Abstract

Description

本发明的目的是形成在柔性合成材料制成的包装袋上开孔的装置。该装置包含由一圆筒体和与所述圆筒体联合的塞子构成的关闭和倒出的组件。该组件备有以拧压的方式去掉包装袋的壁并在上面开孔的部件以使在上述的包装袋内所盛的液体可以倒出来。
这类装置本来是众所周知的。
例如，它们形成了美国专利第4，440，316号的对象和以申请者命名的法国专利申请第85·13，204号的对象。
这些先有技术的装置能满足要求，但是若提及为了获得一个倒液体的孔口而部分或整个切出的薄膜片或薄膜区的质量，这些装置仍然有改进的余地。
本发明的目的是克服这些缺点。
根据本发明。这种结果是用了一种在柔性合成材料制成的包装袋上开孔的装置而获得的，该类装置包含由一园筒体和一个与之相联的塞头构成的一种关闭和倒出的组件并备有以拧压方法在包装袋的壁上切割和开孔的部件使盛在上述包装袋内的液体可以倒出来。该装置的特征是：它由一位于被切割部位的主体底部向内侧突出的增强材料组成，上述增强突出物从材料上与基底块成一整体。
依靠这种结构，先有技术的装置中的所有的缺陷，特别是要开孔的区域由弹性变形的弊病因采用有效的切除可以得到避免。
事实上，根据本发明，一般由弹性或延伸引起变形的区域在不同的角度受该装置的制约，切割部件所用的力的分布和支承不是由一剪应力线而是由一给予较大阻力的面来承担，当然该力是在任何使用者的能力所及的范围内并在适用于人力操作的限度之内。
材料的增强可用几种方法来获得。
作为一个例子，它可以与关闭组件的主体制成一个整体。
然而，为将主体固定在形成包装袋的管状套壳上，这种结构需要一个十分特殊的对压器，当该主体一般是和塞头联结在一起时，这种对压器就成问题，这样这种内部区域是无法进入的。
按照一较好实施例，在主体固定在袋壳上的场合，增强物可以由和基底块一致的材料的塑变来实现，上述基底块，在它被固定之前，在制造时在主体垂直延伸方向就包含了一个环状垫圈，该垫圈在关闭组件焊在薄膜套壳上成型的过程中至少有部分向主体内侧垂直方向产生塑变。
参看了下面的示意图，再加上说明，可对本发明更好地理解。
图1a和1b示出了本发明的第一个实施例;
图2a至2e示出了本发明的第二个较好实施例;
图3a和3b是根据图2a至2e的装置的实施例的变化形式。
首先参看图1a和1b。
关闭组件基本上包含一园筒体1，其下部端部终接于一环形基块2。
该组件拟通过焊接应用于由薄膜套3在扩张器上成型加工成的个别的盛液体营养品或液体药物的包装袋上。
在该基块内侧处体现出有一增强块4，在制造中与主体一起形成，并布置在基底平面上。
在图1b中，示出了用特殊形式的对压器5协同一加热元件（热焊或脉冲焊）或一振动元件（超声焊），参看6，将组件焊在薄膜上。
当开孔器的成本甚高时，该系统以这种方式保留下来，即拟将它对许多口袋成套供应，例如以系列式灌装销售或以其他多种包装形式销售。
按照本发明的一个较好实施例的形式，示于图2a至2e中，它所提供的，所有其它的部件都是一样的，就是图1中的增强块4为环状凸缘7所代替，其构成材料与关闭组件的主体者相同。
如图2b所示，对于常规的方式的焊接，对压器8置于主体的外侧，并用了焊接组件6。于是实现了凸缘7的变形，将凸缘转变为增强块9形成了一内侧的凸缘，如图2c所示。
增强块9的结构在图2d中看得更清楚。
可以理解，如图2e所示，与关闭组件固定在一起的切割部件10紧挨着主体切除增强块9的切割效果比不用这种方法时要好得多。切口很整齐没有撕裂或划破的现象。
根据实施例的一种变化形式，焊接工具6具有特定的外型，因而仅在切割区园周的一部分上出现增强块。于是获得了图3b的结构，在其中区域11保持了先有技术的装置的无增强块的结构。
按这种方式，被切除的薄膜片仍保持与袋套联系而不致掉入袋内。

Claims (4)

1、在柔性的合成材料制成的包装袋上开孔的装置，该类装置包含由一个园筒体和一个与上述园筒体结合在一起的塞子构成的关闭和倒出的组件并备有用挤压的方法在包装袋壁上切割和开孔的部件以使盛在包装袋内的液体可以倒出来，其特征是，在其主体(1)基底内侧伸出一增强块，置于要切割的区域上，上述的增强块在材料上与上述主体结成整体。
2、根据权利要求1所要求的装置，其特征是，由一特殊的对压器（5）协同加热元件把增强块（4）焊在薄膜壳上。
3、根据权利要求1所要求的装置，其特征是，增强块（9）是靠环状凸缘（7）的变形而获得的，增强块（9）形成了一个内侧的凸缘。
4、根据权利要求3所要求的装置，其特征是，仅在要切下的片的园周的一部分上加增强块，上述片切割后仍与包装袋保持联系。
