Description

本实用新型涉及一种用于吸收和容纳人体排泄物的一次性尿布。
日本实用新型申请公报No.1974—120439揭示了一种具有一上层的尿布面，在该上层的中心区域有一开口，该开口沿上层纵向延伸的长度大于沿横向延伸的长度，沿开口的周边设有一纵向可伸长的弹性件以构成一封闭的环形弹性边。日本专利申请公报No.1986—41304也揭示了一种具有一上层的一次性尿布，在上层的中心区域具有一开口，该开口沿上层的纵向延伸的长度大于沿横向延伸的长度，沿开口的横向相对侧边缘上分别设有弹性件。
因为这些尿布面和尿布都具有开口，排泄物可流过上述开口进入一袋子并留在其中，该袋子形成在由上述上层和位于该上层下方的另一上层之间。
然而，尿布的使用者并不能总使上述开口恰好盖住泌尿器官和／或肛门，换言之，上述开口有时可能会偏离对应于泌尿器官和／或肛门的适当位置，结果，不是所有的排泄物都会流入上述开口，因此，一部分排泄物会散布在最上层上。因此，除了设置上层之外还设有最上层以及在这最上层上设置开口所期望的效果基本上难以达到，从而散布在最上层上的排泄物会与使用者的皮肤接触，引起皮肤疾病，或者至少会给使用者带来不舒服的感觉。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的一次性尿布，以使所有的排泄物都能流入上述开口之中。
根据本实用新型，前述的目的是通过由一形成整体的叠层构成的一次性尿布来实现的，该叠层由一渗水的第一上层、一不渗水的底层、夹在上述第一上层和上述底层间的吸水芯，以及一置于上述第一上层上的防水第二上层组成，其中，上述第二上层的中心区域有一开口，该开口沿第二上层纵向延伸的长度大于它沿横向延伸的长度，第二上层沿其外周边粘结到上述第一上层上，并且有纵向的弹性件沿着上述开口的周缘固定到上述第二上层上；特别是，一对防水翼片状物从上述开口的横向相对侧边延伸出，上述防水翼片状物至少沿其外侧边分别设有弹性件，且各防水翼片状物的纵向相对端粘结在上述第二上层上。
上述第二上层最好在中心具有一延伸所需长度的纵向切割线，以及在上述纵向切割线的纵向相对端分别具有横向切割线，以便使由这些切割线构成的上述第二上层的一部分可以向外弯折以形成各个上述的防水翼片状物。
在各个上述防水翼片状物的下表面和上述第二上层的上表面之间最好具有另一对弹性件，以沿着上述防水翼片状物的各个弯折线延伸。
由于本实用新型的尿布如前所述地构成，在沿它们的外侧边设置的弹性件的收缩力的作用下，上述防水翼片状物从其内侧边向上及向外伸出以形成彼此相对的斜侧壁，就象一个料斗的彼此相对的侧壁一样，排泄物通过这些斜侧壁被引导到上述开口，排泄物的液体部分通过上述第一上层被吸入上述吸液芯中，而排泄物的固体部分被引入一形成在上述第一上层和第二上层之间的袋子中。
以下通过实施例结合附图来描述本实用新型，其中：
图1为一立体图，示出了本实用新型的一次性尿布的一个实施例的内侧；
图2为沿图1中的2—2线的上述实施例的放大的截面图；
图3为一平面图，所示为第二上层的开口以及一用来将弹性件固定到各个开口上的方法中的第一道工序；以及
图4为一平面图，所示为第二上层的开口以及一用来将弹性件固定到各个开口上的方法中的第二道工序。
参见图1和图2。图中一尿布10包括一形成整体的叠层15，该叠层15由一渗水的第一上层11，一不渗水的底层12、一夹在其间的吸液芯13以及一防水的第二上层14构成。第二上层14的中心具有一开口16，该开口沿上层14的纵向延伸的长度大于沿其横向延伸的长度，和具有分别形成圆弧状的纵向的相对端。开口14可至少形成在使用者两腿的分叉区域内。
一对防水翼片17从开口16的横向相对侧边延伸出。沿着防水翼片17与第二上层14之间的内侧边，以及其外侧边上设有用弹性橡筋制成的可沿纵向伸缩的弹性件18，19，它们是用粘结剂（未示出）固定的。该对防水翼片17的两纵向相对侧边粘结在第二上层14上。
多个分别具有多根弹性橡筋的弹性件20在伸长的状态下，被分别用热熔型粘结剂（未画出）固定在位于从吸液芯13的两侧边向外伸出的第一上层11的横向相对边缘和底层12的横向相对边缘之间，以使诸层纵向可伸长并紧贴地围在使用者的腿上。同样地，在第一上层11的纵向相对端和底层12的有关端部之间设有多个分别具有多根弹性橡筋的弹性件21，这样，各层可横向伸长并紧贴地围在使用者的腰部。
第一上层11可由无纺织物，多孔塑料薄膜或类似材料制成，底层12可由塑料薄膜、塑料薄膜及无纺织物构成的叠层或类似的材料制成，吸液芯13可由短纤浆和具有高吸收能力的聚合物粉末的混合物或类似材料制成。第二上层14和防水翼片状物17最好用防水并具有良好透气性的非织造织物制成。在本实用新型中，不言而喻的是“防水”材料是指具有一足够的防水性能以便在尿布置于人体上时使液态排泄物不易渗入。
参见图1，尿布10具有两对分别从腰部的横向相对侧边向外延伸出的翼防水片状物22，固定在后侧各个翼片状物22的胶带固定件23的自由端可粘固到底层12上以使尿布10直立在使用者身体的周围。
下面参照图3和图4描述在第二上层14上形成开口16，并在这一开口16上设置第一和第二弹性件18，19的方法。
参见图3，图中沿着第二上层14背面的中心区域上用热熔型粘结剂粘结有一对沿水平方向平行地相互隔开的连续的弹性件19和另一对分别在弹性件19外侧延伸、而且也是水平平行的弹性件18，它们都被拉伸到一预定的伸长率。如图3中所示，第二上层14具有在上述一对弹性件19中间延伸的基本达到各个尿布长度的纵向直切割线24a以及在切割线24a的纵向相对端横向延伸至各个弹性件18的圆弧形切割线24b，从而构成一对翼片状物17。沿着切割线24a延伸的边都向后翻折以盖住各个弹性件19，各个翼片状物17则沿着各个弹性件18向外弯折以形成开口16。当翼片状物17保持在纵向的伸长状态时，翼片状物17的纵向相对端用热熔型粘结剂粘到第二上层14上。弹性件18、19从各条切割线24b纵向延伸出的部分可以不加粘结剂，并可由抽吸方式除去，例如在上述翼片状物17的纵向相对端被粘结到第二上层上之后。
虽然翼片状物17如实施例中所示最好由第二上层14形成，但这些翼片状物17也可以是和第二上层14分开制成，然后将它们和开口16的横向相对侧边相连接。
参见图3和图4。图中字母L是一条假想线，沿着它们割开第二上层14以获得一条条尿布。这种切割操作目的是在连续的叠层制成后将连续的叠层加以切割以形成一条条单个尿布。
虽然图示和描述的实施例是所谓用胶带固定件闭合腰线而围绕在使用者身体上的所谓开放式尿布，但本实用新型也可以应用在具有一连续腰带的所谓的衬裤式尿布（包括训练裤）。
当尿布10放在使用者身上时，如图1和图2所示，在弹性件18的收缩作用下，开口16从第一上层11向上升起，而在弹性件19的收缩作用下，翼片状物17沿着含有弹性件18的内侧边缘向外上方竖起，这样翼片状物17就彼此相对以形成料斗式的斜侧壁。通过这些斜侧壁排泄物被引导到开口16。液态排泄物被吸进第一上层11而进入芯13中，而固态排泄物则被引导到由第一上层11和第二上层14构成的袋子中。
虽然最好沿开口16的侧边设置弹性件18，但这些弹性件18对于本实用新型来说并不是必需的，因为它们对于由翼片状物17斜侧壁的形成没有实质性的作用。
本实用新型使得排泄物被可靠地引导到形成在第二上层内的开口中，不存在排泄物可能部分地散布在第二上层位于开口外侧的部位上，而这是已有技术的尿布迄今未能解决的严重缺点，另外本实用新型还使开口的尺寸有所减小。

Claims (3)

1、一种由整体叠层构成的一次性尿布，所述叠层由一渗水的第一上层、一不渗水的底层，夹在所述第一上层和所述底层之间的吸液芯以及一置于所述第一上层上的防水的第二上层组成，其中，在所述第二上层的中心区域上具有一沿所述第二上层纵向延伸的长度大于其横向延伸长度的开口；所述第二上层沿其外周缘粘结到所述第一上层上；纵向可伸长弹性件沿所述开口的周缘固定到所述第二上层上，其特征在于：
一对防水翼片状物从所述开口的横向相对侧边延伸出，所述防水翼片状物分别至少沿其外侧边具有弹性件并且所述防水翼片状物的纵向相对端粘结到所述第二上层上。
2、如权利要求1所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于：所述第二上层中央具有一延伸过所需长度的纵向切割线；并且所述第二上层还分别在所述纵向切割线的纵向相对端设有横向切割线，这样，所述第二上层上的由这些切割线构成的部分可向外弯折以构成所述防水翼片状物。
3、如权利要求1所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于：在所述防水翼片状物的下表面和所述第二上层的上表面之间设有另一对弹性件以便可沿各个所述防水翼片状物的弯折线延伸。
