Abstract
Description
In the event of a medical examination or medical care on site, medical aids are used needed. In addition, hardware components can and should complement and simplify the doctor's work. The doctor's case with integrated hardware offers the doctor an equivalent 'practice' on site '. After this Such a mobile case solution (see above) is completely new at the current state of the art. This case solution includes both a grid-connected and a grid-independent power supply and thus guarantees unlimited Mobility.
The mobile doctor's case has a robust aluminum profile shell and it consists of two separate case parts - case lid A and case base body B. The latter is removable (see Fig. 3.1 and 5.1), so that case lid A (see Fig. 7) acts as a separate workstation can be used.
Steckleisten. Auf der Unterseite des Koffergrundkörpers B befinden sich Dokumentenfächer. The accessible hardware components, such as notebook, printer, insurance card reader, telephone with data modem and the interfaces that are brought out, are installed on a powder-coated aluminum plate on the surface of the case lid A (see FIG. 7). A specially developed fastening ensures that the components are held securely. All connections are easily accessible. On the underside of the case lid A, the components are not visibly housed and fastened (such as a global power supply (85-225 volts) and a 12 volt car adapter with microprocessor-controlled charging power management, rechargeable battery for working independently of the mains, data controller for the individual interfaces, ECG module). Optionally, additional medical modules (blood pressure pulmonary function measurement modules etc.) can be integrated, which can be controlled via the notebook. The individual components are connected to one another according to the block diagrams: "power supply for the case components" (see FIG. 2) and "connection options to the notebook interfaces via data controllers" (see FIG. 1). The outputs of the peripheral component interfaces are led to the surface of the case lid A and allow users, connection options for the measuring sensors, the control and measurement of external medical modules such. B. via Sub-D. Headers. Document compartments are located on the underside of the case base body B.
On the top of the case base body B (see FIG. 4) there is a powder-coated aluminum graduation as required for the accommodation of all medically necessary aids. The case lid B offers a special division and the separation with a plexiglass plate also the possibility of ampoules u. Ä. Store it safely against mechanical shocks. The lid B of the case body B can be pivoted via hinges and cannot be removed.
In the case solution described, case parts A and case base body B are combined in a "double case" case model X (see FIGS . 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4, 7). It is also possible to separate the hardware components from the medical aids, as shown in the "single case" case model Y (see FIGS . 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 6).
With the help of the case, the doctor can not only treat the patient with medication on site, depending on the situation Equipment of the case system, the doctor z. B. a long-term ECG, long-term blood pressure, resting / stress Perform an ECG, pulmonary function, or rhinomanometry measurement. Using the he can diagnose the appropriate doctor software, on archived data (master data, patient record), Use description of pharmaceutical agents. The patient's clinical picture can be recorded will. Organizational processes are handled, insurance cards can be read, Transfers and prescriptions as well as EKG documentation can be archived and printed out. In addition there is the possibility to communicate (phone, fax, transfer data with a modem).
