Claims (9)

1. Verfahren zur Steuerung von Videorecordern und/oder Fernsehgeräten zwecks Werbeausblendung in einem laufenden Programm einer Fernsehsendung, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jedem bedienten Programm mindestens ein menschlicher Betrachter zugeordnet ist, der per Knopfdruck zwischen Programmstatus (1 1-n) Werbung und Programm unterscheidet,
daß die gewonnenen Bewertungssignale mit Hilfe eines Rechners zusammengefaßt werden und mit einem geeigneten Programmnamen codiert in Datenpaketen (3; 5) über einen Datenübertragungsdienst (4) zyklisch ausgesendet werden,
daß ein Videorecorder (8) bzw. ein Fernsehgerät (9) von einer Zusatzbox mit dienstespezifischen Empfänger (6) über eine Schnittstelle beim Empfang eines entsprechenden Programms dann ein Pausesignal empfängt, wenn die Datenaussendung eine "Werbung" signalisiert, und
daß der Videorecorder (8) bzw. das Fernsehgerät (9) der Zusatzbox mitteilt, auf welchem Kanal zur Zeit empfangen wird, wobei die Verknüpfung des Pausensignals mit dem Zustand "Aufnahme" vom Videorecorder (8) bzw. mit dem Zustand "Leiseschalten des Fernsehlautsprechers" selbsttätig erfolgt.1. durch eine Steuerung (7) zur Ermittlung des Betriebszustandes des Videorecorders (8) und/oder des Fernsehgerätes (9) sowie zum Steuern des gewünschten Schaltzustandes (Aufnahmepause oder Aufnahmepause beendet) des/der jeweils angeschlossenen genannten Geräte.5.
