Abstract

The method involves the delivery of two differently coloured sand lime mixtures at the same time and one after the other into a funnel-shaped hopper. The material is deposited on to one side of the hopper and forms differing layers parallel to it at its natural angle of repose. The opposite side of the hopper is vertical. The material is released from the base of the hopper into an open bottomed filling carrier in slices controlled by a horizontally sliding discharge plate. The car moves along a flat surface (20) until it can discharge where the material undergoes a further mixing and change of appearance as it drops into a series of moulds (21).

Description

It is known in the sand-lime brick industry Exposed masonry stones in multiple forms mold and press that later view the surface of the masonry stones the vertical Side face of the shape is. That way in particular also made large blocks, which in many cases also without facing masonry, d. H. processed with optically visible side surfaces will. Although it is inexpensive, it is optically  not particularly because of the large stones appealing.

The invention is based on the object here To remedy the situation and a procedure for the manufacture of exposed masonry blocks made of sand-lime brick to develop with the simplest possible Wise and industrially easy sand-lime bricks can be produced, the visible surface is optically designed.

This task is solved by a manufacturing procedure in which the finished in a known manner Lime sandstone mixture (KS mixture) initially in entered a funnel-shaped bunker and over a lower bunker outlet in batches a filling truck is delivered, whereupon the Filling car drives over a multiple mold and that Feeds material into the individual mold chambers, which form the exposed brick in such a way that the later visible surface of the brick is the vertical side surface of the mold, and which is characterized in that at least two different colors KS mixtures one after the other and with each other alternately fed to the bunker, whereby the different color KS mixes extremely one-sided at the outer funnel edge in the bunker funnels are poured in such a way that in the bunker several layers of the different colored material under a natural bulk form angles, and that the material by means of  a bunker outlet slide valve, which the material layered at the angle of repose cut layers essentially horizontally, is placed in a filling truck in batches, which is designed as an open frame at the bottom is and the received material on a ge closed area up to the open top Mold chambers of the multiple mold pushes and into the individual mold chambers can collapse.

With the manufacturing method according to the invention of sand-lime bricks is easy and cost-effective cheap way and - as far as known - for the first time produces a KS exposed brick, which in the Natural marbled surfaces and Has flames. The similarity to nature requires in the visible surface of the finished stone about horizontal and / or sloping, but always repeatable (reproducible) basic patterns layering different in color Layering of materials, however, by chance are superimposed in the detailed training as they are occur in nature in a wide range.

To achieve this optimal result, see the teaching of the invention first a special Layers of layers in the bunker funnel before that the alternating feeding in different colors different KS mixtures is created where with differently varying thicknesses Layers are quite desirable, but with the special requirement that the color ver different KS mixtures extremely one-sided on  outer funnel edge into the bunker funnel be poured. Industrial and without that It is possible to carry out idle times expedient, the different colored material by means of floors running one above the other Feed conveyor belts, each of which is conveyor band transported its own color mix.

From the oblique angle of repose of the bunker layers According to the invention, a first order is then made layering in the direction of the desired horizontal or obliquely increasing orientation of the layers by means of a bunker outlet slide valve which the sloping bunker layers essentially cuts horizontally.

Through the subsequent batch process the material in a special type filling truck, by an open at the bottom and a fixed, closed surface drawn frame is marked, the material becomes an edge zone mixing process subjected such that the Transition zones between the basic pattern layers more diffuse and generally softer.

The second redeployment of the Material in that the material from the Filling car in the individual mold chambers of the Mehr subject form collapses.

Due to the combined sequence of the individual ver driving steps (sloping bunker stratification - first redistribution - boundary zone mixing - second  Redeployment) is one in the basic structure in the significant horizontal or sloping, but always varied marbling and Flame in the visible surface of the produced KS stones reached which resembles a great nature ability.

The method according to the invention is particularly beneficial good results when using a bunker funnel, that of the desired sloping bunker Layering of the material specially adapted and is characterized in that the funnel shaped bunkers only on the material feed side starting from the outer edge of the funnel with the natural angle of repose of the fed Materials beveled funnel wall sits and that the opposite Funnel wall is substantially vertical.

The invention is described below in a case game described with reference to the drawings.

Fig. 5 in a perspective view of lime sandstones that have been manufactured with the new Ver.

Fig. 1 shows a simplified representation of the basic structure of a hopper hopper 6 , in which the material is input extremely one-sided, at the outer right edge 7 of the hopper.

In this exemplary embodiment, two KS mixtures of different colors are supplied by means of the conveyor belts 8 and 9 arranged one above the other, alternately one after the other, the on-time of the conveyor belts being different from one another, so that in the bunker 6 material layers 10 of different color are 15 with different thicknesses arise.

Fig. 4).The material layers essentially follow the natural angle of repose of the material. To support this, the right wall of the bunker in the illustration is designed as a funnel wall 16 which runs obliquely with the natural angle of repose of the material, without its inclined position being equal to the angle of repose of the material, since otherwise the complete emptying of the bunker could be difficult . The opposite funnel wall 17 is essentially vertical for reasons of space, so that the bunker can be built as close as possible to the press station (see. Fig. 4).

Fig. 2 mit Fig. 3). The material layered in the bunker is indicated in batches in the filling car 19 via the lower bunker outlet slide valve 18 . The filling car has the shape of a frame slide open at the top and bottom, which is moved on the closed surface 20 to above the upwardly open mold chambers 21 of a multiple mold in order to allow the material received to collapse into the individual mold chambers (see FIG. 2 with Fig. 3).

Fig. 4). Die Sichtflächen der KS-Steine im ver mauerten Zustand sind die von den vertikalen Seitenflächen der Formkammern 21 geformten Seiten flächen 23 der dargestellten Steinrohlinge 22.After pressing the material in the mold chambers 21 , which is done in a known and customary manner, the finished stone blanks 22 are ejected upwards from the mold (see. Fig. 4). The visible surfaces of the KS stones in the bricked-up state are the side surfaces 23 formed by the vertical side surfaces of the molding chambers 21 of the stone blanks 22 shown .

Fig. 5 shows a exposed masonry of sand-lime stone-large blocks, in which the two upper stones are shown with the drawing unfortunately too long means roughly as they are ent according to the inventive method. The limestone blocks show in their visible surfaces a beautiful, nature-like marbling and flaming, which extend in the desired manner essentially horizontally or slightly rising in the exposed masonry.
