Abstract

一种股骨颈保护装置，包括：本体，所述的本体10上设有一内部中空的可套合在重塑后的股骨颈20上套筒11，所述套筒11的一端的周边设有向外延伸的可紧贴在股骨30与股骨颈20相接的表面上的凸缘12，另一端凸伸有一顶部向内凹的颈部13，所述的颈部13的顶部嵌套有一穿过套筒11中的股骨颈20的螺钉14。本实用新型的股骨颈保护装置可紧密地贴合在股骨表面上，并与股骨结合为一体。

股骨颈保护装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种股骨颈保护装置。
背景技术
目前，医院实施的人工髋关节置换手术，一般是将股骨颈切锯平整，然后再将一金属材料做成的股骨柄插入骨髓腔内，再填入骨水泥使之固定、这种结构会造成股骨的应力分布改变，使其除了固定上不稳定的缺点外，还有新长出来的血管与骨痂无法将金属材料包覆，因此造成该金属材料股骨柄无法完全与股骨结合成一体并受保护，进而造成该断裂的股骨与包覆的金属材料因承受力量有限而造成松动，这样往往使患者痛苦不堪，且须再次手术翻修，上述的缺点，长久以来，一直困扰着医疗业者及患者。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可直接套合在重塑后的股骨颈上使其与股骨结合为一体的装置，以解决上述现有技术所存在的缺陷。
本实用新型是这样实现的：该股骨颈保护装置，包括：本体，其特点是本体上设有一内部中空的可套合在重塑后的股骨颈上套筒，所述套筒的一端的周边设有向外延伸的可紧贴在股骨与股骨颈相接的表面上的凸缘，另一端凸伸有一顶部向内凹的颈部，所述的颈部上嵌套有一穿过套筒中的股骨颈的螺钉，所述的本体上至少设有一孔洞，所述的孔洞中穿套一可固定在股骨上的固定元件，所述的颈部远离套筒的一端设有可与螺钉结合的可使髋关节活动自如的人工股骨颈球头。
本实用新型的股骨颈保护装置由于使用了套筒、凸缘可紧密地贴合在股骨表面上；由于本体上设有孔洞使股骨及股骨颈新长出的血管及骨痂可穿过孔洞并覆盖在本体上进而与股骨结合为一体；由于使用了股骨球头使髋关节活动自如；由于使用了固定元件使本体不会发生松动或脱落。

请参阅图1、图2、图3所示：本实用新型的股骨颈保护装置，它是一种可使重塑后的股骨颈稳固牢靠地包覆固定，且可与新长出的血管及骨痂结合成一体的装置，该装置上设有一本体10，该本体10上设有一内部中空的套筒11，该套筒11一端周边设有一向外延伸且略呈弧曲状之凸缘12，在本实施例中该凸缘12为三角状，且该套筒11的另一端凸伸有颈部13，该颈部13中嵌套有一螺钉14(如第6图所示)，螺钉14的一端设有螺纹头，螺钉14的钉部设有螺纹，该本体10上设有至少一个以上之孔洞15，该孔洞15中可穿套一固定元件40(如第4图所示)，在本实施例中固定元件40为一骨钉。
使用时，请参照第4、5、6、7图所示，先将重塑后的股骨颈20通过手术切削处理成与套筒11相配合的形状，再将本体10的套筒11套合在重塑后的股骨颈20上，并使凸缘12紧贴在股骨30与股骨颈20相接之表面上，将螺钉14穿过套合在套筒11中的股骨颈20，进而锁合在股骨30上(如第5、6图所示)，如此，不但可使本体10稳固牢靠地套合在重塑后之股骨颈20上，且由于有本体10的保护，使所述的股骨颈20能够茁壮重生。
进一步，固定元件40穿过孔洞15固定在股骨30上，使该股骨30在与股骨干(图中未示)相连接时，可通过固定元件40加强固定以防止旋转，使所述的本体10的凸缘12不会发生松动脱离的情形。
更进一步，由于本体10上设有孔洞15，使新长出的血管及骨痂可穿过孔洞15，而覆盖在本体10上，进而使本体10可与股骨颈20及股骨30结合成一体；此外，所述颈部13远离套筒11的一端设有可通过自身的内螺纹与螺钉14的螺纹头相结合的人工股骨球头50，该股骨球头50可使与股骨30相连接的髋关节活动自如(如第7图所示)。
当然，上述的固定元件也可用除骨钉之外的其它元件所取代；凸缘也可以采取其它可紧贴股骨颈的形状；螺钉的钉部也可以不设有螺纹；人工股骨球头也可采用与螺钉紧配合的方式来固定，凡本专业的技术人员所显而易见的简单结构替换均落在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

1、一种股骨颈保护装置，包括：本体，其特征在于：本体(10)上设有一内部中空的可套合在重塑后的股骨颈(20)上的套筒(11)，所述套筒(11)的一端的周边设有向外延伸的可紧贴在股骨(30)与股骨颈(20)相接的表面上的凸缘(12)，另一端凸伸有一颈部(13)，所述的颈部(13)的顶部嵌套有一穿过套筒(11)中的股骨颈(20)的螺钉(14)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的股骨颈保护装置，其特征在于：所述的凸缘(12)在股骨(30)与股骨颈(20)相接的表面上略呈弧曲状。
3、根据权利要求2所述的股骨颈保护装置，其特征在于：所述的凸缘(12)在股骨(30)与股骨颈(20)相接的表面上呈三角形。
4、根据权利要求1所述的股，骨颈保护装置，其特征在于：所述的螺钉(14)的一端设有一螺纹头，钉部带有螺纹。
5、根据权利要求1所述的股骨颈保护装置，其特征在于：所述的本体(10)上至少设有一孔洞(15)。
6、根据权利要求4所述的股骨颈保护装置，其特征在于：所述的孔洞(15)中穿套一可固定在股骨(30)上的固定元件(40)。
7、根据权利要求5所述的股骨颈保护装置，其特征在于：所述的固定元件(40)为一骨钉。
8、根据权利要求1或4所述的股骨颈保护装置，其特征在于：所述的颈部(13)远离套筒(11)的一端设有可通过自身的内螺纹与螺钉(14)的螺纹头相结合的人工股骨颈球头(50)。
