The hand tool grip comprises a hollow housing (20) enclosing the grip (10). The grip incorporates several positioning holes (11) and the housing has several inner positioning blocks (21). The positioning blocks fit into the positioning holes and each positioning block engages with a corresponding positioning hole. The hollow housing can be colored. When the housing is broken, the user can separate the positioning blocks from the positioning holes, allowing the housing to be removed from the grip. A new grip can then be fitted.
