Abstract

Verfahren zum Screenen organometallischen Materials auf Katalyse, wobei das Verfahren umfasst:
das Herstellen eines Arrays organometallischer Materialien durch
– Liefern einer ersten Komponente eines ersten organometallischen Materials und einer ersten Komponente eines zweiten organometallischen Materials zu ersten und zweiten Regionen auf einem Substrat,
– Liefern einer zweiten Komponente des ersten organometallischen Materials und einer zweiten Komponente des zweiten organometallischen Materials zu den ersten und zweiten Regionen auf dem Substrat,
– simultanes zur Reaktion bringen der Komponenten, um zumindest zwei organometallische Materialien zu bilden, und
– das parallele Screenen des Arrays organometallischer Materialien auf eine chemische Eigenschaft, wobei die chemische Eigenschaft Katalyse ist.

Claims (12)

  1. Verfahren zum Screenen organometallischen Materials auf Katalyse, wobei das Verfahren umfasst: das Herstellen eines Arrays organometallischer Materialien durch – Liefern einer ersten Komponente eines ersten organometallischen Materials und einer ersten Komponente eines zweiten organometallischen Materials zu ersten und zweiten Regionen auf einem Substrat, – Liefern einer zweiten Komponente des ersten organometallischen Materials und einer zweiten Komponente des zweiten organometallischen Materials zu den ersten und zweiten Regionen auf dem Substrat, – simultanes zur Reaktion bringen der Komponenten, um zumindest zwei organometallische Materialien zu bilden, und – das parallele Screenen des Arrays organometallischer Materialien auf eine chemische Eigenschaft, wobei die chemische Eigenschaft Katalyse ist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Array von Recktanten-Komponenten unter einer Inert-Atmosphäre unter Druck gesetzt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Komponenten simultan unter Verwendung lösungsbasierter Synthesetechniken zur Reaktion gebracht werden.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Komponenten der besagten Materialien zu den besagten ersten und zweiten Regionen auf dem besagten Substrat durch einen automatisierten Dispenser geliefert werden.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Reaktionsbedingungen in unterschiedlichen Verfahrensregionen unabhängig gesteuert werden.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Reaktionsbedingungen von Reaktionsregion zu Reaktionsregion variiert werden.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die besagte erste Komponente des besagten ersten Materials und die besagte zweite Komponente des besagten ersten Materials simultan zu der besagten ersten Region geliefert werden.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die besagte erste Komponente des besagten ersten Materials und die besagte erste Komponente des besagten zweiten Materials jeweils simultan zu der besagten ersten Region und der besagten zweiten Region geliefert werden.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die besagte erste Komponente des besagten ersten Materials und die besagte erste Komponente des besagten zweiten Materials dieselbe ist, aber in unterschiedlichen Mengen angeboten wird.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 9, wobei die besagte zweite Komponente des besagten ersten Materials und die besagte zweite Komponente des besagten zweiten Materials dieselbe ist, aber in unterschiedlichen Mengen angeboten wird.

Verfahren zum Screenen organometallischen Materials auf Katalyse, wobei das Verfahren das Herstellen von zumindest zwei unterschiedlichen Material-Arrays umfasst, wobei das Verfahren umfasst: (a) das Liefern einer ersten Komponente eines ersten organometallischen Materials zu einer ersten Region auf einem ersten Substrat und das Liefern der besagten ersten Komponente des besagten ersten organometallischen Materials zu einer ersten Region auf einem zweiten Substrat; (b) das Liefern einer ersten Komponente eines zweiten organometallischen Materials zu einer zweiten Region auf dem besagten ersten Substrat und das Liefern der besagten ersten Komponente des besagten zweiten organometallischen Materials zu einer zweiten Region auf dem besagten zweiten Substrat; (c) das Liefern einer zweiten Komponente des besagten ersten organometallischen Materials zu der besagten ersten Region auf dem besagten ersten Substrat und das Lie fern der besagten zweiten Komponente des besagten ersten organometallischen Materials zu der besagten ersten Region auf dem besagten zweiten Substrat; (d) das Liefern einer zweiten Komponente des besagten zweiten organometallischen Materials zu der besagten zweiten Region auf dem besagten ersten Substrat und das Liefern der besagten zweiten Komponente des besagten zweiten organometallischen Materials zu der besagten zweiten Region des besagten zweiten Substrats; (e) das zur Reaktion bringen der besagten Komponenten auf dem besagten ersten Substrat unter einem ersten Satz von Reaktionsbedingungen und der besagten Komponenten auf dem besagten zweiten Substrat unter einem zweiten Satz von Reaktionsbedingungen, um zumindest zwei unterschiedliche Arrays von zumindest zwei organometallischen Materialien zu bilden; und (f) das Screenen des Arrays organometallischer Materialien auf eine chemische Eigenschaft, wobei die chemische Eigenschaft Katalyse ist.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei der besagte erste Satz von Reaktionsbedingungen von dem besagten zweiten Satz von Reaktionsbedingungen hinsichtlich der Temperatur oder des Druckes oder der Reaktionszeiten oder der Atmosphäre, bei der die Reaktionen durchgeführt werden, abweicht.
