Abstract

Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Vorsehung der Druckmeßeinrichtungen 28, 30, 32, 34 erfüllt: in dem geöffneten Zustand des einer Druckmeß­ einrichtung nachgeschalteten Ventils entspricht der an­ liegende Druck dem in dem Katheteranschluß (also im we­ sentlichen athmosphärischem Druck), da der Druck in der zugehörigen Drosselstrecke abfällt, in dem geschlosse­ nen Zustand dagegen im wesentlichen dem Treibmittel­ druck, da bei fehlender Strömung kein Druckabfall stattfindet (liegt also in der Größenordnung von 2 bar). Entsprechend mißt die dem weiteren, als Sicher­ heitsventil dienenden Ventil 36 vorgeschaltete Druck­ meßeinrichtung 38 in der geöffneten Stellung des Ven­ tils 36 den Druck an dem Katheteranschluß, in der ge­ schlossenen Stellung des Ventils 36 dagegen dann, wenn wenigstens eines der Ventile 20, 22, 24, 26 geöffnet ist, den Treibmitteldruck.Because of the high safety requirements, it is necessary that the actual position of the valves can be sensed and queried from the outside. Implantierbare Infusionspumpe mit einem ein Treib­ mittel aufnehmenden Treibmittelraum, einem ein Arznei­ mittel aufnehmenden Arzneimittelraum, einem Anschluß (10) für einen Katheter und einer Mehrzahl von auf ih­ rer einen Seite mit dem Arzneimittelraum und auf ihrer anderen Seite mit dem Katheteranschluß (10) verbundenen Drosselstrecken (12, 14, 16, 18), dadurch gekennzeich­ net, daß zwischen den einzelnen Drosselstrecken (12' 14, 16, 18) und dem Katheteranschluß (10) von außen einstellbare Ventile (20, 22, 24, 26) angeordnet sind, deren Ausgänge vor dem Katheteranschluß (10) zusammen­ geführt sind, und daß zwischen den Drosselstrecken (12, 14, 16, 18) und den Ventilen (20, 22, 24, 26) von außen abfragbare Druckmeßeinrichtungen (28, 30, 32, 34) vor­ gesehen sind.1.
