Of these, Based on the object of the invention, an improved device to provide soundproofing and soundproofing, with which in view of the prior art, a further increased Sound absorption is achieved. Furthermore, this should be Manufacture device easily and inexpensively and on current requirements, be it requirements for the sound absorption coefficient as also requirements with regard to existing inputs and cultivation requirements, let adjust.
Solved The object is therefore achieved by a device for soundproofing and sound insulation, comprising a sheet-like Resonanzabsorbervlies, which before at least one reverberant Wall of a cavity forming walls spanned and multilayered is formed, each layer of an acoustically at least largely transparent mesh fleece consists, which with extremely fine fibers, such as nano- and / or micro-fibers, is occupied.
By this measure is adaptable to current needs respectively tunable, broadband and medium frequency device for sound insulation and sound insulation in the form of a sound absorber low weight, which is easy and inexpensive intended to be installed.
Die Unteransprüche beschreiben bevorzugte Weiterbildungen oder Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung. The Subclaims describe preferred developments or Embodiments of the invention.
Thereafter, the Resonanzabsorbervlies is at least partially spaced apart from the reverberant wall or rests on the same. Advantageously, the Resonanzabsorbervlies can be clamped by means of the same strapping and / or penetrating tension wire in front of the at least one reverberant wall. Further advantageously, the Resonanzabsorbervlies be spanned in a frame, which in turn is positioned in front of the at least one reverberant wall. As a framework, for example, offers a means of tension wire held open and stretched non-woven bag, in which the Resonanzabsorbervlies is held at least in edge regions thereof. As the invention still provides, adjacent layers of the Resonanzabsorbervlieses may be selectively connected to each other, whereby the rigidity and strength of the Resonanzabsorbervlieses and consequently also the Verbaubarkeit thereof is improved. For the same reasons, a perforated film can be arranged between adjacent layers of the resonance absorber fleece without hindering the desired acoustic transparency of the resonance absorber fleece. In that regard, the holes are to be made correspondingly large. The resonance absorber fleece preferably consists of plastic fibers, ie both the mesh fleece as the carrier layer and the nano- or microfibers. However, the invention is not limited to plastic fibers, but covers in particular for the mesh nonwoven any suitable fibers, for example, natural fibers. In order not to interfere with the installation and installation of parts, aggregates and the like. More in the cavity by said Resonanzabsorbervlies, it may already have one or more openings and / or openings. Said openings and / or breakthroughs can ago be formed part by pocket-shaped clamping of Resonanzabsorbervlieses by means of tension wire. By selecting the number of layers of Resonanzabsorbervlieses and the distance of Resonanzabsorbervlieses to reverberant wall, the sound absorption in terms of absorption and its frequency response is adjustable within wide limits. The device according to the invention is particularly suitable for use on vehicles, wherein the at least one reverberant wall can be formed by a bulkhead, a pillar trim, a molded roof, an engine compartment hood or trunk lid or any other reverberant and a cavity bounding wall of a vehicle.
Es zeigen:The Invention will now be described schematically with reference to the drawings illustrated embodiment explained. Show it:
