Abstract
具有抽气装置的真空包装袋,袋体有三个压封袋边,袋口设有凹凸封条,袋体上装有抽气装置,抽气盖与拍气座螺纹旋接,抽气座主体置于袋体内,抽气座的螺纹部分穿出袋体的其中一面袋膜,夹片穿套在抽气座上压着袋膜,密封片置于密封片支架上,该密封片支架设在抽气座与外界的通气通道上,抽气盖的中部有压柱压紧密封片。压柱中部开有孔与外界空气相通。与具有抽气装置的真空包装袋配套使用的抽气筒,筒体内装有抽气活塞,抽气活塞的塞杆前部有二夹片,垫圈夹在二夹片之间,后夹片上开有缺口,抽气活塞的塞杆的后部与抽气手柄固定连接,筒体的前部设有凸起,抽气圈套在该凸起上。本产品结构简单,生产容易,使用方便,可确保贮物的质量和价值。
Description
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及真空包装袋技术领域,更具体地说涉及为贮存食品、药材、衣物设计的具有抽气装置的真空包装袋及与其配套使用的抽气筒。
背景技术:
目前,人们所用的贮存食品、药材、衣物的真空包装袋一般采用塑胶袋,用抽吸泵将塑胶袋中空气抽出,然后密封袋口。其不足之处是:为了密封塑胶袋需要配置一个真空抽吸泵,真空抽吸泵重量体积较大,不适合随身携带,同时使用真空抽吸泵成本也高,这些限制了人们在家庭中随时使用真空包装袋贮存食品、药材、衣物等需要真空贮存的日用生活品。特别是在野外作业的工作人员,当采集的标本、样品需要真空包装时因为没有电源,不能随时用真空包装袋进行真空包装。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有真空包装袋不能满足人们随时、随地使用之不足,而提供一种具有抽气装置的真空包装袋及与其配套使用的抽气筒。
本实用新型的技术解决措施是:
具有抽气装置的真空包装袋,由袋膜构成的袋体,袋体有三个压封袋边,袋体的袋口设有凹凸封条,:袋体的中部装有抽气装置,抽气装置由抽气座、夹片、抽气盖、密封片组成,抽气盖与抽气座螺纹旋接,抽气座主体置于袋体内,抽气座的螺纹部分穿出袋体的其中一面袋膜,夹片穿套在抽气座的螺纹部分上压着袋膜,密封片置于密封片支架上,该密封片支架设在抽气座与外界的通气通道上,抽气盖的中部有压柱与密封片接触。
所述压柱中部开有孔与外界空气相通。
与具有抽气装置的真空包装袋配套使用的抽气筒,筒体内装有抽气活塞,抽气活塞的塞杆前部有二夹片,垫圈夹在二夹片之间,后夹片上开有缺口,抽气活塞的塞杆的后部与抽气手柄固定连接,筒体的前部设有凸起,抽气圈套在该凸起上。
所述筒体前部的凸起的外表面设有螺纹齿。
所述抽气活塞的前部一次性注塑成型有二夹片,垫圈套在二夹片间。
所述塞杆与抽气手柄螺纹连接。
本实用新型的突出效果是:
1)、真空包装袋用抽吸筒抽出空气,使得真空包装袋的使用不再象现有技术中那样受到因抽吸泵体积大、重量大的限制、不再因为没有电源而无法使用真空包装袋。
2)、本实用新型还具有结构简单,生产实施较为容易,使用方便,袋子可以多次反复使用的特点。
3)、实验表明,存放在袋中的纺织品具有灭菌、防潮、防霉蛀的效果;贮放在袋中的食品具有防霉蛀、防黄曲霉素的效果,可确保贮物的质量和价值。

具体实施方式
实施例,见图1~4,具有抽气装置的真空包装袋,由袋膜构成的袋体1,袋体1有三个压封袋边2,袋体1的袋口设有凹凸封条3,袋体1的中部装有抽气装置4,抽气装置4由抽气座41、夹片43、抽气盖42、密封片44组成,抽气盖42与抽气座1螺纹旋接,抽气座41主体置于袋体1内,抽气座41的螺纹部分412穿出袋体1的其中一面袋膜,夹片42穿套在抽气座41的螺纹部分412上压着袋膜,密封片44置于密封片支架413上,该密封片支架413设在抽气座41与外界的通气通道411上,抽气盖42的中部有压柱421与密封片44接触。密封片44用软质塑胶,其余部分采用硬质塑胶成型。
与具有抽气装置的真空包装袋配套使用的抽气筒,筒体5内装有抽气活塞6,抽气活塞6的塞杆63前部有二夹片61、62,垫圈8夹在二夹片61、62之间,后夹片61上开有缺口611,抽气活塞6的塞杆63的后部与抽气手柄7固定连接,筒体5的前部设有凸起51,抽气圈9套在该凸起51上。在筒体5前部的凸起51的外表面设有螺纹齿511。抽气活塞6的前部一次性注塑成型有二夹片61、62,垫圈8套在二夹片61、62间。塞杆63与抽气手柄7螺纹连接。抽气圈9、垫圈8采用软质塑胶,其余部分采用硬质塑胶成型。
工作原理:使用时,先将贮物放于袋体1内,封好上部的凹凸封条3,旋紧抽气盖42,将抽气筒的前部压在夹片43上,由于抽气圈9为软质塑胶,抽气筒的前部靠该抽气圈9与夹片43形成密封状,拉动抽气手柄7,由于密封片44为软塑胶而富有弹性,此时密封片44在抽气筒吸力的作用下会开启,袋体1中的空气会从抽气座41与抽气盖42的通气空间中被抽气筒抽到筒体5中垫圈8前部的空间52中,当向下推手柄7时,向下的气流以及袋体1内被抽出空气后形成的负压会使密封片44堵塞通道411,而抽气筒的抽气活塞6部分其中的夹片61上开有缺口611,垫圈8会在向外气流的作用下向后靠在后夹片61上,允许空气被从筒体5中空间52中溢出,如此反复即可抽出袋体1中的空气,然后封紧抽气盖42,让抽气盖42的压柱紧压着被袋体1内负压吸着的密封片44即可隔绝外部空气流入袋体1中。
在筒体5前部的凸起51的外表面设有螺纹齿511。这样可便于抽气圈9与筒体5的前部密封得更为紧密一些。
实施例2,压柱421中部开有孔4211与外界空气相通。其余同实施例1,这样是为了当略微松开抽气盖42时,空气无法从抽气座41与抽气盖42之间流出,使得无法抽出袋体1中的空气。
Claims (6)
1、具有抽气装置的真空包装袋,由袋膜构成的袋体(1),袋体(1)有三个压封袋边(2),袋体(1)的袋口设有凹凸封条(3),其特征在于:袋体(1)上装有抽气装置(4),抽气装置(4)由抽气座(41)、夹片(43)、抽气盖(42)、密封片(44)组成,抽气盖(42)与抽气座(1)螺纹旋接,抽气座(41)主体置于袋体(1)内,抽气座(41)的螺纹部分(412)穿出袋体(1)的其中一面袋膜,夹片(42)穿套在抽气座(41)上压着袋膜,密封片(44)置于密封片支架(413)上,该密封片支架(413)设在抽气座(41)与外界的通气通道(411)上,抽气盖(42)的中部有压柱(421)压紧密封片(44)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具有抽气装置的真空包装袋,其特征在于:压柱(421)中部开有孔(4211)与外界空气相通。
3、与具有抽气装置的真空包装袋配套使用的抽气筒,其特征在于: 筒体(5)内装有抽气活塞(6),抽气活塞(6)的塞杆(63)前部有二夹片(61)、(62),垫圈(8)夹在二夹片(61)、(62)之间,后夹片(61)上开有缺口(611),抽气活塞(6)的塞杆(63)的后部与抽气手柄(7)固定连接,筒体(5)的前部设有凸起(51),抽气圈(9)套在该凸起(51)上。
4、根据权利要求3所述的抽气筒,其特征在于:在筒体(5)前部的凸起(51)的外表面设有螺纹齿(511)。
5、根据权利要求3所述的抽气筒,其特征在于:抽气活塞(6)的前部一次性注塑成型有二夹片(61)、(62),垫圈(8)套在二夹片(61)、(62)间。
6、根据权利要求3所述的抽气筒,其特征在于:塞杆(63)与抽气手柄(7)螺纹连接。
