束带50、52穿过承载板的槽缝140、142同时起到提供肩部束带的高度调节的作用以及头枕60的高度调节的作用。可选地提供柔性织物或柔软物的盖片150,其在头枕60下方沿座椅靠背36的前面延伸,以覆盖槽缝80、82而提高舒适性,但优选地不影响肩部束带50、52的运动。由于肩部束带50、52与头枕60在束带收紧时能够自由滑动,而仅在束带变为拉紧状态时被锁止就位,本实用新型的调节机构允许在束带被张紧时束带和头枕高度自动定位于承载座椅上就座的儿童的肩部高度,并且当束带被压着儿童肩部拉紧时将束带和头枕固定在设定的位置上。
在使用中,根据本实用新型的车辆安全座椅和婴儿承载系统实现了一种承载座椅的头枕和/或肩部束带高度位置调节的方法,而无需将束带重新穿过座椅靠背。肩部束带最初为放松的并且束带卡扣与胸部夹分离,并且头枕与肩部束带可选地移动至沿座椅靠背的提升位置。儿童被以半倾斜就座位置置于座椅底座部以及座椅靠背上。肩部束带被置于儿童肩部之上,并且肩部卡扣和胸部夹互相连接。肩部束带通过拉动束带调节带被收紧。随着带被收紧,定位件仍然偏置,而不与导轨的齿接合,允许承载板在导槽中滑动并将肩部束带和头枕放至使肩部束带被置于儿童肩部高度的特定位置。拉紧肩部束带后使定位件与导轨的齿接合,以将定位件、承载板、束带以及头枕固定在相对于座椅外壳的特定的位置上。当要移去儿童时,操作顺序相反:放松束带调节带以及肩部束带,这可以从与导轨的齿的接合中释放定位件,断开束带卡扣与胸部夹的连接,再将儿童从承载座椅中移去。
虽然本实用新型在描述时引用了优选的和示例性的实施方式,但在本领域技术人员需要明白,种种变化、添加,以及删减都包含在本实用新型范围内。实用新型范围由权利要求定义。
Claims (16)
1.一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,其包括:
座椅外壳,包括座椅底座部和座椅靠背部,并且具有至少一个穿过所述座椅靠背部的细长的槽缝,所述至少一个细长的槽缝限定沿轴向的长度尺寸;
一对沿所述座椅靠背部的后面轴向地延伸的导轨,每个所述导轨限定导槽;
平移地安装以在所述导槽内滑动的承载板;
枢转地联接在所述承载板的定位件,所述定位件限定至少一个束带槽缝;以及
至少一个束带,所述束带延伸穿过所述定位件的所述至少一个束带槽缝,并穿过贯穿所述座椅靠背部的所述至少一个细长的槽缝延伸,其中在所述束带被收紧时,所述至少一个束带与所述定位件接合,以将所述承载板相对于所述座椅外壳固定就位,并且其中当所述束带未收紧时所述承载板相对于座椅外壳的平移提供所述束带的高度调节。
2.根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述一对导轨中的至少一个包括多个用于在所述束带收紧时与定位件接合的齿。
3.根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,进一步包括通过至少一个支撑件安装在承载板上的头枕,所述至少一个支撑件穿过贯穿所述座椅靠背部的所述至少一个细长的槽缝延伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,进一步包括连接至所述至少一个束带的束带调节带,其用于收紧所述至少一个束带以使所述定位件与所述一对导轨接合,从而将所述承载板相对于所述座椅外壳固定就位。
5.根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,进一步包括基座部,所述座椅外壳可释放地安装在所述基座部上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,包括贯穿所述座椅靠背部的第一和第二细长的槽缝,其沿长度方向延伸并大体上互相平行。
7.根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述一对导轨中的每个包括齿条,所述齿条具有多个轴向间隔开的向所述导槽的相反方向隆起的齿。
8.根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述承载板包括第一和第二导向凸缘,其沿在所述导槽内平移滑动的承载板的相对侧轴向延伸。
9.根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述定位件在其下降位置被枢转地连接至所述承载板,并且其中所述至少一个束带槽缝被置于所述定位件的上部位置。
10.根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,进一步包括用于将所述定位件偏置于不与所述导轨接合的位置的弹簧,以允许当所述束带未收紧时承载板相对于座椅外壳的平移。
11.一种婴儿承载系统,其特征在于,其包括:
具有前面和后面的承载座椅,其限定至少一个贯穿所述承载座椅的座椅靠背的槽缝;
一对沿所述承载座椅的后面延伸的导轨,每个所述导轨限定导槽和齿条,所述齿条具有多个在轴向间隔开的从所述齿条上突出的齿;
可以沿所述承载座椅的后面在所述导槽中滑动的承载板;
枢转地连接至所述承载板的定位件,所述定位件具有:在其相对侧的接合面,用于接合所述导轨的齿;以及至少一个束带槽缝,大体上与贯穿所述承载座椅的所述座椅靠背部的所述至少一个槽缝对齐;
用于将所述定位件偏置于不与所述导轨的齿接合的位置的弹簧;以及
穿过所述定位件的所述至少一个束带槽缝延伸的至少一个束带,所述至少一个束带可以在收紧状态和非收紧状态之间改变配置,在所述收紧状 态下,所述束带的张力克服了所述弹簧,并使所述定位件的所述接合表面与所述导轨的齿接合,以将所述承载板相对于所述座椅靠背固定就位,在所述非收紧状态下,所述定位件的所述接合表面与所述导轨的齿不接合,允许所述承载板相对于所述座椅靠背重新定位,从而调节所述束带的位置。
12.根据权利要求11所述的婴儿承载系统,其特征在于,进一步包括通过至少一个支撑件安装在所述承载板上的头枕,所述至少一个支撑件穿过贯穿所述座椅靠背部的所述至少一个槽缝延伸。
13.根据权利要求11所述的婴儿承载系统,其特征在于,进一步包括连接至所述至少一个束带的束带调节带,其用于收紧所述至少一个束带至其收紧状态。
14.根据权利要求11所述的婴儿承载系统,其特征在于,进一步包括基座部,所述承载座椅可释放地安装在所述基座部上。
15.根据权利要求11所述的婴儿承载系统,其特征在于,包括穿过所述座椅靠背部的第一和第二细长的槽缝,其沿长度方向延伸并大体上互相平行。
16.根据权利要求11所述的婴儿承载系统,其特征在于,所述定位件在其下部位置被枢转地连接至所述承载板,并且其中所述至少一个束带槽缝被置于所述定位件的上部位置。
