Abstract

The spanner has quick release system for exchange of sockets. The quick release system allows more than one kind of socket to be attached. The insertion of the socket into a steel housing allows a torsional force to be applied to the workpiece. The quick release mechanism can be removed from the housing quickly and repaired or replaced. A hexagonal opening at the end of the shaft body(1) allows different tools to be attached and used to turn the workpiece. For large scale work e.g. in shipyards or on machinery the spanner can be electrically driven.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein universelles Werkzeug zum Lösen oder Anziehen von Schrauben bzw. Muttern in ver­ schiedensten technischen Bereichen und Gewerben. Des Werkzeug stellt einen insoweit neuartigen Mehrfunktionen-Steckschlüssel dar, welcher sich vom bisherigen Stand der Technik darin unterscheidet, daß in einem Gehäuse des Steckschlüsselkörpers (1) durch eine besondere Vorrichtung (ein Schnellwechselsystem) schnelles Auswechseln von Steck­ aufsätzen (2) verschiedenster Größen und ihr sicheres Fixi­ ren möglich sind.The invention relates to a universal tool for loosening or tightening screws or nuts in various technical areas and trades. Diese Vorrichtung hält den Steckaufsatz im Gehäuse dadurch fest, daß ein um einen Schraubstift beweglicher Zahnsegment (4) sich gegen die Axe eines Schaltbolzens (3) stützt und den besonders ausgebildeten Steckaufsatz­ rand vollständig blockiert. Der Schaltbolzen (3) ist seinerseits durch ein Druckfeder und -kugelsystem so ausgebildet, daß er bei einer Linksdrehung Lösung der Schrauben, bei der Rechtsdrehung Anziehung der Schrau­ ben und in der Mittelstellung die Freigabe der ganzen Schnellwechselvorrichtung ermöglicht, allerdings nur nachdem der Schraubstift gelöst wird. Das ist bei sol­ chen Werkzeugen völlig neu, weil die Knarrvorrichtung meistens gepanzert im Gehäuse untergebracht ist und die Reparaturen entweder sehr umständlich oder überhaupt nicht zuläßt.According to the invention, this tool is characterized by a quick-change device which consists of parts ( 3 ) - ( 8 ).
