Abstract

A set of lamps (11) are fixed in a tubular seat (13) which may be made of flexible material. The tubular seat accommodates several lamps which are connected together electrically in series. A tangential mounting plate (14) is formed on the seat, and contains several through-bores (141). The plate can extend in a tangential direction from the periphery of the seat.
