In FIGS. 3 and 4, a similar embodiment of the instrument as shown in Figs. 1 and 2 is shown. The instrument according to FIGS. 3 and 4 is, however, adapted in a special way to the special requirements that apply when the instrument is to be used with a milling cutter 3 'instead of a basin pan 3 , which is driven by an electric motor and is intended to clear out the acetabulum.
