– einem
Federteller (11) und Abrollkolben (12);
– einem Luftfederbalg (14)
aus elastomerem Werkstoff, wobei die beiden Balgenden am Federteller
(11) einerseits und am Abrollkolben (12) andererseits befestigt
sind, wodurch der Luftfederbalg (14) eine volumenelastische Luftkammer
(15) einschließt,
wobei ferner der Luftfederbalg (14) eine erste Schlaufe (16) ausbildet,
die an der Außenwand
(13) des Abrollkolbens (12) entlang abrollen kann; sowie
– einem
Dämpfer
(2), umfassend ein Behälterrohr
(3), das mit einem Radträger
(8) verbunden ist, eine Kolbenstange (4) mit Dämpferkolben (5), eine Kolbenstangenführung (6) mit
Integration eines Dämpferdichtungspaketes,
sowie ein Dämpferlager
(7), wobei die Kolbenstange (4) einerseits fest mit dem Dämpferlager
(7) verbunden ist und andererseits in dem Behälterrohr (3) mittels des Dämpferkolbens (5)
und der Kolbenstangenführung

wird:

Rahmen einer Weiterentwicklung besteht die Aufgabe der Erfindung
darin, eine aus der

- – einem Luftfederbalg aus elastomerem Werkstoff, wobei die beiden Balgenden am Federteller einerseits und am Abrollkolben andererseits befestigt sind, wodurch der Luftfederbalg eine volumenelastische Luftkammer einschließt, wobei ferner der Luftfederbalg eine erste Schlaufe ausbildet, die an der Außenwand des Abrollkolbens entlang abrollen kann; sowie
- – einem Dämpfer, umfassend ein Behälterrohr, das mit einem Radträger verbunden ist, eine Kolbenstange mit Dämpferkolben, eine Kolbenstangenführung mit Integration eines Dämpferdichtungspaketes, sowie ein Dämpferlager, wobei die Kolbenstange einerseits fest mit dem Dämpferlager verbunden ist und andererseits in dem Behälterrohr mittels des Dämpferkolbens und der Kolbenstangenführung verschiebbar gelagert ist; wobei die erste Schlaufe eine gleichmäßige Schlaufenbreite am Abrollkolben besitzt;
- – der Federteller eine erste Anlagekontur und eine zweite Anlagekontur für den Luftfederbalg unter Bildung einer zweiten Schlaufe mit ungleichmäßi ger Schlaufenbreite auf, wobei die zweite Schlaufe nur bei Ein- und Ausfederungsvorgängen und bei Druckveränderungen ihre Position verändert, indem die erste Anlagenkontur (A), wo die zweite Schlaufe zu ihrer größten Schlaufenbreite (a) gelangt, als Anschlagsfläche dient, während die zweite Anlagekontur (B), wo die zweite Schlaufe eine geringere Schlaufenbreite (b) besitzt, als anschlagsfreie Abrollfläche gestaltet ist.

17 und das Hindern dieser Schlaufe am freien Abrollen in Bezug auf ihren gesamten Schlaufenumfang und somit durch die Einstellung des Kräftegleichgewichtszustandes zur ersten Schlaufe16 , die in Bezug auf ihren gesamten Schlaufenumfang frei abrollen kann, entsteht eine zur Symmetrieachse Y des Dämpfers2 außermittig liegende Flächenbelastung des Deckels11 . Diese Flächenlast hat wiederum ein Drehmoment19 zur Folge, das aufgrund seiner Drehrichtung die Querkraftkompensation erbringt. - 2. Wiederum durch das einseitige Aufliegen hat der Luftfederbalg
14 das Bestreben auszuknicken. Dieses Bestreben entsteht ebenfalls durch: – die Flächenlast und das resultierende Drehmoment19 ; – die Schrägstellung des Deckels11 zur horizontalen Ebene X des Dämpfers2 ; – einen Versatz des Deckels11 zur Symmetrieachse Y des Dämpfers2 . Das Ausknicken bzw. ein harmonisches Ausrichten wird jedoch dadurch verhindert, dass sich der Luftfederbalg14 über die erste Schlaufe16 am Abrollkolben12 abstützt und somit eine Querkraft entsteht, die die resultierenden Querkräfte verringert bzw. aufhebt.
