Abstract

Hemp chaff (3) is added to the fibre blend and amounts to 30-70% of the mat weight. The natural fibres consist of hemp or a hemp/cotton blend and the compressed mat (1) has a structured surface (4). Nitrogen phosphate is added to the mat material as a flame retardant.
