Abstract
家用双功能灯,属于家庭医用保健及照明装置。目前已有的家庭医用保健器或照明装置中,其种类及使用效果均远远不能满足人们日常生活和医疗保健的需要。本实用新型提供了一种双功能灯。这种灯既能照明,又能治病,其治疗灯头中采用了能发射出模拟人体频谱的辐射体,且辐射体的托体具有多种造型,因而该灯既能兼治多种疾病,又能根据托体造型及辐射体选用的不同而分别或同时对血液循环等三个大方面疾病的治疗具有显著疗效。
Description
本实用新型属于家庭医用保健及照明装置。
目前人们所用的家庭医用保健器或照明装置中,既能同时有较好的医用保健和普通照明的功用,又能有制造成本低、使用和维修方便等优点的装置,其种类及使用效果均远远不能满足人们的日常生活和医疗保健的需要。例如专利申请号为DT2846221,WO8302233,DE3301802以及CN85100538的这些技术,虽然以紫外线、容纳光以及近红外线来治疗人体疾病,但因其紫外线、容纳光以及近红外线本身对人体疾病治疗的范围和疗效局限性都很大,加之这些技术对日用照明等问题考虑的不多,因而仍不能同时较好地满足人们日常生活照明和医疗保健的需要。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双功能灯,这种灯能同时起到日用医疗保健以及生活照明的作用,它既能对治疗多种疾病均有疗效,又能对血液循环系统疾病的治疗、外科或皮肤病及关节炎类疾病的治疗、植物神经功能紊乱疾病的治疗这三个治疗范围分别或全部有显著的疗效,并且,它还充分考虑到日用照明的需要,具有较为简单、合理的设计造型。
以下是本实用新型的主要技术解决方案:
它包括灯座、灯杆、灯罩、照明灯泡或灯管,以及电源供电控制系统,其特征在于:
a、具有特殊结构的治疗灯机械托体与上述灯杆的顶端呈可转动或滚动形式联接,
b、有1~3只杆式或者条式治疗灯辐射体固定在上述托体的固定部件上,而该辐射体又由基体、换能层以及模拟人体频谱发生层顺次叠合而成,或者,由在其中装有加热电阻丝的耐热绝缘管上复盖上频谱发生层而制成。其中,上述1~3只杆式或者条式治疗灯辐射体上的模拟人体频谱发生层均由“氧化镁”、“氧化铁”、“氧化锰”、“氧化钼”、“氧化锌”、“氧化锂”、“氧化铜”、“氧化钛”、“氧化锶”、“氧化铬”、“氧化钴”、“氧化钒”、“金属铬”以及“氧化镧等混合稀土元素材料”,按照或分别按照1~3种互不相同的元素材料比例制成。
上述具有特殊结构的治疗灯机械托体是指这样一类托体:
a、单向单组托体,即是这样一种托体,仅有一只既可安装治疗灯头,又可换装上照明灯头的通用灯座在圆锥形反射罩的圆锥角中心处沿锥形开口方向与反射罩的角颈端相联,
b、双向单组托体,即是这样一种托体,供安装治疗灯头使用的辐射灯座与照明灯座以不同的方向或者背贴背反向固定。上述辐射灯座又在圆锥形反射罩的圆锥角中心处沿锥形开口方向与反射罩的角颈端相联。
c、叁面双组滚动式托体,即是这样一种托体,有两只上述基体及一只照明灯托体互相以其横截面呈三边形的位置关系固定于滚动托箍上,
d、肆面叁组滚动式托体,即是这样一种托体,有叁只上述基体及一只照明灯托体互相以其横截面呈四边形的位置关系固定于滚动托箍上。
上述滚动托箍是指这样一种托箍,其箍缘通过滚动夹持部件以及支撑条固定在上述灯杆顶端。
上述按照或分别按照1~3种互不相同的元素材料比例制成是指,所设计有的1~3只杆式或者条式治疗灯辐射体的模拟人体频谱发生层均可以“氧化镁”:“氧化铁”:“氧化锰”:“氧化钼”:“氧化锌”:“氧化锂”:“氧化铜”:“氧化钛”:“氧化锶”:“氧化铬”:“氧化钴”:“氧化钒”:“金属铬”:“氧化镧等混合稀土元素材料”这样一种材料及比例顺序任意按下述的任何一组、二组或三组比例制成:
第Ⅰ组 即,2:30:0:0.6:6:1.5:1.2:
2:1.2:37:0.3:5:1.2:12,
或者,
第Ⅱ组 即,0.5:25:3:2:7:2:1.5:1:
1:55:0:0:1.5:0.5,或者,
第Ⅲ组 即,1.5:15:1:1.5:5:0:1.6:
0:0:62:0.7:3:0.7:8。
由于采用了上述主要技术解决方案,本实用新型主要能做到一灯既可照明又可防病治病。而且由于选用了三组比例的元素材料制成辐射体,而这些辐射体能模拟人体频谱发射出效应场,这些效应场既能兼治内科、外科、妇产科、皮肤科以及小儿科等方面的多种疾病,又能根据托体造型及辐射体选用的不同而分别或同时提供对血液循环系统疾病的治疗(用第Ⅰ组)、伤科或皮肤科及关节炎类疾病的治疗(用第Ⅱ组)、植物神经功能紊乱的治疗(用第Ⅲ组)有显著疗效的功能,加之其设计简单、结构合理、制造和使用方便,因此,本实用新型尤适合于家用,且基本上达到了原发明的目的。

以下是本实用新型的实施例:
例1单向单组治疗照明灯
本治疗灯由底座(1)、灯杆(2)、托体(3)以及单组治疗灯头(4)或普通照明灯头组成。塑性软管式灯杆的底端固定于底座(1)上。该底座内装有电控系统。该灯管的顶端固定着一个其电气部件与上述电控系统相连接的单相单组式托体(3)。
单组治疗灯头(4)是这样制成的:辐射体(5)中选用杆式基体(6),把半导体型换能层(7)喷镀在该基体上,同时,其模拟人体频谱发生层(8)选用本说明书前述各元素材料,按前述的第Ⅰ组比例用涂敷的方法涂敷在上述换能层上。基体安装于保护网(9)下、反射罩(10)中心,且该基体(6)的顶端配置有一与通用螺口照明灯上的螺口相同的螺纹接头,该螺纹接头与上述换能层(7)呈电气连接。
这里的单向单组托体选用一个普通照明灯单向灯罩(12)及其固定部件,该托体内设有一只照明灯头或治疗灯头均适用的灯座(11)。照明时,用普通螺纹照明灯泡旋接在该灯座(11)上,治疗时,换上单组治疗灯头(4)即可。
由于这里选用了其模拟人体频谱发生层(8)由前述第Ⅰ组元素材料制成的治疗灯头,从而对治疗血液循环系统疾病有显著疗效。如欲使其对伤科或皮肤病及关节炎类疾病的治疗有显著疗效;则上述发生层(8)可选用由第Ⅱ组元素材料制成的治疗灯头;如欲使其对治疗植物神经功能紊乱疾病有显著疗效,则上述发生层(8)可选用由第Ⅲ组元素材料制成的治疗灯头,(后同)。
例2双向单组治疗照明灯
这里,除了下述不同外,其余部件及其联接形式均同例1:
①托体选用两个背贴背互为反向的普通照明灯双向灯罩(13)及其固定部件,即双向托体(3);②上述双向托体中安装有一只单独由前述三组元素材料比例中任意一组制成其模拟人体频谱发生层(8)的治疗灯头,同时,也可安装一只照明灯泡(15)。
例3叁面双组照明治疗灯
这里,弹簧移臂式灯杆(2)的底端与钳式底座(1)联接,同时,上述灯杆(2)的顶端与叁面双组滚动式托体(3)连接。钳式底座(1)中装有电控系统且该电控系统与上述滚动式托体中的电气部件相连。
上述滚动式托体(3)是由夹持型滚动托箍(14)与三块反射罩(10)呈夹持形式联接而成。上述三块反射罩(10)自身呈圆弧形且以弧凸部份组成一个其横截面呈三边形的形式联接。其中的两块反射罩上固定有两只辐射体(5),另一块反射罩上固定有一只照明灯管(15)。上述两只辐射体(5)的频谱发生层(8)可分别选用由前述三种元素材料比例中的任意两组制成。
例4肆面叁组照明治疗灯
除下述部件不同外,其余部件及联接形式均同例:
滚动式托体(3)是由夹持型滚动托箍(14)与四块反射罩(10)呈夹持形式联接而成。上述四块反射罩(10)自身呈圆弧形且以弧凸部份组成一个其横截面呈四边形的形式联接。其中三块反射罩上分别固定有三只其频谱发生层(8)分别按前述三种元素材料比例制成的辐射体(5),而另一块反射罩上固定有一只照明灯管(15)。
Claims (4)
1、家用双功能灯,它包括底座(1)、灯杆(2)、灯罩(12)、照明灯泡或灯管(15)以及电源供电控制系统,其特征在于:
a、具有特殊结构的治疗灯机械托体(3)与上述灯杆(2)的顶端呈可转动或滚动形式联接,
b、有1~3只杆式或者条式治疗灯辐射体(5)固定在上述托体(3)的固定部件上,而该辐射体(5)又由基体(6)、换能层(7)以及模拟人体频谱发生层(8)顺次叠合而成,或者,由在其中装有加热电阻丝的耐热绝缘管上复盖上频谱发生层(8)而制成,其中,上述1~3只杆式或者条式治疗灯辐射体(5)上的模拟人体频谱发生层(8),均由“氧化镁”、“氧化铁”、“氧化锰”、“氧化钼”、“氧化锌”、“氧化锂”、“氧化铜”、“氧化钛”、“氧化锶”、“氧化铬”、“氧化钴”、“氧化钒”、“金属铬”以及“氧化镧等混合稀土元素材料”按照或分别按照1~3种互不相同的元素材料比例制成。
2、据权利要求1所述双功能灯,其特征在于上述具有特殊结构的治疗灯机械托体(3)是指这样一类托体:
a、单向单组托体,即是这样一种托体,仅有一只既可安装治疗灯头,又可换上照明灯头的通用灯座(11)在圆锥形反射罩(10)的圆锥角中心处沿锥形开口方向与反射罩(10)的角颈端相联,
b、双向单组托体,即是这样一种托体,供安装治疗灯头用的辐射灯座与照明灯座以不同的方向或者背贴背反向固定,上述辐射灯座又在圆锥形反射罩(10)的圆锥角中心处沿锥形开口方向与反射罩(10)的角颈端相联,
c、叁面双组滚动式托体,即是这样一种托体,有两只上述基体(6)及一只照明灯托体(3)互相以其横截面呈三边形的位置关系固定于滚动托箍(14)上,
d、肆面叁组滚动式托体,即是这样一种托体,有叁只上述基体(6)及一只照明灯托体(3)互相以其横截面呈四边形的位置关系固定于滚动托箍(14)上。
3、据权利要求2所述的双功能灯,其特征在于上述滚动托箍(14)是指这样一种托箍,其箍缘通过滚动夹持部件以及支撑条固定在上述灯杆(2)顶端。
4、据权利要求1所述双功能灯,其特征在于上述按照或分别按照1~3种互不相同的元素材料比例制成是指所设计有的1~3只杆式或者条式治疗灯辐射体上的模拟人体频谱发生层(8),均可以“氧化镁”:“氧化铁”:“氧化锰”:“氧化钼”:“氧化锌”:“氧化锂”:“氧化铜”:“氧化钛”:“氧化锶”:“氧化铬”:“氧化钴”:“氧化钒”:“金属铬”:“氧化镧等混合稀土元素材料”这样一种材料及比例顺序,任意按下述的任何一组、二组或三组比例制成:
第1组,即,2:30:0:0.6:6:1.5:1.2:
2:1.2:37:0.3:5:1.2:12,
或者,
第2组,即,0.5:25:3:2:7:2:1.5:1:
1:55:0:0:1.5:0.5,或者,
