The current state-of-the-art devices for blood collection and administration of fluids must be activated either by an additional handle after injection, or are primarily intended for use as intravenous catheters; because of the complex structure of the latter, the elaborate construction and the high costs, they can not prevail for regular blood samples.
The object of the invention to produce cost-effective needle protection systems, which almost simultaneously protects the needle tip when removing the cannula from the skin, without an additional handle must be performed, is achieved by the invention.
The object is achieved by fixing a movable device (string, thread, rope) to the needle guard or to the cannula shaft or to the sheath of the needle guard, with which the needle guard is pulled over the cannula tip during removal of the cannula from the skin ,
Optional könnte an dieser Vorrichtung ein Wundverschluss gekoppelt werden (Kompresse, Pflaster)Optionally, a wound closure could be coupled to this device (compress, plaster)
The safety cannula consists of a cannula base, which may communicate with a syringe, and a cannula tip and a cannula shaft which connects to a cannula base and cannula tip cavity. The cannula shaft has a circumscribed thickening or reduction of the diameter of the cannula at a defined distance from the distal cannula end as a holding device for fixing the holding means to the needle guard. The holding means consists of at least one opening at the base of the needle guard, in which the cannula shaft slides; the needle guard is thus slidably mounted. In this case, the cannula shaft has a portion with a diameter inwardly of the cannula tip, which is greater than the diameter of the opening of the needle guard, so that the distal movement amount of the needle guard is limited. As holding means and clamping edges can be present in connection with a notch in the needle shaft; In addition, a rope, tape or thread or wire can be attached as a connection from the needle guard to the cannula base and thus serve as a holding means. The needle guard consists of a share of resilient force in standby position abuts the cannula shaft and covers the cannula tip in the blocking position.
In addition, the safety cannula consists of a moving part such as cord, tape, rope or wire, which is attached to the needle guard, on the cannula shaft, or on a possibly existing sheath to move the needle guard manually towards the needle point.
Die Erfindung wird im folgenden Ausführungsbeispiel näher beschriebenThe invention will be described in more detail in the following embodiment
- a) The safety cannula consists of a cannula base (
1 ) which is the end of the cannula and is firmly connected to the syringe; from a cannula tip (2 ) as the beginning of the cannula and a cannula shaft (3 ), which connects with a cavity cannula base and cannula tip. The cannula shaft (3 ) has as a holding device for fixing the holding means (6 ) on the needle guard a thickening of the diameter (4 ) of the cannula at a defined distance to the beginning of the cannula. Furthermore, the safety cannula has a needle guard with an annular outer part (20 ), which has two small openings (10 .11 ) to the passage of the cannula; from this outer portion (20 ) goes inside at least one bent part (7 ), which with the pressure of a force caused by bending stress in the ready position the cannula shaft (3 ) is present. The length of this bent part is greater than the distance to the first opening (10 ); after withdrawal of the cannula tip from the opening (10 ) causes the bending stress of the bent portion (7 ) that a pressure on the cannula shaft is exerted, and this from the opening (10 ) on the ring (20 ) is pushed away; upon further withdrawal of the cannula tip, the bent part under bending stress (FIG.7 ) between cannula tip and opening (10 ). The area of the opening (11 ) is used as a holding means (6 ) formed by which of the cannula shaft (3 ) stirs. Through the opening (10 ) on the ring, the loop of the moving part (9 ) is fixed circularly to the cannula and the cannula is guided stably on the ring in the ready position. With the moving part (9 ), the needle guard is moved in the direction of the needle tip. The cannula shaft (3 ) has a section of thicker diameter (4 ) inwardly of the cannula tip (2 ), wherein this diameter (4 ) is greater than the diameter of the holding means (6 ) in the region of the opening (11 ) of the needle guard, so that the amount of movement of the needle shield in the direction of the needle tip through the holding means is limited; This ensures that the needle guard can not be completely detached from the cannula shaft. As a holding means thus serves a limiting diameter in the region of the opening (11 ) on the ring, wherein the diameter is dimensioned so that the holding device in the form of a thickening at the beginning of the cannula can not be passed. Furthermore, the needle guard consists of at least one bent part (7 ) within the ring, which is subject to the pressure of a bending stress force on the cannula shaft (3 ), as long as the cannula and the needle guard. In standby position is; if the needle guard is moved beyond the needle point, the needle tip leaves the opening (10 ) on the ring and it goes to the bent portion (7 ) in blocking position in that the pressure of the force caused by bending stress causes the cannula shaft (3 ) from the opening (10 ) is pushed away, and with further withdrawal of the cannula tip, the opening (10 ) is covered by this bent part. In front of the cannula tip exists in the blocking position now existing a protective wall, which is either from the proportion (7 ) of the needle guard or through the inner wall of the ring into which the cannula shaft is pressed by the bending stress of the bent part. The safety cannula has at least one movable part (9 ) such as string, thread, tape or wire which the cannula shaft (3 ) behind the opening (10 ) and which on the holding device (4 ) beyond the cannula shaft (3 ) is displaceable and with the the needle guard towards the needle point (2 ) can be moved; where is the moving part (9 ) is connected by a loop circularly around the cannula shaft with the cannula shaft; the loop detaches from the cannula shaft when the needle guard is moved towards the needle tip as the needle tip is moved out of the aperture (FIG.10 ) has slipped on the ring and thus releases the loop. The width and diameter of the ring and the distance between the two openings (10 .11 ) and the distance of the holding device (4 ) to the cannula tip (2 ) are coordinated so that the needle guard in blocking position can not get outside the ring. - b) In another embodiment, the cannula shaft (
3 ) a section of thinner diameter (12 ) (Notch) inward of the cannula tip (2 ) on. As holding means serve clamping edges (13 ), which in the region of the opening (11 ) of the needle guard are attached and which engage when moving the needle guard in the direction of the needle tip, so that the amount of movement of the needle guard in the direction of the needle tip is limited by the holding means and the needle guard in blocking position not outside the ring (20 ) can get. The safety cannula has at least one movable part (9 ) such as string, thread, tape or wire which the cannula shaft (3 ) behind the opening (10 ) and which on the holding device (4 ) beyond the cannula shaft (3 ) is displaceable and with the needle guard in the direction of the needle tip (2 ) can be moved; where is the moving part (9 ) connected by a loop with the cannula shaft; the loop detaches from the cannula shaft when the needle guard is moved towards the needle tip as the needle tip is moved out of the aperture (FIG.10 ) is slipped and thus releases the loop; the other structure should correspond to the basic model a. - c) In a further exemplary embodiment, the holding means (
14 ) a flexible connection such as thread or rope between the needle guard and the cannula base attached. This flexible connection between the needle guard and the cannula base limits the amount of movement of the needle shield when moving the needle guard in the direction of the needle tip; This ensures that the needle guard can not completely detach from the cannula shaft; other holding devices or holding means need not be present; The safety cannula has at least one movable part (9 ) such as string, thread, tape or wire which the cannula shaft (3 ) behind the opening (10 ) and which at the cannula shaft (3 ) is displaceable and with the needle guard in the direction of the needle tip (2 ) can be moved; where is the moving part (9 ) connected by a loop with the cannula shaft; the loop detaches from the cannula shaft when the needle guard is moved towards the needle tip as the needle tip is moved out of the aperture (FIG.10 ) is slipped and thus releases the loop; the structure with the curved part (7 ), which rests with the pressure of a force caused by bending stress in the ready position to the cannula shaft and in blocking position as a protective wall in front of the cannula tip or the cannula shaft (3 ) from the opening (10 ) is to correspond to the basic model a. - d) In another embodiment, the safety cannula has in the region of the proportion (
7 ) within the ring with the pressure of a force caused by bending stress in the ready position the cannula shaft (3 ) abuts an opening (15 ) through which the cannula shaft passes: the other structure including the moving part (9 ) may correspond to the embodiments a-g. - e) In a further exemplary embodiment, at least one movable part is located on the safety cannula (
9 ) such as string, thread, tape or wire which is attached to the needle guard or to the cannula shaft (3 ) and with which the needle guard towards needle point (2 ) can be moved; while the attachment is such that it can not come loose; the other structure including the moving part (9 ) may correspond to the embodiments a-g. - f) In another embodiment, the outer part of the safety cannula should not consist of a ring, but be constructed angular; the other structure may correspond to the embodiments a-g.
- g) In a further embodiment, the movable part is intended as a wound closure part (
19 ) with a partially adhesive surface or possibly with a gauze portion; the moving part should be associated with a wound closure system or itself part of the wound closure; the other structure may correspond to the embodiments a-g.
