Abstract

一种立体投影标定投光仪,包括有:机架、在机架上铰接安装的重锤体、在重锤本体头部安装的用激光二极管构成的多个平行光束发光器和电源控制装置、在发光器前方安装的多个透镜装置。该仪器可以投射产生由第一垂直线与第一水平线形成的第一垂直截面、与该垂直截面呈正交的第二垂直截面以及两个水平面投影线,即该仪器能直接投射出水平、垂直、直角或夹角光影,方便视觉判断,而有利现场放样施工,又省略电机等光源及镜面驱动机构。

Description

立体投影标定投光仪
本实用新型涉及一种立体投影标定投光仪,特别是指一种能够直接投射出水平、垂直、直角或夹角光影的仪器。
一般使用的立体投影标定投光仪通常是这样的结构:一个平行光柱光源产生器设在本体内,该本体铰接投在机架上,通过一个万向接头衔接而实现自由重垂的结构;多个反射镜以及多个光栅安装在本体上以反射该光源产生器射出的平行光柱呈立体照射方向射出,再用筛限、控制射出光柱的照射方式而投射至周围立体空间的受光面上,可以多向定点投射或通过旋转投影扫瞄方式使多数反射光柱连续投光成为连续直线光影或画出光环,以发挥其立体投影、投光、标定等功能作用。但是,这种构造存在下述缺陷:1、所投射出来的光点必须使本体、光源产生器、光栅与反射镜装置等一齐旋转,才能形成线状或面状的光影,十分不便,且旋转中必定造成误差,影响投光标定的精确度。2、必须加装驱动电机等驱动装置,笨重、耗电,又增加成本。3、所发射的光束必须经过多次反射与光栅的遮滤,无法作直接投射,削弱光源的强度且增加安装成本与维护保养问题。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能直接投射出水平、垂直、直角或夹角光影,又可省略电机等光源及镜面驱动机构的立体投影标定投光仪。
本实用新型是这样实现的:包括有机架、重锤本体、光源装置及电源控制装置,其特征在于:上述重锤本体铰接安装在机架上,在重锤本体上安装有一个由多个平行光束发光器构成的光源装置,在机架或重锤本体内安设有一个电源控制装置,供给上述光源装置的电源;在上述各个发光器前方安装有由多个柱面透镜组成的透镜装置。各个发光器发射的平行光束经各个柱面透镜折射放大呈一条直线状光影,经投影在墙壁或底面上形成一条直线光影,供测量施工标定垂直或水平线、面及两面间的投影夹角。
本实用新型的特点是利用其结构,至少使其第一、第二发光器的投射光束在第一垂直壁面上形成第一垂直线与第一水平线,相互形成一个垂直面直角光影,且在第一垂直线与第一发光器的发光点间所形成第一垂直截面投影于水平底面,以形成第一水平投影线;同时,至少使第二发光器投射光束至与第一垂直壁面呈正交的第二垂直壁面上,且在水平底面上形成第二水平面投影线,使两个水平面投影线容易进行视觉判断,从而方便现场放样施工。总之,该装置可以直接投射出水平、垂直、直角或夹角的光影,使光点形成连续线,又可节省电机等光源和镜面驱动机构。
图1是本实用新型的组装示意图。
图2是本实用新型的光源装置配合柱面透镜的基本投光示意图。
图3是本实用新型的实际投光应用立体示意图。
图4是本实用新型的多个透镜串联广角应用示意图。
图5是本实用新型的多个透镜360度串组应用示意图。
图6是本实用新型多个透镜串联广角应用的另一示意图。
参见图1~图3,本实用新型包括有机架1、重锤本体2、含有多个平行光束发生器31、32、33……的光源装置3,可以安装在重锤本体2或机架1内的电源控制装置4以及一个由分别安装在各个发光器31、32、33……前面的多个柱面透镜51、52、53……所组成的透镜装置5。各个发光器可以选用激光二极管配合有关透镜以投射出平行光束L0,并通过电源控制装置4调控其强弱程度。该光源装置3除安装在图示的本体头部外,也可安装在本体的其他部位上。
其中机架1可如图1所示的形状或构造,它包括有:基座11、悬臂14从该基座11伸设以铰接重锤本体2。机架1也可外包一个外壳,该外壳形状可以不受限制。且如机架1外包有壳体,则可直接在壳体上方铰接设置重锤本体2而可免去悬臂4。如电源控制装置4安装在机架1上,需在其中开设一个电池室以放置电池和电子元件。该电源控制装置所用的电源除直流电池外,也可应用交流电。
上述重锤本体2含有一个重锤21,可一体成型于该本体2下方,其头部25通过颈部27连接该本体2的重锤21,颈部27通过万向轴承或其他万向铰接机构15铰接设置在机架1上。该本体2内可设有一个电源室20,以便在机架1内设有电源室时,可直接在重锤本体2内开设电源室20以嵌容电源电池在电源室内,这样,电源室里的电池可兼作为重锤本体的重锤。
上述光源装置3如图2所示,至少包括有:第一发光器31与第二发光器32分别从其发光点30投射出平行光束20;该第一发光器31前方安装的第一柱面透镜51呈水平架设,使投射平行光束L0经第一柱面透镜51折射放大L形成一个直线状光影后,投影在壁上形成一条水平直线“H1”,发光点30与水平直线H1之间形成一个水平截面Ph;该第二发光器32前方安装的第二柱面透镜52呈垂直架设,与第一柱面透镜呈正交。让第二发光器32投射光束L0经第二柱面透镜52折射放大L’成为一条直线光影后,经投影在壁面上形成一条垂直直线“V1”,其与第二发光器32的发光点30之间形成一个垂直截面Pv与水平面Ph正交投影而相交形成一个光影的直角A1。
如图3所示,让第一、第二发光器31、32投射光束经第一、第二柱面透镜51、52折射放大后在第一垂直壁面W1上形成第一垂直线V1与第一水平线H1的光影,其间形成第一直角A1的夹角,也即垂直截面Pv与水平截面Ph间投影相交形成该第一直角A1。利用该垂直线V1、水平线H1与直角A1可有效标定出标准垂直线、水平线与直角,而毋需利用铅垂线、水平仪等不精确又不方便的仪器装置,而投影的光束经各柱面透镜折射放大后,直接形成长线段的光影(V1、H1……),不必使用电机驱动旋转就能将传统的光点画线或画弧,形成线状或弧形的光影。这也是本实用新型的改进优点所在。
垂直截面Pv“截切”于地平面Pf上形成第一水平面投影线F1。图3的第三发光器33投影平行束光L0经第三柱面透镜53折射放大L后形成第二垂直线V2光影在第二垂直壁面W2上,第三发光器的投影光垂直截面Pv’“截切”于地平面Pf上形成第二水平面投影线F2,这样可在两个垂直截面Pv、Pv’之间交成第二直角A2,配合垂直面的第一直角A1,两者可相互对应相辅相成。利用此两水平面投影F1、F2,使施工者或测量者容易进行视觉判断而方便现场放样施工。当然,两截面Pv、Pv’之间也可相交成直角以外的其他角度,此可通过调整上述第三发光器与第二发光器之间的夹角实现之。
参见图4及图6,本实用新型的柱面透镜5可由多个支透镜架以直线串联,投射光影Li于壁面W上;其中图4的柱面透镜5为半圆柱形,也可如图6所示,柱面透镜5a为三角棱镜。或如图5所示,多个柱面透镜5采用圆环式绕接构成一个360度的投光面,各组透镜如分别涵盖80度,每组都相互(部分)重叠以涵盖住整个360度。
本实用新型可以在不违背本实用新型精神及范畴的前提下,作适当修正本实用新型对此不作限制。例如本实用新型可在重锤体2的顶端加装一个水平仪6,例如在水平仪6的液体中含有一个气泡,以调整、校正本实用新型的水平基准。
本实用新型中的机架1还包括有一个基准11旋接在一个平台10的立轴101上,使其可绕平台立轴101作360度旋转。

Claims (9)

1、一种立体投影标定投光仪,包括有机架、重锤本体、光源装置及电源控制装置,其特征在于:上述重锤本体铰接安装在机架上,在重锤本体上安装有一个由多个平行光束发光器构成的光源装置,在机架或重锤本体内安设有一个电源控制装置,供给上述光源装置的电源;在上述各个发光器前方安装有由多个柱面透镜组成的透镜装置。
2、如权利要求1所述的立体投影标定投光仪,其特征在于:上述多个发光器中至少使第一、第二发光器所投射的平行光束经各自的柱面透镜折射放大后分别呈一条直线状光影,经投影在第一垂直壁面上形成第一垂直线与第一水平线,两者之间相互形成一个垂直面直角光影,且该第一垂直线与第一发光器之间形成的第一垂直截面投影在水平底面上形成第一水平面投影线;同时至少使第三发光器投射平行光束经柱面透镜折射放大后形成另一直线状光影,经投影在第二垂直壁面形成第二垂直线,且使第二垂直线与第三发光器之间形成的第二垂直截面,投影在水平底面形成第二水平面投影线,又第一垂直截面与第二垂直截面之间形成一个夹角。
3、如权利要求1所述的立体投影标定投光仪,其特征在于:上述重锤体含有一个重锤,其头部通过颈部与本体的重锤相连接,颈部通过一个万向机构铰接在机架上。
4、如权利要求3所述的立体投影标定投光仪,其特征在于:上述重锤本体内设有电源室,其内可嵌容兼作重锤的电源电池。
5、如权利要求2所述的立体投影标定投光仪,其特征在于:上述光源装置至少包括有:第一发光器与第二发光器是平行并列叠置,但与第三发光器的投影形成一个交角,在第一发光器前方水平架设有第一柱面透镜,使其投影的平行光束经第一柱面透镜折射后,在第一垂直壁面形成第一水平线;在第二发光器前方垂直架设有第二柱面透镜,使其投射的平行光束经第二柱面透镜折射后,在第一垂直壁面上形成第一垂直线,第一垂直线与第二发光器发光点之间形成第一垂直光影截面,上述第一水平线与第一垂直线之间相交光影形成一个直角。
6、如权利要求5所述的立体投影标定投光仪,其特征在于:上述第三发光器前方安装的第三柱面透镜是平行于第二柱面透镜的,应使第三发光器投射的平行光束经第三柱面透镜折射放大形成第二垂直光影截面,与第二发光器投影产生的第一垂直光影截面相交形成一个光影夹角。
7、如权利要求1或2所述的立体投影标定投光仪,其特征在于:上述透镜装置可以由多个支柱面透镜加以直线或弧线串联构成,以产生广角投光面,或者用多个柱面透镜圆环地绕接构成而产生360度投光面。
8、如权利要求1所述的立体投影标定投光仪,其特征在于:上述重锤体的顶端可以设有一个水平仪,该水平仪的液体中含有一个可调整、校正水平基准的气泡。
9、如权利要求1所述的立体投影标定投光仪,其特征在于:上述机架还包括有一个旋接在平台的立轴上、且可绕该平台作360度旋转的基座。
