in Abhängigkeit von-Bahnabstand erfaßt.
Nozzle dryers with frictionless web guidance Flotation dryers are drying channels for material webs, in which these are otherwise carried without contact by the air flow. The task of carrying the web is taken over by nozzles from which air is blown vertically or at an angle in the direction of the web. The speed with which the nozzle stream hits the web is decisive for the drying performance, but also the nozzle shape and the nozzle arrangement. Designs that have become known so far can only use either approximately ideal nozzle shapes with a strikingly large path distance or aerodynamically unfavorable nozzle shapes and arrangements with a smaller distance. No construction deliberately uses a nozzle arrangement that provides stable support with a small track spacing, rather the support effect is largely indifferent. The consequence is either the need to move the opposing nozzle fields so far away from each other that the web has a lot of space to oscillate or to keep the air output of a nozzle field small at a small distance. The previous failure in the construction of high-performance flotation dryers lies in the indifferent or even unstable behavior of the force acting on the web. This force action - also called jet pressure - is calculated for the vertically arranged single nozzle with P = p # F and for the inclined blowing single nozzle with P = p (F + F # cos p (). It can be seen that the jet pressure is constant on the web The necessary central position of the web between the upper and lower nozzle field is essentially achieved by the damming up of the outflowing air, which can have a stabilizing effect with a suitable shape. The aim of the development was therefore a nozzle system in which the effect of force decreases sharply with increasing web spacing and, conversely, increases sharply when the material web approaches the nozzle. The pair of nozzles according to the invention fulfills this objective. Two parallel slot nozzles Ager rows of holes or rows of holes are arranged so that they blow out at an angle to each other arranged by appropriate choice of the nozzle field spacing that.sich the souls of the two jet streams of a jet pair do not meet. It is characterized by the lack of an exhaust air cross-section between the pair of nozzles. As a result, the air is forced to flow away undirected by more than 90o and undivided. The nozzle arrangement according to the invention offers two advantages. Firstly, the heat transfer is improved by the small path distance and the more than 90o amount of beam deflection and secondly, the full dynamic pressure is built up between the nozzles of a nozzle pair. This dynamic pressure reduces the jet resolution through reduced turbulence on the damming side of each nozzle jet and finally fulfills the requirement of a force action dependent on the path distance in such a way that a stabilizing effect results when z.ß. the same nozzles are arranged on both sides of the web. The force applied by the pair of nozzles according to the invention can also be determined by calculation. The first term corresponds to the aforementioned dynamic pressure formula, while the second term records the influence of the stagnation field between the nozzles of a nozzle pair as a function of the path distance. The drawing shows the execution of a nozzle arrangement according to the invention. The nozzle field has several nozzle carriers 1 with the nozzle pair 2 and 3. The souls 5 and 6 are aligned with the meeting point 8. The path 4 lies between the meeting point 8 and the pair of nozzles 2 and 3, so that the souls 5 and 6 meet the path 4 at points 9 and 10. The left nozzle jet 6 is deflected to the left and the right nozzle jet 5 to the right. Enclosed between 4, 5, 6 and 1 is the storage space 11, which presses on the web 4 with the stowage field 7, iZan recognizes that the size of the stowage field 7 becomes zero when the web 4 is shifted to point 8 and that, conversely, the approach the web 4 in the direction of the nozzle carrier 1, the damming field 7 can grow rapidly. The stabilizing effect is approximately optimal when point 8a lies in triangle 8.332. The notations a, t and o # are used to use the above formulas. In addition to the illustrated embodiment, modifications are possible, for example, by moving the upper to the lower nozzle field in the direction of travel of the web and correspond to the spirit of the invention.
