Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种塑胶折叠桌是由塑胶桌面、桌架组成，桌架包括：一对横梁安装在桌面底部的边框上；一对纵梁装配在两横梁上；两组桌腿其端部分别固定在两根纵梁上；在桌面背部设有一安装机构，支撑连接架固定在安装机构内，第一支撑杆的末端枢接于该支撑连接架的第一纵杆上，第二支撑杆的末端枢接于第二纵杆上。由于本实用新型中部是由支撑杆枢接于桌面背部安装机构上的支撑连接架而支撑，则该支撑连接架“面”的支撑力度大于习用品中“线”的支撑力度。且安装机构的宽度小于同一组桌腿的宽度，使得桌腿的可以在桌面内交错收折，桌面的横行长度不受桌腿高度的限制。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种可折叠桌，尤其涉及一种可折叠的塑胶桌。
背景技术
现代的家具中，无论是家庭用家具或办公家具，为提高其实用性，在其功能上的要求都越来越高，因此，具有可折叠功能的家具应运而生。而在可折叠的家具中，尤其是以适用于野外环境桌椅类家具的变化为最多。
如图1所示，即为可适用于野外活动的折叠桌，主要由桌面1′、及桌架2′组成，桌架2′包括两横梁21′、三纵梁22′、两组桌腿23′及两支撑杆24′；其中横梁21′固定于桌面1′的背面，三纵梁22′分别枢接于两横梁21′的两端及中部；两组桌腿23′分别固定于两端的纵梁22′上；支撑杆24′的一端固定于桌腿23′上，另一端枢接于横梁21′中部的纵梁22′上。
当欲携带或收藏桌子时，将桌面1′的背面向上，向下扳动桌腿23′施力，由于固定桌腿23′的纵梁22′与横梁21′枢接、支撑杆24′与桌腿23′枢接，桌腿23′收靠于桌面1的背面，以缩小其体积。
但是，由于该类折叠桌的桌面1′的中部是靠一纵梁22′枢接于两支撑杆24′而支撑，是由一条线来支撑桌面1′的中部，其力度会略为薄弱；同时，纵梁22′将桌面1′背部分割为两个容置空间，两组桌腿23′收折后分别位于两个容置空间内；这就要求桌面1′的横向长度必须大于两桌腿23′高度之合，其桌面设计受到限制，若需要短桌面1′的折叠桌，则需要将桌腿23′设计为伸缩式，其结构复杂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种支撑力度强、且桌面的横向长度不受两桌腿高度限制的塑胶折叠桌。
本实用新型的是采取以下方案实现的：一种塑胶折叠桌是由塑胶桌面、桌架组成，桌架包括：
一对横梁安装在桌面底部的边框上；
一对纵梁装配在两横梁上；
第一组桌腿其端部固定在第一根纵梁上；
第二组桌腿其端部固定在第二根纵梁上；
第一支撑杆的头端于第一组桌腿枢接；
第二支撑杆的头端于第二组桌腿枢接；
其特征在于：在桌面背部设有一安装机构，支撑连接架固定在安装机构内，第一支撑杆的末端枢接于该支撑连接架的第一纵杆上，第二支撑杆的末端枢接于第二纵杆上。
所述的支撑连接架为双I型结构，
第一纵杆的两端各装有一横杆；
第二纵杆的两端各装有一横杆。
所述的安装机构与桌面一体吹塑成型、位于桌面背部的中央，该安装机构的宽度小于同一组桌腿间的宽度，其桌面背部外缘呈一整体式容置空间。
所述的支撑连接架的第一纵杆两端的横杆固定在安装结构上；
第二纵杆两端的横杆固定在安装结构上。
由于采取上述结构，本塑胶折叠桌的中部是由支撑杆枢接于桌面背部安装机构上的支撑连接架而支撑，则该支撑连接架“面”的支撑力度大于习用品中“线”的支撑力度。折叠桌的背部外缘为一整体式容置空间，且其中央的安装机构的宽度小于同一组桌腿的宽度，使得桌腿的可以在桌面内交错收折，桌面的横行长度不受桌腿高度的限制，同时，也不需要将桌腿设计为收缩式机构。

具体实施方式
实施例1，如图2、图3所示，本实用新型的一种塑胶折叠桌，主要是由塑胶桌面1、桌架2及支撑连接架3组成；
桌架2是由两横梁21、两纵梁22、两组桌腿23及两支撑杆24组成，其中两横梁21分别固定于桌面1背面的两端，两纵梁22分别枢接于两横梁21的两端；每组桌腿23中的两条桌腿231由一连杆232连接，各组桌腿23的一端固定于两纵梁22上；支撑杆24是由三根杆件241、242、243构成，其中第一、第二两根杆件241、242的一端分别枢接于两桌腿231的下方，另一端则分别与第三根杆件243的一端枢接在一起，在此三根杆件的枢接处滑套一阻挡环244，防止桌腿23收折，以此加强桌腿23支撑的牢固性，第三根杆件243的另一端则枢接于支撑连接架3上；
桌面1的背面一体吹塑成型有固定机构11，固定机构11位于桌面1背面的中央，在桌面1的背部外缘形成一整体式容置空间12，固定机构11的宽度小于同一组两条桌腿231端部间的宽度；固定机构11为两条带有档头的凸台；
支撑连接架3是由两组两横杆31与纵杆32构成双I型，横杆31分别固定于固定机构11的凸台上，两支撑杆24的第三根杆件243的另一端则分别枢接于该两纵杆32上；
需要折叠时，如附图4所示，将桌面1翻起，背部向上，在重力的作用下，阻挡环244受其重量的作用自动滑下，脱离对支撑杆24可枢转的限制；向下扳动两组桌腿23施力，两组桌腿23便会交错收靠于桌面1的背面上。
实施例2，桌面1的背面一体吹塑成型有固定机构11，固定机构11位于桌面1背面的中央，在桌面1的背部外缘形成一整体式容置空间12，固定机构11的宽度小于同一组两条桌腿231端部间的宽度；固定机构11为两条凸台；
支撑连接架3是由两组两横杆31与纵杆32构成双I型，横杆31分别固定于固定机构11的凸台上，两支撑杆24的第三根杆件243的另一端则分别枢接于该两纵杆32上；
桌腿23为直杆结构，两组桌腿23上端分别固定在两纵梁22上，其相对位置有一错位，收折时两组桌腿23交错收靠在桌面1的背部。

Claims (4)

1、一种塑胶折叠桌是由塑胶桌面、桌架组成，桌架包括：
一对横梁安装在桌面底部的边框上；
一对纵梁装配在两横梁上；
第一组桌腿其端部固定在第一根纵梁上；
第二组桌腿其端部固定在第二根纵梁上；
第一支撑杆的头端于第一组桌腿枢接；
第二支撑杆的头端于第二组桌腿枢接；
其特征在于：在桌面背部设有一安装机构，支撑连接架固定在安装机构内，第一支撑杆的末端枢接于该支撑连接架的第一纵杆上，第二支撑杆的末端枢接于第二纵杆上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶折叠桌，其特征在于：所述的支撑连接架为双I型结构，
第一纵杆的两端各装有一横杆；
第二纵杆的两端各装有一横杆。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶折叠桌，其特征在于：所述的安装机构与桌面一体吹塑成型、位于桌面背部的中央，该安装机构的宽度小于同一组桌腿间的宽度，其桌面背部外缘呈一整体式容置空间。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种塑胶折叠桌，其特征在于：所述的支撑连接架的第一纵杆两端的横杆固定在安装结构上；
第二纵杆两端的横杆固定在安装结构上。
