Description
Claims (19)
- (a) einem Gehäuse (130); und
- (b) einer Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 200), die zu rückziehbar mit dem Gehäuse (130) verbunden ist, wobei die Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 200) min destens zwei Klingen (102; 164) aufweist, die jeweils eine Schneidekante (108; 166; 208 A, B, C) aufweisen, wobei die Klingen (102; 164) an einander angrenzen, um eine oder mehrere starre Verbindungen derart zu bilden, daß die Schnei dekanten (108; 166; 208 A, B, C) von der ent sprechenden einen oder den entsprechenden mehre ren starren Verbindungen entfernt sind, wobei die Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 200) einen distalen Abschnitt (110) aufweist, bei dem für jede Klinge (102; 164) der Abstand von der starren Verbindung zu der Schneidekante (108; 166; 208 A, B, C), die der Klinge (102; 164) zugeordnet ist, hin zu ei nem distalen Ende der Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 200) abnimmt, um in einem scharfen Punkt (114; 207) zu enden, derart, daß eine Ebene, die durch die Mittellinie einer Klinge (102; 164) (Mittel ebene) läuft, einen Winkel mit mindestens einer benachbarten Mittelebene der benachbarten Klingen (102; 164) bildet, der kleiner als 180° ist, wo durch die Tendenz reduziert wird, daß sich die Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 208 A, B, C) biegt, sowie das distale Ende der Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 208 A, B, C) in die Haut getrieben wird, um aus derselben Blut (150) zu liefern.
- (a) einem Gehäuse (130);
- (b) einer Klingenstruktur (128), die mit dem Gehäuse (130) wirksam zurückziehbar verbunden ist, wobei die Klingenstruktur (128) drei planare Klingen (164) aufweist, die jeweils eine Schneidekante (166) aufweisen, und wobei die Klingen (164) an einander angrenzen, um eine starre Verbindung zu bilden, von der sich die Klingen (164) derart er strecken, daß die Schneidekanten (166) von der starren Verbindung entfernt liegen, wobei die Klingenstruktur (128) einen distalen Abschnitt aufweist, bei dem der Abstand von der starren Verbindung zu jeder Schneidekante (166) zu einem distalen Ende hin abnimmt, das in einem scharfen Punkt endet, wobei jede Klinge (164) einen Winkel mit der benachbarten Klinge (164) derselben bil det, der kleiner als 180° ist;
- (c) einer bis drei Kapillaren (156), wobei sich jede Kapillare (156) entlang der starren Verbindung an dem distalen Abschnitt der Klingenstruktur (128) erstreckt und zwischen zwei Klingen (164) einge bettet ist, wobei jede Kapillare (156) eine distale Öffnung in der Nähe des distalen Endes der Klingenstruktur (128) aufweist, damit Blut von der Haut eintreten kann; und
- (d) einem Betätigungsglied, das der Klingenstruktur (128) zugeordnet ist, zum Treiben der Klingen struktur (128), um die Haut zu schneiden, und zum Zurückziehen des distalen Endes der Klingenstruk tur (128) in das Gehäuse (130) nach dem Schnitt.
Einbauen einer Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 200) in ein Gehäuse (130) auf eine solche Art und Weise, daß die Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 200) aus dem Gehäuse (130) ausschiebbar und in das Gehäuse (130) zurückziehbar ist, wobei die Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 200) minde stens zwei Klingen (102; 164) aufweist, die jeweils eine Schneidekante (108; 166; 208A, B, C) aufweisen, und wobei die Klingen (102; 164) aneinander angrenzen, um eine oder mehrere starre Verbindungen zu bilden, derart, daß die Schneidekanten (108; 166; 208A, B, C) von der entsprechenden einen oder den mehreren starren Verbindungen entfernt sind, wobei die Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 200) einen distalen Abschnitt (100) auf weist, bei dem für jede Klinge (102; 164) der Abstand von der starren Verbindung zu der Schneidekante (108; 166; 208A, B, C), die der Klinge (102; 164) zugeord net ist, hin zu einem distalen Ende der Klingenstruk tur (100; 128; 200) abnimmt, um in einem scharfen Punkt (114; 207) zu enden, derart, daß eine Ebene, die durch die Mittellinie einer Klinge (102; 164) (Mittel ebene) läuft, einen Winkel mit mindestens einer be nachbarten Mittelebene der benachbarten Klingen (102; 164) bildet, der kleiner als 180° ist, wodurch die Tendenz reduziert wird, daß sich die Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 200) biegt, sowie das distale Ende der Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 200) in die Haut getrieben wird, um Blut (150) aus derselben zu liefern.
zurückziehbares Treiben einer Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 200) aus einem Gehäuse (130), um in die Haut ein zudringen, wobei die Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 200) mindestens zwei Klingen (102; 164) aufweist, die je weils eine Schneidekante (108; 166; 208A, B, C) auf weisen, wobei die Klingen (102; 164) aneinander an grenzen, um eine starre Verbindung zu bilden, von der sich die Klingen (102; 164) derart erstrecken, daß die Schneidekanten (108; 166; 208A, B, C) von der starren Verbindung entfernt sind, wobei die Klingen (102; 164) jeweils einen distalen Abschnitt (110) aufweisen, bei dem der Abstand von der starren Verbindung zu der Schneidekante (108; 166; 208A, B, C) zu einem dista len Ende hin abnimmt, um in einem scharfen Punkt (114; 207) zu enden, wobei jede Klinge (102; 164) eine Mittelebene aufweist, derart, daß jede Mittelebene ei nen Winkel mit mindestens einer benachbarten Mittel ebene der Klingen (102; 164) bildet, der kleiner als 180° ist, derart, daß das Gewebe der Haut entlang der Oberfläche der Klingen (102; 164) gleitet, um das Reißen zu reduzieren, und derart, daß die Tendenz der Klingenstruktur (100; 128; 200), sich zu biegen, re duziert ist, sowie das distale Ende der Klingenstruk tur (100; 128; 200) in die Haut getrieben wird, um Blut (150) aus derselben zu liefern.
