Abstract

一种剪刀式夹具,用于操纵具有与底座呈可滑动嵌合的盖体的零插入力连接器,使该零插入力连接器处于张开或夹紧状态,该夹具包括以枢轴方式连接的第一杠杆臂及第二杠杆臂,借该夹具的枢轴转动将第一、第二杠杆臂两个较低的自由端抵接于零插入力连接器的可移动端缘,而使零插入力连接器的盖体沿底座移动。

Description

零插入力连接器夹具
本实用新型是一种零插入力连接器夹具,尤其是指一种可使零插入力连接器处于张开或夹紧状态的夹具。
现有零插入力连接器一般均配置有一开始驱动机构,包括凸轮及连设于凸轮的夹具,该夹具可操纵凸轮沿顺时针或逆时针方向转动,以使零插入力连接器处于张开或夹紧状态,以便协助中央处理器与零插入力连接器间的电性接触。然而,现有驱动机构占用了零插入力连接器内过大的空间。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可降低零插入力连接器厚度,并且能方便地操纵零插入力连接器使其处于张开或夹紧状态夹具的零插入力连接器夹具。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:零插入力连接器包括固持于底座上的方形盖体,该盖体具有第一对角线,其与底座的第二对角线共面,这两个对角线分别位于盖体与底座上且相互平行。第一对角线与第二对角线所确定的平面实际上垂直于底座与盖体所在的表面,并且盖体的对角线长度大于底座的对角线长度,盖体可沿第二对角线产生相对于底座的移动。夹具为一剪刀式机构,包括以枢轴方式连接的第一杠杆臂及第二杠杆臂,第一杠杆臂靠近自由端处设有一孔洞,用于供零插入力连接器的盖体一端延伸通过,借所述剪刀式机构开始驱动,使盖体另一端被相应的第二杠杆臂的自由端驱动。
依据上述特征,该零插入力连接器具有固持于底座的可移动盖体,于盖体两端分别延伸有凸体。该盖体可沿两凸起间的对角线产生相对于底座的移动。该夹具为一剪刀式机构,包括以枢轴方式连接的第一杠杆臂及第二杠杆臂,第一杠杆臂靠近自由端处设有一孔洞,当剪刀式机构开始驱动时,这两个凸体被相应第二杠杆臂的自由端驱动,所述孔洞则可收容盖体的另一凸体。
本实用新型的优点在于:可方便地使零插入力连接器处于张开或夹紧状态。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。

图5是图4沿B-B向的剖视图,其中图1所示的夹具开始驱动,使零插入力连接器的盖体相对于底座移动。

请参阅图1,该零插入力连接器夹具包括第一杠杆臂1与第二杠杆臂2,该二杠杆臂借铆钉3枢接构成剪刀式机构,第一杠杆臂1及第二杠杆臂2均在其中部朝相反方向弯曲形成固持部11、21,连接部13、23,以及驱动部12、22。另外,第一杠杆臂1的驱动部12末端设有一孔洞120,在该孔洞120及驱动部12的一自由端间形成边缘121。
请参阅图2及图3,该零插入力连接器4包括一固持于底座42上的可移动盖体41。该盖体41可沿底座42的对角线相对移动。盖体41对角线的长度则大于底座42对角线的长度。
请参阅图4,零插入力连接器4收容在一个金属框43中,该金属框43设有与连接器外形相应的凹口44,借该凹口44两对角端延伸出的空间而以在连接器处于张开或夹紧状态时提供操作空间。
再请参阅图5,本实用新型零插入力连接器夹具的第一、第二杠杆臂1、2的驱动部12、22可使零插入力连接器4的盖体41对于底座42在凹口44对角空间移动。如图所示,焊锡球49自连接器底表面延伸以焊固于电路板上。第二杠杆臂2的驱动部22则与盖体41相对于底座42的延伸部分相抵接。因此,当剪刀式夹具开始驱动使两驱动部12,22相互靠近时,该盖体41将沿底座42的对角线相对于底座42移动,同时盖体41的一端将延伸进入第一杠杆臂1驱动部12的孔洞120内。之后,将盖体41旋转一百八十度至原来位置,而该夹具也旋转一百八十度(如图6所示)。此时,孔洞120收容有盖体41的一个对角端。另外,驱动部12上低于孔洞120的边缘121应该具有小于底座42厚度的高度,否则边缘121将阻碍盖体41而使其不能相对于底座42移动。
该夹具也可应用在其他种类的零插入力连接器中,请参阅图7所示,该零插入力连接器包括有固持于底座52的可移动盖体51,该盖体51两相对侧一体延伸有凸体511、512,盖体51可沿位于底座52两相互平行的凸体511、512于底座52上相对移动,其中凸体511、512所确定的直线平行于底座52相对的边缘。图7中的零插入力连接器收容于类似图4所示的金属框(处于张开状态)中,不同之处在于凹口44的额外空间形成于凹口44两个相对侧的中部,以吻合零插入力连接器的形状。
再请参阅图8所示,在盖体51相对底座52移动的过程中(即处于张开或夹紧状态),两凸体511、512的尺寸使其恰好能分别进入夹具的孔洞120内。两凸体511、512的间距必须比相对的底座52长度大,以使盖体51可借该夹具的操纵沿底座52移动。
请参阅图9是本实用新型零插入力连接器夹具的第二实施例,该夹具与第一实施例相似,不同之处在于驱动部12、22,第一、第二凸体部15、25分别以冲压形成于第一、第二杠杆臂1、2的驱动部12、22上。该第一、第二凸体部15、25的垂直位置与盖体及底座相抵接。该夹具也可用于图4及图7所示的零插入力连接器中,但其更适用于盖体与底座具有相同长度的零插入力连接器。
请参阅图10为另一种零插入力连接器6,包括可沿底座62移动的盖体61,该盖体61可由图9的夹具操纵。盖体61及底座62实际上在移动方向上具有相同长度。第一杠杆臂1的第一凸体部15及第二杠杆臂2的第二凸体部25分别抵接于盖体61及底座62。在操作中,盖体61及底座62分别承受来自于第一、第二凸体部15、25的作用力,这样,盖体61沿箭头所示的方向移动超过底座62。而将盖体61退回原来位置如图11所示,该夹具旋转一百八十度就可以重复上面的操作。

Claims (5)

1.一种零插入力连接器夹具,该零插入力连接器包括有固持于底座上的方形盖体,夹具是一个剪刀式机构,其特征在于:该夹具包括以枢轴方式连接的第一杠杆臂及第二杠杆臂,且第一杠杆上靠近其自由端处设有一孔洞,该孔洞用于供盖体延伸部穿过,当剪刀式机构枢轴旋动则第二杠杆臂上相应的自由端驱动,使盖体另一相对端被驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的零插入力连接器夹具,其特征在于:杠杆臂的焊接部位于孔洞与杠杆臂相应自由端间的高度小于底座的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的零插入力连接器夹具,其特征在于:第一杠杆臂及第二杠杆臂均设有两个朝相对方向弯曲的自由端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的零插入力连接器夹具,其特征在于:该盖体两相对侧还分别延伸有凸体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的零插入力连接器夹具,其特征在于:杠杆臂位于孔洞与杠杆臂相应自由端间的高度小于底座的厚度。
